I'm lucky enough to have an incredible job that allows me to see some pretty amazing places. Outdoors guy, love shooting photography (if this is something you've wanted to learn, I'd love to show you the ropes!), international travel, snowboarding, NFL, cooking and gym/powerlifting training. Having Travelled extensively, I know how to live with others and always very respectful of others space. Very responsible, laid back, fun, clean, tidy. Working 9-5 in Sydney. Will be overseas or travelling for periods for work (including working overseas from mid August for a month) so you might not see me all the time. Looking for a place with on or off street parking available :) Thanks, Talk soon!
Hey guys. I'm from Melbourne, but looking for a place Sydney due to a work assignment. I'm a professional working in IT consulting. I spent years living/working in Singapore, Thailand & South Korea before coming to Australia, & I'm a master chef wannabe in my free-time...so it's a plus if you're adventurous enough to taste cuisines from around Asia, or just sharing a drink after work.
Hi, I'm Hefner, ...yep that's my mum's sense of humour, naming me after Hugh Hefner :-). I'm an easy going, friendly and enthusiastic bloke, 39 years of age. Recently moved from Perth & work fulltime in Sydney as a Web/Graphic, Multimedia Designer. My creativity thrives in neat surroundings and hence place-of-stay does not have to be lavish, but definitely tidy & clean. And I enjoy keeping it that way, & as a designer adding my lil touch to sparkle any residence :-). Currently I am seeking a furnished room for myself in a fully furnished home with all basics to cook & laundry etc. Just the basics in my room keeps me happy: a bed, desk, chair & shelves wardobe. I keep up with the share of household utilities & being genuinely friendly by nature, I get along well with almost anybody and age. My culinary skills are fine and wouldn't mind pot-luck at times making a house feel more like a home. I do not smoke & prefer a smoke friendly environment too. Occasionally on weekends may enjoy few beers /or glass of wine if accompanied. Not a big fan of home-parties during the week since I have to reach office early morn. Looking forward to be great company at your place. Appreciate if my motorcycle-cruiser has a safe lil space parked in ur yard if possible. Look forward to inspect when suitable and know more about home & occupants. Cheers Hef.

Hi Guys, I have recently moved to Sydney to settle here and find a job and I am absolutely loving it. Am easy going, friendly and someone who can mix up easily with people from different cultures. Am looking to share a flat with people from different cultures and backgrounds !! Cheers !!
Looking for a place 30min away max from central. Been living with same housemate for 5 years.we get on really well but his job is out west and I don't enjoy the west a lot. I work in the city and spend my free time near the city so makes sense for me to move closer. Not in a rush, prefer to find a long term place and hopefully move to a place where I can have a place to stay and make new friends I can be a messy person in my own private room but very neat & considerate when it comes to shared space. (P.S: messy is not dirty...the 2 are quite different) Thank you for reading my profile. P.S: I won't be able to move asap. So ideally would work if you're looking for someone to move in after a month or so. I will need to let my housemate know I'm moving out, allow him time to give notice to landlord and start looking for a place. So my move date is 3-7 weeks from when I find a place I like.

Hi there, I am a young working professional who's looking to move out to escape the daily commute! A current graduate that recently entered the corporate world, I currently work in the CBD. I enjoy minimalistic ways of living - all I really need is a bed, desk and chair. I'm after a clean and convenient studio or 1 bedroom apartment for me to come home after work, chill out, work on my side businesses and sleep before I grind at work the next day. I have a small puppy who lives with me (I can keep her back home if need be). Happy to bring my partner along or live alone. I also have friends working in the CBD if you have the whole place available for rent - I can help make that work! I'm super flexible with the dates of move out - I can always return home in the Western Suburbs if needed :) On my days off, I like to gym, play footy, board games and go on food adventures. Feel free to ping me if you think you have the place - happy to chat :)
