I am a clean , non smoking , warm and friendly person. But also like my privacy and will respect that if others. I work full time. originally from Sydney, moved to Melbourne a few years ago. Two very well behaved teenage daughters (13 and 15) They will visit often. Looking for somewhere to live that is safe and close to my daughters and work.
I'm 20 years old, I don't smoke, do drugs, or do alcohol. I like to cook and keep things clean. I tend stay in my room working away at stuff when I am home. I enjoy doing computer repair and other related things. Willing to move earlier than my move date
I am easy going, neat and tidy. I respect the privacy of others, but also enjoy their company. I am a full time Primary school teacher, looking for a nice place to stay while I complete my Masters degree in Education. I like to keep active and stay fit but I also love food, and exploring new places to dine out.
Hey there homies, I'm mark but I've got a few nicknames to choose from also (already bringing extra's) I've lived with such a diverse range of people over the years that I'm pretty confident I'll be able to see what you've got happening and find a good way to fit in without dropping proverbial spanners in the works (breaking your housemate flow). Single, Male, 41 y.o. Carpenter/Ride share driver, occasional guitarist & adaptable housemate/friend. I'm polite/respectful, usually very neat but flexible, easy going & trustworthy. Looking for long-term student accommodation. Returning to Uni next year as a mature age student. I'm very open minded, love to get the most out of life and have some laughs along the way. I make a point of being critical of myself and totally accepting of others within reason. Not needing any particular conditions, I'd accept a huge self-contained, fully equipped suite less than cheap but if 'm unable to find something perfect , I could make do with a rust shed. I'm a carpenter by trade, so I'm sure I could work with a project that needed some TLC. If there's other carpentry work that needs doing, I'm sure we could settle on a mutually beneficial arrangement. In the best case scenario, I'd like to find a place on the Frankston train line so that I'd be near the beach/ friends & also be able to catch trains to Uni. at Caulfield.
Am generally either at uni or working so will be out of the house a fair bit. Always do my own dishes. Pretty basic sense of humour and find nearly everything funny so will 100% laugh at your jokes. Am a dog person and a people person (still like cats too though). Currently living in Cheltenham, and work casually in both hospitality and retail. Am looking for a room in the Bayside/Kingston area with easy-going and fun-loving people of a similar age!!
Hi, I'm seeking a long-term setup that's quiet, clean, and in the Chelsea-Seaford location. Closer to the river the better. I have my own belongings to set up a lovely and civilised home with a team-mate that is also seeking similar. A garage is highly valued for bike and other outdoor storage. I can negotiate on price, all depending. Either you have a place, or are looking to team up with another mature person seeking a lovely, long-term home that's tastefully furnished and cared for. I'm a great housemate because you don't have to think about money coming from me. I'm financially secure, organised and focused, with a range of interests. I keep to myself mostly, and my life is drama free. I study and read a lot as part of my science degree. Otherwise, I'm at work, the gym/swim, skiing, or bike. Looking for someone pretty clean, independent, and who has interests of their own. Maybe you have kids that need to stay with you sometimes, which is fine with me also. Thanks.
Hi, I am a 32yo female teacher. I love my job and I love all things Arts related. I am pretty bubbly and enjoy leading an active lifestyle. I work very hard during the week, so like to relax on the weekend or head out for dinner and a couple of drinks.
Looking for a flat share or team up to find our ideal place-most important to me is who I live with. I’m Jess, I’m 26 and a hairdresser who works full time Tuesday-Saturday. I love the beach, anything outdoors and adventures. I try to stay active and get to the gym but mostly to balance out my love of food and wine haha. I’m easy going, very financially responsible (I was paying my mortgage until recently and am very pedantic about having bills etc paid on time) and respectful of others space and privacy. I love being social getting out and about but also love days off on the couch and quiet nights after a crazy day at work. I wouldn’t call myself a party animal but I do like going out for a drink on the weekend, I’m not the type to bring the party back but would possibly have a friend round before going out and fine if your friends come round too. Had a few experiences with house sharing now and definitely looking for someone who is responsible, clean and more than anything able to communicate-if anything’s not working let’s just talk about it sort it out and move on! I’m very laid back and prefer not to get into arguments just sort things out as they arise as adults and keep it simple.
Hi my name is Jackie, I have gone back to university full time to study to be a Paramedic and I am also working part time as a Medical Scientist. I have been told I am laid back, easy to talk to, and courteous of others. I am trustworthy and reliable, and I will always make sure rent and bills are paid on time. I like a clean house and I am happy to help out with house work and I enjoy gardening - I know how to mow a lawn :) I love the outdoors, exercising, catching up with friends and playing with my two little dogs. My dogs are named Abby and Tammy and are sisters. They are Lhasa Apso’s - a small very cute breed. Their coats are hypoallergenic so they don’t lose hair and I keep their coats clipped short and regularly wash them. They are 12 and 13 respectively so sleep most of the day, and they are toilet trained. I am looking for friendly, easy-going, respectful and clean housemates :)
