We are all first/second year university students/working part time, who are looking for a place with 3 bedrooms to move into as of December-January. We will all be studying full time, at UNSW, Macquarie, and USYD, as well as working. We are quiet, tidy, all non smokers, and we don't own any pets. Our max budget is $750 per week for all 3 bedrooms, and having the bills/internet included in the price would be really great! Somewhere with basic furnishings such as a fridge and a washing machine would also be ideal. Please don't hesitate to contact me for any information, or if you would like to look at our social media accounts to check us out! :)
Originally from Perth and are currently working full time in the Sydney CBD as a Project Manager. I am super clean and tidy and I am looking for a share house preferably in Sydney's Inner West. I love going out/going to gigs, getting drinks and having fun. I previously lived in a share house in Glebe where roommates worked nights so I fully understand that aspect
Full time finance professional looking for a 2 bed apartment or house to be shared with another person, preferably with own bathroom and off street parking. Looking for a quiet and tidy place. Very friendly and easy to get along with. Don't mind having a chat after a long day at work. I dont smoke or drink. Pretty laid back and easy going sort of person.
Hey! I'm 19 and I'm currently studying Computer Science and Media Arts at UNSW. I would love a clean and peaceful home to share with someone. I'm looking for a private room in a shared apartment/house but team up with other uni students would be good as well. I'm very organized and clean and I respect one's personal space. I work part time as a hair stylist.
Hi there! My name is Nusret. I am a neat and friendly person looking for a room in an apartment or townhouse in Inner West area for at least 6 months. I am an engineer in my mid-late 20s and working full time in banking. I'm an easy going guy with a good sense of humour. I love having a chat and I'm generally pretty interested in everything and always open to learn new things. I like having a cup of coffee outside and going to the beach! I like running and cycling. I'm looking for a place where people have their own lives but also inclined to have a couple beers now and then. Cleanliness and being respectful are important to me and I'm looking for a place that appreciates these as well.
I am considerate, clean and honest. I keep to myself generally but enjoy a good intelligent conversation every now and then. I am semi retired at the moment but I don't plan on fully retiring ever and if the right job came along I would take it. I love anything to do with the arts and animals, all kinds. I am an actor and love the ocean/surfing, which i can't do until I get my knees fixed. Sad!
Hi I'm Steve, Irish 31 y/o white collar professional working in the city, i travel interstate frequently for my job. Pretty easy going, laid back and enjoy a beer or two at the weekend. Clean, quiet and tidy. Expert ping pong player! I'm looking to share an apartment with a single male or female only, no house shares or couples. My budget includes bills and length of stay can be 3-6 months.
I'm a happy, easy going kind of person. Would like to live with one or two other people max, in a private room. More than happy to socialise with other flatmates or have my own down time. I'd like to live closer to work now, hence wanting to find a new home. I work fulltime in liquor management.
I am a 31 year old pharmacist looking for a room from early October. I am working full time from Monday to Friday. I am easy going and enjoy a night out as well as chilling out in the flat with a beer/wine.
Hey, I'm Tess!! I'm 25 and work full time at University of Sydney Union creating fun programs & events for international students. I'm pretty much fascinated by anything to do with travel, culture or language, and have studied abroad in Spain & South Korea, but I promise to not go on about it (too much). I'm a pretty social and energetic person, so would love a housemate who is keen to have a chat after work over dinner, or join in the odd Community marathon (blanket fort optional...) When I can I love to get out of Sydney to go hiking, but usually I just settle for a bike ride or picnic in the city. These days my favourite thing to do is find some live jazz and swing dance with friends. Otherwise my hobbies are pretty standard; I like to bake, write, socialise, play guitar/ukulele and, of course, binge on Netflix series and classic 80s/90s movies. I'm hoping to take up piano lessons again soon, although won't be practising at all hours so don't let that concern you! Above all else I'm looking for someone friendly and easy-going who understands that shared living requires compromise and communication, as household tension is the absolute worst!! Hoping my new housemates are: - Sociable and friendly, love to do house dinners & drinks :) - Working professionals - Tidy, respectful etc. all that usual housemate stuff! - OK with me bringing all my plant babies along? I have a nice leather couch, dining table + chairs, nice indoor pot plants, paintings and various other bits of furniture that can be shared or put into storage. I've been trialling Marley Spoon food boxes so if anyone wants to get in with me on that I'm happy to share some cooking! In general usually keen to share occasional meals and general staples, just to save waste & money :) And also pretty environmentally friendly so would like to continue my soft plastic recycling and set up a worm farm if people are willing!
Hi! I'm an almost-lawyer from the inner west, looking to find a warm and sociable but also chilled place to call home. I love nothing more than a good chat over a meal or drink, but will respect your personal space :)
I want to find a place to live. I'm fairly quiet and am not a partyer or drinker. I like to be social, but appreciate privacy and take a common sense approach to flatsharing which I've done for the past 7 years.
I´m very organized and clean. Love to cook and eat healthy. Very respectful of other peoples´ sleep and personal space. Passionate about dogs, healthy eating and cooking. Love to meditate and do yoga and home workouts. Moved to Sydney from Colombia and I´m staying for two years while I study to become a certified personal trainer. Non smoker.
Hey! I'm a 25 yo bloke working full-time as a carpenter as well as studying my Cert IV in building, and I do a fair bit of volunteer time in the entertainment industry. I've been out of home for a while, done the share house thing for a bit so I know the drill, happy to take the lead with housework etc etc. I'm a bit of a workaholic, so I like having my own space to crash, but I'm totally up for social times as well. Board game nights or movie marathons could be a thing! I'm looking for a home, not just a room. When I'm home I tend to be more an artsy person, I listen to good tunes, I design sets for theater, or watch movies (yes Disney and Marvel, I'm looking at you). So I'm keen to live with similar minded people! I have a cat, he's an adorable 6yo ginger short hair, very affectionate! As far as I know good with other animals, he definitely makes friends wherever he goes (just like me)! I'm looking for some humans to share a house. Non-smokers preferred, mainly for the kitty's sake. Other pets cool, if you're keen shoot me a message and we can go from there! Also looking at joining someone else's share house if possible. Keen for people about my age, guys girls couples, wherever you're at in life is totally cool! Looking to move towards the end of Sept, and looking for until January for now as I'm studying for the year, but not sure whats happening next year just yet. Any other questions let me know!
Hello! I’m 28, work full time in comms in the city during the week. I’m usually out and about catching up with friends on weekends. I’m clean, tidy, respectful of housemates. I like downtime but also like to catch up for an occasional dinner and glass of wine. Can move from mid-October. Can be flexible.
I'm really easygoing. I live a fairly active social life and coupled with work it means I'm out and about a lot. On the odd day when I'm home I'm extremely relaxed and love a day of Netflix, binge watching anything and everything, but especially love crime shows and psychological dramas! Can get behind a wine or two and love listening to music no matter what I'm doing. I work at IKEA in the Service Centre and have grown up and stayed around the inner west for most of my life. I love the vibe and activity and am constantly on the look out for cool hidden bars or live music places. Holla at me if you have any recommendations!
I’m studying med science at usyd. I study quite a bit but I also like to chill when I can whether it is watching Netflix, going for runs, baking or finding new brunch spots. I’m pretty laid back and get along with people easily.
Hi. I am a 34 year-old working professional male looking for a flatmate to team-up. I consider myself an open-minded and considerate individual that values my own space but also enjoys sharing a drink and meal with a flatmate. I am a business professional by background, and have lived in Sydney for the last 4+ years. I currently work with Panasonic Avionics based at the Sydney International Airport, and soon will be on a rotating roster. During my free time, I like to keep myself fit by regularly playing tennis, biking and swimming. I also ride a motorcycle, so I am usually out on rides exploring the woods or the ocean and a sucker for good coffee. I am passionate about cooking, and I unwind by cooking a meal. I have my own car, and motorcycle, so parking is a must. I am looking to team-up (preferably) or move into an existing place. I am looking for a long-term housing solution. So, happy to consider anything above a 6 month period. Give me a shout if you're interested to catch up over coffee for a chat. Cheers Raj PS: If you're seeing this listing, I am still open for a team-up. Flexible with move in dates, and also happy to furnish the place :)
