I am a young 50 year old Interior Designer sales person, looking to find a great share accommodation for the long term. I have an old indoor/outdoor cat, who I have had since she was a kitten. She is fully de-sexed and vaccinated and micro-chipped. I do not smoke or drink or listen to loud music. I sometimes work from home so need a room with enough room for my desk. Am hoping my room has access to a balcony for the cat to lie out in the sun or access to an outdoor area, whichever is available. I would prefer my own bathroom and I need a place to keep my daughter's piano until she can collect from me. I am getting rid of my existing furniture, but am happy to bring furniture, ie bookcase or side table or outdoor table, if required?
I'm laid back, friendly and up for a laugh. I'm currently studying at university working part-time in Hornsby. My partner is also laid back and social. He currently works at a cafe cooking and making coffee.
Looking for a 6mnth stay. I study in Newcastle so I'll be away 4days a week. I don't drink and I don't smoke but I don't mind living with people who do. Im a casual nurse studying full time. Im active and out going. Don't expect to live with me and not talk to me coz I love talking to people haha but I respect your space if need it. Let me know if your keen.
Clean and considerate individual looking for my own space to live in. That being said if I found a like minded individual I'd consider sharing. Only looking for 3-6 months in and around the areas I have listed as I'd like to try them first. I travel very frequently for work in Sydney, Central Coast, Newcastle and northern NSW. Love to socialise but am not interested in a party house. I enjoy a beer, wine, music and good food but also love having my own space to chill out in. My family live in regional NSW and when they are in Sydney I love having them stay with me as well as friends every now and then if they come to visit. I don't have pets but don't mind if I share with the right person and they have pets, I grew up with dogs, cats and horses and recently had two Cavaliers in a previous life. I also don't smoke, but don't mind if the right person I share with does as long as it's not inside.
I'm a clean, non-smoker, tidy and easy going guy and respectful of any house rules you might have, and am keen to help out and get involved as much as is needed , am Indian on a PR Visa,Preferable stay is minimum 2 months with the intention to extend if all goes well. My wife and 4 year old kid will be staying with me for a week or 2 when they come. Any questions feel free to ask, cheers! Binoy

Trying to find some where to live close to work, I'm a apprentice mechanic and in final year of study. I'm quite and keep to myself so you won't have to worry about noise and I'm generally very good with house work but can't cook to save my life.
I'm a easy going guy who enjoys socialising , but also respects the privacy of other people. I work, mostly 6 days a week, as a fitter. I'm also interested in teaming up to start a share house.
Friendly as 😀 Looking for something pretty immediately to escape the nastiness of my ex that I am currently still living under the same roof as. I'm not sure how long I will need accommodation for as it depends on the sale of our house. I need to move on and step one is moving out. Hope someone can help
Hi! I'm Tallulah and I'm an 18 year old who works full time as an apprentice hair dresser in Hornsby and currently residing on the central coast. I'm typically quiet and I keep to myself by reading or watching films! Despite that I'm always down for a laugh and a chat! I'm respectful, clean and independent (yes I know it's very unusual in an 18 year old but I'm a unique individual) I'm looking for places around Hornsby, Gosford, Sydney CBD, Strathfield and surrounding suburbs! I look forward to hearing back from you!
We are a young hard working couple looking for a possible room in a house share or a small one bedroom unit/house/ apartment to rent. We both work and I am also studying full time. We are clean, quiet and enjoying spending time with friends.
I am very easy going and clean. I have a great amount of respect for others whilst sharing accommodation. I am from ballarat (near melbourne) and am starting a new job in Sydney. I have a small family at home including my fiance and 2 year old boy plus another one on the way. I would be flying home on my time off as I would be working on a roster. I am very mature and easy to talk to. Hope to hear from you soon
Hi! I'm kinda new to posting an ad on this website so I apologise if I'm a but vague on some things. I'm a 22 year old male who works in the Aged Care industry. I'm looking for a room to rent that falls under/around the $200 a week mark with all bills included. Somewhere that has parking would be brilliant also. I would be working in Seafoth, So somewhere not all that far would be a bonus, but at this stage I'm willing to travel as far as an hour if needed. I'm currently living in Newcastle, so something ASAP would be great. I'm also looking for something long term as well. :) If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. Many thanks. Regards, John

I'm a recent graduate from Newcastle uni, looking to find somewhere to stay whilst working full-time in Sydney. I'd describe myself as a pretty all-round sort of guy. I enjoy making new friends, trying new experiences, and being around fun people of all different varieties. Personally, I'm a bit of a clean freak, but also quite relaxed, trying not to be invasive in other people's lives. I enjoy things, right from keeping fit, to playing video games, and would love for people to tag along with my hobbies if they wish. I'm also sporting a pretty big beard. Just so you know...if you like beards...
I am a working professional who can speak Japanese, Mandarin and English. I don't party and am very clean and tidy. Looking for someone who shares the same values in keeping the place clean and quiet. Bonus points if you can speak Japanese.
Hi, I am looking for a team up to get either a 2 bedroom for $500-$550 or a 3 bedroom for $600-$700. I currently live on the northern beaches, but am looking to be closer to a train line for my work in the city. I am not home very often due to work and usually leave the house around 7 and get home at 8. However, when I am home I am usually pretty relaxed, however like the house to be clean and tidy. Happy to spend a night at the movies or watch a season on netflix with you. I have a boyfriend who will come around and help cook (and help pay for utilities if needed). I also have heaps of furniture from my past apartment and would be happy to help out where needed. I would love you to get in contact with me if you think we would be a good match. Kind regards, Georgia Rose Andersen
Hi, I am looking for a room to rent anywhere between Townhall to Hornsby. I work full-time and enjoy exploring Sydney when free. I love outdoors and watching sitcoms and movies. I am friendly by nature and wouldn't mind sharing experiences and dinners with flatmates. I respect people around me and expect the same in return. Kindly feel free to drop me a message if you have a room to let or looking to share a new apartment with someone. Thank you!
