I'm originally from Chile and have lived in Brisbane for more than five years. I currently work full time in marketing for a conference management company. I am very social and like to fill my weekends catching up with friends, going to the beach, listening to live music, etc. I enjoy going to the gym during week days. I like to cook and take my lunch to work. I love pets and I'd love to do a team-up with someone who likes dogs and wouldn't mid for me to get a dog (it's just an option- I haven't decided on this yet) I have furniture for my room, kitchen ware, and a dining table. I'm clean, tidy and considered. Would prefer to live with one or two more girls, although I'd also consider guys if it's a good fit.
Hi there, My name is Jess. I am 18 years old and am looking to move out of student accommodation in the Gold Coast and into a new home in Brisbane. I am an aspiring musician and hope to share a place with people who share this interest. I also enjoy making art and having new experiences. Moving to Brisbane, I intend to find a new part time or full time job, so I will not be in the house constantly. I am also planning on getting a dog and will take full responsibility of it. Despite my age, I have had previous experience paying rent and have lived with 4 house mates at a time (ranging in ages 18-25). I am a very clean and organised person, and will always pitch in to keep the house clean and make sure we're happy. Thanks for reading this and please feel free to send me a message :)
Hey there!! I am currently working full time as a legal secretary in the CBD so am not home during the days. I enjoy having a few bevs on a Friday or Saturday night (I mean it is the weekend) as much a I do a quiet night in. I currently have an 11 week old puppy called Harvey (inspo from Suits) who is a kelpie cross so will grow into a big dog so you have to be fine with puppy kisses and typical puppy behaviour that we are working on fixing!!!! A big back yard would also be ideal for him. He would also love another friend to play with during the day. I am looking for a place closer to Brisbane CBD (hopefully with Uber Eats , I struggle without it on the far north side, and some amazing Italian restaurants), preferably North side so that I am still closer to my family :) Would love a house with a mix of genders in their early 20's, late teens :) Flexible on moving date and period of stay
Hey, I'm an international student working in hospitality and studying in CBD. I'm responsible, clean and tidy but also I like having a couple of drinks or going out when I've time. I like animals thus if you have a pet it would be great.
I’m looking to move in somewhere close to Brisbane city with good public transport in close proximity. I work full-time at a law firm in Brisbane. I need the accommodation to be close to work which usually finishes later in the afternoon. I wish to be able to have my family, loved ones and friends over at my place without any problem. I expect to spend some weekends out of Brisbane to be with family and friends. Ideally I would prefer an initial arrangement of a short stay after which time we can decide whether a renewal is a good option. A person with respect for diversity would go a long way.
Hi there, I’m 25 years old and working in an office job in the city. I recently moved to Brisbane from Canberra and am looking for either team ups or available rooms. I would also ideally like some garage space and am flexible on the suburbs if there are reasonable transport links to the city. In my spare time I enjoy keeping fit, gym, 4wding, camping and the outdoors!
I am a marine ecologist moving to brisbane for full time work. I love all outdoor activities: camping, hiking, diving, swimming, sports and beach :) I will often be out of state or overseas for work and during the week I am quite busy. I am also very tidy and don't smoke and rarely drink :)
Hi All, I'm a young professional who is moving over to Brisbane from Perth to pursue my career in marketing. I am working on a 10 month contract for a company in South Bank so I am looking for a place nice and close to work. I have been living in houseshares since I was 18, so I know how to cook, clean and be respectful. I am pretty social, enjoy a cold beer on the weekend but independent so that I don't always need to have people around. I play a lot of sport so I am often out of the house in the evenings and weekends, but I will need a spot for a car as I travel for trainings etc. If you have a room that you think will work don't be afraid to hit me up! Cheers, Louis
Hi! My name is Jorge and I'm from Peru, I am a working part-time and on exchange at QUT, I am an easy going person, organised and clean that likes grabbing a beer to have a chat or playing soccer. I am looking to live anywhere near the city close to uni. If you want to team up or if you have a room for rent send me a message so we can meet up.
Hi, I’m a health care professional looking for one person to team up with to look for a 3 bedroom townhouse to share. I’d really like to share with someone who would be interested in having a spare room for guests/study. I have a full house of furniture, including a spare bed that I’m looking to place in the house, not in storage. I’m neat, clean, and can look after myself. I like to cook but I don’t leave a mess! I enjoy living with people who I get along with well and would like to have a glass of wine together and chat occasionally. I am currently living by myself but miss having a housemate and a bit more space. I would prefer to take the main bedroom with an ensuite, in a place up to about $550 in total. But with only 2 people living there, we’d both have our own bathroom.
Hi! I’m currently looking for a place to move into at the beginning on June long term. I’m currently studying a Bachelor of Aviation at Griffith University full time. I'm easy going, tidy and love to do anything active. I'm hoping to find part time work asap to keep myself busy and out of the house. Please let me know if you think we might be a good fit ! :)
Hey, we are two English backpackers looking for a place to stay for the next 3 months or so. We are two friends that have just moved up from Melbourne and we are happy to have separate beds/rooms or share a bed if needs be. We are both really friendly and tidy people, and we are very respectful of other housemates, and happy to keep the balance of keeping ourselves to ourselves but also enjoy socialising :)
Hey my name is Crystal, I am a easy going 25 year old working full time in the city. I do work shift work so you might not see me a lot of the time, however I am social when I have time off and I do enjoy a good wine or beer and Netflix. I am pretty flexible around my move in date but the sooner the better. I don't have a car, I am a non smoker (but I don't mind if other housemates are) I don't have any pets but I would love to move into a place that has a cat or dog as I do love animals. I am looking for a place thats not to far from the city and close to public transport. I think thats about it for now :)
I'm a 24-year-old trans woman, part-time worker & creative looking for a lgbt+ friendly household. I'm very quiet and social. I am outside of the house a lot but it would be nice to find a place to also entertain a friend or two. In my free time, I like to read, watch movies, play video games, and try to keep active. I am currently trying a lot of different potential hobbies out so my time at home is limited. I'm big into sci-fi and fantasy and love watching new types of movies and shows. I have 2 beautiful and well-behaved cats. They don't scratch furniture or make much of a mess. They're extremely affectionate and love having humans around. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask! - Lydia
Young engineering graduate working in Brisbane. I'd say I'm a pretty chill guy. I know how to keep an apartment clean & how to cook. I'll be working long hours full time & probably travelling on the weekends so I won't be in the apartment so much. Looking for cool and clean roomates to have a beer with from time to time. Preferably someone in similar situation.
Hey guys, I'm a tidy and responsible tenant looking for a social share house. I do 45-50 hour weeks (5 days) when I'm not working I socialise with friends, go on roadtrips and compete in the occasional Trivia night. I'm also quite active and play tennis, volleyball and netball (if you're keen to join we would love some fresh feet). I've also lived with other people for the past 8 years and traveled independently around the globe for 4 of those years. So respecting other people's personal space and property comes naturally. Looking for one or two like-minded housemates who want a social environment and are easy going. If you're clean, pay your bills on time, and aren't too crazy then count me in!
I'm a friendly, clean, respectful guy. I like my space, and will let you have yours but that doesn't mean we can't be best friends. Now here is a list of things about me... - I work as a graphic designer, but I'm also an actor. Don't worry, I won't make you run lines with me unless you want to. - I like to cook, but won't make the mess your problem. - I partial to a drink, and sometimes I make terrible Star Wars memes. - I have a bunch of house plants that I'm very frond of. They're lovely and I won't make you water them. - I'm into puns and shit jokes. - I'm currently living on my own, so I have a bunch of stuff. Not TOO much stuff, but SOME stuff. So if you NEED stuff. I'm your guy, - I love gin, black coffee and my mother so I could be a serial killer. Or so the internet tells me. - I have car that looks like a Pope mobile, and I also have a moped. - And I'm shit in bed, so you don't have to worry about loud noises coming from my room.
I'm in my last year of medicine and work part time so I'm quite busy. I am quiet but would love housemates who are friendly and happy to have a chat. I have a 2.5 year old cattle dog who I adore. I take her everywhere with me. I am a non-smoker. I appreciate things being clean and tidy. I am moving because my housemates are having a baby and need my room (sad for me very exciting for them!). I am flexible with moving dates.
I'm friendly and considerate, and very respectful of people and living place. I work as a software engineer. I'm clean. I do dishes almost right away, and try to tidy things up more and maintain a beautiful living space. I prefer the other roommate could be similarly caring about cleanness. That said, I'm relaxed and not OCD about anything. I'm gay. I'd very much like to team up with someone here. Prefer that only 2 roommates share the place. Need one off-street car space. Would cook about 2 or 3 times a week. Preferred move in date is mid-end May.
Hey :) My name is Bianca and I'm 22 years old. I've just arrived in Brisbane and am looking for a fun and relaxed flat share. I enjoy having some wine and/or beer, going down to the pubs as well as chilling at home with pizza and a good rom-com. I love music and going to concerts as much I possibly can. Before coming to Australia I was working as a dance teacher. I'm a very easy going person and get along with lots of different people. I like to keep the place I live in tidy and don't mind doing the cleaning. If you have any other question please do message me. Hope to hear from you, Bianca xx
Hey there, I'm Lilly. I'm a third year psych student at QUT and I work basically full time in Paddington. I work in a French bakery so I’m always happy to bring home tasty pastries and breads for everyone. I'm a neat and laid back person. Looking for a house that is chilled, social and respectful.
