My name is Jen, and I’m a QUT student looking for an awesome new house to live in. I’m pretty chill, most nights I’m happy watching Netflix - but I’ll never say no to a casual drinking session either! I’ve lived out of home for 7 years now, so fairly used to sharing spaces with other people. I'm flexible with move in dates, any time after the 16th of December is great, but I've got somewhere to stay as long as I need so there's no pressure. If you think I’d suit, hit me up for a chat!
Hi I'm Bronny, Currently have my own place but my lease is up soon so looking to share. Easy going, tidy , social. I have a small chiauwawa who has a lovely nature, doesn't bark and loves other dogs. I'm a Monday to Friday professional and usually head to the beach most weekends. If you would like to know anything more please get in touch :)
Student searching for a quiet, tidy home. Looking to move by the New Year. I enjoy gaming, studying, jogging, and fun discussions. I am independent and tend to keep to myself but without being entirely antisocial; I enjoy talking with others about their ideas and learning about things that I'm curious about. I clean up after myself in shared spaces and tend towards a direct but relaxed and fair attitude. Further inquiries welcome!
Hellooooo I am Charlotte, I am coming from the sunny GC and am planning on moving to Brisbane when I start back at uni next sem!! I'm laid back and very self-sufficient, I love to cook and drink wine and eat dim sims! Will literally make friends with anybody regardless of who you are, I love a good chat and am keen to make some new mates when moving in -- who hopefully enjoy socialising and heading to a gig or so. I do also value quiet, alone time to focus on study and what-not!
hello, we are Victor and Dayana from Colombia a couple of 33 and 26 years old, we are Geologist and economist respectively and came Brisbane to study masters at Queensland University. First, we are studying English at ICTE-UQ. We like a quiet environment, don't smokers, we are very friendly, fun and responsible.
Hi! I am originally from Belgium and have been in Australia for the past 7 years. I recently break up with my partner and looking for a place to relocate . Very clean person, reliable and always keen to meet new people for a laugh and few drinks, I also respect privacy and expect the same from others. I’m a very easy going guy to live with :)
Just a chick looking for some new people to move into a new place with. Easy-going, super clean and am reliable with rent/bills. Next year is my last year of my degree so hoping the lease will be 6 months or longer. Down to hang out and chill but not phased if you want to go off and do your own thing (not home that often to be honest). Swing me a message if you'd like to meet up or find a place!!
I'm quiet and I tend to keep to myself, but that doesn't stop me from hosting/attending board game/D&D nights on the occasion. I love to cook and that means I love a nice clean kitchen. Not a big party person as I prefer to drink a bottle of wine with friends and mock bad tv. I love animals and I don't smoke. I just finished uni so im working fulltime
Hi I'm Looking for a place in Brisbane from January 2018. I'm super easy going and relaxed. I work Monday - Friday and some weekends. I play social sport most nights of the week so I'm rarely home but when I am I like to relax and watch TV. I am pretty quiet and like to do my own thing but I am always friendly and up for a bit of a chat if we are home at the same time.
Moving to Brisbane at the start of next year for a graduate law job. Won't know too many people in Brisbane so happy to have a chat over wine and cheese (budget friendly of course), and binging on Netflix when I've got a chance. Keen on housemates who are up for a chat, but also appreciate individual down time. Shoot me a message if I sound remotely tolerable!
I'm a future international student from Malaysia that will be studying at UQ starting from February 2018. I'm clean, likes quiet environment, and pretty fun to live with. I'm not a fan of alcohol, so i'll probably think twice about drinking nights. However, i'm definitely down for movie nights as i'm a huge fan of movies. Looking for a room to stay during my duration of study. I also welcome others to join me together, and look for a place to stay together.
Hi I'm Talia and I'm 21 years old from Melbourne. I'm moving to Brisbane to study Psychology at UQ in February and looking for someone to share an apartment with! I just spent the last 2 years studying in the USA and recently moved back to Australia half way through 2017. I work at Goodlife Health Clubs so I spend a lot of my time at the gym. I like to have my own space and privacy but I'm a very sociable person and always keen to hang out. I'd like to consider my roommate(s) to be more like friends than just roommates. I just want a nice, comfortable environment to come home to. I also have a young ragdoll cat who is very sweet, quiet and well behaved. He follows me around majority of the time and sleeps all day so he's never in the way. I'd love to take him with me but if it's an absolute deal breaker, my parents are happy to take him. I'm looking for a place that is furnished, has a private room and a car spot. Message me if you think we'd be the right fit!
JANUARY 2018 onwards only! We're a young married couple looking to relocate to Brisbane from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia sometime in January 2018. We are both working professionals. Looking for a fully furnished ensuite bedroom for 250aud (max) inclusive of all bills. If however you are looking to team up, we're all ears! Since we do want the ensuite and don't own a car, so you may take the porch for yours! We're clean and tidy, and a believer in personal space. We love animals too, so if you've got a furkid we don't mind helping out with the pets
I grew up in Brisbane but have been travelling with work for the last 5 years. I arrived back form Cape Town a few months ago and have been busy with a small start up design and construction company which consumes most of my time these days. My offices are in Fortitude Valley and I gym after work everyday, so Im rarely home during the week. I love a social drink and probably eat out a little too much. I like getting out when ever I find the time. During the week I don't do much except work but my weekends are for everything else. Im super relaxed and nothing really bothers me, plus I'm busy a lot of the time so Im not looking for a place to hold up in. Im looking for a nice tidy place with a few people to hangout with every now and then and be able to chill with at the end of the day for a chat. Hopefully the place is big enough for some personal space as well. Im looking for a shared place as my work and social life chew up most of my time, and a place of my own seems like a waste considering how little I am home. A place near the city and my offices would be fantastic!
I work full time in Brisbane City and am looking for a place pretty central. I'm a laid back, friendly person who is just as happy keeping to myself as socialising with others. I like to keep active- yoga, running and I play touch footy and social soccer during the week. I also love a beer, just to even things out. I moved up to Brisbane last year from Newcastle for work. I have a few close friends here, but am always keen to meet new people. I think it's important to get along with housemates and would love to find a situation like this. I have a dog so will need to find a place with a backyard. He's a very chilled dog, doesn't bark and loves human attention. Despite sometimes letting my desk get the better of me, I'm generally very tidy and would love to find a place where a clean kitchen/living area is respected.
*** my current lease expires early February, so am only looking to move around mid January and only to St Lucia & Toowong*** Hey! I am currently doing my Honours in marine science and chemistry at UQ. I'm clean and tidy, and would love a housemate who is reasonably clean as well. I bake occasionally (so you get lots of yummy goodies!) and I love music and photography, as well as being active. I have no pets, however I would more than enjoy households with pets(dogs/cats/snakes/birds/fish/literally anything). I'm pretty studious hence I'm not looking for a party house, however I love meeting new people and making new friends. It will be more than okay to have friends over occasionally! I am also looking for housemates with whom I can actually hang out and chill with from time to time.
I'm looking for a granny flat, studio unit, or 2 bed unit to rent with another female close to Princess Alexandra Hospital. I work part time, am neat tidy and have some furniture and household items, I don't smoke, and prefer to live in quiet surroundings. I enjoy music and cooking, movies and eating out with friends. Car space and internet connection is needed. Hoping to hear from like minded owners or long term rental buddies, thanks in advance Maxine
Very chill and neat reliable housemate. I love music, singing playing guitar and I have a harp ;) Looking for some nice people I can chill out with and have a laugh or simply keep to myself some nights. Not noisy and like to keep effort into a place I care about. :) Tam
I'm a bar manager, working full time in the cbd. I have my own car and am out of the house a lot of the time anyway. I don't smoke, don't drink much, with an exception of making cocktails at home. I am clean and tidy. Am looking for one/two others to find a new place together. Close to the CBD would be better.
