Hi, my name is Diego. I recently relocated back to Sydney. I am looking for a furnished home to share with other young professionals (ideally a room with an ensuite). I'm originally from Colombia and have been calling Australia home for the last 15 years. I have travelled quite extensively both overseas and interstate during that time. I'm a professional with +12 years of experience in the Energy Sector. I own a couple of investment properties interstate and am currently exploring a career change. I'm a positive and easy going person who enjoys the simple things in life. Travel and experiencing different cultures, countries, food are only a few of my favourites things to do. I play tennis and football and enjoy going to the local cinema for an independent/art-house film. What can I offer: - I am very clean, tidy and organised - Financially stable - Non-smoker - Responsible, reliable and respectful - Easy to get along If anyone has something coming up, please PM me. Thank you.
Two english friends who have Just finished travelling the world, ready to start our next big adventure living and working in sydney. (Ryan is a chef and Hayley works in childcare) we love to play a bit of english football, chill out at the beach with a nice cold beer and of corse we love to travel and meet new people. We are very tidy and want to be working a lot to save for our next trip so won't be in the house very much during the week. Very up for a few nights out though!
English girl working full time in the CBD for the last 2 years and looking for my new home. I'm super easy to live with - clean, tidy, easy going, friendly and fun to have around - if you like rubbish jokes. I love baking and cooking, yoga, going to the gym during the week, and a glass of wine or few on a Friday night after work. Looking to move ASAP, preferably within walking distance to a train station or easy city transport access. I'd love to find some like minded awesome people to live with!
I'm a 34 year old professional social worker. I'm looking for a studio or 1 bedroomed apartment for April 2017 when my lease ends. I have my own furniture. I would like something clean and modern. I'm a reliable tenant and own my own property in the uk. I'm looking for my perfect space to unwind after work! I'm putting the feelers out there and hopefully something can be arranged early. I would consider granny flats in the right location. I also have a car and parking would be desirable. I'm happy to provide any character references. Please get in touch of you have anything coming up march/april. Thankyou Gemma
I am a international student from China. And I am a 21 years old female, studying master of international business at UNSW. I am an easy going, friendly and relatively clean person. I enjoy cooking, traveling and reading. I would like to go to art museum or beaches at weekends. living with me I can cook delicious Asian food. looking for a roommate with healthy lifestyle, not too loud. preferably non smoker and no pets with you. it will be better to share flats/apartments with just 1 or 2 lovely persons. and not far from UNSW(walking distance is best).
I love socialised with people, I'm friendly, clean and responsable. I am originally from Italy, moved to Sydney the last September and before then I spend 5 years in London. I'm hairdresser and I'm working for an international company which allows me to travel wherever I wanna go;) I love travel and meeting new people.
I'm a Canadian who came to Australia to explore tech and life down under. I've been in Australia for 1.5 years and was previously based in Melbourne. I've been living in Sydney for about 6 months now. I'm chill, tidy, open-minded and always interested in an adventure! I'm looking for at least a 6 month stay. If you message me about a room to look at, you must mention the word - CATS so I know you have read the below and I'm not wasting my time. Cleanliness is important to me so I would like a place where everyone helps keeps the place clean (regular cleanings etc.) and also has a shoes off policy indoors. I'm also a nonsmoker if that is of any importance. I cook most of my dinners at home so a functioning kitchen will be important! I won't have a car so I would like a place within a 15m walk to the trains. Some of my interests include: Startup, Writing, Tennis, Hockey, Technology, Traveling, Couchsurfing, Poker, Random adventures! Why you want me as your flat mate - Tennis/Poker/Diving/Hockey/Board games buddy - Can go on random adventures to explore the city or country - Will contribute to the upkeep of the place (cleaning, share resources etc.) - Can teach you how to make a website - Can wrestle bears for you - Can cook Thai foods - Good at catching flies (less good at catching other things) - Can go hunt for the best burger in town - AND SO MUCH MORE Note: Please do not message me with places that are way outside (> 10%) of my weekly rate. Thanks!
Who am I? I'm a young at heart 30 year old professional who works in FMCG in Woolloomooloo. By day I am an EA in a marketing team, and I am also in a band, which means by night I often do gigs or rehearsals in the Northern Beaches and means I come with a couple of guitars. I'm very active and play soccer, rock climb, gym when I can and spend most weekends at the beach in summer, mostly at Rose Bay with my paddle board. Italian background, so I can cook. I'm very house trained and keep my area and common areas tidy. I'm respectful and can read people well, so I know when the right time is to socialise with my flatties, and when they need time to themselves (I like a good mix between having a drink/meal together every now and then). What I'm looking for, is a house/flat that is full of character, but with people who are willing to give each other space when they need their down time. People who lead their own lives, but are willing to share time with the people they live with. I would prefer to live in a tidy environment. I'm good with pets/kids etc (I don't have any of my own but I am a part time mum to a 10 year old Jack Russel who lives with my parents). I'd like to live with walking or push bike distance from work, preferably in a house with an unfurnished queen or double room - not keen on anything smaller than that. I can deal with a furnished room. I do smoke, but "socially" and only outside, and I always try not to make it a part of my home environment. If you have any questions, hit me up. I'm looking to move shortly after I get back from holiday at the beginning of March (away from 19 - 25 Feb) I am flexible on dates.
I'm a 23-year-old female on a Working Holiday Visa. I've just arrived in Sydney today and am open as far as inspection times go. Looking for a place for the next year or so. I'm a pretty balanced roommate; I keep to my own space a lot, but love being able to hang out with my roommate at the end of the day. I like wine, I'm not loud, and I'm clean. Please reach out! I promise I'm not weird or too messy.
Hello! I'm Alana and I'm looking for a new place to call home. My lease runs out in March at my current house in Redfern. A little about me: I'm clean and respectful. I tend to keep to myself during the week (working the 9 till 5), but on the weekends I love to socialise. I don't have any animals of my own, but I'm very animal friendly. I am originally from Queensland and moved to Sydney about 2 years ago for work. So making new friends is on my 'to-do' list :) If you think I could be a nice fit into your home, please let me know. Kindest, Alana.
Living in Sydney since Jan 2013 in various suburbs of lower north shore. Lived in share houses for the first year and a half then in my own place where I am today. Recently started a new position in the city as a consultant and the lower north shore is getting a bit stale so it is time to move to the other side of the harbour bridge. Looking to team up with one or two amazing housemate(s) to start a new lease at a nice property in the inner city. Don't have a fixed date on when I'd like to move out but ideally Q1 2017. About me: - In case you're pronouncing my name wrong in your head, it is pronounced as me-high-low (as one word) - Born in Montenegro (Serbian), living in NZ since I was 10 years old, still have an East Euro accent - Senior Engineer, Software & Computer Systems - Regularly train at Anytime Fitness - Very clean and tidy. I can also cook! - Love the outdoors - hiking, beaches, exploring new locations - Love live events - music festivals, concerts and outdoor events Things I look for in a flatmate: - Not a couch potato, someone active who likes to get out and about - Follows a healthy eating lifestyle. Bonus points if you're into weight lifting too - No couples please - Working professional - Likes to explore Sydney/Australia - food events, music festivals, outdoor parks etc. Things I look for in the property: - Two or three bedroom apartment - Location should be inner city, not too fussed whether it is west (Newtown, Surry Hills etc) or east (Potts Point, Darlinghurst) or south (Alexandria, Mascot etc) but within 15 km radius of the city, south of the harbour bridge - I have a car so I need covered parking, happy to pay a higher share of rent to cover the extra cost of parking if I'm the only one with the car - It would be ideal but not necessary for the property to have access to NBN/fiber. Internet speed in Oz is a joke by world standards and there are properties with NBN in the inner city worth consideration - Train access or not far from a train station. Buses are pretty average in Sydney and I'd prefer not to have to use multiple modes of public transport just to get to the city - Air conditioning... because its Sydney - I've got all the furnishings for an apartment but happy to put extra in storage or just sell it if it is not needed. Minimally, you'd need just to fill your own room with furniture If you're considering me as a potential team up for a new place, drop me a line and we can meet for a coffee and get introduced in person first. Any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
Hi There, I'm 28 and I work full-time for a high end Italian design company. I'm really quite and clean, and I would expect the same from the flatmate. I like cooking and sharing a meal with a glass of wine/beer with flatmate. I think this little moments makes you feel home. But I do like having my personal space, as I will respect yours. During the week end I usually go to the beach and catch up with friends for dinner and drinks somewhere. Love travelling, when I have the chance I just jump on the car for a road trip or an plane to explore Australia.
A certified gun at washing dishes. Tidy and respectful. Very easy-going. Likes sport and gym. Financially stable. Consumes beer and scotch. Originally from Sydney. Hoping to find one or two like minded fellas to share with. I'd love to be close to a train station so I can conveniently get into the city for my 9-5.
I am a professional working full time in the city. I enjoy a fitness focused lifestyle and certainly need a place that's kept clean and tidy. I'm very socialable and value respect highly. I don't party much and when I do it's not at home. I am looking to move into an apartment more so than a house, but I'm certainly open to ideas so don't hesitate to share your postings. I look forward to moving in with one of you. Thanks, Alasdair
Hi, I am Indonesian, a prospective master of commerce student in UNSW. I am a tidy person, non-smoker, and respect privacy. Might seem quiet at first, but I really love making new friends and share some stories. I also enjoy art and explore new places.
I'm a bright and friendly fine arts student (formerly student of science/arts), love to ride my bike around and go for walks and weekend adventures. I generally keep my work contained to the studio and leave home as a place to wind down, but still love to create things as much as I can. I'm quiet though still a social creature. Love meeting new people and learning new things about the world.
I am a responsible, respectful, mindful, neat & tidy, social person, that is full of positive energy (Very much aware of giving people their private space too). I am independent, recently moved to Sydney from Byron Bay. I am a professional person working in the Humanatarian sector, located in the CBD. (Traditional working hours). I am into health and fitness, love my coffee, dinning out and travelling. As you would expect there is a lot more about me, send me a message I am very approachable and very young at heart. I have selected 3 months, however would prefer longer - all parties need to have a probation! :)
We are newlyweds starting a new life in Sydney from South Africa. Being home owners ourselves back home, we value what a good tenant is and we are very house proud.
Heyyyyyy guys! We are a super sweet couple looking for some nice peeps to move in with. I am a full time worker and my partner is a student 2 evenings a week with part time jobs, so we both have a good income.. We are always on time with rent, bills and clean up after ourselves. We always help with household chores, always :) We like to be social, but do love our downtime as well. We are both really easy to get along with, no dramas - just good vibes!
I've just moved out of my place in erskineville and have approximately 3/4 of the stuff to fill a home with good times. This includes a sexy couch, a record player, white goods, far too many glasses and a few tables. Missing: chairs, TV and probably a garlic crusher (for all the delicious garlic bread). Looking for a person or people to team up with and move into a new place. Alternatively I'd be keen to move into a great, ready-made place where I can ditch my furniture for cash to fund my chicken nugget needs.
I am friendly, clean and considerate as a housemate. Although busy with work and study, I still love a glass or wine and chat in the evening. I moved to Sydney 4 months ago from Brisbane, and am looking for a new place as the owners are moving back to Australia. I love a good movie night in, or a night out dancing when not studying!
I'm a 23 year-old student doing design and working part time. I love design :). I'm not a smoker and I only drink occasionally. I always respect other people's space and would like to keep public space clean when living with other people. I'm OK with people who smoke as long as they smoke at reasonable places. I am very independent and can be quite busy sometimes due to work and school. But of course I would love to have a chat with my roomies when we meet, have some drinks and make friends. I'm passionate about all creative industries and am open to people with different views and interests. I currently work and practice in architecture and design related fields and also do sculpture in my free time. I need a place to stay for at least 6 month soon, starting from around 31st January 2017. Please let me know if you have a room available or would like to share an apartment with me. Thank you.

Hi everyone! My name is James. Coming from a small town in Queensland. I am very clean and well organised, looking to start my career in Sydney. I am very honest, like traveling and socialising. Hopefully looking for a place close to the city.
I'm Bastien, 25 years old, french just arrived in Australia 2 months ago. I'm looking for a private room around waterloo. I'm working full-time in interior design. Clean, quiet and respectful.
I'm a doctor working at St Vincent's (from Feb) but mostly office hours with the occasional on-call. I'm British but have permanent residency on Australia. I'm looking for a housemate that could also be a friend. I'm pretty laid back generally - like my quiet nights at home but also love to entertain and have the odd night out. I also want to get a dog so please don't waste your time if that's a no-go for you!
Hey future flatmate, here are some things you need to know about me: - I'm 24 years old, overseas student here - I'm a easy going person, pretty quiet but like to keep nice conversations as well - I'm working and/or studying most of the time, everything I wish at the end of the day is to go home and rest - But when I'm not busy between work and studies I like to cook a nice meal, have some drinks, go out with my friends or enjoy the whole day at the beach (and you can join me if you feel like) - I like to keep things clean and tidy, so cleaning won't be a problem - I really respect privacy and your own space as well as I expect you respect mine If any of these points sounded like someone you're looking for I'm happy to hear from you.
Hello! My name is Ellie and I'm moving to Sydney from Adelaide to study a radio course at AFTRS. I would love to live within cycling distance of the campus (it's in Moore Park). I love gin and tonics, films, avocado on toast, Kate Bush, podcasts, kitchen dance parties, collecting vinyl, sharing meals, making puns, drinking beers and meeting all sorts of new people. I've lived in sharehouses in Adelaide and overseas and know the drill. I'm really easy to get along with and am keen for a friendly, comfortable place to call home (and I always refill the ice cube tray!) Feel free to get in touch if you wanna know more!
I'm a 30 year old Australian / New Zealander single male who works 9-5 as a software developer in the CBD, looking to move in somewhere not too far from the city around the BEGINNING TO MIDDLE OF FEBRUARY, due to my current sharehouse’s lease expiring. I'm looking for a place with friendly people who like to hang out occasionally, but are also willing to give each other some space. Everyone should be willing to clean up after themselves and be considerate of the other housemates. I'm a quiet easy-going guy, I'm reasonably clean / tidy and I occasionally cook (Less so these days, thanks to Menulog and abundant takeaway joints!). I enjoy a quiet drink or two with a few friends, but I’m definitely not looking for a party house. For sober fun I enjoy video / board gaming with friends or, if I'm on my own, reading, listening to music and watching TV / movies. At the moment I spend most weekends out of town. No shared rooms please. Inspections only possible outside work hours, preferably on weekdays.
Hello I'm Kirst, and I am looking for a place to call home somewhere in the inner west. You'll either find me at work (Tues-Sat), exploring the outdoors, sipping on a beer or hanging with a mate. I'm in my mid twenties and would prefer to be a part of a happy professional sociable household and share a meal from time to time! I would prefer to be close to public transport (even though I drive everyday day) I intend to make use of it one day! Prefer long term stay 6-12 months+, although it is preferred but not necessary. Also happy to team up with others. Flexible with move dates - the sooner the better, mid/late Jan would be ideal, though if it's quite the catch I'm happy wait a little longer! Hope to hear from you K
Hey guys, I'm Shannon and I am moving to Sydney from the Sunshine Coast to do my PhD. I'm relaxed, friendly, and clean. I love new foods, (good) beer, and hanging with my friends. I would love to live with other people who enjoy life as well!
I'm a Kiwi girl with a serious case of wanderlust; leading to me living and travelling all over the world. I have just finished up my degree in NZ and have jumped the ditch to live and work in Australia. I'm pretty easy going, love socialising, and meeting new people. I like eating well, being active, and going on new adventures. I will be working hard but would love flatmates who like to hang out and chat, however, I can respect peoples space if need be. I'd like to think I'm pretty fun, and easy to live with. Love animals, so open to any flat pets. Cheers Hannah
My name is Michael and I am looking for a new place to live. I am fully employed, also studying full fime.. I also play water polo for fun. I am a clean and house broken, respectful of others. I am extremely clean and tidy (actually enjoy cleaning). I am on my second working holiday visa as I lived it so much the first time around which was 3 years ago! I love to socialise and meet new people but respect that we work full time during the week and respect the privacy and noise. I am a 27 year old female from London who works within HR.
Friendly, easy going, clean and respectful flatmate! Even though I'm Australian (from Melbourne originally), I've lived in shared houses for over 13 years in both Australia, the UK and more recently Spain. I'm looking to rent a room (open to short-term or longer-term) in a relaxing home (not a party house). I'm very social and always up for a banter however I'm quite busy with various hobbies outside of work so when I'm at home, I like to just chill out. ** Please note I am only looking at places in Darlinghurst, Paddington, Surry Hills and Potts Point so please do not contact me if your place is outside of these areas (thank you :))**
We're from Wollongong.. I'm 21 and my boyfriend, Jack, is 22. I just graduated uni at the end of last year and am looking at going back to study in sydney this year. Jack has also finished his undergrad and is going back to study at Usyd. We're not massive party animals, but we do enjoy a bev or two with mates. We like to go for adventures and activities. We like to keep things pretty clean in shared living spaces.
I am a 22 year old newly graduated university student who is currently living at home, working part-time (around 4-6 days a week) in fashion retail. My home lifestyle is simple and quiet, if I am not out. Usually my parents are relatively preoccupied with outside engagements so I try to find as much time as possible to contribute with home chores such as the cleaning and cooking. With a healthy amount of balance in my life that I juggle between social activities / relaxation time / work, I do a routine daily inspection around the home and can always be trusted to immediately stock up on groceries or home utilities / necessities if it is running low for all members of the household to use. Cleanliness and general consideration for all others in the home are qualities I consistently manage to maintain. As a relatively busy, social, and out-going working young person, I like to keep my schedule filled with a variation of leisure activities, or social engagements. My interests are in fashion, films, music, literature and cooking. If I am not reading, writing, or watching films in my room, I have a love for spontaneous outdoor walks, day trips, or mini driving explorations and adventures. Please take into consideration of my several mini talents which could be of use from time-to-time in a shared-home living condition: I make rather good guacamole. I scrub bathroom tiles very meticulously. I am generous with contributions to groceries for the kitchen. I keep immensely quiet during late hours, and very early mornings. Rent will be paid consistently, never late. I have a helpful nature around the home. I am friendly, and polite.
I'm moving to Sydney and would like to find a clean, tidy and friendly house to stay. 29 years old, male, brazilian who will study business for a year and have experience as IT Specialist
I'm half Aussie/half Saudi with a yankee accent. I will be moving to Sydney in Feb '17, looking for a flatmate or two to share a flat with. I am looking for a quiet place during the week but a somewhat social time on the weekends. I will be starting my Juris Doctor so I will be pretty busy with studying and hopefully a part-time job. I enjoy exploring new places, beach, having a dance now and again, good food & watching movies. I love to cook/bake. I am relatively tidy, very respectful of others and enjoy a good chat.
I am a spanish biologist who is going to begin a PhD in sydney. I am respectful, tidy and an easy-going person. I would like to get along with my future flatmates and do stuff with them like watching series, films, dinners and so on...
My name's Casper 3rd year, Automotive Design student from the UK. Originally from Luxembourg, I am currently in Sydney doing an exchange year in Design at UTS. I am a great passionate of Music, Radio, Media Production, Films... anything artsy really ;) I am a clean (not too OCD :p ) chill kind of guy, looking forward to living with good housemates. Preferably interested in an unfurnished room.
Hello there, I am a positive and easy-going 31-year old Dutchy who will be in Sydney from Feb 10 - May 24, 2017 to attend a full-time graphic design course in Sydney CBD. I love the sun, sharing meals (and cooking them), yoga, exploring and many other things that are too much to list here. If you want to know more, please feel free to ask any time :-) As I will be studying occasionally when I am home, I am looking for a private room in a sharehouse with easy-going and respectful flatmates, who keep the noise down and keep the kitchen, the toilet and the bathroom clean. I like socialising, but also like my privacy. I suppose it is a matter of finding the right balance with your flatmate(s). As I will not bring any furniture, the room needs to at least have a bed, a wardrobe and preferably a desk as well. Don't mind to share a bathroom. I love pets and don't mind sharing the space with them. If you feel you have a room for me, please contact me! Cheers, Noor
I have recently started working full time in the CBD so am looking to move back to the city from the Northern Beaches where I was born and raised. I love exploring and discovering new places especially when it comes to coffee shops. I was previously working in an indoor rock climbing gym and love the outdoors.
Hi everybody! I'm a Dutch student heading to Sydney for my Master research/internship at the Marquarie University. I'm looking for a place to stay in a nice neighborhood in Sydney. I'm currently living in Amsterdam, where I'm working/studying. I'm very sportive, but I also enjoy having drinks with friends and going out once a while. Very easy going, like to keep my house clean and nice company for going on trips etc.
Currently a flight attendant living out west and looking to move closer. Would like someone or people who like to hang out and watch movies. I like to drink wine and dance, I work most weekends due to shift work so not really looking for a massive party person.
