We are moving from Canberra to Melbourne and looking for somewhere to stay until we find our feet. We are an easy going couple. Enjoy making new friends. We love to be out an about eating and drinking red wine but also love to chill out play games and watch movies. Both clean and tidy and can cook well! :)
I'm a friendly, neat and tidy low key kind of person. I have a 3 year old whippet, she's very quiet and fully house trained. It would be great if my future housemate has a dog to keep her company but not a deal breaker. My dog has lived with cats before and is fine with them. I’m usually pretty busy at work during the week, some weekends I’m out and about and others I’m relaxing at home. Looking for a calm, cheerful, quiet & relaxed house. I’m looking to move to the Western suburbs end of February/March.
I'm a pretty chilled, yet organised, full time medical student. I like to keep things clean and tidy as much as possible but I know that life sometimes gets in the way. I'm looking to find a room or a house where I can wind down and rest (often with my boyfriend by my side), but that doesn't mean it always needs to be quiet around me. I am a non-smoker, own no pets, and I love a good workout so I'd love some space for weights and a stationary bike trainer (but that can be negotiated).
Recently moved from Adelaide. Friendly, neat and tidy. Enjoy meeting new people and socialising also just binge watching tv shows and eating food. Love animals and nature. I’m looking to move in ASAP 😊
I'm Aadil 23 from Glasgow. Working full time in retail management on a 457. Pretty chilled guy, usual interest nothing too weird. Cooking, gym, music, sports (soccer/UFC) EATING! Playing to my stereotypes being Scottish I’ll join you for a drink always and having a Pakistani background make a mean curry. Would not mind moving out the west side of the city for a wee change Still exploring what Melbourne has to offer
House-proud, clean, social, respectful, communal furniture, team ups only. discussed in more depth below. Hi All, I'm Andrew, A 29 year old Disability Support worker. I value friendly, courteous, mature people who are proactive in self development and considering others and the environment around them. I am very house proud and reflect this within my ideals of cleanliness, which is centred around the idea that we clean up after ourselves in communal areas after use and maintain our home and furnishings to a high standard to reflect how proud we are of our home. Living within the home I respect my fellow housemates by doing my best not to disturb them while sleeping or relaxing. I enjoy time together in communal areas as much as time to myself in my room, whether it be sharing dinner together, playing a boardgame or simply having a chat while we occupy the same space. I enjoy sharing the good and bad parts of our days and offering each other inside from a third person perspective. I consider housemates as family. I'm looking to start a home with people who are like minded and encapsulate the above. My hobbies within our home would be playing video games, cooking, gardening, the occasional dinner party or board games and relaxing on my bed. My leisure pursuits outside the home usually consist of Cultural events, visiting friends to play video games or watch movies/tv shows, lasertag, assisting friends with renovations, camping, going to the beach, and a range of other random activities. My work as a Disability and Aged Care Support Worker sees me working weekdays and weekends assisting people to develop and maintain a value of life they aim to achieve. This involves me cooking or cleaning for people, assisting them to access the community or teaching them skills to live their lives as independently as possible. I have all the basic furniture and appliances to furnish a house. This includes an l-shaped grey couch, a hexagon shaped table, rugs, a large one door fridge, upright freezer, large front loader washing machine, tv and more. Most of these are just over a year old. Thank you for reading my profile and feel free to send me mail if you think we reflect similar values and could create a great home together.
Hi Guys, My partner and I are seeking a studio apartment or granny flat. Something big enough, self-sufficient and independent. Furnished preferred. I work as a Freelance IT Consultant while my partner is about to begin work at a dog shelter. Now what would make us great residents? Well we at present are renting a apartment in North Melbourne, we are quiet, clean, friendly and helpful. I love to cook, we love our movies and music (quiet), and certainly take care of the residence. We don't mind the odd house maintenance and we certainly are prompt at reporting broken elements. As we are due to move out as our lease is not renewable so i hope we can find something before then. We do pay $265 per week plus $34 electricity a fortnight. We are looking for long term so if you are interested in giving us a go don't hesitate to contact us. Before i forget i would like to let you all know we are looking in any area so long it is accessible by public transport. It would take ages listing all the suburbs :) Kind Regards, Daniel and Kristin
Work full time as a Safety Advisor at the Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centre, have my well behaved 11 yo son and 9 yo daughter every fortnight. My work takes up most of my time and when I'm free like going to the footy, soccer, baseball and catching up on sleep.
Hii!!! So about myself ( Tina ) I am 19, I work full time as a chef. On my days off I pretty much sleep because I work over 70 hours a week. I love music and love watching moves. I do have a car and the beach is my life. Hey I’m Matt, I am 20 years old. I own a motorbike. Working part time as a chef but hoping to get into mechanics. Would love to find a place to live with my girlfriend.
I'm a friendly person that likes to have a chat and socialise with my room mates but that also likes to spend time on my own and respects others privacy. I like to keep my living space clean and I do not smoke.

We are a fun couple who enjoy meeting new people. We are both recent commerce graduates. We enjoy outdoor sports, like our downtime and are very relaxed! We have relocated to Melbourne from Perth. We both enjoy a drink or two but can just as much enjoy a night watching the bachelor! We are both working part-full time. We are also clean and respectful of personal space which makes us very easy to live with!
Chilled out, happy, social and independent looking for like minded people who don't mind having a chit chat, sharing a wine/beer. I'm usually doing my own thing in my downtime - at the beach, outrigging, catching up with family and friends or of town for the weekend when possible. Otherwise I'm at home reading or zenning out from a long week of work. Looking for a teamup or a place with a car park (not street parking), rent is flexible depending on what is available. I'm usually up by 5am so would need to be around people who are similar or ok with this.
Hey all! Looking for a place to stay as I have relocated to Melbourne for work. Very house trained. I find cleaning up therapeutic. Will respect everyone's space but just as keen for a chat and a bit of banter. Am a very active individual; gym and spending my weekends away surfing. Looking for a place with good company in the Melbourne west for easy commute to work. I am a 'more home than just a house' type of person. Also am a physiotherapist so you may end up a guinea pig at some point :D
I am very easygoing, homely and have been house-sharing in Perth for two years prior to my move to Melbourne in April 2017 for work. I have two well-behaved teenagers week-on/week-off who spend much of their time when home gaming. I work full-time in CBD out Mon-fri 7am - 6:30pm - enjoy my independence and often out walking/cycling or spending time alone writing / painting etc. so you get plenty of space. Only looking to share with one other - either single parent (kid friendly), or mature person, and we would need two bedrooms in the Houseshare and I have full furniture etc. I also have a cute cat for snuggles. Current lease ends May and looking to team up and find somewhere together which does take a little time to organise.
Hi Guys, I'm 24 years old secondary teacher, just moved over from New Zealand and looking ideally for a houseshare somewhere West or North West Melbourne (Sunshine, Maribynong, Foostscray, Essedon Williamstown, Yaraville etc), would ideally like to be close ish to a station too. Air conditioning is a must :) Fun Fact about me: -Identical twin (twin lives on the other side of Melbourne though so non issue for confusion). Looking to move in any time in January after the 10th ☺☺ Reliable and tidy housemate 😊 Wouldn't mind something a bit social, share the occasional dinner/ drinks etc. Thank you ☺
I've done lots of traveling and therefore lots of sharing space with others. I'm very easy going, look after myself and don't enjoy upsetting others. Very sociable and enjoy a good conversation. Irish, but don't drink like one. I like playing music, riding motorcycles, hitting the gym and watching movies.
