Team-up with one Hey there, It’s a tenants market right now so I’d love to take advantage and lock in cheap rent for the next 12 months. Really keen on this place https://www.realestate.com.au/property-apartment-vic-toorak-429840814 I'm 29 and live a pretty active lifestyle. Currently I'm working from home and this could continue for the rest of the year so having a bright space that we can both share is important. I'm a social introvert, so I love a wine and chat but sometimes I'll need some down time to recharge. I’m looking to move in with a housemate who wouldn’t mind doing movie nights and brunch but also has their own thing going on. Most importantly I want to create a home we can both feel comfortable in. I like to meal prep on a Sunday (unless I’m being a bit lazy) so more than happy to give some great quick suggestions! I like to say I’m a pretty ok cook and if we get a nice sized kitchen I’m a pretty ace baker too, iso treats anyone? 🙃 Cleanliness is important to me as well, I’m house proud and like keep a presentable place. I’m not a party person but having friends over for drinks and dinner (and board games) would be ideal. I come with games and puzzles 🧩🤹‍♂️ Must haves include: Built in robes, a balcony or small courtyard and close to trams and trains. I’d also love a bath too so if you’re looking for your own bathroom it probably won’t work as I’d rather have this! When we return to normal those PT sessions hurt 💪 Preferably no pets but I’d be open to a small dog if you were comfortable with potentially only having a balcony as outdoor space for them. Looking for a late September or very early October move but can be flexible for the right person :)

$300/week30 year old female

Hey, I’m Elle! I’m a newly graduated Occupational Therapist and I’m currently job hunting in Melbourne (I’m from Geelong). I’m hoping to find to find a nice, bright space with one or two other people. My ideal place would be modern and neat with indoor plants and a cosy living area. I'm clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces. Having a LGBT+ friendly housemate is essential. About me - I’m a footy fanatic (in the footy season you’ll find me at the ‘G - well, pre covid), I enjoy music (I come with a supply of guitars), swimming, netball, brunching, road trips, anything creative and coffee. I’m close to my family and have a niece and nephew who light up my life, so will head back to Geelong a fair bit. I love spending time at home with Netflix, music or just hanging out, so creating a nice space is important. I’m easy going, organised and sociable, but I also like quiet time and I respect other people’s privacy. I'm usually a home body during the week and like to spend weekends out and about/exploring. I'm enjoy having a few wines, but my partying days are few and far between now. My budget is $300ish p/w and I’d like an apartment in Richmond (or close to). Would prefer to have my own bathroom, a space for my car and huge bonus if we get a nice outdoor space where we can entertain friends (would love to have housemates who would feel comfortable to hang out with my mates too). Would prefer to team up rather than move into an existing place, so we can find somewhere to make our own. This feels a bit like housemate tinder but it’s important to find the right fit, so happy to chat or FaceTime if you’re keen! :) Elle
