I'm relocating from Perth to Melbourne in order to enjoy the wonderful lifestyle on offer and also for a new role at work. I do have short term accommodation lined up until the 3rd Feb hence I'm looking for a private room to move into after. I'm 31 and work full time at a major Australian bank. I like to catch up regularly with friends, shop, yoga/pilates, go out for meals/drinks, cook, bake, watch netflix and travel each year. I have a friendly personality and looking forward to living/working in Melb. I've grown up in Perth and currently own my own 2 bedroom apartment in Perth so I understand the responsibilities that come with it and like to keep it tidy and clean. Looking for a furnished place that is very close to a train st so it’s easy to get into the city, plus trams. I won't have a car so excellent public transport is key. Hoping my new flatmates (up to 3 max) will be fun, tidy and friendly. Initially looking for a place to settle into the city, with potential to extend.
I am a full time professional working at Box Hill Hospital. I am a clean, quiet and respectful person. I am looking to rent for up to 6 months closer to my workplace.
I am 19 year old Filipino, born and raised in New Zealand. I moved to Australia 2 years ago to begin full-time dance training in Sydney and now in Melbourne to start a pre professional course at Melbourne City Ballet. I will be there 6 days a week, 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. I'm a quiet, responsible and respectful housemate, always pay rent/bills on time and overall easy to live with. I love books, music, plants and fashion and in my free time I enjoy going for walks exploring the city. Looking to move in as soon as possible, preferably into a furnished room.
Hi, I'm a 23 year old Radiographer who doesn't mind a few wines and a chat, loves a cup of tea and an occasional netflix binge. I also like to keep active with pilates and running. For work there is occasionally shift work involved, so I would prefer not to live in a party house. I would be interested in becoming friends with roommates but would also like some down time occasionally. I am looking to move in late Jan to early Feb as I need to be out of my current rental by mid Feb and can supply a fair amount of furniture and appliances if need be (everything except a washing machine and microwave). I am probably looking to move in with only one or two people, so shoot me a message if you think you’re interested :)
Hello my name is Bethel, I'm 25 years old and I'm from Chile. I'm moving to Melbourne on February 15th with a working holiday VISA, which allow me to work for 1 year in Australia. I'm a easy to going person, friendly, relax, respectful and clean. I would like to share a room with friendly and clean people. I love sports, nature, cook, have a good conversation, etc. Well, I'm looking for a place to share in the city center, please contact me if you have any room available. Love and Peace :)
Hi, I have just moved back from London and am looking for a room in a share house. I work full time in the city and am currently at my parents place and need to move out. (ie flexible on a move date). I like to cook and have the occasional social drink. I definitely would prefer a social house rather than ships passing in the night. I look forward to hearing from you guys. Cheers Andrew
Hi we are Liv and Rachael and both come over from the UK. We're both social and love hanging out but appreciate our down time. We have both lived in house shares for the past 4 years at uni and are tidy and respectful. I love my music and cooking/baking whilst Rach loves culture and practices yoga. We are always up for a laugh and a glass of wine from time to time.
Relocating from Sydney to Melbourne to study a Masters at UniMelb. Will be working part-time as a research assistant in women's health. Clean, quiet, easy going, and respectful of others. Enjoy bike-riding, cooking, art, gardening, and live music. Love all animals and very happy to share with your pets. Always up for a chat, and keen to make new friends :)
I'm a 22 year-old full time graphic designer working in Collingwood. I'm sociable and fun to live with but like most people I need some space every now and then. I'm looking for a place that won't be more than 1.5 hour travel to my workplace during peak hours. I would love to live with people who I can also be friends with, are tidy and respectful.
Hey there! I'm Steph, 22 years old and proud. I managed to scrape through undergrad to graduate from La Trobe uni. Now, I'll be trying to use the same methods to scrape through my post grad at UniMelb. To describe myself: I'm pretty bubbly and laidback as a person so you won't be seeing me flip tables over issues. Also, I live for puns and like to think that my pun game is strong. If the above summary of me have not won you over, here's one that should: I AM NOT AFRAID OF INSECTS AND WILL HELP CLEAR THEM OUT FOR YOU. hehe
Hey guys, names Aaron and im 26 years old, currently for a new place to call home. Im very respectful and mature as a person who loves to have a laugh and the occasional drink with peers. What we are looking for: We are two mates looking to find a third housemate to look for a new share house or two rooms in an existing share house. We would like to find a female to live with to break up the energy of the house. We would ideally like you to be a conscious person who lives a sustainable lifestyle and into all that natural stuff. We are not strictly vegan or vegetarian but both try to reduce harm as best we can in our dietary choices so we are open to all types. You will most likely get along with us if you are into things like yoga, meditation and spirituality as we are both that way inclined. We would like someone who can communicate openly and honestly and isn't afraid to bring up anything that they need to bring up. We both love a good conversation so ideally you will be a social person that likes a good chat! We would like to get to know our housemate/s well, and spend time enjoying each others company, although we both enjoy time to ourselves also. Matt - I work for a food rescue charity 4 days a week and like to spend my free time making music and spinning vinyls, hiking and taking photos. I spend a lot of time meditating and doing yoga, and am interested in spirituality so attend regular workshops and the like. I also thoroughly enjoy making things from recycled timber. I like to party and have a boogie from time to time but am definitely no party animal. Sherwin - I like getting out into nature whenever I can, being active, making people laugh, being genuine, and having long conversations. I like attempting to play an acoustic guitar in my free time, as well as meditation, and reading books about spirituality. I like to keep things tidy but am not fussed if things get a little messy from time to time.
Hey there, I'm Tiarne - a 23-year-old female, looking to move out of home and live with some awesome roommates. I work full-time in sports media, and will work a weekend day and often travel interstate during the season. No surprises here, but I'm a sports fanatic; and I love hanging out, watching shows, reading and having a laugh (and a bev :))
Hi! I'm Jess and I'm a 21 year old international studies honours student at Monash University! I'm looking to move into an unfurnished room as I have my own bed. My ideal location would be a bus ride away from Monash Clayton, and close-ish to a train station! I'm originally from Darwin, and I moved to Melbourne to study three years ago. As a roommate, I will provide many laughs, an unhealthy binge watching ability, and a friendly face. I'd like to live with people who are respectful yet fun, as I don't want to end up feeling like the people I'm living with are strangers! Ideally, I'd like to live with students a similar age to my own, because it would make me feel more comfortable. While I would prefer an empty room in a share house, I'm happy to do team ups for the right people! Thanks!
I'm super fun and outgoing, yet I'm quiet and calm too. I like my own company and privacy, however I love chilling with house mates, making dinner together or watching a film with a glass of vino. I am respectful, organised and clean. I can also cook healthy meals to share!
Hi I'm studying at Monash university and also working part time. I am a friendly, out-going and a tidy housemate. I am also open for teaming up with other students and people to look or move into a new house.
I am from NZ but have been in Australia for 3 years, Melbourne for 2. I play basketball at a high level and travel with that, but have settled in Melbourne for now. I also work in the health and fitness industry doing strength and rehab. As well as work at Deakin Uni, and also coach basketball here and there. I have moved around a lot and lived in various living situations, I'm easy going, clean & tidy and like to have a bit of fun.
Friendly, happy, tidy, no drama, all round great person. Decent at cooking but will often live on toast if funds are low or feeling lazy- favourite meal is Lasagne. Love animals and people. Will be looking for full time work in Melbourne and hopefully staying for a while ✌🏼
Hi! I'm originally from Perth and am moving to Melbourne to do further uni studies. I'm super chill and very easy going. I love meeting new people and having a laugh. I'm very tidy and reliable when it comes to keeping my space clean and with making payments.
