Hi! My name's Liska, I'm 22, and studying Classical Chinese and translation at ANU. Looking for a place to stay for a few months in Canberra until I finish my degree. I keep my space tidy and am always keen to plan and cooperate over chores. I enjoy chatting with housemates when we're in the kitchen or lounge together, would be open to cooking together too (although I'm vegetarian)! I spend my free time listening to music, seeing friends, writing and playing video games. I usually head up to Newcastle once or twice a month to see my girlfriend and family for a few nights. I'm looking for a room with easy biking to ANU, ideally sharing with one to three other people. Let me know if your place sounds like a match!
I've just moved to Canberra from Sydney to start an APS Grad job. I'm always up for a chat but also respect other people's privacy and space. I'm easy going, I clean up after myself and I keep common areas tidy. I enjoy cooking, hiking and unwinding with a glass of wine. I'm flexible with move-in dates but would prefer between the 17th and 30th of April.
Understands priorities, ie rent/bills above all else. Responsible pet owner, my feline is very important to me. Social but also pretty quiet due to study(teaching degree) Musician, dont stress, rehearsals are at the studio. Likes to cook. Not looking for a party house. Need to move by the 1/4 but can be sooner. Thanks for reading.
I just moved to Canberra from Brisbane. I will be studying for my master's degree in UC. I am looking for someone to start sharing a place, ideally already furnitured. I prefer somewhere close to the Uni. I am tidy and responsible, enjoy chatting with roommates, and clean up after myself.
I'm easy going, clean and neat, sociable and respectful of other roomies' privacy. I've lived in house shares for a year now am a fully "trained" housemate. I'm a professional therapist, working part-time and relatively new to Canberra. I have a Jack Russell female dog who is equally chilled. I'm here in Canberra for a year or two while I update my degree in psychology. If my dog is an issue, I'm prepared to home her with a friend.
Hey I’m max I moved out of an abusive environment when I was 16 and never looked back, I really want to finish yr 12 at dickson colledge but won’t be able to unless I can find long term accommodation. I’m trying not to stress but i only have 3 days to move out and nobody is replying which means I will end up homeless again. I was staying with some really nice people but they are moving out of state in two weeks so house has become unavailable, so as soon as a place is available I would move in immediately. I have a job at a wearhouse and work as much as I can. I’m a clean, consider others and hope you can look past the fact I’m 17.
I’m a full-time Law and Commerce student at UC working part-time as a Paralegal in Deakin. Looking predominantly to start or move in to a share-house with people of a similar age. I have lived in shared student accommodation for 12 months so I understand personal space and how to 'share'!
Hi there! I'm moving to Canberra from Melbourne and am looking for a room for around 3-6 months, preferably beginning within the next 2 - 6 weeks, and in the $100-150 range. Pretty flexible with location (north, south, etc) and not fussed if furnished or unfurnished. Am a tidy, clean person, good with animals and generally quiet but more than happy to chill out with housemates :) Willing to split bills and obviously do my share of housework. I enjoy gaming or heading out for coffee/movies/casual drinks in my free time. Let me know if you're interested!
Hi! I'm Ajay moving from Melbourne. I work fulltime. When I have spare time I like to have a good conversation or some Netflix. My passions include teaching, cooking, dancing and being active. I also enjoy playing board games, trying out new brunch spots on the weekends and going on hikes/picnics. I am a very tidy person and value cleanliness. I am quite social and easy going but also appreciate my space and privacy sometimes. If this sounds like your ideal housemate, please get in touch and we can arrange to meet for a coffee!
Hi! I have recently moved up here for work. As I work full time down in Tuggeranong, I am looking to share a house on the south side, however, depending on the house/price etc, I could live anywhere that's close to transport. I have a car as well so some form of parking is a must. I have all the usual qualities you would expect from a flatmate - reliable w/ rent and bills, clean, respectful, sociable. I play music (piano and a bit of drums) but keep the noise between business hours ;) I am looking to pay a max of approx. $220 per week, but can be flexible. Please get in touch if you have any questions or offers. Looking to move by mid April at the latest! Ta Owen
Hi there, I'm Desmond, I am a digital designer working full-time at a graphic design studio in the north side. I have been in Canberra for a while now after spending time studying in Melbourne and looking to make the next move into another place. I know how to cook, clean and pay bills so if these are your focal points then don't worry, I have that covered. When I am not at home I like to go for a cycle, play the guitar (bass, if you want to learn I can help you out), do some cooking go for a walk. I can only write so much in this description, so it is better to talk in person over a coffee or tea... Just give me a call to arrange a time! **I'm interested in teaming up to rent a place as well. Just give me a message**

We are a couple - Eve (27) and Gabriel (28). I (Gabriel) work at the Department of Environment and am transitioning to a career as a Social Worker after completing my Masters last year. Eve works as a disability support worker and is an artist as well. We are relaxed, friendly people who enjoy keeping a pretty calm and clean house, but don’t stress the small stuff. We enjoy cooking most nights and sharing a drink or a cuppa tea with housemates and friends.
