Hello I'm Mark 29 and I currently work full time shift work. I'm a clean quiet layed back person and more then happy to cook tea for everyone when not working. Easy to get along with and happy to chill and watch a movie on days off. No issues doing house work and help where I can.

$250/week•20-25 year old woman and man
Hi! My name is Tayla and me and my partner, Adrian, are currently looking for a room to rent in the Ballarat area. We have a 8 month old indoor cat, Goegie who is a ball of energy and loves cuddles and playing. We'd like to find somewhere for up to $200, but if bills are included can go up to $250. We're both working, with myself working at a local take away shop and Adrian working for a outdoor living instilations company. My hobbies include playing the ukulele and painting, whilst Adrian enjoys skating, playing the guitar and bass and gardening. We're both bubbly and social people and love a chat, but also enjoy quiet time Infront of the the tv. We've lived with housemates for the past year, so we understand the dynamics and need for a friendly and respectful atmosphere. If you have any questions or inquiries I'd be more than happy to have a chat. Thanks ☺️

Hi! I'm Penny, full time government worker, soon-to-be-Ballarater, enthusiastic mitten and beanie maker, and mum to one tiny wire dachshund, Shirley Partridge, who's a legit legend. Very calm, non-barky and best mate material within minutes. I'm looking to live with one other excellent and lovely flatmate. Bonus points if I get my own bathroom. I don't worry about things like my food being eaten, and am happy to cook up a feast for the housie. To be honest you will probably have to eat the cakes I spontaneously decide to bake. Very keen on keeping the house tip top and emptying 1816 Bakehouse of all its sourdough. I have over 50 plants that are guaranteed to perk your place up.

Names Brody in case ya missed it. Looking for a place 6-12 months, see how we meld. A bit of a duffer, easy going and a believer In 1%'ers. A lot of little things make a big thing happen. Currently working as a maintenance person for the Grampians region healthcare. Been living in sharehouses for the better part of 7 years. Easy to live with. Biggest concerns for potential housemates would be that I own an old work dog (Border collie) . Dogs well trained, very placid and considered small for her breed (~17kg). Is beginning to become incontinent so has to be outside while unsupervised. Typical week: Work days im gone from 6-6:30. Weeknights are uneventful - dinner, shower, dogwalk, unwind, bed. Routine routine routine. Weekends: Once a fortnight is hobby day where I work on something that interests me. Try to make time for a hike once a month.
