Hi there, I'm 28 currently working as an analyst in Brisbane CBD. I'm open to try new things and also respect personal space. A few of my hobbies are volleyball, guitar and gaming :) As of 29 Jan 18 I'll be a full time student, part time working.
A 21 yo Singaporean female. Will be studying in UQ. I will be flying over on the 10 of Feb. Will be flying back to Singapore at the end of June 2018. I like to be neat and tidy. Not a party person. Would like a quiet environment. I don't mind if you've got cat/dog(s) at home. I used to have both of them at home, in Singapore.

High school teacher and traveller who loves a laugh and a glass of red wine. Despite the large collection of cookbooks, am a terrible cook and usually resort to making some form of eggs for dinner. Previous housemates in London are now brilliant friends... hoping the luck will continue back home in Brisbane. Looking for a large room to cater for a desk, as well as some natural sunlight!
Hey there! We are a couple from germany, living in Brisbane since November 2017. We are doing an internship at the UQ until the end of April. We have to leave our current apartment on Feb 23rd 2018. About us: We are very easy going, relaxed, clean and we love to cook and do sports. On weekdays we are busy with our work but on the weekends we are happy to share some nice dinners with our flatmates. Looking Forward to hear from you guys! Cheers Dominik & Maral
I'm in my early 20s, I study full time and work part time. I'm looking to live in a communal, supportive and comfortable space; I would LOVE to be really good friends with my housemates. I consider myself to be grounded, respectful and clean :) person. I'm easily entertained by good conversation and would love to be able to connect and have fun with my housemates, but I also need some time to rewire and relax and so I respect that you will need that too. EXCITED to hear from you :)
34 yo, easy to live with, happy to socialise but also enjoy time to myself. Respectful to others, their time and space. Love being out and about, enjoy nature and new experiences.
I’m a student studying my graduate diploma in secondary education and also working. Looking to find a room in a relaxed share house. I also have a dog but I am able to make arrangements for my family to look after her if that would be an issue
Hey! I'm a 20 year old full time Uni student in my 3rd year of Law. I work part-time as a Receptionist/Secretary. I consider myself a friendly, bubbly and respectful person, I'm social and outgoing yet also laid back, keep to myself and will respect your personal space. I'm clean, responsible, and organised, so you won't have to worry about my mess lying around! I usually have work and uni throughout the weekday with early starts and late finishes. On weekends I like to go out and about to brunch or dinner and drinks with friends, beach trips, and the occasional night out sometimes. Looking to move in with some girls around mid year into inner-city fringe suburbs, as I would like to live closer to work and uni which are both in the city. I'm open to moving into a room with coexisting housemates as well as open to teaming up with other girls and finding our own place to move into! :)
After being named Limbo Rock Champion in 1995, I thought my future was set. I quickly realised however that there was no money in Limbo Rocking so instead, decided to try my hand collecting degrees. I enjoyed the comfort of university for a bit too long and reluctantly graduated much to the delight of my housemates Mum and Dad. Now I work in comms full time in the city and spend my free time thinking of funny stuff to post on Facebook to make my friends laugh. I’m considerate and good at sharing space and can always be relied upon to keep any chaos to my own room. But don’t be surprised if you head out for a long brunch on a Saturday morning and come home to find me with 90s pop blasting as I dance-clean my way through the whole house. I love a chat and would be more than happy hanging out in the kitchen, discussing our days while I watch you cook dinner and I eat a bowl of cereal because I forgot to go to the shops again. I try to stay active by cycling or getting to the gym, I also love spending time with family and friends so I'm usually out for most of the weekend but on weeknights I'm usually pottering around the house. My ideal housemate would be someone I can be on my phone while watching TV with, is up for a laugh and glass of wine every now and then but isn't expecting for us to live in each other's pockets. Essentially, unlike every reality TV show villain ever, I AM here to make friends. If I sound like your cup of tea, let's grab a cup of coffee :)
Hi, I'm Sam! I'm a 22-year-old graduate from QUT (Business/Creative Industries). Starting a Masters in Primary Education at QUT this year. Currently job hunting too, although I work casually at Suncorp Stadium. I love discovering new tv shows and movies, playing piano/guitar/ukulele, playing board games and having chats with friends. I tend to keep to myself a fair bit. I will be studying again this year so I will need a place to put my desk. I have all my own furniture for my room, plus kitchenware, an electric piano, PS3, a fridge and a dryer (if you guys need). You can trust that I am tidy and often found cleaning the bathroom or kitchen. I am looking for some roommates who are friendly and respectful. I don't smoke and rarely drink and would prefer roommates who are similar.
Hi guys, I'm Danita, I'm a 29 year old Aussie and I've just moved home to the sunshine state after living in London for two years. I'm originally from Rockhampton but have landed a job in Brisbane city. I work in law, love meeting new people, socialising and enjoy keeping fit. I am either looking for a flat with one or two other housemates or, if there is the option for a one bedroom apartment within my price range, I am open to single let apartments. As a flatmate, I am respectful of other's and my private time, am very tidy and tend to work hard at work and the gym / running during the week and leave weekends for exploring and spending time with friends. I already have a strong friend and family group in Brisbane so wouldn't need showing around but equally, I'm looking to share a flat with other like minded people to enjoy the odd wine / beer and cheese nights or whatever Brisbane may have to offer. If you think I might fit in with your flat, or you have a flat that might suit me as a single occupant, I would love to hear from you. I will be looking for a place to move into from 24 February 2018. Looking forward to hearing from you. Cheers! Danita
Aloha, my name is Chloe, I am 24 and oringally from Victoria. I’ve been travelling between tropical islands and ski resorts for the last 4/5 years so I can deal with having lots of people in a house and living on top of one another haha. Hospitality is my profession, I work full time in a fine dining restaurant in South Bank and usually am working anytime from noon until midnight. I can whip up cocktails for fam nights and pick out some killer wines and when drunk I can make some cool napkin shapes, but that’s where it stops! Im awful at cooking haha! I keep to myself during the week but I have most Sunday and mondays off and then I’m ready to do whatever! I am in a seriously committed relationship with Netflix and that’s about as much of a relationship I have haha! I would like some fun housemates but also respectful and don’t mind a few drinks but know the limitations when someone has work. I’ll be going on some snow trips in winter, if you’re an avid rider or want to learn this could be a dream! Ok the gritty: I ideally would like to pay around $200PW including bills but I’m flexible if it’s somewhere I like! I don’t mind going on a lease, but if not I would like something in writing about bond etc- I’ve just been a bit jerked around so it’s left a sour taste. No allergies to animals so if you have any pets HIT ME UP I am 100% happy to live with them! Preferably some internet hooked up, but if not I can sort that! Also somewhere furnished please! Happy to pay a little more as I said before for something furnished! Thanks again! Chloe
My name is Phill. I work full time in Sumner and I'm more then capable to pay the rent and bills. I'm clean and tidy, easy going, active and love to socialise but also like my own space and reading books. I am looking for a room to rent where I can bring my 2 Labradors with me. They are both extremely friendly and well mannered and I would ensure that I always clean up after them. If that's something you'd allow with sufficient room in your backyard to accommodate them please get in touch. Thanks, Phill
Hi folks! I am looking for a place for my girlfriend who is 24 yo half Papuan/Australian, studying her last year at Uni, really artsy bubbly bundle of happiness. She loves getting decorative and creating beautiful clean spaces. She is on a meditation retreat atm so I am helping to try find her something for when she gets back in late Feb. I am also looking for a separate place with a backyard that can fit a 5m diameter canvas yurt in it. It is totally legal under Brisbane Council rules and would mean that everyone else would pay less rent as a result from how much I would pay. I am 27 and from Northern NSW, studying a community development graduate diploma at UQ, working as a bush regenerator and usually doing some sort of political/community volunteer work that I balance with lots of meditation and yoga. If you would be happy for me to come check your place out for either of those options please let me know :) Thanks so much!
I finished my Bachelor of Science last year and am looking for work in my field. I'm currently tutoring casually at UQ. I enjoy playing guitar and singing, as well as playing video games. I'm easy going, have never missed rent, and tend to keep to myself at home.
I'm Alex, a 23 year old journalism student working at Coles part-time. I'm a laid back and easy to get along with guy, who loves all things sports and having a beer. Generally spend my time at either uni/work/playing soccer. I'm clean and tidy and easily respect boundaries. Looking to move into unfurnished room around the 22nd Feb, as thats when my lease ends at my current place. Happy to live with girls or guys, so please don't hesitate to get in contact if you think we'd be a good fit.
Hey fellow house/housemate hunters! I'm a twenty-three year old originally from the Sunny Coast. Having just arrived home from central America, I'm putting in the hard yards to earn back all that I've spent on tacos and tequila, but am currently having to commute to Brisbane for work. Open to residing just about anywhere reasonably close to the city. Not wanting to lock down anything longer than a six month stay at this stage, and ideally would like to stay off the lease as I'm not sure what the later part of the year holds for me just yet! Flexible moving dates between February and March 2018. Looking to pay a max amount of $180 per week. I'm super easy going, friendly and open minded. I'm looking for a somewhat sociable home where a drink/laugh/meal can be shared every so often. I've lived in all sorts of beautifully sticky situations, from an RV with 5 mates to a 4 bedroom flat accommodating 15 big personalities and a colony of small rodents (it was as fun as it sounds), so I'm very used to sharing living space while also being considerate of other's needs, privacy and belongings. If you reckon I'm fit for the job, I'd love for you to get in touch! Lucy x
24 year old High School Teacher. Live a very busy life but happy to sit down and have a glass of wine and a chat every so often! A place that allows pets would be a bonus as I would love to get a puppy
My name is Jerome, I'm looking for a place for me and my dog Lacey, shes a German Shepherd. I work full-time and go to the gym every day so you probably won't see me that often during the week. On the weekends I like to spend time with my friends and family. I also enjoy taking my dog to the park and beach. Pretty much anything to get me out of the house. I've been in the Army for 6 years now so i consider myself pretty tidy and hygienic. I'm also a Fitter and Turner by trade so I can be handy when it comes to fixing things around the house. I like to help out where I can. I'm not very picky when it comes to living arrangements, I just need a good size yard for the dog.
