I am a full time criminology student from brisbane. I work part time at a mexican restaurant. I like to play guitar in my spare time :)
It's been a year since I moved to Brisbane to do a full time day job at a software company in Albion. I'm easy to get along with, polite, respectful and independent. Love to cook (Asian), share meals and household chores. Happy to chat and socialize but also needs alone time to recharge. Looking preferably closer to the train station and a non-smoking household. No pets but love dogs. Relaxed, chilled, but not scruffy. Working til 5pm on weekdays, exploring Brisbane on weekends whenever I get the chance.
We need a flat with a secure garage. Hobbies: 4x4, MX, boxing and mountain biking. We are clean, tidy and sociable (we just moved here this year so if you're into bikes, 4x4 or the occasional beersie that's a bonus :) !) We both have full time careers. Mitch is 25 (Engineer) and I am 27 (teacher). We are kiwi as, so pretty chill and friendly but also tidy and considerate of others. We are happy in our current place but need a secure garage so we can get back into our hobbies :) Feel free to get in touch, Kind regards, Renee
I'm a trade-qualified horticulturalist working in a locally-owned nursery. I'm a lover of pop-culture and the outdoors, and I'm always happy to sit and have a few quiet ones, or leave you to your privacy I have a trained, extremely friendly Kelpie x German Shepherd who needs a decent sized yard with a fence
Hello future flatmate! I'm Bri, 22, studying full-time, working casual hours nightfilling 2-5 nights a week. I get government payments while I'm studying so bills are never a problem. I am going to be home most of the time studying during the day. In my spare time I like to hang out in my room and play video games, watch some Netflix or play on my laptop. I am not a party animal but every other weekend I like to go out and enjoy myself :) As I have no family here my few close friends are my family and I like to have them over to hang out and watch a movie in my room every now and then. I have lived out of home and been self sufficient since I was 18 so I am well adept at keeping a clean, tidy household and being respectful of my housemates. Please don't be afraid to send me a message if you'd like to have me join your household! My budget allows for rent of $180 per week including bills. Thanks for reading! Bri
I don't party, don't cook often, I'm tidy, I don't disturb others at all, don't smoke, I have no pets. Easygoing, friendly, not loud.
Hi, I'm Connor! I'm an 18 year old student studying psychology at UQ, however I've deferred this semester while I sort out my living situation. I work part-time as a supervisor at Target, however am actively looking for more work right now. For the last few months I've been renting a flat in Warner with my partner, however this is no longer suitable as we have recently separated. I'm very responsible and tidy for someone my age. I don't mind having a drink every now and then however lately I've just been too busy for recreation.
Hey guys. I'm 25 years of age and a qualified plumber by trade. Looking for a place to call home with a couple of cool housemates. I've lived out of home since I was 17 so I'm pretty up to scratch when it comes to sharing with other people. I'm clean, respectable and easy to socialise with. I do have my own bedroom furniture so will be looking for an unfurnished room. Hit us up if you're keen to put me up!
we are very happy, easy going people who love to have a laugh and a chat or give you the space if you need it (: We enjoy keeping things tidy and usually live for small adventures on weekends. We have a son named Marley, who is 16 months old with a beautiful personality. Sleeps all through the night and brightens anybodies day up.
Hi. I currently have a room available in a rented home at Albany Creek. The lease is ending at the end of Sept 17, so I am looking for someone to share the home using that room and also to then together find a new home to rent. We could also relocate before the end of Sept. The curent home is great and to read more about it and about myself, look at the property listing (on this same web page) for Cordia Crt Albany Creek.
I'm looking for 1-2 People to move into a new place with me. I'm looking to move in the middle of September as my current lease ends in the end.I have all communal furniture/appliances/kitchen things needed (Couch, Fridge, washer, dryer, outdoor setting, microwave, you name it) the only thing I don't have is a dining room table. Although if you have a nice tv for the lounge room that would be great! At this stage my Partner is unsure as to whether he'll be moving out with me. Either way, I'll be looking at 3 bedroom places. If he moves with me we'd like 1 extra person. If he doesn't i'll be looking for 2 people. I'm a really easy going and laid back person. I work full time so i'm out of the house all day Monday-Friday. When I get home from work I usually keep to myself a bit but don't mind the casual chat or hangout. I've had mixed experiences with this site (I've been in share houses for the past 3 years) so I'd like to get to know you a bit before we decide to live together. At this stage I think I would prefer to live with guys (based on past experiences) however I would be open to girls if need be. If there's anything more you'd like to know about me please send me a message! I'd love to hear from you :)
Howdy, My name is Jake and I'm currently looking for accommodation in the city or surrounding suburbs. I am a full-time Concierge of a hotel in the central part of the Brisbane City and I'm looking for a like-minded room mate/s for a short or long term lease beginning around mid-August. I am a healthy eater, exercise frequently, work full time (shifts vary from AM to PM) and keep my living and working environments very neat and tidy (which I've found to be quite rare). If I'm completely honest, I do enjoy a good weekend out but am mature nonetheless and love to have a laugh . Despite these traits, I am relaxed and won't impede on your busy routines but am easily approachable and sociable. If you share similar views and you're actively looking, feel free to contact me through a message or a text. Good luck with your hunting!
Hi! I am looking for a 1-2 people to move into a house with me. I am very clean and tidy. I am organised and make sure bills and rent are either in early or on time. I love having a good time with friends and people that I live with. I have a beautiful chocolate Labrador who loves to play and cuddle and is such a great companion to have and is an outside dog, and we come as a pair so if you aren't happy living with a dog don't bother messaging me. I am studying externally and working part-time and looking for somewhere for myself and my dog. I like hanging out just watching movies and don't mind going for a cheeky bevvie every now and then.
Hi there! I'm an Italian background man working full time in hospitality! I'm friendly, easygoing and respectful of others needs and privacy and I'm looking for the same back. I'm no more a party man but if you look for a chat with a drink or two it will be a pleasure. I'm a neat and tidy person, honest and reliable. Length of stay depends on how good we live together. ;) Cheers
I'm moving to Brisbane to start a new job at Royal Brisbane Hospital in Sept. I'm a busy professional / academic with a 10 year old desexed male pug who loves people and needs a small fenced/yard area. So my ideal flatmate will Love dogs or even have a dog too that would enjoy company. I'm looking for a non-smoking share house or to team-up with someone who is a no-fuss person that's tidy, quiet and respectful of others (like I am).
Entertaining, social, clean, respectful, relaxed and easy to get along with. Australian- back from a few years away for work and travel. Now working fulltime at Bowen Hills. I'm very active, constantly out and about and very social. At the same time I respect privacy and everyone's right to their own time and space. I cook, clean, happy to spend time with housemates.
Studying IT at QUT. I'm a quiet guy and quite flexible and easy to live with. No gender or nationality preference although it would be better if roommates were closer to my own age 20-30 and general region i.e. South Asia due to food preferences. Having someone to have a chat with and hang out with occasionally is not a mandatory but would be nice. Vegan/non-vegan, doesn't matter. I'm also up for team-ups and sharing whole properties.
I am a 43 year single dad. My little girl is 3 years old and I do have her anything up to 50% of the time. It is a share custody agreement that we decide as we go, depending on the needs of both her and her mum on the week ahead. My daughter is very important to me, so it is important for me to find a room suitable for the two of us to live in. We do cosleep so an extra bed in the room would not be necessary. I do have most of my own furniture, but will to put some in storage if the need arises. I have just recently graduated from a Diploma of Human Resources Management, so am currently looking for work in this field to kick start my new career. In saying that I am determined to find work in the near future, so on the days I dont have my daughter, Im usually busy trying to find suitable employment. I am very responsible with rent, and pay on the day it is due fortnightly as a first priority. I have lived in the same Stafford Residence for three years since my daughters mother and I separated, and quite happy to produce references to show there will never be an issue with my rent, am clean and tidy, respectful, and an allround awesome housemate. Before I livedin my current Residence, I lived in Everton Park, where my daughter is currently residing. In saying that am quite happy to take my time in moving to find the right house and right fit for my daughter, as it is important to me to find something long term as want to be able to provide stability for my little girl. I am a man of word however, and definatly want to do the right thing by my current landlord, so from the date an agreement is made with us, I would have to give him two weeks notice. It is important to me to stay relatively close to the area of Everton Park/Stafford as I dont have transport, and need to be close to my daughter in case of any emergencies that may arise if needed. My life very much does revolve around my munchkin. I have not worked an exact dollar amount I can afford in rent at the moment but hoping for something along the price range of up to $160 per week, although this amount is mentioned it is just a rough estimate until i can work out the figures with an exact dollar amount, as budgeting is also very important to me in my situation so willing to go higher but prefer to go smaller. I am very honest person and tells it is how it is, so I am saying if there is a bond, an arrangement would have to be made to pay it off with my rent upon my tenancy starting, as I honestly do not have that sort of money upfront. Im not sure how all this works so if your interested please get back to me asap with a number or contact details, and be only to happy to contact you as soon as possible. Kind Regards Steven
Hey, currently looking for a room or someone to get a place with. My current lease ends on August 13, so looking to move around that date- preferably before. I work part time at Telstra & study Business full time at QUT, so I'm not home heaps. I've been living with house mates for the past 3 years, so at this point I honestly just want a chill, easy environment to live in. Looking for someone who I can have a drink with after work but can still be independent. Give me a text & let's grab coffee.
