Hi there i am an easy going professional woman from New Zealand. I work hard during the week. I like to chill out during the week and go exploring the city on the weekends. I am positive and chilled 😊 I clean up after myself and although friendly i respect the need for privacy. I am looking for a room with an ensuite in either richmond, southbank, south yarra, port melbourne.
I am a bright and charismatic 25 year old, music and movie nerd, working as a cleaner for myself and for a company so rent and bills will not be a problem. What I like to do outside of work, I enjoy listening to some Pink Floyd, Bowie or Zepp (yes this is all stoner music but I am not a stoner I can assure you), playing keyboards and sketching and because it's now that time of the year you will find me going for crazy walks or runs just in time for summer. I like to read, sing, play music, cook, draw and paint and learn about almost anything and very passionate about life. Weekends I enjoy a night outs at gigs or bars generally in Fitzroy and Brunswick, where else? I am very respectable of people's privacy/me time and I am not a loud nor a messy person. My occupation is a cleaner so I like to keep my areas neat and tidy. I do enjoy spending time by myself when I've has a big day at work but I can assure you I'd be one fun housemate! I do like to play music a lot but will happily respect the household if they do not wish for me to play music all the time. I am looking for a mix gender or males, warm, clean home with kind people and vibrant personalities and who's up to have a drink at the end of the week and a hang out. In terms of kind, friendly, neat and everyday motivated and outgoing, I am that person. I hope my description of myself is promising. Many regards :D
I am easy going, work full time, cook, cyclist, I keep it quiet. I am looking for a private room and private bathroom. I am also looking for a parking spot/garage. Cheers.
I'm currently working part time at a bar and will be studying at a football (Aussie rules) academy next year. i'm looking for a place in the city or somewhere close by to the city. I'm a mature super friendly fun person that likes to go out for dinner but also like a quiet night here and there . I like to have my place clean i'm really reliable and i respect privacy! more then happy to have a chat to you or to let you have some time to yourself. i'm also really into fitness as i am a footballer. i love running, walks and going to the gym.
Hey ladies and gents! I'm Bethany! I'm 20 years old and have recently moved to Melbourne at the start of the year from Albury/Wodonga. I currently live in West Melbourne, however my lease ends soon so I am looking for somewhere new! I work in Docklands, so anywhere nearby or close to the city is where I'm looking, (somewhere that won't take me more than 30 mins to get to work) however I do not drive at the moment so somewhere close to public transport is necessary! I am a very friendly and easy going person. I am very social, love having a laugh and going out and doing things to keep busy! I go to the gym, and I head into the city quite a fair bit. I am also a tidy person (not OCD but i know how to be clean), and I respect other peoples surroundings. I work 5-6 days a week and on weekends I like to catch up with friends, go to the footy (go cats), or head out! I promise I am a great person to live with :) I would love to find somewhere I can call my home!
G'Day, My name is Jake. I am a 28 year old electrician. I'm originally from country NSW but have lived in Melbourne since the start of the year and have lived here a for a cpl of years in the past. I love Melbourne. I love sport. I enjoy cooking and getting out trying new things. I go to the gym but I'm not a fitness freak. I like being outdoors and I love going to concerts, events etc. I'm an easy-going laid back country guy, who doesn't drink these days, but still loves a laugh and a bloody good time. I'm very respectful of other people's privacy and enjoy my own. Don't mind sharing a meal or the chores. If I sound like a good fit for you, shoot me a message or however all this works. Cheers guys, Jake
Hey I'm suzie, I'm 27 and looking to share a place with some easy going and down to earth people. Ive been a disability support worker for 5 years now, with a background also in personal training. I love a good chat, but also enjoy my own company. Currently live in Malvern.
A professional, happy, friendly and kind personality who enjoys intelligent conversation and spending time outdoors. I am respectful of personal space and like to live in a clean and tidy environment. Always striving for holistic health, love listening to entrepreneurial/business podcasts, and making the most of life.
Hello! I'm looking for a furnished single room in Melbourne, preferably in a suburb close to public transport and to the CBD. I'm an easygoing, respectful, tidy and clean person. I enjoy chitchatting but also respect everyone's privacy and space. Cheers
Please don't be put off by my young age, I'm very mature. I work full time as a web developer and designer. I am very active in Melbourne's tech startup space and hope to start my own business soon in the finance space. I like to work hard and embrace all that life has to offer. Although I am confident and ambitious, I am also a fairly quiet person, I have a deep respect for people's space and privacy. Looking for a really nice place, preferably an old terrace house (I have a thing for them). Feel free to get in contact if you think we would get along :)
Mainly looking for team up - I am wanting to move from South East Suburbs to Bayside area Brighton - Port Melb for a sea and city change. I have a little girl who is 8 that lives with me and we have had housemates on & off over the years. I have a full house of modern furniture & all kitchen amenities, I do like my house to look quiet stylish. Hoping to find someone that is looking for a home to share in those areas and start looking at places with me, I have started looking already but I feel, even though I have a strong rental application that due to the price of houses in these areas my rental application may be weakened on my own. We are super easy going to share with young people who are still (respectably) coming in at 5am on weekends or older people who have a very chilled lifestyle. I do have a little dog who is my daughters very best friend that I need to accommodate for also. About us: I am a professional who works as a financial controller full time, we both snowboard & I wakeboard also, always doing fun adventurous things. My daughter is fairly hilarious and depending on you she will either be your new bestie or she will leave you be, she's a little more grown up than most kids her age. We're not home a lot, go away a fair bit and am always out & about doing things. I am pretty clean, even when things can get a bit untidy you generally don't find much dirt in my house, I am very easy going though and understand not everyone enjoys cleaning as much as I do. The only time you will find this to be untrue is when I am flat out busy and have been popping in home for 5 minute pit stops with no time to clean, but I always still try to be considerate of others.
I'm Emma, 41, full-time office hours professional. I travel a little for work and to visit family and friends interstate so don't have a pet but I would love to move in somewhere with a dog (or cat... But prefer dogs). My family are in Sydney so I will be back up there over christmas/new year. Im easygoing, adaptable and generally positive and happy. I like to get out swimming and running and try to keep fit. I am well travelled and there is usually some plan for a work or holiday overseas trip on the horizon! I have been house sitting but need to move out as the family are returning earlier than expected. Short or longer term options are all good... I am ready to go now! Its obviously a bit rushed I had been trying to find somewhere to buy but that search isn't going so well. So ideally I can find someone/somewhere that is at least good for 3 months but open for longer term if my search to buy doesn't go that well ;) I have a car so do need somewhere I can park it, but I'm fine with on street/permit etc.
I'm an osteopath that has been lucky enough to travel the world with work for the past 10yrs. Will be settling back in Melbourne in the new year & I'm looking for a place not too far from the city. I enjoy my sport, live music, food, cooking and keeping fit. I'm tidy and easy going. I will also be traveling for work between 10-15 weeks of the year if that helps. :)

Dear property owner, My name is Enrique and I am a doctor that works in the Alfred Hospital. My mum is coming to visit me from Spain and I am looking for a place for both of us from the 9th december until 22nd January when I am moving to Sydney as I have a job starting there. I am interested in an apartment a close to the Alfred Hospital or which doesn't have a long commute to the ALfred Hospital Thanks Enrique

Bartender! Studying makeup. I have a king charles cavalier puppy who is 7 months old. Looking for someone else who might have a dog so he can have a friend. He is super cute and you will probably want me to move in purely based on this dog. Interested in starting a team up. Ideally somewhere in St. Kilda would be perfect. Wouldn't mind a two or three bedroom house with a backyard for puppies to run free. Anything with floorboards gets extra points. Mostly out nights at work. Do enjoy a chat or two but also love a good cry alone in my room session. Hobbies include makeup, ubereats, music, my dog and buying stupid things i dont need or paying for gym memberships i dont use. Originally from Adelaide. Been here for a year now.
Hi my name's Madison and I'm 23 years old. I have just moved back to Melbourne for work. Still looking for a place to live short term whilst I settle back into Melbourne life! I am an easy going, fun person who likes to have the best of both world. Love going out for dinner, drinks and socialising but just as much as having a lazy day at home! I have a pretty busy working life so don't spend much time at home. I am a clean and tidy person who respects the space of others. :)
Originally from Sydney but recently moved to Melbourne and work in the music industry (office based job so no crazy late hours or music coming from the bedroom). I enjoy cooking, live music, good food and wine, trying to keep fit and healthy, exploring Melbourne, bike riding (no lycra), travel and have lived in Mexico and Guatemala, Canada, London and Dubai. I'm clean and tidy without being anal and I think I get on with most people - I once spent a night in a Mexican jail with a bunch of Mexicans and managed to walk out of there unscathed. Loving being in Melbourne!
We are a quite couple, tidy really clean and respectful. We like privacy but also have a chat with housemates and spend time together sometimes whenever we have free time. Simone is a bartender and use to work 55 hours by week, so basically is often at work. I work part time in a shop three days by week and the rest of the days I work in my personal office with my business partner. We need a place where to stay till February when we would rent our own apartment. I like paceful place with no party and we don't use to invite friends often, whenever it happens we give notice. I have a creative personality, I'm bubbly and reliable. Simone is quite and polite as man. We are looking for a room that have a window because I suffer of allergies so I need to stay in open space. We are available to meet and have a chat whenever you prefer.
I am a 27 year old moving to Melbourne to start my new job at the beginning of January. I enjoy getting out and about socializing with friends but also like to chill at home for a quiet night in. I also have a dog - Bobby the cocker spaniel who id like to bring along so a house with a yard is ideal. If you think I'm someone you would like to get to know and live with please send me through a message =) I am hoping to move down at the end of December !
Hello! I'm a 30 year old female working full-time Mon-Fri 9 to 5 in the city. Spent the last 17 years living and travelling between different cities and work has now brought me to Melbourne. Most evenings and weekends I am usually out rock climbing or hiking. I love travel, outdoor adventures, live gigs and movies! I'm always on the go so you may not see much of me at home. But when I do get some downtime I'm always happy to have a meal or drink with my housemates, or just hang out at home with a good movie marathon. Housekeeping wise - not overly OCD, I usually just clean up as I go. Generally I am quite chilled and try not to sweat the small stuff. Life's too short for that, right? Non-smoker and not into wild house parties. Preferably housemates who are similar in these respects and appreciate a quiet and peaceful home to return to. Love animals too and certainly won't mind if you have a cat or dog .... as long as they love cuddles and don't chew on my shoes!

Hi all. Currently in the process of moving on from a relationship (very amicably!) so I'm looking for a fresh start. I've recently turned 49years young. Very social. Love a laugh, a beer, great company and obviously sport. I've 3 beautiful young boys that are growing into great young men, who I have 30% of the time. I am very active, like to keep fit, work full time and generally love my life and the people I have in it. I'm searching for somebody who is also looking for a large 3brm, 2+ bathroom, whole property in the same suburbs, to possibly team-up and share. I have a budget of approx $600p.w. and hoping to find someone to pitch in approx $400 - $500 p.w. for their own bedroom and bathroom near the beach. That way we can secure a great spacious place to call home. Happy to discuss all options. Happy to accommodate children on a part time basis (a typical situation these days!) If you have any furniture to contribute, great, as I'm starting again. I'm fine with Animals provided the Agent/Landlord approves. I'm a terrible cook, but make up for this downfall by being a fastidious cleaner. I'm really easy going and just want to have a great summer cooking on the BBQ, laughing and enjoying happy times in the courtyard. If this sounds like you, then get in touch asap please. Andy.
Hi I'm Andy from Brighton UK, currently doing temp work in an office in Melbourne CBD. I'm a very easy going, rarely annoyed by anything. I'm a clean and tidy person eager to meet new people.
Business Analyst working full time M-F Organised, tidy and respectful. Ambivert - happy to socialise but also happy to keep myself occupied. As well as a room, I'm also looking for storage space. A garage or cage would be ideal!
Hi all - I'm Steph, I'm an acccounting manager at a health insurer where I generally work 9-7 Mon-Fri. I have recently joined a triathlon club (we'll see how long that lasts!), and like all true Melbournians love nothing more than going out for a lazy brunch or to a gig with friends. I'm social, share-house trained, and looking for a place where I can feel comfortable and welcome. I am respectful of shared spaces, and am very good at remembering bin night (almost too good..my current housemates now rely on it!). I'm pretty chilled, happy to have a chat on the couch at night whilst judging reality TV contestants but also have a pretty solid crew of friends so won't hang off you for company!
**PLEASE NOTE - AVAILABLE TO MOVE 1ST OF FEB*** Moving to Melbourne from Sydney as I am starting a new full time role for a large corporate firm in Docklands. I am really easy going, friendly, love to cook and clean and love a tidy home. Pet friendly, enjoy keeping fit and active, enjoy company of others, can be social as well as enjoy my nights in also.
I'm from the Gold Coast so my priority is to find somewhere with a good heating system as I'm very nervous about the infamous Melbourne winter. I'm moving down to study film production whilst working part-time. I'm mature and respectful of other people's spaces, I mostly enjoy relaxing at home but when I do socialise I like a low-key dinner with friends.
Two sisters who are clean, easy going, funny and open-minded. One works full time and loves a sneaky glass of wine and the other works part-time plus studies at SAE. We are looking to get a very small toy poodle but only if we can find a place thats suitable. We would love somewhere with people who are also easy going and are happy to have a chat every now and then.
Hey! My name is Emily and I'm looking to move out preferably somewhere in or close to the city. I'm currently studying at RMIT university and work part-time at a bar on the weekends and sometimes during the week. I'm definitely a bit of an 'extroverted introvert', love to stay in but also enjoy others company. I've always been very clean and organised, as well as responsible, but quite easy going and generally a pretty chill person. Please message me if you have any questions, or if you are interested in offering me a room or in finding a place together :)
Hi my name's Matt. I'm a 30 year old guy working at the The Alfred Hospital as an anaesthetic nurse. Im looking to move somewhere close, ideally between Richmond and Windsor as I don't drive. I'm tidy and respectful of common spaces. Love having the occasional drink or meal together, but I don't depend on this as I work shift work and have a great group of friends. I enjoy the occasional night out, but my main focusses are my family, friends, work and living a healthy lifestyle like going to the gym. I am hoping to move out early to mid to late December as my lease runs out on the 21st. Look forward to hearing from you. Matt
I'm an international student, currently studying a master degree in professional accounting. I spent most of my time studying at home or the library. I'm working a part time position in audit and i'm about to start studying to get my vic drivers license, even though i can drive with my Ecuadorian driver's license. I'm a calm person and the only thing really important for me is respect, i know what sharing a house involves meaning that you need to respect other people space and time i don't like people i share with bringing more people over for drinks during week days until late night cause i need to sleep to get up early for work and uni. Maybe a friday or saturday it's fine. I'm more a movie at home type of person or go to the beach on weekends and do some sightseeing around Melbourne. I love to live in a clean tidy environment wich means i leave the kitchen and commons spaces clean and i expect to find it the same way. So basically respect is the most important. If i find the right place i will stay one year at least or more.
I just got my dream job in a market research company in St Kilda and a daily commute from Carlton is being a drag so I'm planning to move a bit closer when my current lease expires in January-February. I lead an active vegetarian lifestyle, run daily and am usually very busy with work/gym/social life. I would like to live close to the beach as I play beach volleyball in the summer season! I also speak fluent russian and latvian and am learning spanish in my spare time. Love social housemates and having a wine or two in the evening, but respect everyone's space. Not a clean freak but try to keep common areas neat and tidy. Looking forward to meeting future housemates!
Hello there! Born in Melbourne, eastern european background. I love a laugh, a genuine chat and appreciate a healthy lifestyle. I love listening to music, feel good vibes and going to the beach (walking Mala, sunshine & outdoors) balance is key! Social, caring, down to earth personality and enjoy exploring new places and learning. I'm passionate about living with purpose and intention with interests in heath, wellbeing, fitness (love my daily work outs), quality nutrition, self development, cultures, travel, sustainability, humanities, entrepreneurship and curiosity for all things creative such as styling, design (studied Graphic Design), art, photography, film, artistic culture and music (basically anything that makes me feel good, inspired, positive & happy!) I also enjoy a red wine and a selective night out now and then, summer time being my favourite season to be out and about. I'm not a party animal (past tense) but I do like to socialise and party on occasion and in moderation to see my favourite djs visit Australia - love seeing selective live music and festivals. I also enjoy cooking, going out for dinner, healthy brunches, dancing, hanging out with friends, going to galleries and other fun stuff. I work in the Arts part time and I work a second job part time which means I am pretty busy, which is fabulous if you love your own space. Stable income, good work ethic and pride in my morals, values (kindness and integrity are favourable), genuine, loyal and honest. I am ambitious, reliable and responsible, compassionate, spontaneous and adventurous, warm natured and open minded. Looking for a clean, peaceful environment to share with respect for other peoples space. I appreciate a clean bathroom and kitchen. I am well organised, VERY tidy, super clean and enjoy's unwinding "me" chill time (introvert & extrovert qualities) and would love a respectful safe place to retreat and feel relaxed in. I have an 8 year old small dog named Mala, she is very sweet, affectionate, smart, house trained and super loving! (I promise she will melt your heart). She will most likely be staying a few nights in between her current home and new home depending on the some weeks, subject to change. Seeking a beautiful place to call home with cool people, with similar attributes. I value driven people who think outside the box, anything more than that is a blessing and bonus. Please get in touch :)
I work within the health and fitness industry at Australian Sports Nutrition. When I'm not at work I spend my time at the gym! Would love to team up with individuals with similar interests :)

I'm a 23 year old from the UK. Have been away travelling Asia for 4 months previously, been in Melbourne for a month now and am ready to find a more permanent place to live! Was an estate agent back home but I work in hospitality over here so often work on weekends. I'm very sociable, enjoy going out, travelling, skiing, cooking and Love a good Netflix documentary! Ideally looking for a place for 3-4 months. I would love to hear from you if you have a spare room 🙋🏻
London girl who's always had a desire to live and work abroad, which has lead me to Melbourne. I've just secured a job as a project manager for a learning software company. I'm 31, single, vegetarian (no, I won't hiss if you're a carnivore and no, I don't ever want to try a Big Mac, and yes, I get plenty of protein,). I'm here to travel and just embrace living in another country. I'm very well trained, tidy and respectful of other peoples' spaces. Having rented out a room in my own home, I know what it's like to share your home with people who don't appreciate it! I love exercise, Pilates etc, as well as silly nights out. Fire over any questions!
Hi! We're a couple from Lisbon (Portugal), and we'll be staying in Australia for a year, making the best of our Working Holiday! We're pretty laid back; Bernardo likes to play guitar and nerd out about videogames, and Margarida is a certified bookworm. Also, we both enjoy going out for drinks or coffee with friends in the evening. We are tidy people, so you won't have a mess of a house with us. We're also very friendly and are always up for a chat about pretty much anything: ourselves, other people, books, videogames, music, anime, The Game of Thrones, the meaning of life, etc. We're not exactly party animals, but we do like to get to know other people and hang out! If you want to know more about us, please let us know!
Hi, my names Josh. I like football, beach, gym, and a few a beers. Pretty typical Australian bloke. I go to the gym 5 days a week and love cooking quality, healthy food. Work full time, love a bit of banter and I'm tidy.
chill, educated, good vibes, seasoned traveler, broad int'l background, generally pretty fun guy, good range of music (alt rock - techno), social, outgoing, love to explore, adventures, cooking!! and eating too, lived all around the world. Just moved to Melbourne, have a bar job, looking for cool people to have fun and live large with. I want good vibes, cool people who wanna go to the park and bars and share!! I'm awesome, you're awesome. let's go
Hi there, I have just finished a year of travelling around the world and am planning to move back to Melbourne. I lived in Brunswick East for 5 years before I left earlier this year. I was a professional and did work the normal Monday to Friday 9-5, but decided that was no longer for me and packed up and left to explore my passion of cooking. I plan on starting work in the Melbourne area in early January once I am back. I love cooking and actually make the final auditions of Masterchef 2016 but just missed out, so yes I am a decent cook and love cooking every night and having a taste tester around for an honest opinion is always handy. Bit about me, I grew up in Sydney and moved to Melbourne in 2011. I have travelled and lived all over the world, Spain, London, Colorado, The Greek Islands (This is where I lived this summer) I love the outdoors, animals, all sports, cooking and love a cold beer on a Sunday afternoon with a BBQ and fresh food from Vic markets. I love being near the water and peaceful weekends. I love Melbourne because it has so much on all year round. I am not exactly looking to move until the new year as I am spending Christmas and New years in Sydney before I end up back at work in Melbourne. I am easy going and clean and keep my living environments in the same manner. I have lived with both males and females over the years in all different countries and find that time spent in common living areas makes for a more comfortable home with good friends instead of just a house with random people I live with. Hopefully will find something that suites and look forward to a new year in the best city in Australia.
Carlo and I are two friends that met each other at Monash University. I was raised for most of my life in Melbourne and Carlo is an international student from Mexico. I have completed Uni and will be working full time next year and Carlo will be studying at Monash. We will be monitoring the rental property market, looking to move in early February and are searching for 2-4 other like minded people to rent a share house with. We are looking for a house with a backyard in the inner-eastern suburbs near a train station that will likely cost less than $200 each per week. Ideally we would like a house with the same amount of boys as girls and a minimum commitment of a few months. We are both very social, like to drink, love a laugh, are both into fitness and the outdoors, are big global travelers and enjoy a deep and meaningful chat. We're hoping to live with people that are keen to hang out and get to know each other, enjoy partying and are like minded. We both love music and I play in a band (warning: some band practices may be held but will be during reasonable hours). The occasional party will be hosted ;)
Little bit about myself - I moved to Melbourne from Ireland just over 2 years ago. I work in the CBD Mon-Fri (late into the evenings at the moment) and often have to work from Sydney, so if I'm missing for a few days don't stress, I'm all good! Staying fit and healthy is important to me, so when I do have some spare time I'll be in the gym, at the pool etc. Not a big drinker ("are you sure he's Irish?!") but will have one or two on occasion. Try to cook for myself when I can, but like to eat out and always up for trying out a new cafe or restaurant. As a flatmate you'll be getting someone who is tidy, sociable and happy to hang out/grab food/watch a movie, while also respecting your privacy and lifestyle. Looking for someone to share a place with for at least the next 6 months. I'm pretty easy-going, so our interests don't have to be exactly the same. Cheers Shane
Hi everyone, we are a nice French couple, I'm 22 and mi girlfriend is 18, we're very respectfull, actually we are in a house-sharing with 4 other people, we want to moove because the localisation is too far from the Melbourne's center ! We are in australia to appreciate and discover this country and for working too .
Looking for a place to live over the summer; end of Nov- end of Feb (3 months). Definitely looking for somewhere that has a washing machine and a room that is furnished with at least a bed. I'm a uni student from the US and work 5 days a week in the CBD so I'd prefer to live relatively close but would also love to be near the beach or nightlife areas. I love gardening, being outdoors, live music, watching netflix, meeting new people, swimming laps, or just hanging out and having a drink. Looking for tidy but laid back roomies so if you have a spare room over the summer or into next year (preferably until May/June) holla at me! If I'm loving it and it's not too far from uni then I would consider a longer stay well into the year. Thanks!
Hello there, My name is Roman, 26 years old and originally from Burma (Myanmar). I've just finished a degree in Engineering back in UK, and moved to Melbourne to find a graduate job and start a new life. I am tidy and respectful person who likes hanging around and have a drink sometimes. I love cooking healthy meals and watch TV shows in my spare time. I am currently working at Crown Casino as a Bartender (5days per week). Cheers, Roman
Hi! I'm an 19 yrs old female from Sweden moving to the land down under at a working holiday visa, where I plan to work, travel and meet new people! Preferably looking for a long term stay. I'm very easy going and friendly who is always up for a beer or two, but I also respect privacy :) Unfortunately I can't cook but I'm tidy and clean up after myself !:) I'm both interested in shared apartments and team-ups. Don't fear to message me :) Cheers!
