Hi there, Thanks for reading my profile :-) I’m 37 and working as a freelancer whilst setting up my own home organisation business, with some of my work being on the weekends as well as during the week. I have a 20 year old indoor domestic short haired cat, that is very clean and toilet trained and pretty much sleeps all day in a sunny spot in my room, and I am very fastidious about cleaning up after her. I’m quiet but still like to socialise and chat, friendly, clean, tidy, respectful of others and their personal space and I treat others how I would like to be treated. Warm regards, Mel
I am coming back from an exchange in Amsterdam and I need a new place to live while I complete my final year of university! I am studying sustainability and environmental management at Deakin, Burwood. I had a casual job at McDonalds which I'm sure I will be able to get back, but if not, my centrelink payments and savings are more than enough to pay for my rent until I find a new one. I have lived in three different share houses since moving out at 18 and have always paid my rent on time. I am a very organised and clean person and I would like to share a house with just one, two or perhaps three housemates that also know how to clean up after themselves. I also have a pet snake, I always keep her enclosure in my room. I know that not everyone is comfortable with the idea of living with a snake, and if so I promise you will never have to see her.
Hey there, I'm a full-time student at Monash doing my master degree and doing some part-time teaching jobs. I'm pretty chill, fun and do respect others' space. Also, I keep my space clean and tidy and always clean up after myself in the common area, so you don't have to worry about anything related to cleanness. Feel free to message me :)
Hi, I'm Alice. I'm 18 currently finishing up at school and hoping to move to Melbourne soon from the country for my sport and education reasons. I am an easy going person and love to share a good laugh. 2019 I plan to study, work, travel and train/compete so chill housemates would be great but I can adapt to any living arrangements. Don't mind enjoying a drink or two either.. especially during my off season or after a big competition.
Laid back, easy going, clean/neat, works full time in cbd, pays rent/bills on time, relatively quiet and keep to myself but happy for the socialisation too. Have 2 dogs that I share “custody” with my mum so have them Weekends and holidays. Theyre largely indoor dogs who sleep in my room at night. The people I live with must be dog lovers. I’m open to living in other areas in the east - other than what I’ve listed. Also open to living with 1 or 2 other females! It all Really depends on the house and people! Ideally wouldn’t want to pay more than 200 give or take per week for my share (excluding bills) so looking for houses that are 380-420 per week roughly *looking for TEAM UPS ONLY as I have a A lot of my own furniture but happy to negotiate with someone who may also have a lot of their own stuff as I realise it feels more homely when you are surrounded by your own things!

But I'm mostly at home or at work.
Hey folks! My name is Sumit and I am a Master's student of Design at Monash Caulfield. I had been living in Oakleigh for 9 months and then in Caulfied for 7 months. I am looking for a private room in a quite setting. Being a post grad student, I spend a lot of my time at uni while doing my assignments. On weekends, I have a flexible schedule. I keep my room very tidy and like staying with people who prefer keeping home organised. I do not smoke at all but do take wine occasionally while socialising. Though I am usually busy with studies but I do like to talk. My friends say that I am a good listener. My growth has given me enough wisdom to appreciate the differences in opinions. I may have a different opinion than people but that shall never affect my respect for them till the till their conduct is ethical. You can always trust me for rent as I never miss the deadline. I am looking for a flat or house with 1-3 bedrooms. I have been through enough mess while living without contract because of real-estate agents or flatmate's carelessness and do not want to go ahead without it. I am looking for a private room with shared facilities of washer, dryer, gas as a standard equipment + a carpark. A BIR is a must for my bedroom. . let me know if you think that you can team up with me or offer me a place to stay for next 1 year or more. . I am intending to move in Week 2 of January. Thanks and kind regards.... :)
