I'm 18 years old, currently working part time and investigating study options for 2019. I'm outgoing and social, have the ability to get along with just about anyone, love to go out and grab a drink, chatty and bublly but also completely respecting of housemates privacy and space. Clean and tidy I'll probably end up doing everyone's dishes to be honest. Looking to pay no more then 150$ a week but also pretty flexible if it goes over, hoping to share with females preferably similar age gap. Moving from Brisbane in the next few weeks. Super flexible and easy going.

I am a tidy, friendly and considerate person. I am looking forward to meeting you! :-)
Hey! I'm moving to the Gold Coast from the Sunshine Coast in January to attend Griffith Uni and am looking for some like minded people to live and make friends with. I'm fairly quiet, very easy going, love exercise and going to the beach. Love going out and having a good time with friends on occasion and having a good laugh. Hope to hear from you soon! x

Hey all. 52 year old Aussie well educated bloke - been on the Goldie for 3 years - ex Tassie lad... Currently happily single and NOT looking to change that. Absolute pet lover of all kinds (ok - maybe not birds so much.....) but do not have any of my own on the GC. Long term (19 year) Mon-Fri professional job so excellent payer. Happy to pay more/less than I have indicated but had to put something down :-) Been living by myself for the last year and a bit and have come to realise that can get very quiet at home at times so thinking sharing would mean a bit of "noise" around the place from time to time. Looking for longer term and wanting a place/someone similar wanting to create/already be a "household" that we are all part of. More than happy to "team up" and start a place if that's your thing - just ask. Even if its the view of getting a much larger place and then getting more in to share that cost. Open to most anything. Happy to go on lease if need be if you don't own - you wont have any issues with me being approved. Ideal situation would involve owner however. Location could be anywhere within reason - I had to put some locations down for this profile. I work out of one of our Southport offices and would really prefer somewhere in the Broady/Carrara/Ashmore/Main Beach square (if you drew it on a map if anyone even has maps anymore!) - currently living the Chevron lifestyle and LOVE that. Love to get out walking/running/riding (not the lycra wearing sort - trust me!!) to explore this wonderful place we have here. Mean board game player and love a hand of cards. And apparently I like writing VERY long profiles ............(sigh!) Don't smoke and goes without saying that I don't do drugs but do enjoy a weekend wine/brew but in moderation nowadays. Never have to worry about visitors or sleepovers with me. I'm an early to rise, early to bed person - would be great if household was somewhat similar (M-F at least) but am also realistic. VERY handy around the house if that would be a help at all - building/plumbing/gardening (have built 2 houses in Tassie) etc. Have own furniture in my current 1 br unit - however not attached to any of it really so flexible and have a place to store if need be. Also happy to buy more if your into a team up and want to start a new place and don't have any. Would like to live with someone/people who don't mind the occasional chat and/or wine/meal whilst understanding we all need our "own" time. So basically a friendly house. Male or female makes no difference to me however I would imagine people around my own age might make more sense although I can get on with anyone. Sorry but the only real deal breaker for me is not having somewhere to park off the street ... undercover not required. So if your looking for someone to share the cost of living, with no ulterior motives, and wants the house to be a household where everyone gets on and contributes then I'm your guy. Date listed is about when my current lease is up but for the right place/fit/people could always look at trying to break that for something earlier.
Hi, I am looking to find the right share house or apartment to call home. I’m easy going, work full time 7am - 4pm, reliable with rent money, early riser, enjoy hitting the gym early in the am and like to maintain and live in a nice clean and tidy house. I am keen to have a roomie/s I can have a chat with and share a bevie or two and actually be friends with. I do understand the importance of respecting people's privacy and dont want to live on top of each other. On the weekends you will find me at the beach, bush walks, catching up with my nearest and dearest, brunches and food prep sunday. Im all about living with easy going people who have positive vibes. Feel free to msg me would love too hear from you 🙂
I am a 29yo female student, non smoker, animal lover, non judgemental (regarding sexual orientation, religion, etc - obviously I appreciate a similar attitude), clean, tidy and respectful of other housemates and their belongings. I am always reliable with rent and bills, and I have a tiny Chihuahua (very friendly, non-yappy ). I’m into health and fitness, dancing, and micro gardening. (Bonus points if you love having a few indoor plants around the place!) I'm looking to stay for about six months, possibly longer but would like to remain flexible and see how things go. Looking for a chill household with the right people :) I like to keep it fun and positive, and I am happy doing my own thing at home, or having a chat or a few drinks with housemates.
Spanish guy, after almost a year living in Queenstown I am moving into Gold Coast for study and work on a working holiday visa. I'm non-smoker, very tidy and easygoing. I love cooking and I like spend my days off outdoors so if you can teach me how to surf would be amazing! I’ll guarantee an invite for Paella if you can get me the dream place! Cheers!
I’m starting study next year and looking for a new home on the Gold Coast! In an ideal world I’d like a fully furnished room in a house share with young people who are similar to myself in life. Not looking for any couch surfing or casual set ups. I am a very calm, chilled out kinda girl. I am a to-be-student and pretty easy going, I dont mind sharing my space so long as you can be respectful of it. I would greatly prefer a household of people who are happy to have their, and my own friends over occasionally. I am always open to chat and give a helping hand when needed. I am accepting of all people and I have only two rules. 1. Treat me how you want to be treated 2.No lies, games, scams or people who are unreliable ***Would prefer utilities included in total rent price
Looking for a private room easy to go to Griffth (Gold Coast) University. A full-time Ph.D. student, Christian, Colombian. A clean and tidy person, like my own space but happy to have a drink or chat with roommates. I will like to know more about Australian and English culture, but also to have my own and quiet place. I am not a fitness person but I do enjoy diverse outdoor activities, also Netflix or TV programs. Going to one party monthly is more than enough. I do not mind pets, Non-smoker, I tolerate occasional visitors. I collaborate to clean but I will not do it all by myself. I will respect your space, time and things. Not a party house, please.
Hi! I study at Griffith and I'm looking to move a little closer to Uni. I am friendly, tidy, always up for a chat and a cheeky glass of wine, but know the value of privacy. Feel free to chuck me a message -- I look forward to hearing from you :)
Hey there. I am looking for people to stay with or also we can team up and find a place that good. Preferably I would like to stay alone in a private room but will love someones company in the house or flat or whatever. BTW I'm from India :)
Hi my name is Marvin Dönnebrink, i am 23 years old and from Germany. I study in Germany in the Business area and will study in the third Trimester at the Griffith University at the Gold Coast. I am a very friendly and tidy flatmate. I hope to find a good and payable accomodation, near to the University. I love to spend my time with friends and like to travel as well. Furthermore I like sports, my favourite Sport is soccer. Additionally I like good food and and open-minded people you can count on.
Hello people, I’m looking for a relaxed/clean/positive environment to call my home. I have loads of cool stories to share, I always clean up after myself (and others sometimes, I prefer a clean space) and I’m super super chilled about pretty much everything. My roommates are really important to me so if you're positive, driven and openminded then I'd love to combine forces with you. I'm from Zimbabwe but have grown up in Australia, I love broadening my horizons and the horizons of those around me. I like to stay healthy and be my best self while encouraging others to do the same. If you can picture this going down well then please don't hesitate to reach out to me. ps. I have received messages from some pretty rad people but I do apologise for not getting back to everyone, I have heaps going on right now so please bare with me and I will for sure contact you for an appropriate viewing time if I am interested in your place. I will be actively looking closer to the second week of October and will be in touch then if I am interested x
I’m a single female from country victoria. Have been living on the Gold Coast for a year now, lease is nearly up so need a new place to live. I love exploring and spending days by the beach, I like to go out and party but it rarely happens. I’m a tidy housemate and clean up after myself. Happy to cook with housemates or seperately
Studying Health Science at Griffith University, work part time at Max Brenner. Respectful of personal space, organised, clean and tidy. Enjoy cheerleading (Griffith uni and Zoo athletics), food (finding cute cafes, Insta worthy food pics), shopping (online most of the time) and sleep (not a big morning person). I do have a car so require parking of some sort. Second year of living at the Griffith university village. Feel free to message me :)
I am energetic super busy mum (week on / week off), love to exercise in the gym, trails and general running, have a blue heeler who is super lovable mostly outside dog (except in storms and winter nights). I work full time and study part time so am barely around. Am looking for comfortable clean room (pref studio, 1 bedroom or granny flat with own bathroom and carspace). Would be great if I can bring my dog and have my 2 daughters (5 & 9) every second week. They are super energetic but also very courteous of others belongings and space. Let me know if your keen to have a room that may suit.
A little on me, I’m a 36, mature, single, self employed male working in the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration industry, so that makes me a tradie. I’m a non party type person, but in my downtime I enjoy socialising and meeting people, bit of an extrovert. I get a kick out of helping others in need and making people laugh at my expense. My main ambition in life currently is strengthening my business. House wise, a fairly relaxed person, cooks and cleans up after himself, respectful and thoughtful of others. Not loud, pretty much asleep by 9:30-10:00pm weeknights, up by 5:30-6:00am. Don’t have any pets, but love cats and dogs though, so I’m happy if you have pets - if you have a talking bird, even better, I’ve found they always seem give the right advise ;) After work hours I like to go to the gym, pretend to look out the window when in actual fact I’m looking at myself in the reflection - by this statement you can gauge I’m an honest person ;). My weekday evenings are usually filled up with paperwork for the business. Weekend life, not really a stay at home bum, and not a late night party type either. I like to get out and go for drives, see places, beaches, cafes, bit of travel etc. Hobbies, I enjoy playing the acoustic guitar from time to time and belting out at tune (not at home though), camping, swimming and 4WD’ing etc. the usual blokey bloke stuff. Vehicle situation, I have a new model 4WD Hilux in which I use in my business. I have quite a bit of expensive refrigeration tools and equipment stored in it, a gated complex or safe street parking would be ideal - everything is insured, they’re protected, so not too stressed if street parking only. Anyway, pretty sure that’s me in a nutshell. Look forward to hearing from you.
Quiet, laid back, myself, 8yr and two beautiful 5yr old fur babies. Run my own little cleaning business so work a lot. Don’t need much space. Looking to live minimal for a few years to get some money behind me
29. Personal trainer / Tradie. Pretty Low key, not a party animal but do enjoy a drink and nights out. Relatively healthy and active lifestyle for the job, but not a freak about it or anything. I’m easy going, chilled out, very easy to get along with clean, tidy, respectful and independent. I do like my own space and to have my own life, but definitely will enjoy like minded and aged housemates company and do social things together / hang out at times have a beer go to the beach what ever! Im originally from Vic, and spent the last 3 years in Perth! Keen to take on a new opportunity at a brand new gym and start fresh and meet new people :) Living on the Gold Coast as of 11/10/2018 Staying Air BnB for 2 weeks then will be needing a place to settle in!!!
