Chilled, Thoughtful. Looking for a place that I can say, "cool, i'm lucky to find this one." Maybe once or twice a week have friends over as long as flatmate approves. Can be creative in the kitchen and can do basic gardening. I need the basics, washing machine, dryer, secure property. I'm ok with moderate traffic noise. I work in the events industry, my hours can vary a little. Enjoy the outdoors and being on the water. I have a few small boxes to store, mainly childhood memories so built in wardrobe would be good or similar Non smoker and will only live with non smokers, drug free. $270 is a maximum for me, to include bills. Extra keen on places with own bathroom or shared only with one. Epping-Eastwood area not suitable.
Hi! We are Horacio and Cecy from Venezuela and Barcelona. We are living in Bondi Junction but unfortunately, we have to move out of our house :( We are in search of a double room :) We are looking for nice and clean people to share our space during our little adventure down under. We are a cook and a photographer, interested in live music, films and going outdoors. We care about the environment, and we try to live a zero waste lifestyle, therefore it would be ideal for us to find flatmates that are also interested or are at least willing to try it. We offer respect for your privacy, keep order in the common areas and companionship, along with some homey meals, tea, and beers to share from time to time.
Daniel and I currently live on the central coast but study in Sydney, we want to move closer and avoid the 12 hours weekly train trips 😐 Daniel is studying audio, plays too many instruments to count and enjoys photography. Myself, I'm studying graphic design, i can't play a single instrument and love animals! We come with a sausage dog named Charlie Brown, he is 6 and loves cats. If he could he would spend all day snuggled in bed or grooming the closest cat... What to expect from us, there will always be some type of music playing, either from Dan playing his guitar or us listening to music online. If Charlie Brown befriends you, expect a new shadow. We are definitely home bodies, i don't think we have ever had a house party nor would we ever want to.. We like a nice clean home and not afraid to pick up a sponge or two. If you are curious about us, please pop us a message!
Calm, tidy, friendly, funny French girl. I just arrived in Sydney for a year, I am here to work (hospitality industry) but also to meet people and make friends.
Hey! I'm Nikki, I'm a 24 and I work full time as an upholsterer (I can make us awesome cushions and dining chairs XD). I'm a huge fan of music festivals, beach trips, brunch, Game of Thrones, photography and daydreaming about travel. I'm looking for flatmates that can also be good friends, and love socialising with tea and wine and snacks, but I'm also more than happy chilling in my own space with Netflix :) I'm easy going and clean up after myself, I work during the day so I'm pretty quiet at night during the week. My move-in date is flexible, I’m currently living in the north shore but am looking for a change of pace and to meet some awesome new people. I’ve lived out of home for the past 4 years, so I’m very well house-trained lol. Hit me up!
Hi there, we are couple from Czech republic (Working holiday and studying English). Both mature, pay on time, respectful to cultures, genders and races also pets :) Lived in shared space before, we like kitchen clean, but we do not like to freak out about two dirty plates in a sink and some spots on a stove, no party people. We like beers and chat with flatmates, but also our own space and privacy. Moving in from 1-7/10/2018. Silvie will be full time employed (hospitality, office), big movie geek and passionate diver. Ales will be studying English in CBD and loves to paint with sprays and sports. Some garage or spot in basement would be super extra perfect so he can create, but not a requirement. 350$ is max we can pay, all included. Cheers!
Hello, I am a 22 year old Social Work student who works part time for an MP. I recently had to defer my studies due to a car accident (don't worry, I wasn't the person driving the car); but now I'm fine and keen to look for a new place not as close to uni. I have lived in share homes for a few years now and so am looking for someone who has also lived in share accommodation before. I am respectful, tidy and clean up after myself. I'm hoping to find someone to move into an unfurnished place with me because I own a fridge, washing machine, sofa and most kitchen and laundry supplies. I also have a Telstra cable internet plan already, that I can easily transfer to our new place (which is nifty). I'm extroverted and friendly, but understand that having space at home is essential. I have a girlfriend who I would like to stay over some nights so living somewhere where we are accepted is a necessity, although some gay jokes are tolerated or even encouraged. Looking to spend max $250/wk for my share of the rent, and within walking distance to a train station.
Hey! I'm Chloe and my friend Norah and I are currently viewing places to move to in the inner west area of Sydney. We have been looking at places in Enmore, Stanmore, Newtown and Erskineville area. Were looking for 1-2 extra people to join the house! I work full time as an Audiologist in the south-west of Sydney and Norah is studying law and works part time in a law firm in the CBD. We're both pretty chill and bubbly people. We both happen to be vegetarian, so a vego housemate would be a bonus but not a must! We're keen to find housemates we can actually call mates. We're looking for places with a decent backyard so we can have bbqs in the summer or dinners outside! Shoot me a message if you're keen or would like to know more! :)
Hi! My name is Klara and I am a 21 year old woman from Sweden. I have been in Australia since November last year and I absolutely love it! I work as a waitress in Rozelle and are therefore looking for a place nearby. When I am not working or studying I prefer to paint, hang out with friends, drink coffee, workout, try new vegetarian recipes or watch a movie. I am very social and are always up for a chitchat but prefer my own space then I need to study. I am a big coffee drinker and are always keen for a take away and a walk near the ocean! I have been living in share houses and apartments before and have been following cleaning roster as well. I would like to live in a social house or apartment, but not in a one that is too messy... Queen or double bed preferred! I have never been late with a rent! I would like to move in ASAP!!! Please feel free to contact me here if you have any questions or have a place I might like. Greetings, Klara Loevgren
Having to leave my home of 4 years, away from 3 other great people as I have taken up work in Parramatta and want to lessen the commute by being closer to a train station. I'm a very social guy that enjoys most things outdoors. I love my cooking and music. I am also very clean and respectful of other people's personal space You won't see me until late afternoons/evenings, as I am up early heading to work or the gym. Hope you can find room for me at your place!
Hi everyone! My name is Kritika and I am looking for a furnished private room within walking distance to a train station in the inner west, preferably in either of the following suburbs: Newtown, St. Peters, Darlington, Marrickville, Redfern. My rental budget is $300-320 per week including bills for ideally a 6 months lease. My move in date is ASAP. I have lived in share houses before, so I am completely house trained. I am looking for a furnished place with all utilities and facilities including laundry. Many thanks and happy house hunting! :-)
I'm open-minded and enjoy intelligent conversation, or a shared laugh. On a sunny weekend I'm likely to be out at cricket or the footy, off to the beach or pool, or walking to explore suburbs or the bush. A rainy weekend might see me at the state library, researching country rugby league history. I value my friendships, whether new or long standing, and make the effort to catch-up or attend events together. My music taste is pretty varied, and I love that a good gig or festival lineup will uncover new artists. I have been living and working in Wollongong for the past 18 months and with a new work placement in Sydney, I am looking to relocate (mostly from the long commute). I've previously lived in Enmore, Newcastle and the Grand Duchy of Dulwich Hill. I grew up on the Central Coast where my parents, siblings, nieces and nephews reside.
I'm looking for an unfurnished room (with own bathroom, or not shared with more than one person) close to public transport. I work full time on weekdays so they’re pretty low key for me. I’m a bit of a hygiene freak, so I like a clean and tidy place and would like to live with similar people. I really enjoy alone time, but always up for a chat with drinks. I have a cute little cavoodle puppy living with me part time. He's toilet trained and I intend to keep him indoors. He’d go to work with me during the day, so he’s basically only ever home when I am. Definitely interested in teaming up with other dog owners to find a pet friendly place and set up a new home. I have a 3 bedroom place in Stanmore in mind if anyone's interested.
Hey, I’m Sally, 27 years old and work as a Leasing Manager for a commercial real estate company in the CBD. I’m friendly, tidy, respectful and open-minded. I love to have fun and socialise but at the same time appreciate my own space. I’m looking for like-minded flat mates who I can hang out with occasionally over dinner/drinks.
I am an International student from India and study Architecture at USYD. I am a really fun and outgoing person but do respect a roommate's privacy. I don't party a lot or make too much noise. I don't smoke or drink but that doesn't mean i don't know how to have fun. I am looking for a private room in a share house.
Hi, My name is Michael Smith i am 27, born in Australia but both of my parents come from New Zealand. I am a clean, tidy, respectful, friendly person who loves to have a laugh with good company. I work as aMonday to Friday from 7pm to 3:30pm, so you will see me awake around 5 in the morning making a coffee getting ready for work. Usually a quiet person, i don't party or drink very often. Just an easy going guy who needs a place to live :)
I'm looking for a share accommodation with any people with private room and backyard or garage to put a motorbike. I'm french/polish, mechanic and bartender. I like sport, music and tell bullshits 😂
Work in Geosystems and Machine Control. Travel with work a fair bit so I’m away from home at least 2/3 nights a week. Weekends are mostly spent out and about. Not gonna be at home a lot but just need a half decent spot with chill people.
University student from Belgium, graduating in April 2019, looking to share a nice, peaceful and clean space. Reliable and responsible, working part time, on the weekends, and as an Early Childhood Educator from time to time. I have been in Australia for 7 years and in the same house for 3 long years. Seeking a new place for a change of air. Love the outdoors, art, photography, and a fresh cold beer. Social and creative with a fun personality, I also like my me time.
Coming to Sydney start of September from South Wales, Uk. I (Daniel) will be working as an electrician & Hollie will be looking for work on arrival. Both very easy to get on with and very respectful, will want to be exploring the city when we’re there so won’t be in the way at all. Looking to stay for anything upto 6 months
