Hey there, The name is Shrav and finishing up with my studies at LaTrobe University. I consider myself as an orderly, social and tidy person who cleans up well after. I enjoy having a drink or two with a good conversation and going out on the weekends. Also, know a bit of strumming the guitar to entertain myself and others too, if they looking forward to some mad tunes :p I just returned from a long travel break from South Asia and keen on moving into a house with friendly housemates. So feel free to shoot a text message or give a ring if you feel I would be a good fit to your lovely house. Looking forward to some cool new housemates. Cheers :)
Myself and Brad are both from Wales and in Australia on working holiday Visas, I work in retail and Brad is a carpenter. We haven't been in Melbourne long but absolutely love it here, so we are on the job hunt! We love socialising but also enjoy chilling with a takeaway and Netflix. We're pretty relaxed people and would treat a house as a home. We've been in house shares for a few years so understand respecting people's things and being considerate of others! We would love to have a good friendship with our housemates and get to know each other well!
I'm a respectful, social and friendly house mate, full time employed in marketing. Love yoga, world music, art/design, reading, dancing, cooking healthy meals, surf and generally enjoying and preserving ocean and nature.
Hello! I am a current Nursing student, moving out of uni accomodation, looking for people to share with! I work part time as a babysitter/Nanny and am very relaxed but tidy!
In my final year of study, I'm looking for a place to stay for 3-4 months, before returning to Europe. I am French, so yes I like having a glass of Pinot Noir at the end of the day, ideally with someone to share the cheese platter with. I've been in Melbourne for 3 years now, living in different sharehouses, I'm relatively easygoing, always up for some late pseudo-philosophical discussions around a few pints, but mindful of one's needs for intimacy and clean dishes when coming back home after a long day. So if you want to take the risk just send me a message :) Cheers Lucas
Melbourne born and bred I am looking for a place for me and my little guy (cat) Buddy that's more central for work. As a housemate i'm an easy going, clean and tidy person that can respect a persons personal space. I am a bit of am introvert at first but with a little time that flies out the window and Buddy is a pretty chill guy does his own thing during the day and will voluntarily go to bed around 10.
Hello. I've just moved here from Perth. I'm laidback, neat, a non-smoker and pretty sociable. I work full-time in the marketing industry, and enjoy sports, reading, travelling and getting out and exploring Melbourne. I like the occasional drink after work and a nice meal, having friends round every once in a while, and don't party very often.
Hi, We are Emma (28) & Scott (31) a young working couple looking for some short term accommodation to bridge us between Melbourne and our plans to move coastal in 2018. We are vacating our current property that we share with our long term housemates because the landlord wants the house back. We have decided that it would be unjust to rent with our housemates as we are planning to move next year . We come with a very well trained 4yo German Sheperd Lexi who is Scotts first born daughter and my adopted best friend. She is small for her breed and socialises very well with other dogs. We are looking for something with a secure yard and a chill & introspective house where we can relax after work. I'm a nurse so shiftwork is par for the course, this has mutual benefits and not so many drawbacks. It means some nights I wont be home and othertimes I'm sleeping during the day. Scott works as a chippy and can do some pretty big hours during the week but general is relaxing on the weekends or using his time to do one of his million outdoors sports- rockclimbing, mountain biking or road cycling. Me-I generally relax around food by either cooking, eating, sharing or reading about it.
I've lived in Adelaide (Australia) when i was younger, but, i was originally born in Liverpool and have lived there for most of my life. Moving back over to Aus for work and a break from the British winter! -Luckily i have dual citizenship. Up until recently i ran a vinyl record store, Bar & Cafe. For 15 years+ i've worked as a professional DJ. i'm pretty obsessed with music. i love to research genres and discover artists - don't however think that this means i'll be playing music loud or having house parties, i am a very conscientious house guest and you will not be disturbed... treat others as you expect to be treated etc. - I do like socialising, going to gigs/clubs/bars and restaurants, but... i also really enjoy the quiet life - walking, cycling, friends/family time or visiting attractions and historic sights to lean more about culture and broaden my experiences. In the last few years ive been to Japan, America, Italy, France, Switzerland to travel and cycle. Happy with either long or short stays! ....i can send you over more info on me if you want - i always find its a bit much reading all that stuff about someone you've never met and its often just better to meet face to face and see what the vibe is. cheers Dash
Hi there! My name is Sarah and I will be moving to Melbourne from America on a working holiday visa. My boyfriend currently lives in Adelaide and we are looking for a place to move in together. We are both social, clean, and will be working part-time. Currently, we are looking for a short term or month to month lease. We don't really have a preference on who we live with as long as they are cleanly, relaxed, and somewhat social. Cheers!
I work full time in IT and recently moved to Melbourne from Perth. I'm easygoing, very quite, respectful, clean, sociable and well versed in share house living. I can offer several references from past housemates I previously lived with in Perth. I have a car so I am looking for some kind of parking.
Hey! I am Tara, I am a fun, friendly, respectful and chilled out person who has shared houses with many people in the past. I will be working as a full time Paramedic around Epping/Campbellfield area and will therefore be doing shift work. I have an amazingly beautiful dog Ted-E-Bear who is a Golden Retriever x Maremma and he is an outside dog during the day and sleeps inside my room at night (if I am home). We are looking for people that are happy to have Teddy around and that are tidy, friendly, sociable and easy to live with. I am super tidy, very sociable and would like to hang out and become friends but also can respect space and if you’d like to stick to yourself a bit more. I love healthy eating (I am a vegetarian) and exercising with Teddy as well as socialising with friends and of course smashed avo brunches! I lived in Bendigo for 4 years after growing up in Yarrawonga my whole life and am now making the big Melbourne move for my new job! Hopefully Teddy and I can find a lovely home to join or some great people to team up with and find a new house together! I’m ideally looking at Epping, Preston, Reservoir, Bundoora, Coburg, Northcote and Kingsbury areas as it’s close to work in Campbellfield. Please send me a message if you think you could live with a super chill gal and her super cute dog! :)
I’ve just been offered a full time job in Boxhill, so looking for a place around Kew, Ivanhoe, Boxhill..... Very easy going, not much of a ‘party animal’ anymore. Found my new love in health and wellness and working hard towards my health goals.
Hey Guys :) I'm From Switzerland and I'll do an internship in Melbourne (Thomastown) for nine months as a wood engineer. I'm looking for a nice sharehouse between Thomastown and Melbourne city for at least 8 months. I'm easy going and love travelling and any kind of sports etc... especially surfing :) Also I like to socialise and share some good food and a glas of wine!
Hey there, we're Madeline & Jonathan and we're looking for a fun, friendly household to join. We've been living in the inner east for the past 3 years but Jonathan has a new job that's finally given us the push we need to move northside (yay!) A little about us... Madeline has a background in art history and curating and is employed by a public art gallery - hello free exhibition tickets whenever you want ;) Jonathan is also employed in the public sector as a geneticist and is here to answer all your science related questions. We're both foodies, love to travel and spend a lot of our weekends road tripping. We're clean, respectful and have a great, dare I say excellent, rental history Please get in touch if you have a place in mind for us
Hi! My name is Sara and I'm a 23 year old student from Spain. I love crossfit and netflix, going out, meeting new places and a good talk. I’ve already been about five months in Melbourne and planning to stay for about six more months studying Fitness III. I am a clean, responsible and organised person but I also like having fun. I am looking for a quiet and relaxed place where I can rest and call my home. I would like a bedroom for my own in BRUNSWICK :) More about me: - VEGAN - Pet friendly - I work as a waitress - I like using sarcasm (maybe too much sometimes) - I can’t pronounce massage - Live music is life - I love sleeping
Hi! I'm Shae. I'm in my early 20s and working in a permanent position at a hospital Monday-Friday. I generally keep to myself on weekdays after work and like to socialize more on the weekends. I consider myself very easy going and I'd be happy to give roommates their space or join them for dinner and a few wines. I'd like to find like-minded people who are responsible but still have a fun approach to life. I am very active, going to the gym most days and walking my dog in the evenings. Although, I will admit I struggle to resist the temptation of cheesecake and you will probably find me baking some in the house every now and then. I'm looking for somewhere closer to the city to shorten my trip to work. A little bit about my dog since I'd need him to join me! I have a 4 year old mixed breed beagle. He is very intelligent and knows all basic commands: sit, stay, shake, etc. He is not destructive and I am happy to provide a pet bond and sign a pet agreement in the lease to reassure property owners. I also have a pet resume to provide landlords (complete with references!) He is toilet trained and I'm sure he'd be happy living in a small apartment type home as we are in a pretty small place now! I'd love to find a household of people who like dogs because he's always up for a pat or game of fetch in a nearby park. Please note: my dog has epilepsy and occasionally has seizures. They are not dangerous at all but can be a little scary for people who have never seen one before. If you are uncomfortable with this, please let me know!
Full time youth worker, stable and down to earth, with a bit of a sarcastic side. Enjoys wine and Netflix on weeknights; more wine and gigs / films / day trips / brunches / the occasional dance on weekends. Looking for likeminded housemates who love a good chat and communal meal, but also respect personal space. INFP. LGBTQI+ friendly is a must. Bond and rent are ready to go, I can move any time between now and April 13th.
Hi there potential new housemates! I have recently returned from an incredible exchange semester in Hong Kong and am on the hunt for a new place to call home. A bit about me... I’m in the final year of my Bachelor of Fashion at RMIT. In my spare time, I volunteer at a super funky op-shop in Collingwood, lending my ‘farshun’ skills to those in need. Plus, I like to do my part to make my industry more sustainable; recycled fashion is love. I enjoy baking and getting my hands dirty in the garden. I’m always looking for easy little ways to be more environmentally conscious around the house and would like to live with like minded people. My other interests include music (love a good music festival), gardening, baking, eating my baking, linguists and tea drinking. Side note: I don’t have any pets but do like pets. I have a soft spot for cats especially. If you have a pet, I will treat your fur-baby like it’s my own! 💕
Hi, We are a couple in our early thirties from the UK who are currently living in Sydney. I am a Drama teacher and Will works in advertising. We are moving to Melbourne for Wills job and are mega excited (I have always wanted to live there...) We left the UK to backpack around India, Nepal and South East Asia. I am vegetarian, we are plastic free and have been for 2 months and hope to continue to do this. We enjoy walking, camping, festivals,a night out dancing, reading, theatre.... I swim a lot and try and do yoga three times a week. We are both cyclists and would commute to work as well as cycle everywhere else. We are in Australia to travel but also to work as young professionals. Will has a permanent one year contract so we would at least be here for a year. At some point this year we are thinking of buying a van and doing some travelling We have lived in a pretty big house in Sydney with an ensuite and lovely housemates. We are looking for a similar set up in Melbourne. People to go to the pub with or a weekend trip or to share stories.

Hey, I'm Lachlan, 27yr old male, working full-time in communications in the city. Outside of work I usually like to keep busy, but I am always up to have a chat, cook a shared meal and sit down with a glass of wine. I also like to read fiction, cook with too many spices, listen to music and practice a bit of yoga. I am independent, respectful of your space and your possessions, clean and friendly. I'm after a change of scenery and looking for somewhere to stay until at least October 2018.
