A cavalier King Charles spaniel named duchess, she is 8 years old. I also have a Doberman named Lexi, she is 5 years old and very friendly. Ive worked in canine behaviour before, so both dogs are well trained, Quiet and obedient. Both dogs are desexed and microchipped. They are up to date on all vaccinations, worming and flea treatments. Hi I am a single, clean, quiet, working Australian male. I work M-F around 8-4. I'm looking for peace, quiet and privacy. I don't want to hear others, neighbours, planes, traffic or barking dogs from my bedroom. In a nice suburb (not Western Sydney) The room needs to be large (3x3m at least) to fit queen bed, desk, TV unit and wardrobe if no BIR. For housemates, 20s-40s is good. People I can play board games with and/or watch sci-fi tv/movies. People that have an interest in health & fitness ie regular exercising. I only want to live with Australians/English people not other languages/cultures. I think 2-3 people is enough with at least 1 other male. My budget of $320/w is including bills and internet I will consider more areas than I have listed Cat-friendly would be a bonus. I have to give 2 weeks notice.
I am looking for a clean and safe accommodation around Pymble or the Upper North Shore suburbs. The place needs to have close access to a train station so I can get to work as easily as possible. I am looking for a private room only. I am easy going, neat and a joy to have around! :)
I am a friendly professional working in North Sydney. I like to keep the home clean and tidy. Respectful of people I live with. Enjoy to mingle and also enjoy personal space every now and then, try to keep a balanced and healthy lifestyle :)
Hi guys, I'm a recent graduate and a full time employee in Sydney. I have been living in Sydney for two years and I am planning to move into one of the suburbs near my office which is in Macquire Park. I'm an easy going and fun loving bloke who wouldn't mind catching up on a drink or cook a meal for my dear house mates over the weekends. I am looking for a share house with matured, full time working and understanding housemates who have the same mind set. Embrace me in the right way to find my lovely housemates! Cheers.
Hey there. I work full time for a car manufacturer in Artarmon, I take pride in my work, am clean and tidy at home, and not looking for a party house. I'm a social guy though and enjoy the company of others, but chilled alone time is always great too. I'm the adventurous kind and to keep my work weeks from getting too monotonous I try to get out for a walk / bike ride / roadtrip when possible. Always an optimist, and if you've got a sense of humour we'll get on great. I have an 11 year old dog called Otto who is very friendly - he loves people and other animals too. He is a Lagotto (Google it!), who doesn't shed any hair, and spends his days mostly lazying around until it's time for a daily walk. I'm moving from a terrace in Kirribilli so he is used to being inside during the day while I'm out / at work. Looking to move now-ish but I'm not cemented on a date at present so taking my time to choose a nice place with people I click with.
ISFJ - petite, full-time, working at North Ryde. Quiet indoors person, found mostly eating or sleeping or gaming in spare time. Would enjoy living near a train station. Preferably within walking distance. ❤ Need a queen sized bedroom with built-in preferred. Would also like to pair up and start a new contract for a new home if possible. I generally like to keep to myself. Super chill and super hard to find things that bother me. I am very empathic and patient.
I'm an software engineer working fulltime in CDB. During the week I mostly disappear into my room after getting back from work. During weekends I mostly stay in my room with my computer coding, or go bush walking so won't bother anyone. I'm kind of an introvert but also easy going and friendly. One commute to Sydney CBD(George Street) is great. If your place has NBN that would be awesome.
Moving to Sydney end of this month and would love to have a place sorted before I arrive. Lived in Europe and in the U.S but am looking to settle down in Australia due to visa validity reasons (NZ Citizen.) I'm super chill and mind my own business, enjoy being sociable but also value alone time. Have a few interviews lined up for jobs in Marketing so fingers crossed I'll be employed by the time I arrive on your doorstep.
I am a 23 personal trainer from the UK, I'm here in Australia for the next 12 months. I have full time employment, clean, tidy, non smoker, very sociable and easy going. I'm quite active and outdoorsy so I won't be treading on anybody's toes:)
I'm Pino an Italian engineer just moved to Sydney from Queensland to start a new job in PV Solar projects. I'm looking to rent a room in the Chastwood area I'm pretty sociable, enjoy watching movies, reading, traveling and cooking. I'm easy going and clean.
I arrived to Sydney 2 weekends ago and started working here. I'm on the vfx industry working full time for a studio here in Sydney. 32 year old Costa Rican who spent his last 10 years studying and working in Japan. I consider myself pretty sociable, enjoy watching movies, reading, traveling, photography, coffee (o lot of it) and outdoor activities. Non smoker. I work from Monday to Friday 9 to 6 with the occasional overtime. I'm new to Sydney and would love to live in a place where I can call my flatmates friends.
G'dday mate :D I'm a teacher just moved from England to Sydney, looking a nice room in a friendly and clean shared place. I'm sociable and looking forward to exploring my new city. I like to cook a bit and happy to share meals if people want that, or just leave people jealous if they don't ;) Would be good to get to know some new folk :) In terms of what I like to do for fun, I like to swim, walk, and am up for anything that will get me on the path to physical fitness. Love eating a bit too much, like the movies and the occasional drink out. I've never surfed or dived, both of which I'd like to try sometime.
My friend and I are moving to Sydney in the second week of June. We will be pursuing our masters at Macquarie. We're looking for a decent house with friendly flatmates. Very easy going ,Tidy and open minded people. Open to teaming up also!!
Hi, potential future roomies! Allow me to introduce myself - I'm Mark, I'm 31 years old, I'm a doctor by trade, and I'm looking for a couple of sound professional types who have their own sh*t together, but who are open to creating a happy home environment. Thinking one girl, one guy might be a good mix. Due to the nature of the job, my hours are probably a little more erratic than most, and I've got some things I need to finance later this year, as well as a professional exam I need to sit at the end of the year, so there may be good chunks of the week when I'm busy, but still, when I'm around, I'm tidy, easy going, and generally good value. I'm entirely happy doing my own thing if people have got their own stuff to do, but at the same time, I'd like to live in a place where we do more than just give polite hellos to each other every day. I'm not really up for all-night raves at the flat, but I'm sure we can fit in the occasional late night chat over a bottle of something. What else to tell you? I tend to read a lot, I can cook pretty well, I play the piano (don't worry I've got headphones for the keys I have), I'm sociable but don't really have the time or stamina to party like when I was young, I don't smoke, very much a dog man, and I've started running quite a lot recently as well. If you want to know anything more, just ask.
Hi! I'm looking for somewhere to stay from about Thursday 16th August. I'm currently staying in Willoughby while I'm doing my post grad legal training, but I love Sydney so much I'm looking for somewhere to call home while I try to see if I can make this a permanent move! That said, I'm super quiet and will be away from the house most the time - hopefully by August I'll find a practical placement so I can practice in my field, so between that, Job-Searching, and exploring Sydney, I should have heaps to keep me busy. I've got a sweet apartment with amazing housemates on GC, so not looking to join a lease or change anything, but seriously just looking for a place to crash while I try to chase my dream of being a lawyer! If you can help me out at all, please let me know, I'll be super grateful! And of course, if you want a trip away to the GC or Brissy, I'd love to return the favour!
I am currently working as a Registered Nurse in the country and planning to go back in Sydney sometime in June as I have a job offer in a major public hospital. Looking for a place which I can stay long term. A place with a garage as I have my own car as well.
Hi, My name is Elizabeth. I'm 24 and I'm just moving to Sydney to begin fulltime employment as a teacher. I am sporty and love running, netball and touch footy. I also enjoy watching sport, although I don't do it a lot. I'm pretty easy going, I like being social but also really appreciate down time and a sleep in every now and then. I will happily have a chat over a glass of wine (or not) if you like but also will respect your space too. I am moving to Sydney for the first time but I do have friends and family in Sydney so wouldn't expect you to babysit me. I am keen to find somewhere pretty quickly as I am starting work in a few days. Cheers! I hope we get along well!
Hi there! I'm looking for a single room near Macquarie University. I'all start my studies in July and get a job until there so I'm looking for a calm place where I can relax and unwind after a busy day! I'm into meditation, netflix, outdoor activities and travelling! That's quite a mix I know but I just wanna let you know that I'm not a party guy, I'm pretty relaxed and understanding. I expect my flatmates to be respectful and trustworthy as I am. And don't go thinking I'm boring, I'm always up for a drink a nice conversation. Thaaaanks :)
