I am relocating from QLD around late September/early October . Am a quiet, non drinker/smoker, friendly, into my fitness, healthy lifestyle , pretty laid back , I work a lot, and have pets who will be coming with me, at this stage one dog and one cat but could be two dogs! I am Looking to set up a home where my pets can have great yard to play in , and I can run my PT coaching business from. I am looking to rent Either a furnished property on my own or perhaps sub lease one room to another mature female / fifo worker / student for minimal board who is pet friendly. I am also interested in renting private through home owners rather than an agent . If this sounds like you please PM me. I will be in Perth late August / early September for some work and could meet and greet then :)
Hey, I am from England and looking for a clean and modern place to share with easy going, fun people. Currently working part time and studying in the city. Ideally I am looking to live somewhere in the city or near to public transport. I am clean and tidy, sociable and enjoy a few beers at the week end and sometimes in the week. Although I am sociable I do respect others privacy. I would like to live with like minded people and be able to share some good banter and a few beers from time to time. I am not looking for a party house but equally not looking for an unsociable house so something in between would be perfect. Thank you :-)
I'm Brazilian, part time worker and student. I'm lawyer in Brazil and I'm here to learn English and study law as well. I'm social, easy going, open mind, very tidy and clean person. I like to go out and stay home, studying or chilling. I'm looking for a peaceful place near from my work (Canning Vale). I have friends and references.
I'm great and fun to live with, clean and prompt....I'm interested in teaming up with someone to rent a house possibly 2x2. I'm very friendly and quite chill. 😊 Looking for someone who interested in teaming up and hopefully share a positive admosphere and help each other grow positively as housemates. I work weekdays and sometimes weekends but would love to have a housemate that wouldn't mind a chat occasionally, great company 👍
I have ace airbnb and eBay reviews, non smoker non drinker, into sport and music, and work fifo. I currently live in melb but I'm stuck in Perth for a week from tomorrow and need somewhere to crash. I'd prefer something private with a double bed at least because I'm tall! Bond or security deposit is no issue.
Super friendly, super tidy, non drinking 35 year old female looking for a fully furnished room for up to a year. I'm a chef by trade, so I love to cook, and I also love animals and getting out and about. I'm at uni full time, so I spend a lot of time studying, but also enjoy my relaxing chill out time. I'm very laid back, so no drama would be appreciated lol
We are two fun loving English girls on our second year away from home, both hard working and sociable girls who love the outdoors! We have hospo backgrounds, one on the cooking side and the other towards cocktails. We're currently doing our 88 days as free range chicken farmers and are keen to get back to city life! While we love a good night out we are always down for a good movie night in, wine in hand!
Hi I am a 25 year old woman from Denmark. I am studying for a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Psychology at Copenhagen Business School, but I am now beginning a semester at UWA. Therefore, I am looking for a room in Perth from now until the end of November. I have always preferred to live together with other people, but I also like to take time for myself sometimes. I have lived in Copenhagen for some years, but before that I lived in England and Norway for a while. I am very tidy and a non-smoker. As a person, I am very social and I like to spend time with friends and family as well as meeting new people and exploring new countries and cultures. I spend a lot of time doing sports – in Denmark mostly badminton and running. Here in Australia I am looking forward to trying out some of the many outdoor sports. I have just arrived in Perth, so I would like to come by and see the room as soon as possible. Best regards Line Thøgersen
I'm a full time uni student at Curtin looking for somewhere closer to school. Enjoy hanging out, or not hanging out whatever you prefer, and I'm also a handy asset for karaoke and/of Quiz nights. Feel free to hit me up I've found a few houses for rent which are great I just need some friends to move in with me. I also come with a dog who loves everyone he meets. Would prefer team ups as I have a lot of my own gear. I don't need a furnished room.
I'm new to Perth and here to go back to Uni to study my postgrad full time (and hopefully work part time). I'm a 'social introvert' who likes her quiet time but also enjoys meeting new people and spending time with friends, generally over a beer. I am vegan/vegetarian and prefer to cook at home. I spend my time studying, working out, swimming, reading, walking/biking and searching for the best coffee and craft beer wherever I go!
Hi! My name is Kirsten and I've just moved to Perth from California. I was a wedding coordinator back home, but now am looking to find a job as a yoga teacher and at a local cafe. I'm super chilled out and enjoy staying at home doing some yoga or watching movies with a nice cuppa or some wine. Looking for roommates that turn into friends, not just people living under the same roof. I'm very respectful and tidy. I'm keen for a good night out, but also like my alone time.
Currently living in my own home with a spare room available in Mandurah but looking at selling and going back to renting closer to Perth. Happy to have someone rent at my place then look for a rental together or whatever. Its just me and my cat :) ive lived alone for a year, so i generally keep to myself but on the opposite side, can be a big social bug. Im pretty tidy, occasional lazy days, but easy going. Dont be afraid to message me! Stef
Hi! I am a clean person to live with, I wash up whatever mess I make and I'll take part in chores around the place. I'm not afraid to sit around to have a chat, but also I'll give you privacy whenever you need it! I am looking for work at the moment, but at the same time I'm on Centrelink so don't worry! I can pay my rent and bills on time :) - I have a double bed of my own to use.
Hi, my name is Tobey. I am looking for someone to share in a large house as I have already got furniture. I'm looking forward to moving from where I am at now and having a flatmate. I am on the disability pension which means I'm unable to work but I am always on time with rent and like to go out during the day to visit family etc I've got a large family so that is where most of my fun comes in 😊 If you're interested in a large house or a house with some storage room in or around those suburbs msg me!

I'm a young french professional working full time in the city. Easy going and loving sports especially soccer but I'm more than happy to get into others. I'm working as an IT recruitment consultant since January and my plan is to stay over here a bit longer as I love the place. Also, I like having a few drinks over the weekend and going out for a good party time to time. Not a party animal though and love listening different kind of musics. I can even teach a bit a french and share some culture/food knowledge if you're curious to learn about it Offically ready to move from the 2nd of September but it could be earlier if needed. Any other questions do not hesitate to drop me a line or message. Cheers Clem
Hi, Im a 25 year old Doctor, empathetic and very easy going Born and bred in Perth, I'm looking to move somewhere closer to work and the beach If I'm not at work, you'd find me at the beach, gym, or enjoying a few cheeky drinks with mates! I'd like to get to know my housemate(s), but equally value time alone. Ideally looking to live around Freo or South Perth.
Mat - Personal Trainer - leave the house early AM most mornings No partner Have lived with 3 girls in one house for over 2 years previously Looking to share for at least 6 months Possibly away for a month in late 2017 so will be out of your hair
Am a f/t post graduate law student at UWA:) well-travelled, sophisticated and cultured lady in her late 30's; with a quiet and easy-going temperament; mu interests include Zumba, tennis and nature; music, family and travel. Seeking a bright, modern and clean space to pitch tent.
Seeking Granny flat/Studio or independent place only. I am not seeking any share accomodation. About me/us I am permanently full time employed in a professional capacity in East Perth. It's just me and my small dog called Coco, a 3.5kg non shedding Schnoodle. I do have a partner that I (and Coco) spend time with most weekends at his house. Coco is a 3 years old teacup Schnoodle (1/2 mini schnauzer, 1/2 mini poodle). She is used to apartment style living and ideally gets walked 1-2 times a day (seasonal and weather dependant). She isn't much of a yapper or barker but can be a little protective of her home/space. She sleeps in a crate at night inside but I would value training her to sleep outside. I have been living in my own Apartment (Queens Riverside next to Fraser Suites) for the past 2 1/2 years. This year my Strata levies increased by 110% (our story was featured on the radio, online news, TV and print media in mid March). The increase in levies, coupled with absorbing rental income decreases for another property I have, means that I need to spend at least 12 months in cheaper accommodation to recoup some savings and finish paying off some debt. What I am seeking I am seeking a fully furnished self contained Studio/Granny flat or fully furnished shared accomodation for me and Coco Schnoodle. I do have a car but street parking is fine. I don't need a garage or carport. Location I have the opportunity to move to any suburb but I do prefer to be within 3-5km of the city/East Perth. It needs to be close to public transport or direct bike path. After the past 5 years living within 1-2kms of work, I am not a fan of long durations getting to/from work. Timing I ave moved out of my apartment and currently staying with friends. I'd like to get settled somewhere as soon as possible but need to make sure it's the right place. I can only view after 5.30pm and can move on a weekend. Ideally I want of ind somewhere for up to a year. Budget I am limited with my budget and am looking for anything between $200 to $300 inclusive of bills and internet. I am very power conscious and look to minimise resources as much as possible. My internet use is minimal (my flatmate and I used to use about 8 gig per month between us). If you think you have something that might suit me and Coco, we would love to hear from you. Thanks.
