Looking to move from GC to Brissie for work, my current lease ends in late October. I have a bit of furniture so I'm preferring to TeamUp to find a new place. This includes lounge, kitchen and bedroom items. Location preferably is inner suburbs of Brisbane, I have only selected a few on this site but open to suggestions. Looking for a roommate who's clean, has a job, can have a laugh and of course respect each other's privacy when needed. Let me know if you are looking for the same or have any ideas. Happy to meet up for a coffee and discuss 👌
I'm a young professional working full time in the Valley. I've just moved to Brisbane from interstate so looking to move into a fun, friendly and easy-going house/apartment. I'm clean, tidy, always up for a chat, but can respect personal space as well. I'm pretty active, but work long hours occasionally, so can be pretty quiet during the week. Having said that I'm always up for a chat and something social on the weekends.
I'm a friendly and polite person, clean, sensible and intuitive. I live in Tasmania at the moment, but I'm looking to venture up to Brisbane for the sunshine and to meet new people. My interests include sports and games (namely basketball), listening to music, binge watching TV series and movies. I also enjoy trying new things, discussing ideas and learning. I'm usually quite reserved but I do open up around the right people (or anyone if I have some drinks). My moving date is very flexible - I can wait as long or as little as needed.
I'm a 21 year old, working full time in Newstead, (so would prefer a place close to this location + car space.) I am independent, easy going, respectful, fun and clean person/ I enjoy socialising, going out for a drink but also enjoy my own time and personal space.
Hi we are a fairly introverted, friendly couple. We are ideally looking for a room each in a share house arrangement and room for us to make and tend a vegie garden is essential. Rob enjoys fishing, gardening, reading, camping, hiking, playing guitar and cooking and Ruby enjoys yoga, drawing and painting, gardening, camping, hiking, playing guitar and cooking. Ruby is a vegan non smoker, non drinker (dont mind about living with non vegans) and Rob is mostly vegan diet but occasionally fish etc and non smoker and very occasional drinker (a beer every few months sort of thing). We are polite, considerate and clean housemates and are hoping to find the same. Rob is a gardener by trade and Ruby is a hairdresser by trade however we are both considering studying again. Prospective housemates must be clean, responsible, honest, bills payed on time, anti-racism, anti-homophobia, anti-classism, pro-environmentalism.. basically pro-basic decency :) smoking outside is okay but seeking a strictly non smoking indoors home. Interested in any and all suburbs, just picked 4 at random. We arrived in Brisbane on the weekend after travelling for the last year and a half. This is our first time living in queensland.
I'm a young professional working in the CBD, looking for a room in a flatshare. I'm tidy, responsible, courteous and respectful, and also ask the same of potential flatmates. I have a pretty active lifestyle, and have a pretty time-consuming job - so it's more likely than not that I'll be a very quiet flatmate.
We are a couple looking to share an apartment. I grew up in Phoenix, Arizona. Australia will be the third country to call home in as many years, after the United States and Ireland. I graduated with my bachelor's degree from the University of San Diego, then moved to the University of Kansas to get my master's degree in interpersonal communication. After that, I moved to Dublin, Ireland to play semi-pro basketball in the Irish league. I've lived with males and females, athletes and scientists, and married roommates. Jade is Irish and has lived in Dublin, Ireland most of her life. She got her hairdressing license in London but has been working in an accountant's office for the past 4 years.
I just moved to Brisbane from Vancouver, Canada! Back in Vancouver I work in Research at an HIV/AIDS foundation. I moved to Brisbane for a change of scenery and would like to travel around the country as well. I am easy going and super positive! I like exercise, dogs and food (vegan!).
I m a 31 brazilian guy, i m here to study and improve my english skills, organized and clean person, i like to ride bike and nature, live near of some park to run its a good idea.
I'm a 22 year old uni student heading into my final year at QUT. I'm looking for some people around my own age to live with from late December (flexible on dates) as my housemates are going travelling/moving back home :( I work 2/3 days a week and study for the rest. I'm quite social and outgoing - tend to chill out during the week but enjoy going out for drinks or having friends over on Saturday nights. I'm definitely looking for housemates who are interested in being friends and hanging out whilst also being able to enjoy personal time alone. I respect that communal spaces should be kept tidy and am happy to share the cleaning. I also have a little cat called Clive who is a massive character (my current housemates adore him) and he will be tagging along with me.
Hey! I've just moved to Bris from the UK and have managed to get a full time job at a media agency so looking for a new home for the next 6 months or so whilst I'm finding my feet. I'm friendly, fun and considerate; an avid tea drinker that enjoys socialising with friends, playing netball and shopping (which could also be considered a bit of an addiction). Looking to live with people who are clean and tidy, are pretty chilled but sociable enough that they'll be up for dinner / drinks every now and again. Keen to explore and find new cafe's, exhibitions, restaurants & bars so anyone up for joining once in a while would be a bonus!
I am a music loving and gig going 28 year old looking for a place to call home. I work at Woolworths part time and study Heath administration (finishing mid next year!) I love my own space but am always keen for a good conversation and a good wine. I have no animals I don't smoke and a good rent history in Brisbane. Hope to meet you soon !
Currently studying medical science majoring in nutritional science with CQU via distance education. I am transferring to QUT next year to study Nutritional science/creative industries. Work for Queensland rail travel on board long distance trains casually, so this means I work away some of the times. Originally from Rockhampton, moved down to Brisbane about 6 months ago for work. I am self sustaining, ex chef so can cook and look after myself. Like to be social sometimes and have a drink or 10, but mainly stuck in front of a computer studying. Love travelling and lived overseas for about a year.
Hi, I'm Laura, a doctor from England, but been living in Glasgow (Scotland) for the past seven years. I'm making the big move to Australia on Wednesday and due to start a new job in Logan (just got my visa through, so start work in the next few weeks!) I am looking for a sociable house/flat with flatmates who hang out together from time to time but I am respectful of people's privacy. Quite keen on embracing the outdoor way of living - as you can imagine, its pretty much grey/raining/windy here all the time. I'm easygoing and active, enjoy fitness/playing netball. I'm not impartial to a glass of wine (or three!) at the weekends and the odd netflix series (by odd, I mean binge over a two day period). I'm going to be based in A&E and the job involves shift work. Not too sure of the rota yet, but they will involve some early starts and some nightshifts. It would be great to live someone/people who are respectful of this. I'll also be driving to work so nearby parking is a must! Thanks! Laura x
Hey! I'm Jake. I am a professional, fun and down to earth guy. I am relocating from the Gold Coast to Brisbane for a new job. I will be working full time as a Hotel Manager; looking after day to day operations for a luxury property towards the airport. Im very easy going, love going out for dinner/drinks, not a huge Club fan! Am also a home body at times who is just happy to relax with a beer or vino at the end of the day with housemate(s) who will hopefully become good friend(s) :-) I'm looking for a place to call home and would prefer to stay long term! It's all about how we get along and connect, so get in contact with me! I'm honest, reliable, social (though respect space when we need it) and all around a down to earth easy going guy. :-) No furniture unfortunately! So preferably looking for a furnished room. Am happy to organise our own food requirements, but the general household items I'm happy to take turns/share in getting.
I keep to myself a lot but I do love a chat. I'm a fan of baking and will often have either a whole cake or the fixing for cake handy (I take orders) I'm a shift worker so there's the possibility of not even seeing me for weeks at a time if that's something you're looking for. I have an indoor cat called Turnip and he's more dog than cat. He loves cuddles and he'll meet you at the door after work. He's a bit of a sook. (The suburbs listed are just a bunch of randoms, I'm open to anywhere within 10-15km from Brisbane's CBD)
I'm an energetic and creative 20 year old looking for a place to call home for the next year. I work in the city during the week so I would like to find a place nearby. I'm just about to graduate with a degree from QUT in Fashion, Visual Arts and Journalism. I'm from the Sunshine Coast originally but have lived in Brisbane for the duration of my uni course. I'm a tidy, healthy and sociable person. In my free time you'll find me with a camera in my hand or behind the sewing machine.
CHUNKY YET FUNKY Hehe no seriously, 20 year old moving to Brisbane around the start of October and need some friends to live with! Would love to live one or many fun friendly gals who don't mind a drank or ten!
