Hello, need a place in Adelaide for the next 3-6 months. Im very quiet and down to earth. I still enjoy a good yarn if the subject is right, but most of the time I very much keep to myself. I'm not too fussed about a bit of mess but cannot stand food scraps or dishes around the place. Love cult films, music of almost any kind and wouldn't turn away a cheeky red. I'm equal parts outdoors person and indoors, and I absolutely love animals of all kinds. Currently working casually 1-2 days a week. Looking for full-time. Available to move from the 26th of july.
Hey guys I am 25, I work as an Emergency Nurse at Flinders Medical Centre. I consider myself quite clean and tidy, used to help manage a property for the previous landlord (lived there for 4yrs). I do like to socialise with my fellow housemates, but do acknowledge the need for personal space and privacy, and I am quite respectful of that. During my downtime I enjoy watching and playing sport (run/swim/basketball), also enjoy the odd surf session. I love to travel, so I would take spontaneous trips and backpack somewhere for a few weeks at a time every month or two. If I am too knackered for all of the above after a busy week I just like to chill on the couch and binge watch Netflix. I don't smoke, I drink only on social occasions. I have no pets but I am a definitely dog person. I am currently looking for somewhere to move in for 6 months with high possibility of extending it to a year.
Hello, My name is Andrew and am looking for a room in Adelaide's Southern suburbs. The reason I am moving is that my landlord is selling her house. Here is a little bit of information about myself: I am a 30 year old male who is originally from Canada and have lived in Australia for about 4 years total. I originally came to visit Australia 7 years ago and loved it so much that I told myself I would come back to live forever. I was finally able to secure my permanent visa so I could live my dream. I have a couple university degrees and am currently trying to get into medical school. I also currently work full time for the government. My job is pretty full on and I sometimes need to wake up at 5:30am, so need to be well rested. It is important that I am living in a place that is quiet, especially at night after 11pm. I am a quiet person but enjoy going out and having a good time once in a while. I enjoy hiking, fishing, gardening and just relaxing in the outdoors in general. I am also a very passionate cook and love making food for others. Over the past few years I have lived primarily with females. In my experience, they have generally been more respectful/clean/not excessive partiers. This is my preference, but am open to live with anyone as long as we are on the same page. I must mention that I always pay rent on time. Additionally, I have a home gym so having an outdoor covered area for this would be ideal. Finally, I am very neat and tidy, a clean home is a happy home! I look forward to taking a look at your place if we seem like we would be compatible flat mates. Please send me a message with a little about yourself/s and we will go from there. Oh and cannot live with cats (allergies) Thank you for the consideration! Regards, Andrew
I'm a very quiet tenant who is full-time employed at an engineering company and I'm involved in a number of community organisations. I'm very socially engaged, have some interesting pastimes, and have a very wide and extensive group of friends that I visit regularly however rarely have over. I like watching old movies, listening to old music, and reading old books (there's a pattern there) but I'm very interested in new things and look forward rather than backward. I'm open minded on social issues and enjoy a good belly laugh. I try and keep myself in good condition though I am susceptible to a nice shiraz. I have recently enrolled at uni (online). I am LGBTQI friendly and keep my nose out of other people's business. A great day for me is breakfast at a nice cafe and a walk or swim at the beach. My life is an open book so if you'd like to know something then just ask me. I'm looking for long term accommodation however never say never. Please note I am not looking for share house accommodation.
23 year old electrician. I play basketball in my spare time. Looking for a house with good relaxed vibes. I am a pretty easy going guy, I like a chat about pretty much anything. I enjoy the beach.
Hi. I'm an easy going person, tidy, clean, quiet, and little reserve sort of a person, but friendly if have a good company. I'm a writer so most of the time I need my space to focus on my work. I'm nonsmoker, and no pets. Thanks
Hi, my name is Alicia and I am looking for a place I can call home. I am a full time student and i am 6 mouths into a 12 month course in film and TV production diploma and I plan to go for my advance diploma in the future. My goal is to become a producer and director for film and or television. I love to read, watch movies and do arts and crafts. film making is my passion and hobby. I was taught to cook by a chef so i can make any meal with a recipe and happy to contribute or make shared meals. I may come across as quiet and shy but warm up to people once i get to know you. Hey guys, I am a full-time Psychology student at Flinders University, and also do youth work part-time. I currently live in the city, but my work has moved further down South so looking for somewhere within a short drive to Flinders. I am clean, respectful, friendly and enjoy a wine and chat, but also enjoy my alone time. I have lived in share houses for a while now so understand the needs of others! I've only been in Adelaide a year and a half so enjoy exploring new places when I have the time! I enjoy food, wine, coffee, netflix, international travel and exploring! I would prefer to live with at least 1 other student so there is someone to relate to in regard to exam stress and relaxation time! My budget is really absolute max $155 a week bills included. Please let me know if you may have anything suitable!
Hi all. I'm looking for a place to live around the southern suburbs of Adelaide, preferably close to the Pasadena, Clovelly Park area. I have lived with others previously, and am a friendly, respectful and considerate housemate. I love going to the movies and to the footy.
I'm a science, health & nutrition nut. I like staying active by cycling to work, playing volleyball and hiking. I enjoy beer, food and tech. I'm very social and would get along most with a household willing to discuss philosophy, politics, lifestyles & all the rest! Comfortable and extroverted, I definitely find myself getting along best with others of a similar ilk! I have a bunch of furniture and appliances that I could bring if necessary, or dispose of one way or another if unnecessary. Critically, I am looking for a place with a large yard as I have a pair of ducks, and their 'duck condo' duckponics garden system to bring with me. As such, I come with home grown eggs, vegetables and mushrooms.
I am super friendly but also quiet and keep to myself. My partner spends a lot of time with me so sorry in advance aha. I'm really laid back, and can chat about next to anything, i also have tattoos so complimenting them is an easy way to start a convo.
Hey! So I’m looking for accomodation for myself and my son, Isaac who is 4 years old. We are hoping for two bedrooms but at this stage one big bedroom will be good enough. I work 4 days a week, 8am until 3:30pm. Isaac is in childcare these days until 6. On the weekends he is at his dads house so you wont see a lot of him. We’re both fairly quiet in a household, we currently live with a big inside dog and 3 cats so happy living with animals! For fun I play video games, enjoy a glass of wine and read. If I’m stressed out I’ll cook a heap or go get myself a trendy new haircut from the hairdressers. We’re looking to move ASAP. Preferably somewhere for atleast 3 months. Thank you for visiting our listing and we hope you consider us!
Easy to get along with, friendly, but aware one likes their own space too. We have a 1 year old cat house trained. Minimum stay 6 weeks. I work full time for an Adelaide travel group. Love the local music scene and the outdoors.
Hi, I am a teacher working with kindy aged children in a full time job. Love my work, love cooking, gardening, music, bike riding, getting outside and going to gym. I’m enjoy keeping a tidy clean home, and enjoy being with people. I grew up on a farm near Gawler and have a lovely family. Have three children who have partners and a gorgeous young grandson whom I take out on great weekend adventures.
I'm a 29 year old who is currently working full-time. I'm a quite individual who keeps to herself. I'm an early riser and early settler. I like to spend my downtime relaxing by watching movies, reading, cleaning, cooking or finding other things to occupy my time. I'm happy to have a chat, play board games, etc. I don't drink alcohol or smoke. I don't have any pets and I'm very allergic to cats (sorry - they're cute tho!) I am looking for a mature and independent person/people to live with. I would also be interested in meeting like-minded people for a team-up. I'm pretty flexible on suburbs to live in. As I am comfortable doing 40 minute drives to work in the city, I'm happy to live further out of the city to fit within budgets.
Hi, my name is Samantha, I am 20 years old and I am looking for one or two housmates that are friendly and easy to get along with. I am currently studying one day per week. I am shy at first but once i get to know you im a friendly and easy going person who is always up for a laugh. I love cooking, music, reading and movies. I love going on adventures and exploring places. I'm an animal lover so pets aren't an issue for me. I am looking for a place that is spacious and not crowded.
My name is Jennah and I’m 21 years old. People describe me as a bubbly and happy person. I’m also a very clean and tidy person. I enjoy reading, cooking, hanging out with mates, and binge watching tv shows. I’m a full time student currently in my final year at UniSA. I also work part time at Woolworths. I'm from a country town and I am currently studying a double degree, one in animal behaviour and the other in psychology. I have a horse and enjoy horse riding and being outdoors. I'm looking for a place in which I can have my cat. He is a ragdoll and mostly keeps to himself. I am happy to keep him in my room if it bothers people him being out. He is an indoor cat and gets along really well with dogs. He doesn't get along well with other cats though. I am shy to begin with and keep a bit to myself but once you get to know me I am funny and a great listener. Im happy to have a meal and a drink and socialize or if you want your own space I would respect that. I study at Flinders and am looking for somewhere around Cherry Gardens as I aggist my horse and get riding lessons there. Somewhere with aggistment would be a bonus as Im finding it really hard at the minute traveling out to him as Ive grown up having my horse at my doorstep. He is a 5 year old 16hh paint and I mainly preasure ride with the hope to jump. Even though he is young he is really quiet and gets along with any horse I've put him in a paddock or ridden with.
I'm a 27 year old full time student at Flinders studying IT & Cybersecurity. I'm looking to find accommodation close to uni and will also be seeking a local casual / part-time job once I have secured accommodation. I don't smoke or drink, and am comfortable minding my own business or spending time with others. I am generally a quiet and mature person, however I am also not shy, having had years of experience working with kids and adults. I've spent the last 10 years training and teaching free-syle martial arts, which ended with the retirement of my instructor and the closing down of the club this year. I've also spent the last 6 years teaching gymnastics, parkour & stunt-craft for kids at the INEA YMCA. This also ended this year with me taking on full-time study. I also have a 3 year old female bearded dragon. While I occasionally like to let her stretch her legs or soak up some sunlight outside, she mainly stays in her own custom built enclosure.
