Upcoming USYD Masters Student; starting my studies in March 2018. Background Malaysian, but living in Singapore and work full time in a hospital setting. Currently advancing my education for 2 years. Been living with housemates/ landlords for the last 8 years. Generally clean. Keep to myself most of the time, but able to socialize when needed. Lived on my own for a long time, so know all the general responsibilities, such as paying rent on time and being considerate etc. Looking for someone to share a place with.
Im clean, respectful and social. Ive been living in share houses for 5 years + and have remained friends with all of my previous housemates. I work full time for the State Government and work on a rotating roster so you can basically guarantee youll have most weekends to yourself. Im reliable with rent/bills. I like to live in a home and not just a room. I can cook and love to share a beer with my flatties but I also understand personal space and boundaries. I am also interested in starting a new houseshare in the canada bay/concord areas. I dont have much furnature apart from my bedroom stuff but im willing to contribute. My move out date is the 19th of Feb.
Hello hello, I'm looking to move to nice private room somewhere. I've been living in and running a share house for the past 2.5 years for both students and young professionals. I have 4 bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, living room, worth of stuff (everything else as well, heaters etc) so if you're missing anything I can bring it. I'm extremely clean and organised and cook as well! I'll also respect any and all rules that there may be and always pay rent on time. I want to move because I don't have time to run the house and focus on my work.
Hey, I'm Ryan, I'm an easy going, social bloke, working in the Construction industry. I work the 9-5, keep it pretty relaxed during the week and enjoy being active & out'n'about on my weekends. - I'm always keen for beer or glass of wine but just as keen for downtime and my own space - I'm all about sharing experiences and trying new things whether it be a new dish or base jumping, I'll have a go. - I'm respectful and tidy in shared spaces...just don't judge me on the state of my bedroom - I've got a solid source of income and am financially stable - I'll never say no to or a social gathering... as long as its not every night of the week.... But I've been known to be a pretty solid sleeper anyway ;-) - I'm open to new experiences and will give anything a go. Some of my interests are snowboarding, live music, sailing and trying finding awesome new or old places to eat. - I've got my own appliances & furniture that can add to our home or remain in storage... I'm happy to go with the flow, really just looking for a place to call home with interesting, like minded people.
Hey, so as many tend to say I'm really "easy going" but it's true. I have a great time with my life and those around me, but also very responsible about the things that matter! I have a steady full time income in a career I love (Lead Designer at an ad agency). I'm reliable as all hell. Equally social and independent, so I love a good chat yet understand privacy/quiet time around the home. Interests in music, creativity, travel and go to the gym for a bit of fitness. Born and raised in Sydney, looking to move into a home with 1-3 other residents. Male/Female, LGBTIQ doesn't worry me in the slightest. Any questions or concerns hit me up!
Hi, me and my husband are jolly, kind and hardworking so maintaining cleanliness of the place will not be a problem. During our free time we love to explore places, go to malls and eat good food. I am a registered nurse and I will work at Strathfield in the coming weeks so my husband and I prefer to stay within this suburb. My husband will not accompany me during my first few months so I will be renting the place alone. Please contact me on my number
I’m clean, nice, not much partying and quiet, but at the same time socializing. I’m sara 21 from Germany and on my working holiday. I want to stay in Sydney as I have a job here and really like the city. I enjoy spending nights out drinking with friends but still a nice evening infringe if the tv sounds perfect for me.
Hello! I am a 28 year old Indian female. I work full time in Sydney CBD and I am looking for a private furnished room in a shared apartment ready to move in on 8th Jan 2018. I am looking at the following suburbs- Surry Hills, Strathfield, Chatswood, North Sydney, walking distance to the train station but I am open to other suburbs. I am particular that the apartment is non-smoking, clean and quiet for the most part. I am friendly and always up for a chat and some tea. When I am not working I like to cook, watch trash on YouTube and just laze around. And oh, I love pets, so if you have one you can count me in for some pet sitting/ walking and other such chores. :) Please feel free to get in touch if you think I could be your prospective flatmate. Cheers!
I am an easy going person with a happy and bubbly personality. I eat pretty much anything under the sun. I will be working full time as a Registered Nurse at Concord Hospital, and as such I will be doing shift work. I enjoy socialising with others, but also enjoy time to myself. My boyfriend lives in Kemps Creek and I would like him to visit now and then. I enjoy living a healthy and active lifestyle including regular cardio and yoga. A car space would also be ideal. Please help a sister out, it would be much appreciated!
I am pretty quiet and keep to myself but easy to get along with which is not to mistake me for anti-social, I'm very honest, passionate, funny/humorous, kind, caring, open, practical, 'grounded', hard-working, articulate when I need to be and enjoy intelligent and deep conversation, am very into PC Gaming, Cars and music, I play guitar/bass, but only through my headphones if not allowed in the house, I'm hard-working and reasonable, and like to resolve conflict when it arises - I work 5 days a week, but may be taking up an apprenticeship which will be 4 days at work 1 day at TAFE, I used to live on the Central Coast, but have lived in various areas of Sydney for the passed 4 years - I'm a Car Detailer, but used to work in I.T. and Customer Service - I'm good with my hands and have a sound knowledge of how things work and a very inquisitive mind, the apprenticeship would be in Mechanics, as a pathway to a further Mechanical Engineering skill line. I'm cool with people's personal lives. 420 Friendly (Don't smoke myself); LGBT+ Friendly (Straight, won't stop me from going to Oxford Street for a night out!~) and generally very easy-going. My only main stipulation is a powerful internet connection, NBN (100/40 or 50/20) preferred.
Hey! I'm Mel. I'm a full time health professional. I tend to work shift work so my life can be quite busy. Because of this I cherish my free time so I like going out with friends, going to live gigs, eating out and I try to fit in some gym time. I'm friendly, easy going and polite. Love a clean and tidy space and am respectful of others space if they need it. That being said I also love a good chat and a cup of tea :) If you have any questions feel free to message me through this! Please don't call as I can't pick up private calls at work.
Hey My name is Neha, I’m 25 years old from Auckland. I’m moving to Sydney at the end of the month to start a new job at Westmead hospital as a dentist. I’m really looking forward to exploring Sydney! I love trying new cafes (always so excited for brunch), going out for cocktails, spending time at the beach and shopping. I’ve been living away from home since I was 18 so understand how to be a good housemate. I’m friendly, nice and tidy. I’m hoping to find someone more like a friend to live with!
Hi, I'm a fun Canadian moving to Sydney to start my Masters. I'm a very friendly person and love meeting new people. I love the outdoors and exploring new things. Looking to move inner west to be closer to uni and a change in lifestyle from the north shore. She has always lived in apartments and is very well house trained but mainly just sticks with me, she's 3 years old. Looking to move places in Feb inner west and need a new house mate or mates! I have a bunch of furniture so happy to find a place and sign a lease and have someone take a room in our new home! I love to cook so looking for someone(s) to be able to have a chat with, have dinner and hang out with in our spare time (however much that will be). Let me know if your interested in finding a place with me! Cheers bec
I’m Michael, 28 yr old chef. Living on the central coast am planning on moving down to the big smoke very soon. Somewhere $300 a wk with bills included I’m easy going guy, clean, keeps to myself. Not really a party goer but don’t mind to have a drink or two now and then. I love my sport, and the beach. I do have my own bed and a few other houses items.
Hey potential housemate! My name’s Jonty, I’m 24 yo, work in a bar, I’m clean, keep to myself but more then happy to socialise with the house. I’m currently finishing up in a share house and know how it all works, if you’re interested then shoot me a message!
I’m 24 and am moving to Sydney from Melbourne to study a Masters of Physiotherapy (that means I will need volunteers to massage ;)) A bit about me: I love all things sport – playing, watching, yelling at silly referees etc. I’m a mad singer, especially big musical numbers in the shower and may very occasionally wipe the dust off my violin to play a jig or two. Absolutely doggo mad, like crazy person can’t-function-when-in-presence-of-dog kind of level. Bit of a greenie, love recycling my soft plastics, making kick ass compost and getting out in the garden. I have lived in many share houses and am sad to be giving up my beautiful big home in Melbourne but so excited to discover what’s going on in Sydney. I am a super clean person and appreciate tidy communal areas. Love having a wine or beer at home with my housemates and can truly make an exquisite cheese platter. I am looking for that lovely middle ground when it comes to housemates: the family experience where we can spontaneously chill out at home or grab a coffee or burger; but also a space where we can have some alone time and I can focus on my studies. Cheers, Nicola
