I'm a single female from Adelaide who will be moving to Melbourne in February to start a new role at work in the marketing team. I'll be working Monday to Friday in an office in South Melbourne, so I'm looking for somewhere inner-city for a short commute. I'm super friendly and easy going, I'll happily enjoy sitting down for a cuppa and a chat but also appreciate my own time and space. I do like to keep a clean and tidy house within reason, and I appreciate housemates who do the same. I like to keep active by going for walks/bike rides and adventures, I love boutique coffee, fresh food, board games and baking :)
I'm a post grad student from India, studying at UQ. I'm always up for a chat and fun to talk to but I also greatly value personal space. I'm looking for a temporary accommodation for about 2 weeks. I would prefer an unshared bathroom with the room.
Easy going, friendly and fun. Enjoy socialising but also a chilled night in. I enjoy spending a nice evening every now and then with my housemates over dinner and a glass of wine. Im a tidy professional who works in the city Monday to Friday so tend to keep fit during the week and enjoy my weekends. I love to travel, meet new people and like positive attitudes.
You won't even know I live there basically. Private. Quiet. Friendly. Non Judgemental. Clean and tidy.
Hey there future housemates. Im very easy going. Nothing bothers me much. I enjoy keeping busy and like to live in clean environments so not to clutter the mind. Im 31 and moved to Melbourne last july and work in a medical laboratory as a maxillo facial technician. I used to work in dental prostheics in perth before I moved to melbourne. I enjoy riding, snowboarding, gym, going to the beach and being out doors in general. I have a few hobbies which I've had to leave behind in perth, like brewing and tinkering with cars. I like beer and tend to be a social butterfly
Master student from the Netherlands. I will be starting as a guest academic at University of Queensland from February 23rd onwards for approximately 8 to 9 months. I am a neat, tidy, organised and active person. During my stay, I would like to make the maximum out of my time in Australia.

And an extremely friendly 2.5yr old staffy x dog who loves balls. Im 28 and a graduate architect. I’m easy going, clean, respectful and reliable. I’m quiet at home but I’m also friendly. I’m been sharing a flat with other flatmates for the last 6 years in Madrid (references available). I like traveling, doing sport and having fun.

I´m looking for a minimum stay of 6 months, if we get along, we can stay flatmates for a long time. Interested in single rooms with own bathroom in the region of Valley-Newstead-Teneriffe-New Farm. Best Regards!!
We are a very friendly, clean and reliable couple from Germany. We visit Australia for one year on a working holiday. We are still looking for a full time job and are often out of the house for work or to enjoy the nice city.

Things that we like and hopefully you do too: - Plants - Memes - Chickens (we maybe are looking to have a few) - Sustainability (we want to set up a veg patch and composting also) - Music Not looking for a party house, but we would like someone who doesn’t mind sharing a few bevs every now and then.
I'm a hard working 23 year old male. I keep to myself most of the time and don't mind a few drinks on the weekend! I'm a manager at the only 24/7 Bottle Shop in Australia on Chapel Street. I love to hang out with mates or play my beloved PS4 when ever I've got a day off. I like to keep a healthy balance between my work and social life.
Hey, I’m Anna! Currently 18, very nearly 19. I work in a bar during the night, and then study science at UQ during the day.I'm an outgoing person who enjoys a few drinks and a night out, and would ideally live in a grouphouse with a chill group who respect each others privacy, but also enjoy time together. I'm looking for a place that's convenient to the Valley, UQ, and CBD. I'd love to find housemates to talk and have a drink with, but also with the possibility to close my door when I have an assignment due, and some quiet when I need to sleep during the day after work. Ideally I'd be living with people about my age. I've lived with friends and in group-houses before, so I understand all about doing my share with chores and respecting other people's personal space. I'm flexible with lease length.
Hello! I have lived out of home before, so I'm thoroughly house trained. I'm fairly neat, I like to keep active, and have a solid appreciation for tea and wine. With me is a 12 year old dalmatian. She's an inside dog and does shed, so to counter this I'm happy to clean the floors every week. She is a groovy pooch and is super friendly. I grew up on a cattle farm, and I travelled solo through Europe for 15 months. I'm fairly laid-back, but during semester I do take my study seriously so I'm not looking for a party house. I'm in 3rd year psychology at UQ, and will be doing an exchange abroad starting in August/September. Ideally I would love to move in with a few 1-3 other people, who I can relax and laugh with of an evening.
Moving from the Sunshine Coast to Brisbane and looking for a clean, modern and private bedroom (preferably around Indooroopilly area!) I'm extremely clean, easy-going, respectful, considerate and a kind-hearted person. I will be working full-time until June/July when I begin my tertiary education studying to become a nurse. In my spare time, I enjoy hanging with my friends, shopping, going to nice restaurants and relaxing.
We are a couple (aged 25 and 28) looking for an apartment or room to rent for few months up to 6 months or so. Offers for shorter time are welcome also right now. We might stay here for longer but we would prefer not to commit to a long lease right now. Argo is currently working full time (near St.Kilda) and I do photography and graphic design and I am looking for a job in the area. Argo likes gardening and has a B.Sc in Landscape Architecture. I studied Biology back home but lately, I have been more interested in photography and arts. I've done cleaning professionally and we like to keep clean. We are rather quiet but we are also happy to socialise and have a glass of wine on the weekends!
I'm a Brissie girl - home from living in Berlin for the past year and am looking to move into an apartment/house from mid February (or potentially earlier) with a friendly, communicative and organised housemate or two! I'm a very social person, but work full time as a Media and Communications Officer in the CBD so won't be home most of the day. However! I'm very happy to share dinners and wines and chats in the evenings (or separately hide in our rooms and watch tv shows on me-time days). I love travelling, joking around as much as possible and all of the food in the world! (Fun fact - I did work as a cupcake froster in Berlin, so you know I'm not messing around when I say desserts of any kind are my weakness)
Pretty laid back and easy to get on with person. Currently studying law/psychological science and working casually. I love sports, reading, cooking and don't mind the odd bit of socialising/going out every now and then. I'm tidy and will always be available for a chat if you ever need it.
Hi! I'm 26 years old and looking to move into a cosy sharehouse, preferably in Paddington, Bardon or Milton. I work part time (three-four days a week) and have various hobbies that occupy my spare time (writing, learning languages etc). I'm quite introverted and happy to spend time by myself but I also enjoy socialising, as long as there's a healthy balance between the two! I love reading, watching TV, going for walks and hanging out with friends. I have high standards of cleanliness and appreciate cosy and attractive home decor. I'm definitely happy to do my part with the housework, and would not want to move into a house where people don't pull their weight. I love animals and have lived with both dogs and cats before. Looking forward to meeting you!
Hey there! My name is Elly and I'm a friendly, down to earth, (nearly) 26 year old looking to move closer to my workplace. I work full time and enjoy being social, having a cheeky drink and chat with housemates but also respect others' own/private space and appreciate my own as well when needed. I don't smoke but don't mind if others do, love pets but won't be bringing one of my own. There's about a 99% guarantee that I'll want to bombard you at some point with photos of my adorable family dog though. I do drive so somewhere with parking would be ace (happy to obtain a council permit). Hoping to find a place with a balanced, easy going and social bunch of rad housemates! I'm organised, tidy and pay bills on time. Move date is flexible. Looking forward to meeting you!
I am a second year pharmacy student studying at QUT. I'm easy going, clean, organised and love meeting new people! My study keeps me fairly busy most of the time so I'll keep to myself at times BUT I'm wanting to live with people who I can easily talk to and hang out with, even have a few bevs together every now and then! Hoping to move into a place that's already furnished and rent includes all bills (water, electricity and internet)
Hey guys! My name is Alanna I'm 24 years old and originally from Vancouver, Canada. I have been travelling around the past 15 or so months and was living in Margaret River, Western Australia for the past 6 months working in a vineyard. I am currently in Indonesia and am looking for a place in South Yarra/ Windsor area as of February 1. I'll be staying in Melbourne and working in hospitality for 2 months before I head off to travel New Zealand! Yewww! I am very friendly, kind, super easy going, and reliable to pay the rent on time. I love being around people but am also respectful of others space. I'm always down for cheeky drinks and am looking forward to exploring this city and seeing all it has to offer. I'm a lover of live music, stand-up comedy, and a nice glass of wine. 🍷 I plan to return to Melbourne so I'm looking to meet some cool people with good vibes. ✌🏽 My budget is around $200 a week and would prefer a place with a washing machine. Looking forward to hearing from you! 😁
I am quiet and clean. I have a small cat who loves people. I like to have my nieces, nephews and family around every now and then. Working full time and try to get out of the house regularily so don't spend too much time at home.

Hi future housemate(s) ! I'm a 26 y/o female who just moved back to Aus after living in the states for 23 years (!!). I'm currently living up in Eltham, but will be starting an 18 month Diploma of Nursing course in Box Hill (in early Feb) so looking to move closer to school + closer to the city to get a more authentic feel of Melbourne livin' :) I'm a positive, open-minded, very easy-going, warm and friendly person. Love meeting new people and getting to know them/their stories, but also love time to myself/my independence, so I enjoy a balance. And yes, I'm housebroken ;) I take responsibility for keeping my own space clean and tidy, as well as doing my part in communal areas. I'm hard working and will be very focused on school, but also love to take it easy , go out and enjoy good company too :) Photography, pilates, traveling, camping, plants/nature, the cosmos, bbq's, hiking, pescatarian (almost full veg), music festivals, fashion design, energy healing/reiki, meditation, red wine, animals, kindness and authenticity... a few bits and pieces of my life :) Hoping to find someone (or a few!) to share, live and grow with!
Hey all, My name is Helena and I'm 24. I have just relocated back to Brisbane from Melbourne. I have always lived on the North Side however as willing to move to South Side, I would just like to live reasonably close to the city. I am currently finishing an interior design course in the Valley and working part time at a cafe in Spring Hill. I have lived in quite a few share houses, I'm respectful, clean and easy going. Please send me a message if you have any questions. Thanks !
I'm tidy, organised and quiet. I'm from Brazil and I'm looking for a place where I can meet new friends that can help me to improve my English.
Hi there I'm an archaeologist and am moving to Brisbane to do my Masters degree. I'm seeking a room in an apartment in a small, quiet complex or a house. Wants: - Share with only one other person - My own bathroom - Built in robes - Unfurnished bedroom (at least 3.5 x 3.5) or 2 smaller rooms - Non-smoking and non-drug house (and limited drinking) - Someone who is quiet and keeps regular hours during the week (quiet before 6.30am and after 10pm works for me!) - Socialising predominantly kept outside of the home - A pool! Desirables: - A lockup garage About Me: I am 44, very tidy, very quiet, and really respectful of other people's property and personal space. I'm very friendly and enjoy a chat, but I tend to keep to myself (studying, meditating etc.). I don't drink, smoke, take drugs or listen to loud music, and want to live with someone likeminded. I don't watch tv and prefer to live somewhere where it's not on 24/7. I have all my own kitchenware which I prefer to use. I also have a few pieces of furniture that would need to go in the living room (lovely wooden bookshelf, wood tea chest, vintage Danish coffee table, large gorgeous tribal rug, a couple of large paintings and some vintage Scandinavian bric-a-brac). I am looking for a place that is clean, preferably modern, with tasteful furnishings. I have all my own bedroom furniture and need a room able to fit a queen bed, 2 bedside tables, and a desk, chair. I have a second bookcase that can go in either the living room or my room (if it will fit). I am 100% reliable paying rent and bills on time (I can provide references if required). If you think I would be a good fit for your place then please email me. Alternatively, I am open to house hunting with 1 other person, so drop me a line if you're interested. I look forward to hearing from you! Cheers, Annika

Thanks!
Mid 30's public servant relocating from Canberra for work and looking for a good housemate to team up with, or a nice person who can offer a room until I can get settled on my feet. Hoping to find easy going housemates who take pride in their home. I'm looking for more than just a house, but a place that I can call home. I'm rather quiet but I do enjoy a laugh and being somewhat social. Not looking for a party house, rather a place of refuge that I can come home to at the end of the day. My ideal flatmate would be someone who is also quite and a little reserved, but enjoys a good chat over a glass of wine. Someone who respects privacy is mandatory. Happy to share the cooking or keep it separate. I'm not the best cook but really do enjoy it. Interests include talking politics, travel, aviation, literature, web development and reading. Paying bills and rent on time of course is a big factor. I'll be brand new to Melbourne so somebody to explore the city with and make a new friend or two would be advantageous but not a requirement for a housemate.
I'm 25 and work part time (leading up to full time) looking to live in a share house for the first time. I'm easy-going, can be introverted at times but at the same time be friendly and outgoing.
Hey so I have just moved back from Queensland and looking to leave my parents place again. I work in the car industry so normally doing around 50-60 hours per week, very friendly but do like to have the night hidden away in my room, I'm a clean person and friendly but again a workaholic so not much of a party animal so not looking for a place that holds party's every weekend

I really would love to stay in Paddington or surrounds (Milton, Auchenuflower, Red Hill). I work full time in Paddington at a property developer during holidays and just part time during the semester. I am usually am pretty busy during the week as i have work all day and go to yoga afterwards, so I usually don't get home till late, but certainly love to hang out on the weekends. I also love to keep a nice clean house! I have a small white fluffy dog who is really friendly and very placid as she's 10 years old.
Hey guys, I'm a fun, reliable, clean and professional guy. My work and social life are pretty hectic, but I enjoy finding time to chill and have casual drinks/trash TV sessions with my roomies. For fun, I'm a wine loving, exercise junkie who loves a good dance. I'm also a world traveller: I spend large parts of year away travelling with mates. For work, I'm a full-time school teacher and Master's student. Love my work and I'm super dedicated. Overall, I'm looking for reliable, down-to-earth and drama-free professional people who are clean (but not neat freaks) to share a house or apartment. Oh and I'm a gay dude, so you have to be LGBT friendly If you're interested, send me a message Thanks, Mark
I'm a 25 year old artist/musician living in Melbourne. I work in a toy shop to pay the bills. I'm easy going and love to have a good time, whether that be going out to see a gig or staying home just kicking it with friends.
I'm a 23 year old easy going, happy, clean and calm exchange biotechnology student from Mexico looking for a place to stay form 6 to 7 months until my program at UQ ends. I like to cook, chat, chill at home and go out to have a drink or to grab dinner. I do yoga and like to run sometimes.
As a couple we are very quiet and like our privacy also respecting others privacy. We are both outgoing and love the outdoors and a few drinks here and there. Both are quite social and will mostly be out and about or in bed binge watching netfilx. Very clean and tidy, moving to brisbane from Townsville north qld, end of feb or start of march (can be discussed) Looking to move into a room or house with at least 1 private bedroom and bathroom for ourselves preferrably around the city or Valley or sirrpunding areas as we would like minimum travel to work
I laugh at my own jokes so you don't have to. Clean, tidy and sensible. Enjoy socialising and Friday afternoon drinks etc with housemates.
Hi, I'm Nicole. I'm a full-time post-graduate student studying social work at UQ. I also work part-time as a disability support worker and I'm looking to move closer to both my work and uni. I've lived in share houses for the last five years. I'm easy going, tidy, respectful, friendly but also pretty quiet. However, I don't mind a good chat. I rarely drink, so not looking for a party house but happy to share a meal and socialise with my flatmates. I have my own furniture so am looking for an unfurnished room.
Hi my name is Regan. I moved to Brisbane 2.5 years ago from rural Qld to study. I have a passion for building design and architecture. I believe I am easy going, considerate and genuine. I like to be active and social but enjoy my down time too. I am clean, tidy and mindful of others.
Looking to move to an area that's a bit more accessible via public transport to get to work, I work for Max Employment's head office in Springwood, Logan but would like to stay as close to the city as I can. I'm 30 but still young at heart and love to socialise with drinks on the weekends but tend to do this mostly away from the home, however if someone I lived with would be keen for drinks and a BBQ to catch up on our working week's together, I would definitely be keen for that. I live a pretty chilled lifestyle, tend to try and unwind after working by Netflix and chill or cooling off by a pool or beach with good music is my ideal way. I am clean, tidy and good at knowing when others need their alone time and respect their privacy as I'd appreciate the same :) Looking to move the weekend of 25th February, so if you have a room coming available for then please give me a message :)
Hi, I'm Ed, a business consultant working in the infrastructure sector (tunnels, roads, schools, that sort of thing). I'm Australian, from Sydney originally, but don't hold it against me. I'm reasonably self aware and go out of my way not to be a dick to others. This means I pay bills on time, I can read the room when you don't want to chat/ want to be left alone, and I'm fairly clean and tidy. With that prosaic stuff out of the way, I'm otherwise keen to sort out world issues over a beer or two, am a fan of absurdist comedy and also like to cook, time permitting.
I am super easy going and love a wine or two with cheese, or without cheese! I love having a laugh making new friends and watching AFL, football (soccer), hockey and hockey to name a few! I love having a chat with my housemates after work and adventuring but also like my own space so I won't be to much in your way. I'm being transferred to Melbourne and my office is in Notting Hill so I'm looking about halfway between the CBD and there or a little bit closer than halfway.
