Hello! My name is Ruby! I'm 22 years old and in my final year of Law and Communications at UTS. I also work at UTS 3 days/week in student engagement and as a research assistant in the Law faculty. During the week I'm not home much (I have night classes 3 nights/week) but on the weekends I like to hang out, read, watch movies and cook! I'm an easygoing housemate who is respectful, tidy and happy to help out with household chores. I'm looking for an unfurnished private room to call home.
Currently a student at UTS and I graduate in July after which I have to move out of the campus accommodation. I'm a friendly person and always open to new things. I've lived in 3 different countries and I've been very adaptable. I enjoy cooking and am quite a neat freak :)
Hey Sydney Inner West Vegetarians/ Vegans! I am looking for 2 people to share a terrace house with me in the inner west. I am searching for houses now, around Camperdown, Newtown, Glebe, Erskineville, Forest Lodge, Annandale and looking for vegetarian housemates to join in. I want it to be a positive space filled with light, bookshelves, comfy nooks for reading and meditating, spiritually focused and consciously lived, but with a sense of child-like fun and profound conversations also. Mature, clean, working professionals preferred. No TV, subtle quiet music at times, but lots of plants, slow food, yoga and sharing. I love friends, cooking, meditation, eastern spirituality and good quality contemplation and conversation. I am a 46 years old veterinarian completing a PhD at Uni of Sydney, specializing in traditional veterinary medicine and acupuncture. I've lived in India for the last decade and am new to Sydney, hoping to meet lots of great positive people and form a stable community. Is anyone out there with a similar vision of a quiet sanctuary at home with inner city fun just down the road? Rent: $300-360 plus bills.
I moved to Newtown a few months ago to start at Sydney Uni, but have just deferred and will instead start studying law next year. I'm hoping to bartend and lifeguard my way over to South America for a bit beforehand though. I'm 18, from the Blue Mountains and grew up in a big house so i'm used to noise, sharing and caring. I love having a few bevvies and a big night out, but am also keen on a comfy couch and hours of good entertainment.
Originally from London but been in New Zealand for the past 3 years. Moving over to Sydney to start a full time job at a management consulting after finishing my degree in Auckland. Likely to be working long hours during the week but down to socialise and see Sydney on the weekends. Pretty clean & tidy, always keen for a beer & to watch some netflix / sports of any kind. Open to any lengths of stay from a few months onwards

I'm a young guy with a good, secure full-time job in the city doing Software Engineering. I own a pretty cool collection of headphones meaning I don't need to play loud music. I'm currently living in Hornsby and looking to move closer to the city for work.
Hey I'm from the UK (Belfast originally) and have been living in London since the start of 2012 and have very recently moved to Sydney. I'm pretty active (love skiing and scuba diving) and planning on making the most of the good weather in Sydney. Also do my best to keep fit at the gym! I have a job lined working as a lawyer in the city with a 4 year visa (for the moment!). Ideally looking to live with fellow professionals somewhere within a reasonable commute to the city. I've been living with flatmates in London for the last 5 years so I know the score! I'm pretty social and outgoing but also tidy and respectful to my flatmates. Looking for someone with a similar attitude. Ideally looking for somewhere for at least six months. I'll be working pretty hard and hopefully out and about a lot at the when I'm not at work to make the most of Sydney! Flexible up to a point about the move in date for the right place. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Hi there Me and my boyfriend have been living in Forest Lodge but we're being booted because of a development proposal. I am an environmental scientist working for Office of Environment and Heritage and Jacob is a maintenance plumber working in the city. We are easy going, love having some plants and art around, enjoy cooking up a storm and having a beer or two. Jacob is really into biking, guitar and climbing and I love yoga, cups of tea and reading. We are clean, respectful and loving getting to know new people. If we sound like your kind of people we would love to come check the room out and meet you guys. Cheers Sarah
Hey there, I consider myself a pretty easy-going person, planning on moving to Sydney to study at the New York Film Academy (April 28th). I'm friendly, quiet, reliable, and tidy. I enjoy my own space, but am also up for good company and a laugh.
Hi, I am Will. I'm currently looking to join a share house with like minded people in their 20's or 30's. I'm clean and tidy, i work full time and i'm very reliable you will have no problems when it comes to paying bills/rent. I'm a relaxed guy who is happy socializing or locking myself away watching a tv series. I'm into skateboarding, live music and having the occasional beer.
We are both easy going people and tend to get along with everyone. We love having nights in watching netflix but also enjoy going out on the weekends and would love some people who are up for a casual drink once and a while. David is currently working full time as a lawyer, while I am studying at the University of Sydney in Veterinary Medicine.
I´m brazilian, still looking for a job full time and I´m also a studant. I do not want to spend much money so that´s why it would be good to share a room. I used to work as a health professional in brazil and I also like to practice sports in general. I like talking to people, share different points of view about the world and keep things organized. That´s it!
Clean brit who loves pretty much everything. Easy going, happy, sociable and work full time at a bar where I can give you cheap drinks.
Hi :) I'm Annika, 28 years old and from Germany. I study Fitness and Sport Management 2 days a week and work part time as a travel agent at the moment. I like to be outdoors, to be active and love food :) I'm out of the house a lot as I'm quite busy. I need my own space to relax after work, so not looking for a party house but would love to live with like minded people my age to socialise and hang out with sometimes.

23 year old professional, working full time in the CBD and studying full time in the city as well. Friendly, polite and social - love to chit chat over a wine but also enjoy personal downtime.
Hi, We are an Australian couple originally from the small country towns in the Southern Highlands. Chris is in sales for software and I am in sales for wine and also pursuing acting. We both work Monday-Friday. We are of mature nature and our lifestyle reflects this, so we are more keen on living with people older say late 20's to early 40's. We like healthy living and go to the gym together. We don't want a party house, dinners and BBQ's are fine though. We are moving out of our 5 bedroom place in Leichhardt because we want a tidier/nicer/closer place. We would take care of the lease and fully furnish the lounge/dining and equip the kitchen/laundry with appliances. We are looking at inner Sydney suburbs only for convenience and want to team up with others wanting a modern and clean place for long term stay (1year+). Looking around the price range of $340-450 per bedroom and 4 bedroom minimum house. Preferably with a backyard that we intend to put a chicken coup and compost bin in...because whats not to love about free eggs, birds, and caring for the environment? If pets are allowed we may eventually get a puppy. Some perks of living with us: - I work as a wine advisor so I get to bring home a lot of wine which others are more than welcome to, we prefer red so I will literally give away the whites. - I have a keen interest in interior design so the house will look very stylish - Chris is extremely organised so bills and rent will be dealt with efficiently - We are 6ft+ so can get things from high places for you - We enjoy gardening so maintenance would be fairly simple - Respectful, friendly and clean!! - Will keep to ourselves but enjoy a good chat If this sounds like we could be a good match for living arrangements, shoot me a message about yourself. We are on the hunt for a property now so will be looking to move in around April/May time. Look forward to meeting you, Kate and Chris
Hello! My small dog and I are looking for a home. We are looking for housemates who LOVE DOGS. I am looking to live within walking distance to a train station or light rail station as I don't drive. Sorry, I am not looking to share with any smokers. I'm a 28 years young full-time 9am-6pm working professional in the photography industry in the CBD. I'm a non-smoker and born in Sydney. I am honest, responsible and clean. I keep my personal and communal areas clean and tidy. I am respectful of other people and their personal space and property. I'm friendly, like to hangout/chillout and like to get to know people. At the same time, I'm quiet, shy and like to keep to myself as well. I'm looking for a place to live where it's quiet, drama-free and not a party house as a good night's sleep is very important to me. During the working week, I like to take my dog for walks, go to the gym and go to bed as early as I can. On the weekends, I like to treat my dog to the dog beach/park, skateboard and cook. I'm looking for flatmates who wouldn't mind feeding my dog once in a while when I stay out past dinner time if I'm out at a music concert or doing something at night. Of course I'd be more than happy to doggysit my flatmates's pets if they'd wish :) My dog is a 6 years young male Chihuahua. He is doggy door toilet trained, desexed, vaccinated and microchipped. He is a clean indoor dog and sleeps on my bed. He needs to have access to indoors and outdoors when I'm not home so he can go to the toilet outside and sleep inside. I have a removable doggy door panel which is simply a vertical panel of glass with a doggy door at the bottom which slots in next to a sliding door. He loves people but needs time to warm up to them, so he is shy and nervous initially. He is friendly and playful with other small dogs. He hasn't lived with another dog before, but I think a dog friend would be good company for him as he doesn't like to be home alone. Sorry, he is not cat friendly. He loves going for walks, playing ball and following me everywhere around the home. He does bark when someone leaves or enters the home, but only for about 30 seconds. He also barks if he sees another dog walking outside from the home window. So we are looking to live with people who are understanding and tolerant of these now-and-again barks. He is very protective of me, and becomes scared easily if treated badly by someone and may nip to defend himself. So please, we are looking to live with DOG LOVERS ONLY who will show him lots of love, and won't grab him or yell at him aggressively. The only piece of 'furniture' I would be bringing to the communal part of the house is my 17 years young fish and his 90 litre fish tank. It would be ideal to have the tank in a communal area as he likes to watch people walk past and he swims after them. It would be fantastic to place the fish tank close to a sink for easier changing of water. My interests/hobbies include going to the gym, skateboarding, going to music concerts, taking my dog on mini outdoor adventures, watching movies, film photography, board games, and arts and crafts. I would organise my own food as I cook fresh meat and vegetables for my dog as well. I would most likely cook my week's worth of food on the weekend then freeze it so I don't have to cook during the working week.
