I'm a Malaysian who has been living in Melbourne for the past 6 years and have shared rental accommodation during that period therefore am well aware of the need for privacy and respecting others. I do not make lots of noise in the house but always keen for a party outside, am easy going, love to play sports and head to the gym. Currently working as a part time accountant and qualified as a fitness instructor. Hit me up if I sound like what you are looking for as I am also interested in teamups.
I am 24-year old Filipino international student, taking up master's degree in BA. I am very enthusiastic and easy going. I like meeting new people or making friends and spreading good vibes around 😊 I also love to travel, my travel life has been interesting so far. I like talking and sharing stories, trust me you can talk to me pretty much about everything as I am very open-minded, I'll always have interesting and never ending stories to talk to so pretty much you won't get bored having me around 😊 😊
I am a kind and happy girl from the Netherlands. I like to go for a drink but I am not a big drinker, so I won't be coming home drunk in the middle of the night. I love arts and I draw and write a lot and I love reading and listening to music. I love exploring the city and when its good wheather you often find me in one of the parks or on the beach.
Hello! I'm looking for a relaxed share house with a nice homely vibe :) I am well trained in the share-house department. I'm originally from Brisbane and have been in Melbourne for nearly 3 years now. I don't have any furniture or white goods to offer unfortunately and I drive so am preferably looking for somewhere with parking or permit available. I work 9-5 in Richmond and like all the good things in life (being food, wine and Netflix). Occasionally I will go out, however I consider my party days to be behind me. :)
We're a swedish couple working hospitality, 21 and 22 years old. Daniel is a chef who got his heart in the kitchen. Malin will wait tables, make coffee or flip burgers, and is just the sweetest thing you could ever imagine. We got to Melbourne about two weeks ago with WHV. Both loves music, food, movies and other things that brings a smiles and laughter to our and others faces. We're clean, responsible with money and easy to do with, wont be shy to cook feasts and are planning on staying in Melbourne until April. Cheers, looking forward hearing from you. Daniel and Malin
Hey! I'm Henry, and I'm studying at the Victorian College of the Arts (Melb Uni) in the field of Production. IE: Im the techie in black that works behind the scenes in sound, lighting and vision for live music, theatre etc etc. I also work in this field of production commercially and have started my own small business. Google me and ill come up . So I guess call me a bit of a tech :). My course can be relatively intensive at times, and there can be periods where I'm out and about for most of the day, every day. But when I am at home, I love to play keyboard and am quite musical (though I am quiet about it and use headphones). My list of TV shows that I enjoy seems to grow and grow but include all the 'top' shows like Game of Thrones, Survivor, The Amazing Race and most things on Netflix. I like to think of myself as being quite mature and independent. While I really enjoy socializing, I can be a pretty quiet person that keeps to myself. I can be quite happy to just sit in my room and chill out. I also have a partner living in Melbourne that I like to spend time with.
**Looking for a room from Nov 24th through end of Jan (or earlier)*** Hi, I'm Brianna from the U.S., I've been in Melbourne for a few months now and I'm looking to rent a flat for a couple months here before I travel Oz. I need to move out of my current space on the 24th of November but could find a temporary arrangement if I need to wait until early December. Ideally, I'd need someplace furnished with at minimum a bed. I currently work a 9-5 in the tech sector in the CBD/Docklands area and love the Collingwood/Fitzroy area (art and tacos have my heart), so somewhere easily accessible to both of those places would be ideal. Walking distance to parks/cafes/bars/free tram zone is on the top of my list, but mainly I’m looking for some cool cats to share a flat with. I spend my downtime drawing, exploring, yoga, and trying to seek out adventures and meet new people in this awesome city. I’m looking for flatmates that are a bit social, that enjoy a Netflix binge or a drink out on the town together as I don’t know a ton of peeps, but also do their own thing. I’m big into animals, so if you have an animal friend I will probably spend a good time petting it.
My name is Miranda, 28 and work full time in toorak for a plastic surgeon. I'm easy going, fun, clean and prompt with payment of bills and rent. I enjoy socialising and am generally catching up with friends on the weekends or going back to my home town as I have only been in Melbourne for 6 months and like to keep things pretty chilled out during the week but I would be interested in sharing the occasional drinks or dinner with housemate/s
Hi, We are a couple of Professionals, looking for a place to sleep closer to the city to ease our current 3 hour a day commute. We are and Architect and an Interior Designer working full time and studying our trade at night. We a looking for super clean, neat and respectful flatmates. We are not looking for a party house or a house with students as we are way part this stage. This is a short term 6 month at max run for us as we are looking to purchase our first property by June 2017. We would be happy to house sit for shorter periods or quietly reside in a granny flat or the like. We enjoy being active running, bike riding and picnics when not working 40+ hours per week.
I'm a 30 year old (English) professional working the usual 9-5 hours Mon-Fri. However, I am prone to working overtime. I will also be at the gym after work a few days a week (if I can get my arse into gear!!). I'm experienced in house shares, I respect others and their privacy and clean up after myself. I HATE cooking and it is unlikely you'll see me in the kitchen for longer than 5 minutes. As my partying days are over, I am pretty low key on the weekends and enjoy checking out new cafes/restaurants however, I wouldn't mind dinner and drinks with my housemate/s on the odd occasion.
Hi there, I am looking for a flatmate who is foodie and into fitness so we can do something fun together and motivate each other. I am very clean and a good cook! I have a full time job and working 9am to 5pm. I like running or going to gym in the morning or after work but also enjoy spending time at home. Looking forward to hearing from you soon! :)
Female, 23 years old, non-smoker. I'm a pretty social person who loves a chat and to hang out from time to time. I also like to be a little independent and have some space, and I definitely respect others' need for that too. I am currently looking for full time work, but working part time (weekends). Food, wine, music (including breaking into song) and animals are the loves of my life. I am open to any pets! I have 2 pet rats which live in my room, and are super friendly (they are clean, contained and do not leave my room so to other housemates it's pretty much like they're not there at all). I love a good retro videogame session, am pretty darn tidy and always clean up after myself....and I may or may not sing in the shower. I'm pretty flexible with length of stay and move dates.
I'm a 24 y/o British traveler working full time in construction. Not a serial killer, although I killed a fly yesterday and felt awful about it. Anyway, I'm looking for a house with lots of people to enjoy the summer with. Im easy going, tidy, all those good housemate things. Outside of work, my time is mostly split up between the gym, going out, and chilling back at the house to recover after a hard day! If you're in a house full of backpackers, students, or otherwise cool, open minded people then I'd love to meet up and sort something out!
Hi I'm Jovell, a Healthcare professional who works shift hours in Richmond. I enjoy running, travelling, hiking, swimming, hanging out with friends, reading and a good cuppa. I'm pretty easy going, laid back, clean and tidy, respectful to each others space and enjoy good conversation. Most importantly, I pay rent on time. :)
Hi there, I'm a 30 year old professional working weekdays 9-6 in the city. I lived overseas/interstate for the last decade and have just moved to Melbourne. Most evenings and weekends I am usually out rock climbing or hiking. I love travel, outdoor adventures, live gigs and movies! I'm always on the go and my work also requires some interstate travel so you may not see much of me at home. But when I do get some downtime I'm always happy to have a meal or drink with my housemates, or just hang out at home with a good movie marathon. Housekeeping wise - not overly OCD, I usually just clean up as I go. Non-smoker and not into wild parties. Preferably housemates who are similar in these respects and appreciate a quiet and peaceful home to return to. Love animals too and certainly won't mind if you have a cat or dog .... as long as they love cuddles and don't chew on my shoes!
hey i'm Richie, 26 year old male looking for a place to live in the CBD. born and raised here in Melbourne, VIC i'm working part time in Southbank and Port Melbourne with my two jobs (plus more !) so it would be of great service and convenience for me to live closer to work. i'm in a handful of industries like Gaming, Finance, Marketing, etc so i've dipped my thumb in a lot of pies. life outside of the professional world, i'm just a fat foodie at heart - i like to eat out but can also cook if i set my mind to it. i don't drink very often but i can hold my liquor if we're up for a night out; that said i have a sporadic schedule so my free time may not always be consistent - but even i like to have fun sometimes. if it's worth mentioning, i binge watch YouTube and Anime, but open for any TV Shows; and i play on my PC and PS4 on occasion to pass the time. at home i can be the most loyal friend you can have, but otherwise i will respect the house rules if any. i have my private times and i have moments where i can appreciate a quiet day or two. i'm not here to impress anyone, i'm just gonna be me myself and i - if we share the same sentiments, then that would be awesome ! my duration of stay can be flexible, but i'm seeking long term since i don't plan on quitting my job/s anytime soon. i like pets of all kinds and i don't mind people that smoke, i'm a pretty easy going guy really.
I am international scholarship student with wife and one little kid (1.5 year old at the time of moving) from Cambodia (country in southeast Asia). I will move to Australia in early January. Firstly, I will arrive Australia alone and will bring my wife and kid very soon after I settle down in my study . I am looking for a place that could accept family with small kid. I am easy going and open but I am not talkative and mostly focus on study. I will be looking for part time job there and my wife will also looking fulltime job during the stay. My family are looking to build good relationship with flat mate and we are happy to share duties and responsibility in the house.
Hi there, I'm a working professional seeking to move to Melbourne CBD in the coming new year. I currently work at Docklands and would love to team up with anyone that would be able to commit to one year rental property/apartment in the city. I'm pretty laid back, work full time in IT. I prefer to live with someone that's easy going and obviously clean and tidy. Hygiene is important. Let me know if your interested and we can catch up for a coffee to discuss further. If you have a room available in the city that would be ideal however I'm not to fuss if your interested in teaming up either. Best wishes

Hey! I'm Mitch and I am a 5th year medical student from Sydney. Looking to find a place in Melbourne while I live and work down there for 3 months over summer. Very easy going, tidy and organised guy. Chatty and easy to get along with. Love having a good laugh with my roomies and going out for occasional drinks.
Hey folks! My name is Octavio, and I am a fun and outgoing international student from Mexico, currently studying a master of Advertising at RMIT University. I have lived for the past year and a half with 3 friends in an amazing apartment within the CBD, but unfortunately the landlord will sell the property and asked us to move. My lease is up November 25th, but I am happy to move before if needed. About me: I spend my time either at uni, work or out socializing. I enjoy hanging out with friends, meeting new people, reading, drinking beer, among other standard stuff that 20 somethings like to do. In the past I have lived in NY, London, Shanghai and Melbourne. So based on my past experiences with roommates and flatmates, I would say that I am very easy to live with, very aware of personal space and like to share a beer/wine over a good chat when we bump into each other. Cheers!
Hi guys, I'm Ash, a 22 year old currently working in the city in Human Resources. I'm originally from Wollongong but moved to Melbourne at the start of 2016 for work. On weekend days I often go to the beach, pick up some veg at the markets or go shopping.

I'm clean, reliable and respectful. If it's a shared house, great! If it's a lease takeover or private studio/flat/apartment on offer, that's great also I'll be in Melbourne as of Dec 9th to come and meet and view anything Thank you

Hi, I'm Daniel and I came to Melbourne one month ago, I'm studying and working in the city. I am a tidy and neat person because I think is the most important to live with other people. I like to see new places in the city and enjoy it.
A few things about me to spike your interest, as I assume you probably get a million messages! I work full time for a land surveyor as well as studying part time as a building designer. I'm hard working and highly reliable.. Brought up the good Ol' fashion way, so I know how to clean up after myself and cook a mean meal well too - if you're keen to share a meal or two together.. I get to the gym or yoga most days and love anything active or in the sun. Love a good weekend out and about or a relaxing night in on the couch with a glass of Pinot.. I'm a very down to earth, easy going person, but definitely enjoy my own space. I am looking for someone who is also respectable and a pleasure to live with. I'm 22, but definitely an old soul.. probably get along better with people quite a bit older than me so more looking for house mates in the 24+ vercinity.. but not too fussed..

I also love sport - both watching and playing. I think of myself as a fairly social person and do enjoy great company, although I'm far from a party animal (getting too old for that!). I am quite partial to having a few beers or wines with dinner or over the weekend. Cheers

I'm a big fan of 80s and 90s music, a good glass of red wine and brains (neuropsychology ex-student). Hi, my name is Kayne. I'm 25 and I'm from Sunbury in Victoria. I decided two months ago that it was time to leave the family home and become more independent. I'd love to create a new share house so that we can create a truly shared, safe space - being from a large family, I'm definitely looking forward to a bit of a more calmer, mature atmosphere (of course, except on weekends entertaining/having fun). I graduated from Swinburne, Hawthorn Campus in 2014 and have since worked full time in IT in Southbank near the CBD; my ideal flat is somewhere close by to really cut down on that travel time. I'm an avid video gamer and reader since forever (mostly Fantasy/Sci-Fi); of course, that means my consoles + TV/some of my books would be coming with me (I have too many books, so some will be going into storage!). I'm an animal lover - I've always lived with both dogs/cats plus birds, fish and even a turtle at one stage. Unfortunately, my pet cat Cola of 10+ years (see my FB page) is a family pet and won't be coming with me. If there is anything else you'd like to know about me, send me a message and I'd love to have a conversation. Thanks for reading!

Hi potential future house mate! I have just finished studying Public Relations full time at RMIT uni, I am now working as a full time Barista and waitress, in the interim of going into the industry. I am very happy and friendly. I love hanging out with my friends and family, occasionally go out but not often as work keeps me busy and I like to relax at home. I also love getting addicted to good TV series, eating good food and enjoying life. Looking for a new place to call home with friendly people, that like their own space but are also happy to hang out. Value a warm home environment as there is no place like home. If you're not laughing with me at my terrible jokes then you'll certainly be laughing at me! Look forward to hearing from you 😊
