Hmm... What to say, what to say... I am a 32 years old jewelry artist. I am invited to Sydney by an art school to teach, share my knowledge and see Australia at its best. I don't smoke, I don't drink. What I do: I drive a motorbike, observe stars, take interest in astrophysics and philosophy, play chess, listen to hard rock, run everyday, listen to people, think, sculpt, paint, draw, read, do other artsy stuff... I am easy to live with and very respectful. Sometimes I tend to be quiet, sometimes chatty and from time to time I need my space, as all introverts do. I love animals (except spiders....). I will land in Sydney on the 2nd February 2018. This will be my first time in Australia. As I come from Poland (and it will be full winter time in Europe), I am slightly considered about the weather in Sydney.
Hi all, I’m looking for preferably an unfurnished 1 bedroom granny flat within the greater Sydney region preferably on the north shore/northern beaches. I’ve lived in my current property for 9 years without any issue paying rent on time. I work for the Australian Public Service in a 9-5pm role and really enjoy what I do. In my downtime I either like to go out to restaurants/cafes, movies or discovering new things around Sydney.
I am 28 years old Chinese female, highly respectable, friendly and tidy. Working full time in finance at the Sydney CBD. I have lived in Sydney for 3 years and definitely love here. I can cook great Chinese food，love reading during the spare time. Enjoy hiking during the weekend. I am looking for a private room, with convenient transportation.
Working Professional, looking for a studio(preferred) equipped with Bed with Linen, WiFi, Kitchen/Kitchenette with Utensils, Microwave, Stove, Refrigerator, AC, Iron, Wardrobe, Washing Machine etc. Optional - TV, Dishwasher Not Preferring in Sharing Apartments or Private Rooms in Sharing Apartments. Hi guys, originally from Hong Kong, I am new to Australia and will start a full time job in the city in March. I am a clean and tidy person and have years of experiences sharing flat with others. I am generally very quiet at home and enjoy my personal space. But I do value Netflix/small talk/sharing a meal with my roommates. I hope I can find not just a roommate but also a good friend to live with. I enjoy jogging, badminton, hiking, readings, movies, music and hanging out with fds in my spare time and try to enjoy life as much as I can. Depends on your hobby, we could be gym/hiking/movie buddies :) Female roommate preferred
Quiet, unassuming and easy going professional. Employed Full-Time, 9-5 in Sydney City. I like a home that's stress-free with open communication. My Dog will visit sometimes to say hello. She is a 4 y/o rough collie and it is impossible not to love her, so you will.
I’m very easy going, clean and pay bills on time. I’m self employed and have been for the last ten years. Grew up on the North Shore and like keeping fit, snowboarding and going to the beach. Also enjoy socialising. Ideally I would like to rent out a garage as well as a room.
Hey, I’m a 20yo bi trans woman in a long term relationship with my girlfriend (but living alone), looking to live somewhere convenient to the city with other queer peeps. I work as a theatre lighting technician & designer, as well as a freelance electronics engineer. This means basically, my work hours can be either the morning or the evening, depending what I’m doing, and sometimes I work from home. I need lots of space to keep my equipment, but nothing I need to do is noisy (I visit a workshop for that). I’m also happy to offer tech support and general handy skills anywhere I’m staying :) I’m an introvert and very mild social drinker.
Full time engineer moving up from Melbourne! I'll be working in Pymble so I'm looking for a place on the train line in the north shore. Outside of work, I'm a keen triathlete and music lover. After a place with other full time workers that know how to keep a place pretty clean :) Ideally looking for somewhere with off-street parking for my car/motorbike, but can be flexible.
My name is Antoni. I am 34 year old male, living in Sydney now for 3 years (originally from Adelaide) but have spent the last 4 months in Singapore for work, so moved out of my last apartment and moved all my belongings into storage before relocating for work temporarily. I work full time in Lane Cove West with a little bit of interstate/overseas travel from time to time. I am looking to find somewhere to call home with someone who is relaxed & easy going. I would prefer somewhere furnished as I've been living in furnished apartments since moving here and with own bathroom. I am prompt with rent and all bills and am more than happy to share the workload with others to ensure a positive vibe and a clean household. I enjoy the good company of housemates over a wine/scotch and cheese platter, but at the same time enjoy space to myself. If you feel you have a place for me in your home then feel free to drop me a message. Thank you.
My name is Bec, I am looking for a like-minded person to share a place with. I am conscientious of other people's living space and hope for that in return. I moved here from Canberra about a year ago and still go back to Canberra on the weekends alot. I don't tend to spend much time at home (if ever) on the weekends so the place would be free. i think it is important to be open minded and respectful of everyone's lifestyle...but what's most important is to have a housemate that can also be more like a friend. I always try to be as considerate as possible and clean after myself - always. :)
Busy professional who loves her gym training/weightlifting, being active, outdoors and beaches. Pretty easy going, clean and tidy. I like socialising but also need/enjoy my own space. Relocating to Sydney from Adelaide for new job. I'm initially looking to commit to rental for 3-6 months with view of extending if right fit. Need to establish best location for gym/weightlifting, work and lifestyle.

I'm 34 years old with 9 years experience in Electrical Engineer and recently accepted job offer in Sydney and ready to move over to Sydney on 14th or 15th of March 2018. I'm friendly, tidy, clean and easy going. I'm don't smoke, drug or any kind, but I do enjoy little wine or beer occasionally.

Hey there! I'm Steph, I'm a 23 year old journo and I'm looking for a room in the North Sydney area. I work full-time in the CBD writing about all things beauty, fashion and lifestyle - so perhaps an incentive to live with me is that you might score the occasional free product here and there. I'm also a freelance technology and entertainment writer in my spare time. Outside of work I love going for pizza and drinks, watching Netflix/Stan, chatting and playing video games (I have both an XBONE and PS4 that I'm happy to share). I'm a big fan of sci-fi and fantasy, and my party trick is that I can slip into any EU or UK accent seamlessly on demand. I'm originally from the South Coast so I'm not familiar with a lot of the city, but I'm happy to go on adventures with pals to scope it out. I'm not going to wax lyrical about how organised and neat I am because everyone says it, but I've been living a minimalist lifestyle for about a year and it hasn't failed me yet.
We are both students and work part time, we are pretty easy going and just want somewhere easy to live while we are studying in Sydney.
I am a 23 year old student at Macquarie University, studying a Bachelor of Medical Sciences in my second year. I am very quiet and keep to myself, I'm honestly not much of a talker, but please don't take that to mean that I'm not friendly. I consider myself a bit of a phantom housemate - rarely seen or heard. I do have a boyfriend that I like to have over sometimes [we're both quiet, we generally study and play games together], but otherwise I don't party at all or like to have people over. I spend most of my time studying, playing video games and listening to music, however you won't have to put up with my tastes as I know that sound travels throughout a house and so keep it down, especially at night. I am also a very strict non-smoker. I am generally tidy and clean up after myself, both in my own room and in common areas. I'm a light user of the kitchen, and follow a "clean as you go" mindset, and always clean up when I'm done. I also always pay my rent on time! I've been living independently for ~7 years, so I like to think I'm a bit experienced with sharing spaces with others. Anywhere within a ~10 minute walk to a train station on the T1 line is ideal, or within walking distance to MQU. I do have my own furniture, so I would prefer an unfurnished room - I have a double bed, a desk and a bookshelf. I can supply all of my own things like towels and plates/bowls/cutlery if needed, so the only things I would need to share would be a washing machine, dryer/clothesline [or space for a drying rack] and fridge. I adore cats and can happily live with them, dogs depend. Please feel free to get in contact with me and ask any questions, I hope to meet you and become a great housemate! - Blake
