I'm Ash, I'm 24 turning 25 this year. I work at Melbourne airport and would like to live closer to work and the city. I'm fun, bubbly and social but also love my down time and own space. I'm clean, tidy and respectful. I am a shift worker so my hours are all over the place. Would much prefer a housemate/housemates who I can become good friends with, rather than living with a stranger and the only contact is hi and bye.
Working full time Mon - Fri (shifts between 8am and 7pm) I'm quiet and friendly, keep to myself at home most of the time Up for a chat and a drink of course if you are :) I clean up after myself
25 y/o Irish girl on working holiday visa, looking for somewhere modern and clean with parking. Will be working full time mon-fri and would like housemates that are interested in going out for food and drinks at the weekend, or doing a weekend away hiking/water sports/ exploring Melbourne. Will be in Melbourne until Feb 2018. Non smoker, prefer other non smokers but do not mind if other housemates smoke on a balcony. English speaking housemates essential.
Hi I'm an expat of the Hills in the Dandenong Ranges and have been happily living in town for the last 6months. I wanted to stay longer but the council has an issue with our landlord so we had to move out immediately. I'm on a mission to find an alternative ASAP. I love live music, camping, gardening, cycling, photography and I spend most of my week nights catching up with friends, wandering through parks, seeing movies or listening to some of the awesome local roots music in a cosy back street bar. I'm a professional at the share house thing and have references but most importantly, I'm respectful, tidy, honest and I pay up on time. I have a full time 8:30 - 5:30pm Mon-Fri job as an Inventory Controller & I'm gay but haven't been practicing for about 5yrs so not sure if it counts?
Writer, student, cricket tragic and aussie rules fan, and loving life in Melbourne since I moved from country WA at the start of 2016. I'm pretty easy going, enthusiastic about life, enjoy cooking and eating healthily, and keeping fit and active (cycle, walk, gym, swim, cricket). My dream house share would be a quiet, friendly, clean and tidy household in the inner west - emphasis on the clean and tidy bit! I'm over grotty cluttered house shares. I'm seeking like-minded housemates who will all do their bit to help keep the house (and garden where there is one) presentable. Not a dog fan, but cats are good. I enjoy a quiet drink most nights, and would be up for some shared cooking and socialising. I do need my own quiet and private space though, as I often work and write from home, so need a decent-sized bedroom where I can fit my desk, bookcase and bedroom furniture is a must. Finding a housemate who's also into sport would be a huge bonus! I play cricket for Spotswood CC in the summer, go to many cricket and footy matches (Sheffield Shield, BBL, AFL) and watch even more on TV/live apps. I also enjoy exploring new parts of Melbourne/Victoria and catching live music and writing / book related events. I'm currently in a share house I've called home for 1yr+ that is better than many, so I'm not in a huge rush to move out; but I am keen to find housemates and home where I will fit in better.
Hey guys and gals, I'm a 20 something 9-5 professional looking for a place with two or less people. I'm interested in keeping fit and meditation. I like to keep to myself during the week, as I have a pretty demanding job, however I do love to cook for others when I have the time and my weekends are very social.
I'm considerate and respectful. Like to have a friendly relationship with housemates but also some space. Believe that communicating well with the people you live with is the best way to make a household work. Respect other people's property and preferences regarding cleanliness. I have a very cute ginger cat named Abraham. I'm 40yo, working in health at one of the hospitals in Melbourne. Not super fussy about the location of the house, so long as it's accessible to the city. LGBTIQA friendly.
Hey! So I'm Lili, studying and working part time, I consider myself a little more introverted when I don't know people, but certainly come out of my shell once I get to know people. I'm super considerate and pretty quiet most of the time, love to have a bit of fun as well, and really just want to move out and get to know some awesome new people!
Hi, I'm a professional musician moving back to Melbourne from Perth to work in Musical Theatre full time. I'm easy going with a lot of respect for other peoples space and property. I'm clean and quiet but love to have a drink or two to get to know someone. I have a cat, Ricky Martin, who is a legend. He's clean and quiet also, an indoor cat who just loves pats and naps.
I've lived in share houses before I'm clean tidy and respectful and always up for a beer or shared dinner with housemates. I enjoy cooking and happy to contribute to shared meals. I work full time in communications.
Hi there! I'm a postgraduate student at Unimelb, and I'm looking for a private room, but I'm open to sharing a room with the right person. Looking for something that's close to public transport - this is pretty important to me. A furnished room is preferred, as I haven't got furniture with me. Move-in date is flexible. I do have to study a lot, so I'll need a quiet place because I'm one of those people who just can't study with noise :( but in my downtime I'd love to chat and have a laugh with my flatmates! I'm looking to make friends and not just to fill a room :) I'm a very positive and friendly person. I love a good laugh and enjoy dad jokes/puns/memes :P I keep my stuff (and the house) neat and clean. When I'm not studying I'm reading, or watching TV shows or movies. Huge cricket fan, and will watch and enjoy pretty much any sport :D I'm new to the city so I'd also like to explore the place but haven't really got round to it yet haha! I hope I've covered everything (these things are hard to write!). Please message me if there's anything you'd like to know :) Cheers, Ally
We're a couple looking for somewhere to stay while we settle into Melbourne. I, (Molly), am a Kiwi female and Chris is an American male. Chris will initially be on a working holiday visa but we'll be seeking a long term visa in the near future. Neither of us are in the country yet but I'm ready to leave within a few days notice of getting a house and Chris will be moving over from the States in June. We're both musicians who love to cook, we don't have any pets ourselves but love all animals and are comfortable around them. We love going out to gigs and having a good time but prefer our place to be the quiet and clean home base. I'm currently a bartender but wanting to return to retail management in Melbourne and Chris is currently a manager at Vans. We're basically a pregame dream team, Chris can help you dress up while I make you the best margaritas and mojitos of your life - You never have to worry about first date prep ever again! We're LGBT+ friendly and don't really have a preference as to what gender our future flatties are as long as we all get along and have our privacy. I don't drive and Chris won't have a vehicle when he moves so we're likely going to need to be somewhere close to public transport. If you have anything else you'd like to ask please shoot us a message!
Hi there, my name is Nilusha Lakshan but you can call me Neal originally from Sri Lanka and currently study Masters in Accounting at Victoria Uni. Interested in hanging out with people, doing fun stuff, making new friends. I'm looking for a nice place to stay. Please feel free to contact
I am a hermit and homebody. Will cook, garden and stick to a good cleaning routine. Mostly a night shift worker so you might not see much of me but if you do I'm pretty bubbly and sociable. My ideal day consists of nachos and netflix. My ideal home is one with a roof and heater. Just let me chill and don't judge my blobiness (y)
Hi there! We are two Argentine friends looking for our next home :) I work full time, I teach Spanish in my free time, love being outdoors and aspire to visit every available cafe in Melbourne. Flor is studying to become a chef (expect delicious meals) and working part time. We both enjoy the occasional glass of wine while watching Netflix and would love to live with somebody from a different culture! We also love travelling around Australia and are happy to add a new member to our crew to tag along! We are both pretty sociable but also respect and value each other's time and privacy. We appreciate cleanliness and tidiness and will always strive to achieve the best possible shared-living habitat :)
I'm a 24 year old professional who has just accepted a new job working in Melbourne working 9-5. Ideally looking for somewhere central to the CBD as that's where I will be working or within walking distance to public transport. Also would be ideal to have some shops and a gym nearby :) About me, I'm a very neat and tidy person. I don't smoke and will be looking for somewhere smoke free. I don't have any pets however love animals so if you have a dog I am totally ok with that! I also like to cook and am happy to cook for two if you do the cleaning up 😁😁 I don't know many people in Melbourne so it would be nice to find a like minded person who on occasion would be up for a night out or a quiet drink or meal some where.
My name is Deanna (Dee) I'm currently looking for a new share house! My budget is $200 inc bills. I work full time in retail as a manager of a clothing store. No pets and a non smoker! I'm pretty easy to get along with and keep to myself a lot. I do have a boyfriend who would visit a couple of times a week but nothing excessive! I'm looking for a change in atmosphere from the place I'm currently staying. Feel free to contact me whenever!
