I've got short term (about 3 month+) work in Sydney and would love to find a flat share for this time. I'm neat, organised and very easy going. I am very respectful of others privacy and space. I'm a lawyer and work long hours through the week. I enjoy relaxing with a glass of wine and making new friends.
To clarify it would be $180 each so combined we are willing to pay $360 together. We are looking at a place that is all inclusive with services like gas, electricity, water, internet, etc. We are very reliable, tidy, organised and respectful of others, friendly people, Willing to work together, we don't use much space, and we are always happy to find a compromise. we always communicate effectively and efficiently. We tend to keep to ourselves but we do enjoy socialising when we are not at uni or work. Til is at UNI (full time), I am working (full time) and at UNI part-time / casual (only 1 to 2 units) We have been living out of home for years.
I will only be there for about 3 weekdays per week as I have a split area job and don't want a long daily commute. Happy to take furnished or unfurnished, I'm not a noisy person. I don't smoke, I like to cook, and have a lot of experience cooking vegetarian and vegan food as well as meat dishes . I am told I have a great sense of humour I do like cats - although I like most pets ( except snakes and spiders!) I like the movies, driving and travelling. With 4 grown up children who live away, I'm used to housework too.
I had really great spiels written here but I closed the tab accidentally... twice. Anyway, about me: I'm a young professional software engineer, an innovator entrepreneur thinker rockstar, with the world in his shoulders and chips in his eyes, or something. My current contract happily looks like it'll be renewed for another 2 years, though I might not be in Sydney for that entire time. I'm pretty quiet and reserved, but love a good argument and/or discussion about really anything at all, learning, all sorts of beverages, and bike riding (I don't actually do much of it in Sydney, though).
Hello, I am 26 years old and working full time as a gym club manager. I am a friendly, responsible, neat and tidy person. I lead a very active lifestyle but also like to chill and meet new people :)
I work full time so I probably won't be there most of the time but when I am, I normally keep to myself, very shy at first but when I get more comfortable you'll start to notice how funny and willy I can be. I'm happy to help out around the house. If you have any animals I'm sure I'll fall in love with them haha I'm mostly moving out because I'm in a bad situation at home and can no longer live there. I can't afford bond but I'm more than happy to pay more with rent till the desired amount is paid off.
My wife and I are immigrating to Australia and looking for a furnished accommodation with a private room with ensuite bathroom. Since we need to find a job and enroll some courses, we prefer a place where is located near the public transportation especially train stations. we will arrive on 19 Nov and prefer to join another couple who are friendly and nice. however, is it OK to share a house with one or two females.
Hi, I have just been offered a job at a Hospital in Hornsby and I am looking to move close to my new workplace. I am friendly and outgoing but also respect the personal space of others. I am looking to live with someone who is social and loves meeting new people, but also is happy to have a night to chill out. I enjoy baking but also going to the gym and finding new places to explore. I am hoping for flatmates between 21-31 years old.
I will be studying full time by distance at the University of Newcastle. I am tidy, I can cook and I do have my own furniture for my room. I am looking for accommodation in the suburbs I have listed and the surrounding suburbs. I would prefer to live in a share house rather than rent a room from a family.
IT professional. Easy going, WS listener, pays bills when due, independent, washes up and can clean a house. Away most weekends as I am involved in the 4wd community and like to get away. Can work from home and willing to share net costs. I own properties outside of Sydney but need to rent in Sydney as that's where the work is. I have a friendly golden retriever who is my rock and best pal.
I'm a nursing student at University of Notre dame who works part time at Officeworks. I am also a clean, quiet and respectful person who loves good chats, music and social outings with friends.

Hi! I'm Caroline: -24, Speech path student at MQ Uni, part time receptionist at St Vincent's Hospital. I'm warm and friendly, quiet, clean, respectful of others' space. I love to sing, cook, watercolour paint and get out into nature.
I am a quiet, easy going IT professional who respects privacy. I will be moving to Sydney for the first time and looking for a place to stay for 2 to 4 months. During first 2 to 3 weeks I will be looking to secure a job.
My housemate and I are losing our third amigo, and need a change of scenery! Looking to start a 6+ month lease or join a current one. Potential for my housemate to stay on longer, but I am moving to Jindabyne for the winter next year. Both are very friendly, like to socialise, hang out but also like to relax and have down time after work. We are usually out on the weekends socialising, but also don't mind having no social events every now and then so don't mind if you do too. My housemate is a plumber so works early mornings and home during the afternoon. I run a before and after school care, so I am often out early mornings and if I'm lucky enough not to have meetings during the day, I'm home, otherwise I am home late evening. Niether of us have pets or children.
