Hi, I’m Alec. I’m an engineer working in the IT industry and usually a busy guy. I describe myself as a slightly introverted person with calm, easy-going and courteous attitude. I like to have a chat with my flatmate(s) but am also mindful of others' privacy and strive to respect it.
As far as cleaning is concerned, “always clean up after yourself” is my motto. As far as cooking goes, I’m more of a batch cooker, so you won’t see me stick around in the kitchen too often!
I do a lot of fitness/outdoor activities – mostly weight training and running. I also keep myself busy reading/listening to books and watching movies in my downtime. I enjoy socialising over a drink or two too just to chill out or unwind on Friday/weekend evenings. I do not smoke, nor am I a party animal and prefer my home to be a sanctuary for quiet time – the last thing I want is to feel constantly outnumbered in my own home! I do not have any pets but do not mind living around one as long as it does not clamour and the house is kept reasonably clean. I have a car by the way, so an off-street car park would be nice if that’s on offer.
