Hi! I’m Anna, I’m 34 and a high school teacher with a 5 year old chihuahua named Taco. I’ve lived by myself for a few years but I’d like to share living expenses to save money. I’m flexible with my moving date from the middle of June to the end of September. My lease ends early October. If I move sooner rather than later, I'll be breaking my lease and can't afford to pay double rent for more than a couple of weeks so will need to plan/time it carefully. Ideally, I’d like my own bathroom and to have an undercover car park but am flexible with these requirements. A courtyard, heating/cooling and a dishwasher are must haves. I’m looking for a female or female and male housemate/s but probably not couples. Taco is a 5 year old Chihuahua but he’s more the size of a Jack Russell. He loves food, going to the park and snuggles. He is an inside and outside dog so needs a courtyard / yard. It’d be great if he had another dog to be friends with. I’ve got a house full of furniture that I’m happy to share or store depending on what’s needed. The only thing I don't have is a clothes dryer, but will get hold of one if it's a deal breaker. I have a 4-seater leather couch, a 1957 6-seater Laminex table, TV unit, side tables, front loader washing machine, normal sized fridge/freezer, large-ish TV and other bits and pieces. I can even provide a double bed and mattress if needed. I’m a pretty lazy cook, so am doing a great meal delivery service at the moment. I'm open to doing our own thing or sharing basics or even cooking together sometimes - see what evolves I guess. I'm vegetarian (eat eggs and dairy) but have lived happily with meat eaters. I sometimes enjoy a big night out but am pretty quiet at home. I’m considerate and respectful and always pay rent and bills on time. I like to have a chat and it’s important that I’m comfortable/get along with the people I live with. Get in touch if you think we’d be a happy match :)
I’m Matty - I work for a food rescue charity 4 days a week and into sustainability. I like to spend my free time making music, spinning vinyls, hiking, bouldering/rockclimbing and taking photos. I also enjoy meditation and yoga, and attend workshops regularly. I also thoroughly enjoy making things from recycled timber. I love to party and have a wholesome boogie too! I would ideally like to live in a conscious household that encourages a sustainable lifestyle. I am not strictly vegan or vegetarian but try to reduce harm as best I can in my dietary choices. I’d like to live with some chill people who can communicate openly and honestly and aren’t afraid to bring up anything that they need to bring up. I love a good conversation so ideally you will be social people that like to hang out and spend time together. I’d like to get to know my housemate/s well, and spend time enjoying each others company, however I enjoy time to myself and having my own space also.
Hi guys. I'm Clovis, Brazilian, 37yo. I work in hospitality and currently studying Commercial Cookery. Looking for a quiet, relaxing and friendly place to live, with either males or females. I am a very easy going and social person who loves to chill and cook at home and also to go out, I'm up for everything. I am tidy and responsible. Love to hear from you.
Hello! Emrah here, a creative and happy minimalist. I'm a nature-loving nerd who's mindful, healthy, open, introverted, left-leaning, respectful, smiley and very easy going. Income-wise I grind Monday-to-Friday-nine-to-five as a computer tech out in Fitzroy. I usually get up super early to get things done before work because I reckon getting up and straight into work-mode isn't a great way to set the tone. Creative-sanity-wise, I'm a wannabe artist, sombre musician, keen photographer, hopeless writer, life contemplating when around fire dad-joker, trained horticulturist, learned designer, mechanically minded fixer-upper, car tinkerer, bush-walker, river swimmer, basketballer and old thing restorer to name a few things... What a mouthful. Might be time to mention I have two cars: one is for parts and is currently stored in a garage that I rent but it would be cool to find a house that can host the garaged car on the property - I’m happy to pay more to have this privilege, or hopefully find a home at the right price so that I may continue to lease the garage. I'm told I'm funny, so I guess I have a sense of humour? (the modesty on this guy) I like learning, real-talking or just holding space and not talking at all. I'm not shy and I won't hide in my room all the time. However, I do need lone time at my desk being creative/crafty doing things like editing photos, making music, practising flying aeroplanes in simulation or smashing out some life-admin in hopes to free up the weekends for activities such as flying real aeroplanes and/or socialising. My personal space is minimal, organised, tidy and functional. Not a fan of hoarding or leaving my things all over the place personally. When it comes to resource usage and cleaning of shared spaces I'm super low impact. My strict European mother taught me good early on in the game. I'm resource conscious and I clean up after myself, always, especially when cooking. I clean as I go. I spill something I wipe it up. I find cleaning to maintain is a lot easier than cleaning to repair... In saying that, I'm not averse to having a chores/cleaning schedule if it is a must. However, I'd probably do better in an environment where we all trust one another to take initiative and not need the aid of a chore system... Ideally, you have the maturity of a common 30-plus-year-old being who's happy, positive, healthy, switched on, ambitious, house-proud, respectful and down-to-earth. Ok thanks bye now!
I work full-time and am generally pretty social. I currently have one housemate and am a considerate, clean housemate. I'm seeking a share-house and am pretty flexible with requirements.
I am temporarily moving to Melbourne from Canberra for work from early July until January 2020. I work full-time in the public service (long hours) and am looking for a room or granny flat that is furnished. I can provide excellent references. I am a very clean, tidy and responsible person and keep to myself most of the time. I travel regularly for work. I am looking for a place in inner north Melbourne. I only wish to share with a female/s, preferably 50+ and preferably professional.
Heya :)) I am moving to Melbourne to study Arts at unimelb in July and looking for somewhere to call home! I am down to earth, creative and love catching a gig, getting outside 🌿 and the occasional chill drink. I would ideally like to be settled somewhere with some good souls who are down for a bit of a chat/shared meal/social vibe sometimes and are fairly clean and easy going. Will bring house plants and veggie seeds if needed! I am reliable, always pay rent on time, enjoy my downtime/own space and clean up after myself etc. Hope to be established somewhere by mid/end of July latest.
I'm a clean, quiet, respectful full timer who enjoys some chats and Netflix time with housemates as well as spending some me time. I just moved to Melbourne from Taiwan and currently working in the freight forwarding industry. I'm looking for a place around Kew, Abbotsford, Richmond and Hawthorn.
Hi there. I'm Robin, a 26 years old IT student from Germany. I studied for one semester at Swinburne University and fell immediately in love with Melbourne. So I extended my stay by another few months (one year at the maximum), in order to gain some working experience in Australia. The length of my stay depends mostly on my work situation, so I'd prefer to be flexible about the length of stay, but I'm sure we can find a solution that suits all of us. I'm well experienced living in a shared flat, so you can be sure, that I keep my things in order. I'm always up for social cooking, a chat in the kitchen or a drink at the weekend. People say that I am a very easy going and open minded person. Being respectful with other people regardless of their political, sexual or religious orientation is a matter of course for me and I expect the same from my roomies. I love spending time in the kitchen cooking, am a passionate programmer and try to go bouldering as often as possible when I have spare time. I' looking forward to meeting you! :)
Hey I'm Zach I’m a suit on weekdays (I.T. Consulting) Working full time (Monday-Friday) Studying as well but i do that from a laptop. Pretty easy stuff I'm looking for a place a little central Some stuff about me. I love music, philosophy and photography. I read heaps and I'm passionately curious. I can talk for days about geopolitics or consciousness and I love exploring random ideas. I used to DJ at some of the leading clubs around Australia but stopped a few years ago. I still do the occasional private gig here and there but I switched my creative hobby to photography to reduce the liver damage. I love a glass of single malt scotch. I'm a cool nerd who's fun loving, easy going and clean. I require a large room so i can fit my desk and tv cabinet, instruments as well as a queen bed. At the end of the day It's all about good people, respect and easy goings. Let's have a beer and we'll know pretty quickly... That's me! If you have any questions just hit me up
