I have recently (3 months) started working in construction as a geologist with my works office based in North Sydney and the sites I most commonly work at being in Crows nest and Chatswood. Looking to live closer to work as my commute is currently 45 mins to an hour. I consider myself an easy going guy and in my free time I enjoy outdoors activities such as hiking and archery. I also enjoy motorcycle riding and maintenance.
I am an Indian Software professional holding an Australian PR. I am looking for a temporary accommodation (move in date from 07 Oct 2018) for 8 to 10 weeks before finding a permanent place to bring my family later. I am clean, tidy, and fun loving individual. I am looking for a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom (not to be shared) within walking distance to train station and less than 30 mins travel to CBD.
My Names Karl and I’m 22 years old. Don’t let my age scare you as I can help you fix the wifi if shit goes down. I’ve been living out of home for 2 years now in Sydney and am very reliable with paying rent on time! I work full time at General Pants so I love my clothing and shoes! I’m always down to have a chat or share a meal although very happy to mind my own space and play my PlayStation. I play sport throughout the week and always keen for a few beers on the weeekend.
Hi Everyone! I'm currently looking for the dream team-up - it could be you! I work fulltime as an academic at The University of Sydney, with plans to return to study next year but where that will happen remains yet to be determined. I'm very much low key and low maintenance, and tend to dine out and be around people most nights and on the weekend. I've been living in Sydney all my life, so definitely treat the city as my own. I tend to keep to myself when at home, but definitely value a cohesive unit at home, and am all for creating that/being a part of that. I have a very small dog that will come with me - she's well-trained and loves to be a part of the household. Hope to hear from you soon!
Hi, I am Courtney and I'm looking for somewhere to live within the North Shore area. I am working full time in St Leonards and have lived in share houses for the last 6 years. I am clean, tidy and respectful. I enjoy being social and meeting new people but also enjoy time to myself. On the weekends I enjoy exploring new places, cooking, and catching up with friends. I look forward to meeting future housemates!
Hello everyone, Looking for accommodation from middle of February 2019. I’ve got the International Joint PhD Macquarie University Research Excellence Scholarship. So, I need place to stay around Sydney from middle of February 2019 to middle/end of August 2020. I am a friendly, respectful and tidy person and also reliable, quiet, and easygoing. I enjoy running, cooking and a nice chat, but can keep to myself. Hope to hear from you! (I can give you a reference from my boss, if needed)
I'm a single guy from England and have lived in Sydney for over 7 years now. I work full-time in the financial services industry and so work a normal job with normal hours - except for the fact I can work from home 2 days a week. When not working, I'm pretty laid back and can usually be found engrossed in a good book, watching a movie/binge watching a TV series, or messing around on my computer (bit of a geek at heart!). I'm content in my own company and respectful of others' privacy, but am equally happy to hang out with my housemates and put the world to rights after a long day.
I'm pretty easy going, into Disney and fun things, like to sleep and read and watch TV etc I work full time in child-care and I OWN A CAT. I can look after myself, always pay my bills and if there's any issues I am good at communicating. I am happy to keep to myself or to socialise.
Hi! I'm Jamie, I'm 25 and I work as a data analyst in North Sydney. I'm not really one for parties but I like going out to catch up with friends or see an interesting movie. On weekends I like either bushwalking to get out in nature or hanging out at home reading or playing a board game. I work pretty long hours at the moment so I'm usually gone early and back late. I previously lived in a studio so I have some furniture which could be useful, otherwise I can easily store or sell it.
Hi, I am a clean, quiet and respectful full-time working professional in the city. I am new to Sydney and have recently moved from Adelaide. I am a morning person and love to explore different parts of the city on the weekend especially smaller towns and the beaches. I am also a foodie like to cook a decent meal on the weekend but I don't have time to cook every day. I also like to have a decent intellectual conversation with my housemates and have a couple of beers together every now and then. I am definitely not a party animal. Ashish
My name is Hamish, I am currently looking for a place around Royal North Shore Hospital, where I will start work next year as a doctor, and I am hoping to move into a new place late October/early November. Just a little about myself: I am a quiet, tidy and respectable housemate that enjoys the company of others (including cats and dogs), who tries his best to get outside with the little free-time that I have. I am always happy to answer any questions that you have and will try to get back to you as soon as I can. Cheers, Hamish.
EDIT: I now have to update all of the below. I may be taking up a full-time job in Chatswood in late 2018 so am browsing for Chatswood places now. I prefer LGBTQ and/or nudist-friendly. I'm a serious hard-worker and it'll be a 9-5 Mon-Fri job that I'll be doing. --- Hello I'm Glen, just turned 30, from the NSW Central Coast. I've been having an interesting life. I grew up in Gosford, then went to London to train full time as a classical musician before burning too brightly and 'burning out' returning to Australia in 2013, then since then I've been a massive hippie and nudist and went traveling around NSW and even lived at a yoga ashram for half a year, where I'm basically on a spiritual journey to both heal things from my past and decide on the sort of life I want to live. One day I want to be a dad and make my own family. I work half-half in music and non-music at present, doing gigs on the violin alongside a stable part-time day-job in Swansea. I love nature, and swimming in the ocean, have good loved friends on the Central Coast, and am very open-minded culturally. By now I'm really respectful about how other housemates may want to live (e.g., I don't have to be nude in front of housemates in order to be happy, a happy house is about everyone in balance), and likewise I'm good at communicating whatever simple boundaries I may need for myself too :). Let's meet and see if we get on or not! I'm full of love and peace... Thank you for reading! Glen
Hi everyone! I'm searching for a private room in north sydney area and surroundings, own bathroom preferred but not essential I'm clean and tidy searching for a place where i can have my privacy but also enjoy a chat/glas of wine now and then with my housemates I'm currently working and studying and going to the gym on my free time so i won't be around much during the day Feel free to contact me for any question :)
I have the summer in Lower North Shore from Gold Coast, Main Beach. Need 2nd January for 1,2,3 months. Have a large group of friends in LNS and like to catch up at this time. Member of BBC at Balmoral and am down there most mornings. You can be confident your place will be looked after. Interested only in a studio or similar, not a room in a house. Street parking is Ok depending on where it is.
I have lived in share-houses for years, so have all of the training and good habits you need in someone who you're going to share a space with. But I'm definitely getting to the point where I'd like a little more space to myself, somewhere to study (I work full time and study yoga teaching), my own bathroom and a little more peace and quiet than my current 4 people in one house situation! If that sounds good to you, let's team up! I'm not looking to move until December or January, but keen to keep an eye out until then! :)
I am 22 years old girl, originally from Finland. I’ve been in Sydney for two years. I am studying business and working and like to keep myself busy when I’m not doing one of the above! On my freetime I like to cook, go to gym or do other sports. I also love all kind of festivals! I am really easy going, tidy and social but I also like my “me time” and give that to others too. 🙂
Hey there everyone! I am Yaw, I will be moving to Sydney from Adelaide shortly for work in a professional role. Looking for a place to call home or some like minded people to team up with for our own place. I’m tidy, but not a clean freak, relaxed, down to earth and can get along with almost anyone. Am happy to live with social people or if you require your space I am also happy to accommodate. PM me if you’d like to find out more!
