Hey there! Amber and I are both career driven working professionals who will be working full time in the week and chilling on the weekends. We enjoy watching and playing sports (mainly football) and having a chat over a beer/G&T. We are friendly, clean and considerate and are looking for housemates of the same nature. We are in a relationship and have been for 7 years; please only get in touch if you are LGBT friendly :) Amber and Niesh x
Easy going guy from Belgium. I'm moving to Sydney for a year of working-Holiday. Excited to discover the city and meet some new people out there. Open minded and can adapt to a lot! Could live anywhere in Sydney. I enjoy having chill nights with friends but also some quiet time. I like to go out sometimes too. I lived with roommates for the last 4 years in the US and never had any problems.
I am a fun relaxed and friendly person. I am very respectful of others space and clean and tidy. I am almost done with my studies and will be starting full-time work once I finish in November. For now I stay very busy with uni, a student society, work and an internship. In my time off I enjoy going outdoor, watching or attending sporting events and hanging out with friends. But I also enjoy a quiet time in reading a book or watching TV. I love cooking and I am happy to share most of the times. I am looking for a nice, relaxed, clean and friendly place. Hopefully for at least 6 months but I am open to other options if the situation is right. My budget hopefully includes utilities, but as anything it could be a little flexible if it is the right place and people. My current lease ends on 14 October and my flatmate is going back home so I am looking to move some time around that date. Hope to hear from you. P.S. I know the areas I am looking at are very different haha but one is close to work and the other I just love the area as I have lived there before. :)
I'm a New Zealander in Sydney. I work in an IT company in the CBD. I don't know sydney that well and at this stage I'm open to any location that would allow a 45 minute (from door to door) commute to Kent street (my office is near the corner of Kent st and Erskine Street). Currently looking at somewhere off the train line on the north shore on a quiet street. So I can walk+bus to a train station and then catch a train to Wynyard. Personality wise, I am mature, sociable and very considerate (this is most important ) enjoy having a healthy balanced lifestyle. My hobbies include: cooking, exercise, Japanese language and spending time in nature (sun/parks/beaches ) , gardening. Weekends I like to sit in the sun/go to a beach/meet friends/go to gym. I am not a party/noisy person and i don't want to live with people who are. My NUMBER ONE priority is a place to sleep that is QUIET. Not located near a noisy street/shop/neighbour and also internal quiet - living with people who also value quiet in the evening from 9:30pm onwards. I am quite sociable and would like to live with people who i can chat with but need quiet for rest/sleep. My office has showers so Monday to Friday I sometimes shower there before and after work which means no rush in the morning if we are sharing a bathroom. I also have meals with my job so don't really use the kitchen in the evening, however i sometimes do a cooked breakfast. Other notes. Do not intend on buying a car so parking space or garages are not necessary. No drugs/smoking. Would like a location that has a quiet room, laundry (washing machine + dryer/outside place to hang clothes) and good outdoor space, with professional people. Perfectly fine with pets. especially cats. I am happy to give out information such as facebook profile or LinkenIn Profile via message so you can find out more about me. I can also provide a range of references in New Zealand.
I'm Vincent, from Malaysia, work as a full-time graphic designer. I'm pretty easy going, can get along with people at the same time respect other people's space. I work 5 days per week. Usually I will be out during weekend to explore Sydney and the surrounding area.
Im a 41 year old male looking for a quiet, clean and friendly place to share. I own a cafe so I work 6 days a week. I usually leave home at 4:15am for work and I get home at around 3pm sometimes a little later if I have to run some errands. Sundays I tend to go out with friends for breakfast and catchup or for a quick spin on my motorbike. No I am not part of some bikie gang. 😁 Other than that I am very quiet and get along with a lot of people. I dont drink, party, do any drugs or smoke. Im also not one to have visitors come to the house. Ill always respect your privacy and comfort. If this sounds reasonable to you or you need more information please dont hesitate to get back in touch with me. Thanks
Warm and friendly Immaculately clean and organised Very busy so won't be in someone's space all the time as work Professionally and train every day eg run, swim, yoga, etc. Marathon runner. Also singer and actress so I'm a bit creative.
Hello there ! I am Arun from Singapore and I'll be moving to Sydney in the month of November to start a new journey in my life. About me ; Am a fun loving, mature and respectful individual who can take care of myself and my surroundings. I'll be looking for a job in Sydney for good. My info for those roommates to filter just in case. I am 30 year old Indian who has been working in Singapore for the past 5 years with my family. What Kind of roommates I prefer ? I prefer clean, honest, responsible, fun loving and like minded roommates to live with :) I'll respect your privacy and at the same I'll ensure to not lock myself inside and be disconnected. But from your end, I'll not expect the same but would at least require a clean surrounding and friendly relationship. Interested to discuss? If this sounds good then let's discuss further :) Cheers Arun
Myself and my girlfriend are two easy going backpackers who have already spent 1 year in Australia and are coming back mid September to begin our second year. We have stayed in many hostels and flatshares and are very easy to live with. We are clean and respectful of others due to our experience living with other people. We are looking for a room/apartment to relax and save money whilst working in Sydney for 4 months before we begin our travels again in february. I am a carpenter and my girlfriend works in hospitality. Please feel free to get in touch if you feel we are the right people that you would like to rent your room/apartment to.
I'm a friendly African girl, easy to get long with ,respectful, maintains privacy and mind my own business
Hey! I'm Sam :) I work full time Mon-Fri at a Bank. Currently living in the Blue Mountains and would love to live a lot closer to work! I have a nice car so I would prefer a quiet neighbourhood for street parking or even better a driveway/garage! I enjoy gaming/ watching movies in my spare time whilst at home. Enjoy going out with friends, gym, beach, driving, travelling. I'm quiet, very respectable of other people. My move is 'November' however I can arrange for an earlier move...
27 year old female. Full-time Speech Pathologist. Happy, clean and friendly. Looking to move to be closer to work. For work I'm generally out of the house before 7am and lucky to get home before 6:30pm. When I'm not working I like to read, bake, go to the gym, do yoga and catch up with friends.
I am a student who is looking for a room/room mates in western Sydney, preferably not to far from the Western Sydney Bankstown campus :) I am from Melbourne and need to locate to Sydney as I have changed universities. I am family orientated and quiet. I like privacy and respect others privacy. I am clean and like being in a clean environment. I don't mind living with people who are working, students or families :) as long as their is respect amongst the people within the house. I probably won't be home during the day due to going to uni, and work and/or studying during the evenings. If you think I might be an addition you would like don't hesitate to message!
I've lived on my own before and with flatmates so cleanliness of communal areas is really important to me. I'd love to make some new friends along the way but if others just want to live their separate lives I am fine with that too. I'm open-minded and I look for that in the people that I live with too. I work in the not-for-profit sector part-time while I finish my degree.
