Hi! I need to move to Sydney as I have been offered a full-time job as a registered nurse starting in Feb. I will be working 5 days/wk. I am looking to team up with other females to rent out an apartment/town house. My other option is to look for accommodation with my friend who will be working full-time also so 2 rooms is preferred but we don't mind a shared room. On-site parking is preferred but I don't mind parking in the streets. In addition, I am looking for sociable and easygoing housemates! :) I enjoy staying at home as much as I enjoy going out. I like to hangout with people. I enjoy travelling and exploring different places. I am friendly, open-minded and most of all respectful (And sometimes, funny :p). I'd like to have my own room & bathroom for some alone time. Also, I prefer living with non-smokers. Overall, I'm a very chill person.
I'm a Finnish journalist/ photographer, Working Holiday maker, food enthusiast, book-worm and traveler, and always ready to meet new people. I'm used in living in shared flats, but I need my own room. I don't smoke, and I always clean immediately any mess I've made.
Hi there! I'm Nathan. I'm currently doing my masters degree at the Western Sydney Uni Parramatta..I love to travel, hike and meet new people from around the world..I also love beer! haha..I finished my first semester renting a room that is far from my school.. Hence, looking for a room that is considerably near this time..I'm adaptable, clean and very helpful in house tasks (my mother trained me well :))..please help me to find a place to stay. Cheers!
My partner and I am both clean quite hard working couple. We keep to ourselves but don't mind a bit of a chat now and then we always pay our rent on time and always help around the house. I work as a removalist and my partner works full time at McDonalds.
Happy and humorous woman who is very clean and tidy, responsible but fun, mature but still youthful, enjoys the company of younger, happy and fun people. I'm more of the quiet type, but also like to be social without intruding on other people's privacy. Am passionately into Asian culture and food, a big foodie who loves exploring new cafe's and food. Love to cook and bake, especially into Asian food and sweets. Dream of having a dishwasher. Currently learning to play the Chinese Instrument Guqin in the Sydney CBD. Work casual in a cafe but need some temporary accommodation while looking for a second job. After that I will be searching for permanent accommodation with a higher affordability. Non smoker, non drinker (ok, you might tempt me with a Japanese plum wine on a special occasion) For the temporary accommodation I don't mind sharing a room with another female but ideally own room. Only want to share with a max of 3 people in one place. Must be a short walking distance to a train station (under 10mins) Need a parking space.
I'm a mature quiet and tidy professional (Business Development Manager - Power), who travels, and has recently relocated from Brisbane to Sydney due to work commitments. I have recently returned from South America, (Colombia), where I intended to work as an English Teacher for a year but had to return unexpectedly to Aust. In addition to being a BDM, I have an International English Teacher Licence, and I am a Berlitz Qualified English Instructor. I'm not into house parties, (except for Dinner parties), and I'm looking for share accommodation for 3 to 6 months, (possibly longer), with 1 or 2 mature professional people of either gender, or maybe within a family household. Room either furnished or unfurnished. Maximum of $360 including or excluding any outgoings. I would like something close or in any of the surrounding suburbs to Rydalmere but am flexible with this and would consider further out if the place was right. I would also prefer off street parking if possible. I'm quiet, tidy, easy going, non smoker, non TV addict, who enjoys good conversation, respectful of others, and will pull my weight with household chores. I can also cook and bake (if required). I enjoy going to the markets, having breakfast in nice cafés on weekends as well as the movies (Foreign, Comedy, Thriller, Drama etc), in addition to numerous other activities. Note: There is the distinct possibility that I will be bringing back from overseas my two cat so I prefer a house / villa / terrace house which is not on a main thoroughfare and one where the occupants accepts pets. Apartments are out.

Won't mind an occasional chat over a glass of wine or some beer though. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask.

Hey there I'm a full time medical researcher for an international medical device company. I have my own property in the inner west but would like to fully lease that one out, and look for a more economical single room as I spend most my long days either at work or travelling for business. I am generally an easy going and kind person but I would most likely be home just to sleep (read: workaholic) and is certainly a bit of a neat freak and will keep your place spotlessly clean (I often work in bio labs). Non-smoker, not a party person, happy to look after pets and certanly enjoy a conversation over drinks during my downtime. I do get around mainly by car so a car space is required. If I sound like a good match to you then I look forward to receiving your message.

Hey everyone. I'm looking for a unit or apartment to live in on my own in the Western Suburbs. Preferably a location next to the station for work. I think it's about time I moved out with the parents and on my own somewhere! Whether you have a place for me, or know of somewhere I would love for you to get in contact with me. I'm friendly, easy to get a long with, reliable, don't like clutter or mess so I'd consider myself a clean person. I'm an outgoing person and I have a full time job so I'm financially stable. I'm a legal secretary (work in Circular Quay), lived in Blacktown my whole life, currently with the parents but looking for a change. Going to a pub or a concert/gig is my idea of fun.
Hello! I am a Singaporean, going to be studying physiotherapy at the University of Sydney and am looking for an apartment near the Cumberland campus that will be conducive for me:) I am tidy, considerate, friendly and easy to get along with !
We are looking to move into our new home in mid to late February 2017. David is an accountant who will start working in the cbd in March 2017. Tegan is in her final year of law at university and works part time in a law firm in the city. We are both from Newcastle originally and are moving to Sydney for David's work. Tegan currently lives in Sydney in the inner west. We work late during the week so will largely keep to ourselves then, but are up for socialising on the weekend. Even on a weekend, we are still relatively quiet and low key. Our ideal housemates will also be young professionals who won't want to throw regular crazy parties and will generally be a good housemate (the basics, paying bills on time, cleaning after yourself), as we will be. We are interested in either the inner west or lower North shore close to a train station (less than 10 minute walk) and half an hour trip in total to the cbd to make those late work nights easy.
Hello! My name is Wendy, and I'm originally from the Hornsby (NSW) area. I'm currently a full time childcare worker and need somewhere to move out by the end of this year! A little bit about me is that I do the digital arts -- animation, sound mixing, voice acting and all that jazz, so as you know, I'm quite artistic and occasionally noisy! I'm also working on a personal project and with that in consideration, so I do prefer to operate in the AMs at times! Personality-wise, I'm sociable and easy-going, I enjoy being around people and getting to know them, so as you know, I'm quite friendly.
Hi there! I'm very respectful, quiet, very VERY tidy and clean. I want to be in a place where people are as tidy as me, I don't like to see rubbish everywhere, clothes all over the place, dirty furniture and so on, so I assure you that you will not get that from me. I'm looking for a place with at least a washing machine, a dryer and WiFi. I really need a place with FLY SCREENS. I'm looking for a place with a LOCK UP GARAGE available, and if possible not more than 1 flatmate. I love deep conversations about life, philosophy and cosmology... I get instantly bored with small talk, I prefer the sound of the wind to that. I'm not the loud partying kind of person, I prefer a nice evening with a few friends, having a drink and talking about great stuff (as I said before) and a good movie or a videogame session. I'm very friendly and I always try to help if I can, I'm kind of shy, I don't talk a lot, I love nature, mountain biking and swimming, and I'm a member of a climbing gym. I love science in all its forms! I wish I could study it more! My job is technical service for packaging machines, I work hard and long hours, I travel often and I need a quiet place to rest during my after work hours. I like to talk with people about problems if they arise and I totally hate fighting, because it means the communication is gone. Oh, I also love video games and I have an Xbox One! Cheers!
