Hey guys, I am currently living in Newport, but would like to live closer to the city. I work full time in Geelong, but in my spare time I like to keep fit, cook, go out for good food and wine but also love to stay in and a few wines now and then too! I love to travel, I used to live in the US so would like to explore Europe next! Looking to live with someone who is like minded, is happy to hang out sometimes, but I also enjoy my own time now and then too and respect that others do as well!
I've just moved back to Australia after living in the US for the last two years. I'm 30 years old and work full time as a software engineer. I'm pretty easy to get along with and have plenty of share house experience. I'm always keen to share a few drinks and a meal with my housemates. I'm a fairly decent cook as well and have learned how to cook a proper BBQ after living in the US! I like travel (my most recent destinations were Peru & Cuba), skiing, and enjoying some live music. Looking to move in ASAP!
Hello! My name is Daisy, I'm looking for a room for my pet doggo and I in a professional, friendly, clean and cool place in the inner suburbs of Melbourne! I work as Creative Director of a national campaign by Australia's largest youth-led non-profit organisation. I'm busy and driven, and have lots of hobbies like jogging, listening to a million podcasts, making snacks, going to gigs and festivals and drinking a lot of coffee. I am a really easy and kind person to live with. I'm super generous with mutual things like toilet paper and detergent, always ALWAYS clean up after myself and really like creating a home instead of just a house. I like having a friendly chat over dinner but otherwise am pretty quiet and going about my business. Now the deal breaker - my dog is called Sophie, she's a foxhound (large beagle) and is a beautiful cutie pie. She's a largely outside dog, so I'd love a backyard, but she does lounge about inside with me when I'm home. I'm hoping to live with dog lovers! I'm a responsible pet owner engaged with making sure she is absolutely no burden on the house or housemates. I have a VERY good vaccuum cleaner for pet hair. I also come with a washer/dryer if needed, a very cool 1926 Bauhaus chair and some good candles. Plus like 20 wine glasses. Please contact me if you think it would be a good fit!
Looking to 'teamup' and find a place in Surrey Hills, Camberwell or Hawthorn. Hi! I'm Mitch. I'm looking for a relatively longer arrangement. 6-12 months or longer. I'm single, non smoker, and have no pets. I work 9-5 for a small private health insurance company. My interests outside of work include seeing live music, enjoying a beverage or two with friends and family. I spend a fair few weekends hanging out with my family in country Vic too. I keep my living spaces clean and tidy. I'm happy cooking my own meals or sharing meals with people. I do sometimes go for the convenience of eating out or getting lite and easy delivered weekly. I'm really sociable but also like my own space. I'm all about home being free of confrontation and stress. I've lived in a really big apartment for 5 years, so I'd like to live in a similar place. Somewhere new/renovated and clean with lots of light and lots of space. Looking for 2 or 3 bedroom apartments/houses/townhouses. I don't have a preference as to living with males or females. I'm also open to getting together a group of 2 or 3, and looking at some apartments/houses/townhouses. Send me a message if you're interested! Cheers, Mitch :)
I'm 26 and I'm a friendly, laid-back, tidy kind of guy. Looking for a place to call home. Let me know if you need any more information, Alex :)
Hi, My name's Tim. I'm a 33 year old aspiring comedian. I am a vegetarian and a non-smoker and I love comedy, music, reading, flowers and gardening. I'm clean, relaxed, friendly, financially independent and good in a crisis, all qualities I'd like in my housemates. If I sound like someone you'd like to live with send me a message!
I'm a gentle-natured, clean and tidy guy with a love of technology and digital arts. I graduated from university last year and have an interest and skills in digital media design. I've just been offered a new full-time job in Fitzroy and need to quickly find somewhere to live.
I'm Grace, I'm 26 years old and originally from London. I've been living in Australia (and pretty much exclusively Melbourne) on a working holiday visa since January 2016. I'm here until January 2018 and am looking for somewhere to live until then. I currently work as a teaching assistant at Southern Autistic School, but am on the lookout for a new position working with children and/or adults with disabilities. I am clean, organised, and love to cook. I enjoy going out with friends on the weekends, but keep the week fairly low-key, and am happy to curl up and have a Netflix binge. I am a music and film nerd, with extremely versatile taste. I look forward to hearing from you! Thanks, Grace
22yo English/Aussie gal working in a restaurant and occasionally temping in admin. I'm looking to start a course in social work next year (fingers crossed). I'm happy to do less than a year but I plan to be in Melbourne for a while so I'd love to find a place to call home. I moved to Aus from London in September, and I've been in and around Melbourne since November. I'm living in Fitzroy North at the moment with a family friend and I've completely fallen in love with the area so I wanna stay as close as possible. I was born in Sydney, so I've got dual citizenship which is pretty cool and means I can stay forever and I won't bugger off after a couple of months cos my visa has expired. I'm super easygoing, I like to bake, go to gigs/galleries/gay bars, drink coffee/wine, hang out with dogs (cats are cool too but pups have a special place in my heart). I love to party (although I don't want/need a party house - I like to keep it chill at home) and go on adventures. I love to hang out with friends/family and I tend to leave my door open.
Hi there, A bit about me... I'm Maddie, 30 years old and working in government communications. I'm new to Melbourne from Hobart, via five years in London. I'm friendly, neat and tidy, non-smoker, love to cook, walk and travel, and I'm always respectful of other people's space and belongings. Love to chill on the couch with a hot chocolate and questionable box set, or gossip about said box set over a vino or two. Right now I'm really looking for a pal to discuss all the gaps that resulted from the conclusion of '13 reasons why'... After six quiet months in Tassie, I'm looking forward to being a bit more social in Melbourne and getting involved in all the fun the city has on offer. I'm a very chilled flat mate, and hoping to find a friendly flat to call home around Richmond. I've got a few friends in the area and I can't wait to explore all the cafes and bars on offer.
Hey there flatmates, I'm a 26 year old easy-going Canadian on a working holiday visa. (Currently looking for a job) I'm super neat and organized. Love to keep things tidy! I've spent the last 5 years as a mother's helper/housekeeper, so I know the ins and outs of keeping a home maintained and livable. The way to my heart is through good/nutritious food, great beer, and excellent company. I love a good day/night out here and there, but there's something quite wonderful about staying in, watching a good flick, reading a good book, or just chilling. My passions include health and fitness, food, exploration, and water filled beach days.
I am an out going Aussie/American Citizen working in the Hospitality industry, running a bar in the Melbourne CBD.I am very clean and tidy. Love have a chat but also love my own space. I work a mix of days and nights at the moment so you might not see me for a few days, but then will be home most Sunday and Monday nights. On my Days off I enjoy hanging out with my friends or relaxing watching Suits or Brooklyn 99 (or something of that nature) and taking it easy. I currently have all of my old apartment in storage while I look for a new home. Looking for either a furnished or unfurnished apartment. I am looking for something at least 6 months length or longer. I am looking for a house mate who is down to earth, easy going and like minded.
Hey future housemate! My names Justin, I'm a 31y/o guy from melbourne. Im into surfing, hiking ,yoga and the great outdoors, but also appreciated a chilled night on the couch. I work full time in the city during the week, and generally start my days pretty early getting into town on the push bike (weather permitting). Im pretty clean, relaxed and easy to live with kind of guy, ive been in a few share houses before so im aware how important respecting each others space can be. In terms of a home, I'm seeking a relaxed, friendly, fun and clean house with respectful and social house mates. Would like an outside space, sharing with two others, male or female, somewhere around my age. Well, this has been great, get in touch if you’re feelin’ my vibe! Juzzy.
I'm a friendly, well-travelled and curious person who loves to learn more about the world and the people who inhabit it. Currently working and studying part-time, I enjoy martial arts, cooking, footy, photography, travel and socialising. I'm a clean person, respectful of other's space and views, and have no problem chipping in where necessary. Hoping to meet some likeminded people who I can hopefully be friends with, and not just housemates :)
Hi all i'm looking for a new place. I'm 23, work full time in asset management and have a car. I am also about to study my masters in finance. I have a Greek Australian background. Easygoing, reliable and clean. Let me know if you have a furnished room available! Thank you
Hi ! I'm Régis, I'm a french student in an engineering school in Paris. I'll be 3 months in Melbourne for an internship at the university. I'm looking for a shared house around the university where I could find a friendly environment I think I'm clean and easy going person :) I'm passionate of music ( I play piano and accordion ) and I like very much mountain sports :-) I practice rock climbing and I hope can do some in Melbourne ! I also do enjoy visiting and exploring, so I look forward to moving a bit to see Melbourne and its surroundings :)
I'm 26 years old, work Full time Monday - Friday and am your standard clean, friendly, easy going and genuine housemate. I do however come with a lovable and adorable old Tabby cat who is more like a dog, she gets along exceptionally well with humans but not with other animals unfortunately. I like the occasional wine or bottle over dinner or catch ups as well as liking and respecting each others alone time. I love music, movies, Books and can't go without the morning Coffee. I do currently live on my own, so i do have a full one bedroom apartment worth of furniture for those who may want to team up to start a new place or if any furniture is needed in a current place.
I’m 23 and I work in the Film and TV industry. I’m going to be a world famous movie Director one day but until then I’m just working and making shorts & music videos. When I’m not doing that I’ll be cooking, drinking with friends, watching movies and TV, and going out for coffee and brunch. I’m from Jindabyne in the Snowy Mountains, NSW, I studied and worked in Canberra for 4 years, then I worked and traveled in Europe last year. Now I'm moving to Melbourne for work and play and I need a new home! Back in Uni, I was a Senior Residential Support Officer (RA) for two years, so I getting along with people I live with used to be my job. Since then I rented an apartment for a year with one of my best friends and we got along famously. I’d like to live with people who are as sociable as I am. Having your own space should be something you can share with new friends and old, so I want to be able to invite over friends and hang out together. My interests are: - Going on adventures and taking photographs. - Film, TV and Movies. - I love music and making playlists. - Coffee, Brunch, Beer and Kebabs. - Spicy Memes and YouTube videos. - Cooking for others and drinking as a group. - I do Movember every year. My lifestyle choices are: - I like to have a good sleep cycle, eat well and I’ve started taking cold showers and exercising in the mornings. - I’m an anti-smoker and I believe in hugs not drugs, but I don’t hold it against people. - I like to keep a clean house, a clean room, and a clean body. - I’m currently single and looking to meet someone. - I’m trying to save money this year for either my next travels or my first feature film. If you are interested in having me over for an inspection or meeting me for a team up, please send me a message or call me any time. I’m really open and I'm looking to meet new people, and make new friends, so I’m always down for a good coffee or a cold beer.
I am currently looking for a room anywhere around Melbourne CBD and its surrounding areas. I am a very easy going 30 year old that currently works for a bar in the city (bartending but also managing their social media and PR on the side). I am very respectful of other people's spaces, love a good chat / hang but also love 'me' time. I am very clean and pay rent and bills on time. I have two rescue pups, Wolfgang my tiny staffy and Loki my big sook. Both are well behaved, toilet trained etc. They absolutely love people and bring a smile to everyones faces. I am happy to also pay a pet bond on top of whatever bond is required.
I'm a professional in my late twenties. Both my housemates recently found their dream gigs overseas, so looking for a new pad with some all-round great people. Very relaxed and easy to get along with. Enjoy listening to music and staying active with tennis and gym. Love a good chat or grabbing a bite/drink together every now and then, but also respectful of space and privacy.
I'm 26 and I work full-time in television publicity. I've been living in Melbourne for 2 years but originally from the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. I work mon-fri. I would bring my own TV and bedroom furniture. I enjoy living a healthy lifestyle and a good night out with friends. Love to travel whenever I can. Would really love to share with only one or two other housemates who are mindful of keeping the place clean and tidy. Ideally looking for somewhere with my own bathroom but flexible.
Young professional, moved to Melbourne last year for work and am pretty much in love with the place. Have just started at a new agency in Collingwood and figured it was time to move somewhere more long-term now that I'm a bit more settled. Looking for a place where it's more of a home than a just a house and everyone can hang/have beers/wine/dinner when it suits (but obviously within reason, personal space is pretty amazing too). I'm tidy, friendly and am a pretty good cook. I like music, gym and going out on weekends and occasional after-work drinks/gigs etc, but generally like to keep it quieter during the week due to the whole career thing. If this sounds like something you'd be interested in, get in touch. Cheers :)
