Howdy future flatmate, I'm Grace and I'm seriously seeking out some independence. I lived abroad in France for a year in 2016 and have now spent almost a year back in the rents house in Adelaide. (Needless to say, I'm keen to move out again). Studying full time (currently business at flinders but might be changing that in 2018) and working part time. I like having my own space and time to myself, but also would enjoy being a part of a friendly house that shares some time together. I’m considerate and clean and absolutely happy to help out around the house. I love animals but have none, however considering a fish (subject to whether I can keep a plant alive, tbc.) Relevant fun facts: Earliest move in date January 2018, I play no musical instruments, have a car but would prefer to use public transport or walk (if convenient), vego-curious, spends some nights at boyfriend’s place, would like to improve my cooking skills, Irrelevant fun facts: I speak fluent French, love standup comedy, don’t like sitting on public transport when its busy, enjoy skyping friends abroad, and known for being indecisive but working on it :) My year abroad gave me experience in house sharing (so not a complete amateur). I’m super keen to find a good fit and for this experience to work out well for everyone involved. Overall, I’m uber accepting of others an I’m just looking for an easygoing household to be a part of. Look forward to meeting you! Grace xx
I am a full time PhD Student at The University of Adelaide. I am respectful, tidy, non-smoker and very social person. I enjoy playing soccer, hiking and going to the nature in my leisure time. I am clean and don't leave a mess, and will do my fair share to keep the house clean! I am not interested in a big share-house arrangement and would prefer to live with one or two other person. I'm looking for a somewhere near the city.
I currently live in Melbourne but am relocating to Adelaide for uni. I am studying a Master's of Physiotherapy. I enjoy travelling, exercising & keeping fit, and getting artistic.
I’m Eloise. 33 year old female, professional, working full time in the CBD. I rarely watch TV, but I do love listening to music and podcasts. I love food, wine and coffee and I’m frequently out and about with friends enjoying drinks after work and breakfast on the weekends. I’m a minimalist, with a few house plants and I’m searching for a calm and peaceful space to share with a like minded person.
Hey :) I’m Siân, 24-year-old full-time student & part-time worker. I’m keen on renting somewhere in or close to the city & ideally a newly built house or apartment. Please note, my move date is March 11th (can probably go up to a week before this, or from the 1st of March for those with a month ending lease!) but pretty firm on the date as I'm on the lease for my current place and it's just not really logical for me to be paying 2 x rent :) My two main must-haves are an inside laundry (where you won’t be fighting off spiders just to do your washing) and whole house ducted air-conditioner (I’m not one to always have the air-con on, but spending the last two summers in houses that don’t have any air conditioning at all has made me realise you really do need one for those 34 degree nights!). Built in robe would be sweet too, but not essential. I am a vego/vegan but not bothered by what someone who lives with me eats! I’m super clean, love reading, binge-watching new Netflix shows and chilling out with some music. I’m someone who can’t sit at home all day, and I’m constantly out doing something. I have two jobs and in my spare time I volunteer as a coordinator with Sea Shepherd, I'm also a full-time Communications and Media student at UniSA. Would love to find someone who is nice & clean as well as easy going and easy to live with. If this sounds like you, hit me up!
From the other side of the world, having just finishing traveling around Oz I've decided to spend the rest of my time here in the beautiful city of Adelaide. Flatmates have been serving me well in finding accommodation during my travels, and I've met some fantastic roommates on here so far. Employed as a bartender, looking to make the most of my time before I have to return. I'm training hard for when I return, so if your into fitness we have common ground already :) I'm looking to find roomate/s who are respectable, fairly tidy, and have a sense of humor.
Just got a new job which means moving to Adelaide for 4-6 months before heading up to the NT. Working full time in consulting role, originally a Victorian, but I'm happy to give the Gran Prix back if that helps. I lead a fairly active lifestyle, am easy going, well practiced in shared accommodation etiquette including but not limited to cooking and cleaning. Friendly disposition and dont mind a chin wag while crossing paths through the week, but will spend most weekends out playing tourist or visiting friends/family. I'll be getting to Adelaide on about the 24th/25th, so anytime from then would be great to find somewhere fairly central in Adelaide.
Happy New Year to you all. I am a mature aged man who is young at heart and fun to be with. I am seeking short term accommodation during February and March 2018 while I am in town for the Adelaide Fringe. Would prefer somewhere within walking distance to the city centre or handy to public transport. My exact dates yet to be confirmed, but will be approx. February 12th - March 20th. I would be happy if you have just a couple of weeks available in that period. I will not be home most of the time except to sleep and consume a morning meal, but would be nice to catch up with house mates either at home or at the Fringe. I am house trained, non smoking and considerate of others. All I need is a clean, comfortable bed in a reasonably quiet household. Cheers, Woody
Hey, I'm super easy to get along with, respectful and very clean. Exercise Science student at Flinders uni. Easy going country lad, Love sport, the beach and being with mates and family. Looking for a room with housemates of any gender and age just clean and easy get along with.
My names Tayla, im 21 and looking to move into a shared house (females), I work most days and I am currently studying nursing at uni sa. I have no pets and I dont smoke, Im clean and tidy and am a pretty quiet person, In my spare time I love to watch movies, read and catch up with friends.
Hi people :) I'm looking for somewhere to chill (sleep, study and hang out) while studying at TAFE College of the Arts full time ( I got in!) and a University Foundation Course. I'm down-to Earth, tidy and hygienic, I'll keep to myself and I will be pretty busy with TAFE etc and hopefully a part time job!!, so I won't be at home all the time, but, I am friendly and like to chat with house mates while still being respectful of others privacy of course. I have lived in Waikerie, in the Riverland, for the last 5 years and even though I am young I have lived with a few different people so have learned that communication is vital to any relationship, so I highly value respect, and honesty, and appreciate boundaries being made right away (to be honest, it's just that I want to live with people that have commons sense and are respectful). I have had problems with a best 'friend' breaking my boundaries and treating me disrespectfully when living with them and I have learned from that and become stronger. I am a part of LGBT+ community (I'm Bi/panromantic and gender neutral at times, although identify as female) so of course am not judgmental/negative of things like that and I am also body positive and can't handle living with people who are constantly negative i.e my Grandmother ahah. We need to lift each other up, not bring people down! I also believe in equality for all and hate bullying obvs. I am a vegetarian and have to eat GF and dairy/lactose free and hope to pick up some hobbies while in Adelaide such as going to the gym, photography, dancing (?) also, possibly paintball/gun-ranging etc. I am also a fangirl (Dr Who, Harry Potter, Marvel/DC, manga/anime and some TV shows especially ones on NETFLIX!, so, if we live together and have commonalities it'd be cool to watch and discuss episodes together if y'all like and you may see some cool merchandise X,D) . I'm creative and musical (mostly singing, so I'll need to practice at home sometimes) and may want to get a keyboard and sound recording equipment in my room/somewhere eventually, but if that's an issue, we could work that out as I DEFINITELY appreciate quiet as well. I've lived with rowdy siblings/loud family for most of my life so I really do appreciate the quiet!! Oh, I love! cats but am slightly allergic/sensitive to long haired cats (I think XD; I get sinus from them if they, for example sleep on my pillow or if i pet them for too long), so basically as long as cats aren't in my room and the home gets vacuumed regularly I'm alright with cats :) and I'm also asthmatic so no smoking inside please. I cannot wait to finally be studying something which I'm interested in and be surrounded by a positive environment! I hope I find the right share house for me. Have a good day :') Toodles~
Super easy going, lived in shared houses many times before interstate and overseas. Enjoy sports, music, cooking and socialising but always very respectful and comfortable to live with and sharing the space and workload with others.
Hi my name's Bec. I lived in Melbourne for four years and absolutely loved it. Unfortunately due to personal circumstances I've had to move back to Adelaide. I'm currently on Centrelink as I do not have a job at the moment. I am studying currently and I start work placement soon. I'm currently staying with my mum so I am suitable to move in whenever. I do plan to move back to Melbourne so I'm not sure how long I would be staying. I come with my 10 month old english springer spaniel puppy Arlo who is toilet trained. He is non negotiable unfortunately. So we are a packaged deal. I like people who will clean up after themselves as my dog is still a puppy and can get into everything. I like my personal space as well as some socialising. I do smoke but I would never smoke inside. And I'm very respectful towards anyone who is not a smoker. I'm clean and quiet and I have been called the pancake queen. Although I am trying to eat healthier nowadays. I always pay my rent and bills on time and can always pitch in for common essentials like eggs and milk. I look forward to hearing from you! Let me know if you have any questions or I need to clear anything up for you! A message from Arlo: Harrow I'm Arlo. I love most people, once I get to know you. I love treats and kissess. I'm just getting into fetch, but I take a while to drop the ball. I would like a place where me and mummy can feel safe and comfortable. If this is you message my mummy. Woof woof woof
Hello potential housemates! - I am a bubbly, social and a down to earth person - tidy and clean in how I live - when I am not working I love going to markets, yoga and have cups of tea! I would like to find an existing share place with my own bathroom/ensuite and that I can stay in long term. It would be nice to live with housemates that I could also have a friendship with and share a wine or dinner every now and then. I am not a party girl and prefer a healthy lifestyle. I am truely passionate about my career and enjoying the simple things in life. I left my old sharehouse due to the location of my new role for work and until mid March more often than not, I will not be working away Monday to Friday. I am very flexiable with my move date and would prefer to find the right dynamic within a house than move quickly. Send me a message if this might be something that works for you :)
I am an outgoing, respectful and clean uni student who is friendly and easy to get along with :) I am aiming to find a new place to live in early to mid February. I have reliable income, my own vehicle and a full time university load. I spend a fair bit of my time out and doing things (eg. Uni, Hiking) but am nearly always keen for some chill time/banter with housemates and friends :)
