We're Sarah and Louisa, a couple both originally from the UK but have decided to call Australia home. Having recently moved to Cairns from Sydney, we're both working and want to stay in Cairns for the job opportunities we have here and to experience all FNQ has to offer! We would love a place for at least 6 months (longer if we like it!). We're both easygoing, friendly, clean and respectful housemates who have previously lived in share houses. Happy to share a meal or a glass of wine with housemates but also know how important it is to have your own space and time to yourself.
Sarah - I'm an ELICOS teacher working in a private language school helping international students learn English. I'm friendly, sociable and like to experience new things. In my free time I love getting outdoors, exploring new places, hiking, yoga, reading and cooking. I'm also learning Spanish and want to learn to wakeboard.
Louisa - I work within the arts in theatre and events. I'll be working at the Cairns convention centre as well as on different events and festivals in Cairns and other cities. As well as this, I work remotely in social media and marketing for various companies. In my free time I love exercising, going to the gym, yoga and hiking. I'm also great in the kitchen (potential housemate perks?!).
