I'm gay, clean, tidy, respectful, quiet and love having binge fests on Netflix. I dont smoke or do drugs, I also don't have any pets and I rarely drink but when I do it's just a couple when I go out with friends. I also work on a permanent casual basis as a cleaner and looking to study whilst working in the near future. Looking for a smoke and pet free place to live at the end of my lease finishing July 29 (Can move in with-in the last week). I have a preference for my own bathroom and off street parking, happy to negotiate higher rent to obtain those.
Have just returned to Brisbane after working for 6 months in hospitals throughout rural QLD. I am currently at university, studying social work part-time. I have put my availability down as June 1st for this ad but really I'm completely flexible with dates. Ideally I'm looking for somewhere that is 6 months or longer. I am a pretty laid back and chilled out person and I love cooking. Generally, I am a pretty chatty person (except when in deep study mode). I am a HUGE Marvel (both comics and movies) fan and am not much of a party person. I'm the sort of person that would rather have just a few close friends over than to be throwing parties.
Im looking for a granny flat or studio for myself. Will only consider a room in a sharehouse if it is living with one person only. I am a full time shift worker with the goverment and am into health and fitness. I'm easy going and social but enjoy my alone time as well.
Hello. Juliette and myself Jon are an English couple currently travelling Australia and we are looking for a place to stay for a few months. We are both clean, tidy and easy going. We enjoy chilling out and watching Netflix when we have time. We both work mainly evenings in a restaurant in Aspley and are looking for a place within walking distance! :)
I'm clean, tidy, reliable with money and very quiet. I am looking for a room to rent as I need to be closer to my hospital, The Prince Charles Hospital in chermside. I am moving from Grafton nsw where I have been renting a single room unit by myself paying rent and bills.
I am an international student at QUT, studying Construction Management. I am a clean and organized person, love to meet and get along with people. Would love to meet with the housemates whenever possible, go out with them for dinner/lunch. But also know how to keep things to myself and not disturbing others and respecting their privacy. I have a part-time job as well as a cadetship so would be busy with my stuff, but would love to hang out and have a chat every now and then. Also, I am interested in starting a new sharehouse together and ready to meet new and fun people in the way for creating a share house.
My name is Joss, I am a 27 year old and I have just sold my first house. I have been living here in Bardon for 5 years... I love being close to the city but still having the neighbourhood feeling. I work full time in solar energy during the week so I'm always out and about and busy during the week and I like to relax and play music or hang out with friends on weekends. On Thursdays I play an acoustic set at the YHA Pub and sometimes I spend some time on the Sunshine Coast. My flat mate Reece is great to live with.. out of all the flat mates I have had over the last 5 years I know how hard it is to find clean professional flat mates so I am happy to give him a good reference and live with him again. Reece works full time and is also studying so he is quite busy but also likes to chill out and be a little social over the weekend.
Hi, I'm looking for 1-2 girls to team up and find a house with. Looking Northside only. I currently work 4 days a week in a dr clinic. I'm really easy going generally keep to myself but happy to watch a movie have dinners with people :) I'm very tidy and self sufficient, only looking for 6 months as I'm moving up to the sunny coast at the end of the year. I have a 13 month old female border collie, she is super well behaved and defiantly grown out of the puppy stage but you MUST love dogs. She's very small for her breed (only 14kilos) and quite placid.
Hi I'm Kate and I'm a 24yr old Occupational Therapist working in North Brisbane. I've been living on the Sunshine Coast for a few years and am looking to cut down on the commute. I'm easy going and enjoy being out and about on weekends, but also like some down time before starting the next week at work. I'm very clean and have been the sole person on the lease in my last two share houses, so I know the importance of keeping on top of it. I'm flexible with locations, house set-ups and roommates.
Hey my name is Kirsty, I have been in brisbane for about a year and im ready to branch out and find some fun people to live with. Im currently working at the coffee club. I believe i would be good to live with as I am respectful of your privacy, quite, clean and tidy.
Howdy, I'm Jade, I'm 21 years old and currently working full time in admin at Kedron. I'm looking to move somewhere on the north side when my lease ends on the 7th of July, preferably a fairly spacious house with 1 or 2 cool people who are easy to get along with. I'm not at home too much as I spend a fair bit of time with my boyfriend, my friends, at the gym, or working. When I do have a bit of downtime though I like to look after my little plant collection and relax by reading a book or watching Netflix. I like to keep things tidy, and I'm conscious of always cleaning up after myself. I go out and have a boogie on the weekend sometimes but my crazy partying days are behind me, so you don't have to stress about me trashing the place or having an impromptu house party Soooo if I sound like I'd suit your house, please feel free to shoot me a message :)
Friendly, clean and a fantastic cook. I'm a bit of a nerd, I love D&D and board games; I would love to share a space with people with similar interests. I also have a cat, Lulu (She is a Russian Blue so she is low allergy), and both of us are usually fairly quiet and self-entertaining. I love to cook, and am always happy to share food with housemates (I hate cooking for only me). I like to chat, sometimes to myself or Lulu if no-one else is around.
Hello! I'm a 19 year old university student, I work part time and play in an orchestra. I love music, especially vinyls, and I have a little 2 year old cat - Tia. She's well behaved inside girl. I put a lot of effort into my uni work, but I love having a cup of tea or a glass of wine and a good chat. I'm organised, clean, and responsible and I'm looking for somewhere to stay for a while and hopefully make some friends!
My husband and I have been married for 11years, no children but have 2 indoor cats that's are 10yrs old. We are clean, tidy and quiet. We own our own business and work most of the time. We love eating out and travel. We will have approximately 10 to 15 weeks between vacating the house we sold and moving into the one we are building and don't want to take on a 6 month lease with an Agent.
hi im full time student working part time.. very friendly and fun to have around , always up for outdoor activities such as playing cricket ,going to gym etc and also like to enjoy beers on the weekends at home watching sports and favorite movies with friends .... looking for like minded people around my age to have fun with
WILL NEED A FULLY ENCLOSED GARAGE. PLEASE DON’T CONTACT ME IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ONE!!!! Hi I’m Kieran, I’m working full time and I am a professional detailer. I’m friendly, like my own time, don’t drink nor smoke. I’m clean, reliable with rent and I’m quite and respectful of people’s needs. I’m not home to often. I don’t have pets. I’m looking to move on somewhere that isn’t to noisy at night as I have to get a good nights sleep most of the week. I’m easy going, love to chat on the weekends when I’m well rested. Not much else to say. I’m looking for somewhere that has most bills included. Nothing over $170p/w and around the city would be good. Cheers.
Hi! My name is Dominic, and I currently live in Gympie. I'm looking for a new place as I go to university on the Sunshine Coast, and have a lot of friends down in Brisbane so being close to both of those things would save me a lot of time and fuel. I've been out of my parent's home for almost two years now, so I am pretty good at the whole adulting thing (I think???). I like to keep to myself a little, but am always down to hang out and watch movies or have a couple drinks with my housemates and my life is pretty busy so it gets me out of the house a lot :). I'm also currently in the process of transitioning (I selected my gender on here as female as it doesn't give me any other options but I am FtM if it matters) and queer so being LGBT+ friendly is a must. The only downside is that as a student I don't have a lot of income, so the max amount I can afford weekly is around $150 inc of bills and things. But if you have a room within my budget I would absolutely love to see it and get to know you a little! Oh and I make a rad pasta cabonara so if you're like me and can't live without carbs I've got you covered.
Im looking for a room or small unit to rent for about a year or more, i work fulltime, i am very clean and tidy and quiet, budget is around 300 but can be negotiated for the right place.
Hi my name is Kaye. I'm 38 years old and am originally from the UK. I moved to Australia in 2009 with my daughter who is now nearly 13 years old. She stays with my parents during the week and from Friday to Sunday she stays with me. Ideally, the place that I am looking for is a Granny Flat or a good sized, private, self contained space. I also have my 1.5yr old beloved little pup Nemo. He is a Dachshund x Foxihuahua so he is very small. He's super spoilt, clean, well behaved and well trained - he will ask to go outside to go to the toilet. I work full time for a large Insurance company in Newstead. I lead a pretty healthy lifestyle. I don't drink or smoke, preferring to spend my time exercising, walking Nemo, going out to dinner occasionally, watching Netflix and hanging out with my amazing daughter. I'm a chilled out, quiet individual but have a bubbly personality and find it easy to connect with people. You would never have to worry about partying or late night chaos! It just isn't something I'm interested in but I have no problem living with people who like to drink and socialise! I currently live in a similar set up but unfortunately its just a little too small. My Landlord (homeowners) are awesome, lovely people and I have always got along very well with them. If you think you can accommodate me and my little family - please message me :-)
Hi I’m Chelsea, my family is moving to Longreach and I’m in need of a place to stay. I have a 1 year old dog, he’s a staffy x boxer and he’s the biggest boof head I know. I’m currently unemployed but I am actively seeking a job. I’m not a party animal, I don’t have many friends and I like to keep to myself 99% of the time. Sometimes I will leave the house to see some of my friends or I will have my partner come and visit once a fortnight. I’m generally tidy, I pick up after myself and I won’t be in your way most of the time :)
