Hi future housemates! I am moving to Brisbane February the 17th/18th. However, I will be in Brisbane the 3rd and 4th of Feb and would like to be able to come and see the house/apartment and meet my possible future housemates then before moving in. I'm a physiotherapy student studying my 4th and final year! I will be working as a physiotherapist in hospitals around Brisbane finishing my uni clinical placements, as well as a gymnastics coach. I am a friendly, upbeat person, always up for a chat, a Neflix/Friends/Grey's Anatomy sesh, a casual glass or two of wine and maybe a fun night out, but I also like my personal space. I like going to the gym, cooking, shopping, exploring, or going to the beach. I am always respectful, mindful of my fellow housemates, clean and tidy. Nonsmoker, no children or no pets (but I love dogs) I have a great previous rental history and have done the whole house share thing so the do's and don'ts. Looking somewhere to live somewhere $200-250 close to the CBD/North of the River with a nice homely feel. I would prefer a housemate/s to be of similar age, female or co-ed. I will be moving to a new city so and don't know anyone so being able to build a friendship and a home not just somewhere to sleep would be an added bonus! Furniture wise I have a fridge, some bedroom furniture, TV and a heap of kitchen stuff. The ideal place would be a nice apartment/house, with my own room big enough to fit a Queen bed and own bathroom, AC, parking, close to public transport, a balcony perfect for drinking wine on and a supermarket nearby.

I'm very easy going a relaxed and Im very sociable. 2-I'm neat and tidy and I like to keep things clean and organised. It makeseveryone happy. 3- I love to cook and share home cook meals and even cook together! That's means everyone's saves money. Also I'm like really really good haha. 4- I do shows in the city and I go out to party in pretty cool places. I've been living by myself in Sydney for 4 years, and I'm ready to enjoy avocados once again and try the housemate scene. I am a full time musician, so I sing a lot but I am a quiet tenant. I don't smoke, I'm tidy and always clean up after myself. I enjoy sleeping and me time, and also enjoy the occasional drink or two. I'm the worlds fussiest eater so I won't eat your food. I'm looking to live with someone who isn't too noisy, doesn't smoke, and who won't eat my food. Ideally I'd like the main bedroom & ensuite (I have a lot of stuff) and I need a wardrobe and washing machine. I also need a secure car space in the vicinity of the building. My lease ends in March so I can be ready to move in just before Good Friday.

I'm in Australia for my work placement for Uni; I grew up in the UK but I was born in the Philippines. I've chosen Sydney to do my other half of my year long placement. While in Uni, I've always lived in shared houses with my friends and strangers that become good friends. I am tidy, clean and very sociable so, if you're up for a drink at the pub or a quite night in then I can roll with that!
