Hi all, I’m looking for preferably an unfurnished 1 bedroom granny flat within the greater Sydney region preferably on the north shore/northern beaches. I’ve lived in my current property for 9 years without any issue paying rent on time. I work for the Australian Public Service in a 9-5pm role and really enjoy what I do. In my downtime I either like to go out to restaurants/cafes, movies or discovering new things around Sydney.
Hi! I'm Mark, a 22 year old USYD graduate. Just came back from 6 months studying abroad. Working in consulting, in Barangaroo so prefer a place very close to transport. Super clean and spend a lot of time out of the house for work.
Hi. I am looking for a single room and is MAXIMUM 3 MIN WALK to station or bus stop. My budget is MAXIMUM $200 per week including all bills. Thanks.
Hi nice to meet you! I am a sales professional with a very steady income. I work 9-5 and will do the occasional travel for work. I love food and am extremely clean and organised, and like to cook as well. I am an extremely considerate person and am looking for someone of a similar nature. I'm kind of past the age of partying hence, I enjoy a quiet night in and spend my weekends catching up on sleep, going out to brunch, shopping and reading a good book. I am ideally looking for an apartment near to a light rail station as I work in Pyrmont with secure car space/secure street parking and my own bathroom.
I'm Alex, a friendly, easy-going Perth boy moving to Sydney at the start of March to study a Masters at the Conservatorium of Music. I need a place to stay for about two months while I'm looking for something more permanent. I'm generally quite down to earth, very tidy and will respect the space I find myself in. Happy to share chats over wine or find some shared interests on Netflix but equally would be quite content keeping mainly to myself. I'm very big into arts and culture, film, theatre, fashion and music (I study classical music, so that's my area of expertise, but I also try and diversify what I listen to!). Ideally I'm looking for a cute place with likeminded, chilled out people.
Hi! My name is Talvi and I'm looking for a room for myself, for a long term stay of 6 months or more. I'm 32 and I work for a small business making custom curtains and blinds. Currently I'm living in Homebush West, where I've been renting for about 1.5 years now with a lovely couple who are sadly moving overseas in a few months time. A quiet and relaxed household is what I'm seeking, without constant parties etc - but I like to have a friend over for dinner occasionally on weekends. I'm a pretty friendly, gentle and chatty person, happy to hang out with housemates, or do my own thing. I like to keep my living space clean and tidy, and always help to keep shared areas in the same condition. I'm not a smoker, and don't have any pets. I'm a bit of a geek and enjoy computers and gaming, and love my sci-fi TV shows - but I'm quiet and always enjoy these with headphones! On work nights I'm pretty chilled, on weekends I'm usually out with friends - I'm also open to sharing a meal and a drink with housemates too. For inspections I can make evenings from Monday to Thursday after I finish work, or anytime of the day or evening on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. If we met for an inspection and found things agreeable I'm also prepared to immediately transfer a bond or security payment, and advance rent as required. My maximum budget including bills is $250 pw.
I work full time in the Western Suburbs. I seldom drink, do not smoke or do drugs. I'm also not a party animal- though this was not by choice given my work hours and my age! I tend to keep to myself so you won't see me holding open house raves, bringing home strange men or intrude on your privacy/ personal space. I am looking for a place that is cat friendly (although it is unclear at the moment if I will her with me). She is house trained, aloof and will only attack if severely provoked or if there is another kitty around. She does like to share beds with humans and if she likes you, she will let you give her a chin scratch. I have zero tolerance on animal cruelty/ negligence so this would be the most important thing. Other than that, a place near the western train line, quiet neighbours and like minded non-smoking flatmates preferred. Own room is essential. I'm willing to share bathroom and lounge areas. I do not have a car so parking is not required. I have my own furniture and cooking utensils but I can use exisiting furniture if need be. Gender, age and sexual orientation is not an issue for me. I'm more about honesty, safety and mutual respect for one another.
I am an approachable girl and mix up well. I have no issues with smoking or parties. I am a student shifting to Sydney for my Masters of Teaching course. I love reading, listening to music and watching tv series.
Hi my names Patrick and i'm a first year apprentice chef. I've lived on the Central Coast all my life and just accepted a job offer at a restaurant in Chippendale. I'm fairly poilite and courteous of shared living spaces. I like to keep neat and tidy Cooperative, Friendly, Respectful, Trustworthy, Easy Going I don't mind making a large batch of meatballs or spaghetti for everyone to share. I don't have any allergies or dietaries. I don't have any lounge sharing furniture, only my own queen bed, desk and chest if draws.
Hey! I'm originally from Perth and are currently working full time in the Sydney CBD as a Project Manager. I am super clean and tidy and I am looking for a share house preferably in Sydney's Inner West. I love going out/going to gigs, getting drinks and having fun. But like every other human being I also need my sleep. I previously lived in a share house in Glebe where roommates worked nights so I fully understand that aspect. Looking for stable accommodation. I'm visiting my family in Perth for two months until I fly back to Sydney and would love to secure a room before/when I arrive (starting back at work April 23rd). I'm super flexible in my living arrangement but no shared rooms (sorry!)
We are graduate students and close friends, nice to meet you!. We are looking for a home better close to the rail station. Have an car garage.
I'm 19 from Katoomba in the Blue Mountains and currently about to commence my second year of a Bachelor of economic, political and social science and Usyd. I work part time at Coles and have lived out of home for a year now and never missed a rent payment. I am hoping to get closer to uni as 4 and a half hours of travel really gets to you after a while. I love a good political debate and enjoy sewing and baking so am always happy to whip up a batch of baked goods. I make a mean cup of tea and clean as I go so mess isn't an issue. I do have a gorgeous kitten named Posy who is very well trained and used to being in a small room so if needed can stay confined to one bedroom. Happy to keep to myself but would ideally find housemates who are willing to have the occasional drinks and good conversations.Hoping for a nice relaxed environment with interesting people. Very interested in teamups so if anyone is interested hit me up :)
Hi I’m looking for a single room at early March I’m working and I’m student as well so I’m not at home most of the time I would like to find a place with people under my age. I’m easy going I like enjoying my free weekends outside with friends
Great and friendly (though busy) full time working professionals looking for conducive living environment for her long term stay (more than 2 years). I have had good rental history and never defaulted on payment. I prefer to live to respectful and considerate people. Preferably not more than 3 people in the house and the place is clean. I also do prefer living with female and the place to be closer to train station.
I've just finished school and about to start the next step in my life. I'm currently working and just really enjoying life at the moment. I'm pretty easy going and just a generally chill person.
- Australian born - Currently working as bartender in the city - Always looking for cool new places to eat and drink - Generally doing work on computer, listening to music, reading, or consuming food/drink
Super easy going and adaptable. More than happy to keep to myself and do my own thing or to engage with and be sociable with my fellow flatmates.
I'm 22 years old and about to finish my undergraduate Marine Biology degree at UTS. Really easy to get along with and a super tidy person due to being raised by a clean freak parent. I play basketball in my spare time and also enjoy video games. Love to relax and have a beer with friends but am also quite happy to just keep to myself and chill out (Netflix) at home after uni/work/sport.
We are the couple you have been looking for, we both work full time, I really want to foster a rescue dog named Maple so I'd really love to bring her with us. I'm SUPER clean so she wouldn't cause any issues, I'd also be able to take her to work with me Monday - Friday and then out with us on the weekend. We're not party animals, we don't smoke, we're both into the gym and go most days during the week. We are social and will have a chat but can also keep to ourselves. Very relaxed easy going pair.
Quiet, respectful, keep myself to myself but like to have a chat and a laugh as well, I work six days a week as a builder, I'm looking for a single room, within 30-40 mins to the city by train,so need to be near a station I'm very respectful to people and the property I live in, I clean up after myself and like other people to do the same. I'm in Sydney long term, working full-time,but my wife and kids live in wa, so as I have to pay 2 rents, I am only looking at 1 week bond and 1 week rent to move in, I pay my rent on time all of the time , but please don't get in touch if the place has druggies or trouble makers or a party house ,as it will be wasting mine and your time

Not sure how long I will be in Sydney for depends on Work ideally a 3 month but could be longer if I get lots of work. Fingers crossed! I’m a real foodie love cooking and eating out.
