I’m a Professional Golfer from the UK working within the golf industry. Monday - Friday I’m up early and get back late evenings like 7ish as I work out of the city and use public transport to get to work. I enjoy a few beers after work on a Friday small beers only!!! I can no longer handle hangovers. Weekends are for golf, kicking back relaxing, I wakeboard it’s my summer hobby. Enjoy exploring the city’s food and drink scene. I’m a respectful person little bit of a neat freak, I like things to be just so. Thanks for your time Chris
Hey Guys, My name is Mitchell and i'm 22. I recently moved to Melbourne to begin a new role in Project Management for a Property Development firm. I have been living out of home for over 4 years so know the ins-and-outs of being a good roommate. I and very clean but not completely OCD, Very social and always enjoy a glass of wine or 3. Ideally as I am new to Melbourne I am looking to make friends not just roommates who come and go and do their own thing (but considerable of having your own space) I am gay so please be LGBT friendly. My budget is up to $300 a week and has to be my own private room also would never so no to having pets but unfortunately no Cats as I am allergic. If I am a good fit please let me know and we can catch up for a coffee/drink to get to know each other. Look forward to hearing from you. Mitch
I'm 32 years old, originally from Adelaide, and work as an engineer in the renewable energy sector. I have a great, stable job in the city, so am looking to stay nearby. My main hobby is painting (digital or oil), so I'm hoping for a place with some space to do this. I am very considerate of my housemates and always keep my place clean. I like to cook too. Hoping to find some housemates that I'll get along with since I don't know that many people here.
I'm a recent graduate with a Masters in Dietetics so as you may expect I love food! I also like the gym, I play footy and dabble in growing veggies a couple of times a year. I'm a bit of a tinkerer and love having a project or two on the go, usually giving some furniture a bit of a refresh or making something new. I'm a relaxed kinda housemate but I am looking to find somewhere where the people respect the space they live in and keep it clean. If you think I might be a good fit for your house please get in touch!
I’m a friendly and outgoing person. I’m studying my Masters at RMIT and working part time in the city. I like to cook when I’m not tired and I love watching Netflix with a drink whenever I’m free. I’m open to have random conversations over meals with my flatmate and having a drink together on weekends or something. I’m a good person to chat with but I do love my own space especially when assignments pile up, I tend to be buried in my laptop. I do go out but I’m not a big party girl, prefer staying home with drinks to be honest. I’m a clean and tidy person, always cleaning up after myself so you never have to worry about the apartment being messy! Basically staying with me will be great, I can guarantee that! Looking to share a flat with another girl preferably in her twenties too. Drop me a message if you think I’m what you’re looking for!
Hi, I'm Josh and I'm currently looking for a place around the cbd. I'm tidy (not a neat freak) love to cook and share a meal; but also am respectful of personal space. i currently work as a project and product manager for a defence company and travel a bit for work which is cool. I am 27, would bring a proper coffee machine, couch(if needed) and fridge(if needed), no pets and am single so would be the only person living in the room.
Hey all, I'm a full time student at Monash working 2 part time jobs meaning I don't have a lot of downtime. I study Business and Human Rights and am aiming to work for a non profit. I'm looking to move into a new place pretty much asap. Looking for a cool place (size of room doesn't bother me) with some cool like minded people to explore this awesome city with. Big fan of any music, travelling and red wine. Cheers x
I'm very easy going and respectful of other's privacy. Always happy to have a chat. I like cooking at home, and most importantly, like to keep everything clean and tidy. I also enjoy a coffee in the morning, exercise and reading. If I'm the kind of person you would like to share a home with, please let me know!!
Originally from England but have been livinb in Australia for two years. I am a very happy and chatty person, love animals and the outdoors. Not a very girly girl at all. I like the occasional night out but I'm not a big party person. Looking for people who are happy to hang and chill out with. Currently working full time but will be starting a course soon.
Hey, my name is Ajay (FYI; 30, born & raised in Melbourne w/ Indian background. Working full time in hospitality. Looking for a place in cbd or outer city (any side-N.E.W.S.) as I work in the city. I am very sociable but also know people need their privacy. I enjoy to the gym, cooking and enjoying outdoors activities. With work and hobbies, I won’t be home often unless I have a day off (rarely) but would make time to spend with my housos (dinner, drinks, grocery shopping, cleaning etc). I like a clean and tidy place (not a clean freak though). If you have any further questions, just ask. Also, have no problem going on the lease (would prefer it)p but flexible considering circumstance. Thanks, Ajay.
Hi! I'm 20, studying Software engineering at Monash uni and working part time, I am looking to move closer to uni and work. I am very clean, respectful and reliable but also enjoy being social, down for drinks and banter :)
Hi! I'm coming over from Canada mid November-December on a one year working/travel visa with hopes to have a roommate (or two, or three..) who is fun, friendly, easy-going and respectful - and you can expect to get the same from me. I've lived with guys and girls in the past and can easily get along with anyone! I'm going to try to stay flexible with move-in dates, December 1st being ideal. I've heard mostly great things about St. Kilda, so I'm looking to situate around the area. Obviously going to have to be flexible with this as well. I haven't sorted out all of the details quite yet, but would like to be settled in Melbourne for at least a couple of months and then play it by ear to decide what to do or where to go next! My working background is in insurance and night clubs - two different ends of the spectrum, but the plan is to get part-time or full-time work in the service/hospitality industry with the intent to have some fun, meet new people and find any opportunity to explore! Interests: watching live sports, live music, finding new spots for food and drinks, staying active, whether it's playing hockey, going on a hike, or just walking around the city - All of these things are made better with some good company!
Hello! My name's Luke, I'm an engineer working full-time in the city. I'm a pretty positive and social person, and am generally clean and easy to live with (well I think so!). Always up for a chat with housemates, but will also give plenty of space when needed. Feel free to shoot me a message if you're keen to meet up!
Hi! Luke and I are from England. We're moving from Brisbane to Melbourne on the 18th August. We will be working full-time, but also want to explore the city and see what it has to offer! Both of us are reliable, clean and really easy going. We are both into our fitness (Luke's a PT), going out for food and drinks and meeting new people :) If you have any other questions please contact me!
Hi, my name is Rhi. My cat Vinny and I need to be out of our current house in September due to our existing housemates all growing up and pairing off so we’re looking for some new ones! I am 28, employed full-time, and have been living in share houses since I was 18 so I know the drill. Things get paid on time, communal areas get kept tidy, and my work schedule means I’ve never clashed with anyone for the bathroom. I’m a bit creative (I draw and paint and collect dumb eclectic things) so hopefully my housemates won’t mind the decorative mishmash of things I intend to hang on our walls! I have got a house worth of furniture (sofas, wall units, large TV, fridge, washing machine, etc.) which I can either sell or bring with me. I like my homes to be chill places where people are comfortable to be themselves. Whilst not expressly looking for a party house I believe that friends and lovers should always be welcome. I am invaluable at pub trivia nights. I am rainbow friendly and bigot unfriendly. An older character place full of music, blankets, fairy lights, plants, books and snacks and with at least a small yard is my dream. Vinny is a small ginger rescue boy with the sweetest face who is super skilled at sitting juuust out of reach and stealing food literally from your mouth. He is stupidly obsessed with a big plush Rastafarian banana that I have. He is plucky and I have seen him interact well with other animals. Looking forward to talking to you soon!
