Hi I'm Jai. I am 26 years old. Full time working professional in the city. I play sport two nights a week. I dont mind a beer on the weekend also.
I work full time, I like to think that I'm friendly and easy enough to live with. I'm a little bit of the clean freak, I love to cook and share a meal with my fellow housemates occasionally, am respectful of your space and would like you to be the same with me. As I'm being transferred from Brisbane for work, I would love to live with someone who enjoys going for breaky and up for an occasional adventure, someone who will also be happy to head out for a few drinks or chill out at home watching trashy tv or movies. Hope to hear from you soon :)
Hi There, I am Aaliyah, 32F moving from Singapore to Melbourne within the next few weeks. I worked in the branding/advertising industry in Singapore and currently taking a little break to pursue my masters, however I would still be working on a part time basis in Melbourne. I'm a happy and sociable person. I am new, will want to explore more of the city and make new friends! so probably will say yes to just about anything. I love fitness, socialising & dancing. Apart from that I am clean and tidy :) Keen on having my own bathroom. Any questions feel free to ping me on this. Aaliyah
Hey people, Soo, Im a gay 25 year old male. I was a chef for 8 years and went on to manage a nightclub for 2 and coming into this year gave up both professions to undertake a bachelor business at the Australian School of Management. I know work part time to keep extra cash flow and am a full time student on Austudy looking for a somewhat mature environment to move into. I have a 3 month old kitten named max who I would take full responsibility for to the extent of even forfeiting a higher bond should it be necessary. He is an inside cat but he's very little and he's my best friend, and well looked after and he is desexed and odour free I promise. I enjoy cooking, music, wine and the company of friends to chat. Drama is hopefully something we can leave a majority of in the past now I'm getting a bit older and diplomacy will ideally prevail in the event of any miscommunication that would occur. I am coming from my own 1 bedroom apartment that was furnished so although lacking somewhat in substantial furniture, I am happy to mingle as well as have to spend a fair bit of time in my room studying.
Hey, Im a 24 year old irish guy looking for somewhere south of the city :) I work full time for a hotel in the city, im easy to live with, neat tidy and respectful :) Looking to move in asap Thanks Andrew
Looking to team up with one or two people anywhere from Mentone to Elwood and Prahran... So fairly flexible with the location. I work full time in the emergency services as a firefighter (same as paramedic hours 4 days on 4 days off) - often busy out at night training when not on night shifts and often away visiting family on the coast on days off. I have (nice) furniture to fill a small house - so happy to provide or split the goods! But I'm unlikely to be interested in anywhere already fully furnished. I'm very tidy, and prefer to live in an environment with clean shared spaces. I also love gardening and house plants - this can be a danger - I made the garden in my current place so cool that they decided to sell it because its value went up so much (joke). I do love a good social environment, but also respect personal space and am happy doing my own thing as well. Looking for a potential 3 bedroom place with 2 new housos :)
Hey my name is Robyn, I am 27 years old and coming from Canada to Aus to teach in Melbourne for the school year. I also plan on serving so i will be busy !! I am looking for something that is pretty centrally located and accessible to public transportation. I am pretty outgoing and enjoy activities such as sports/rollerblading/going for walks/ drinking coffee/beer/wine. I would like to be somewhere central that has easy access to public transport as i will be doing relief work.
Hi, we are two English backpackers who are arriving in Melbourne on June 3rd. We do not yet have a job secured but will be actively looking for full time work. However we are financially stable and are able to pay a months rent up front. We are ideally looking for one shared room (double or twin, we're not fussy!) with people of a similar age (early-mid twenties). We are tidy, sociable people who also like to have chilled evenings. We are both easy going and will be respectful of both the property and our housemates.
Hey, my name is Catherine. I am looking to start a share house with possibly two others. I work full time at Channel 7 and consider myself to be pretty social. I enjoy a wine or two, gym, brunch etc. I am currently living in Camberwell with no particular date I need to move. Would just LOVE somewhere closer to the city. I already have most furniture I am more than happy to bring with me. Sorry but no students. 0449082240
Hello! My name is Amanda and i would love a fun, happy and positive person(s) to live with. I always see the good in every situation, love and laugh and love adventure. I am going to America for 3 months to take part in Camp America and am looking for a place/housemate for when i return. :-)
I am a 26 year old Registered Nurse recently shifted from NZ. I've just gained full time employment at The Alfred Hospital so am looking for a place where public transport is easily accessible. I am super easy going, respectful of others space but also love to eat or share a glass of wine with my housemates from time to time! As a shift worker I would appreciate the occasional days peace and quiet after a night shift. When I'm not working I love to be outdoors exploring and exercising or spending time with friends. I also want to find a great gym and yoga studio when settled into a house.
Calm, quiet but warm person to share accommodation with. I'm very independent and always like going off to do my own thing, I also like down-time at home. I keep my surroundings clean and tidy and expect the same from others. I've lived in a sharehouse before so I know to respect other people's personal space/boundaries and expect the same in return (not a fan of clingy-ness). I'm saving up to go overseas and plan on leaving at the beginning of August 2017, so i'm looking to rent a place from now up until then. Feel free to contact me if you have anymore questions about myself. Thanks :)
Hi! I am a friendly, social and humble person looking for a home to share with my future flatmates. I will be travelling to Australia for the first time and would be pursuing my Masters degree. I'm pretty clean, respectful of other people's privacy and accommodating if required. I'm very easy going and prefer not to get involved into conflicts. My ideal place to live would be with a group of people who I can become good friends with and spend some good time together. Although, I do like my own time in my room as well. I love sports and am always up for Cricket, Badminton. I like to watch movies and TV shows, read, travel and explore new places, try out new cuisines ,restaurants and pubs so you can count me in for hangouts or marathon sessions of Netflix. I like to work on my fitness and everyday try to devote some time at the gym or visit the pool for a swim or just do some home exercises. I am a self motivated individual and like to try out new things in life which I believe can help me develop so I'm always interested to learn something new. Recently, I have been working on increasing my cooking skills. I am a non smoker, not too much into parties and don't mind the presence of animals especially dogs. Please drop by a message and feel free to ask more questions if you consider me an ideal fit for your home or if you would be interested to team up! Looking forward to meeting my future flatmates!
Loves philosophy, astronomy, anthropology, maths, art, sports... Works as a freelance artist- this includes hair/makeup, modelling, photography/editing, painting and overall creating! I study at Vic Uni in the city and will be finishing soon, (so will have more time to work). Let's go surfing sometime- always keen to hit up the beach or snowboarding in the winter season. Oh and I'm a vegan veghead 😀
Very clean and tidy, friendly, respectful, considerate, generous, sociable, open-minded and easygoing.
I am from finally moving back to Australia after living in SE Asia for many many years whilst working in the Travel industry. I'm originally fr m Sydney. I love pets, especially dogs and have really missed owning pets while I've been living abroad, so a house with a dog (or other pets) would be especially welcome. I'm a non-smoker and love to spend my time practicing yoga and acroyoga, and love good coffee and chocolate!
I'm quite a social person, always doing something! I work full time in st kilda and I study a degree part time online. I am a lover of all things triple J, and music related activities. Ideally I want a housemate who is also wanting to be a friend, cook together every now and then, and have the ability to hang out. I am a very clean person and I'm respectful of your own space. It would be most important for me to live with some one clean and tidy and that is talkative / friendly :)
My name is Radislav, but me friends call me Slava. Im in my early 30th, came from Russia and been living in Australia for many years. I have full time job through the week and sometimes work on weekends. I like to stay active, going to gym on regular basis. I'm social, clean, reliable. Looking for a nice place and people to live with, preferably long term. I'm available to move any time.
Hi!! I have just moved from Sydney to Melbourne. I am an architect but at the moment I am working part time at a restaurant while I get organised here. I was living with flatmates in Sydney so I know all about paying rent on time, keeping the kitchen clean and taking weekly turns to maintain the flat in perfect conditions :) I moved here because I have a new niece and I want to be more in touch with the family so I would be spending a lot of time out with her, however I do enjoy getting home at nights to watch some tv or read and I am up for a beer during the weekend if that is your thing too! I am planing to go to Colombia in August and that is why I would need the room for only 3 months. Hope to hear from you!!!
I'm currently here on a Work & Holiday visa from Malaysia, and I'm looking for short term accommodations closer to my work in the months of June and July. I'm 29 years old, male, from Malaysia, and I'm working as a Sponsorship Coordinator for the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne. I'm a fairly quiet person (not a big partier), non-smoker, clean and tidy, and all-round responsible person. I'm big into movies, video games, cooking and working out. I'm looking for LGBT-friendly places If you need any references, I'd be happy to provide them. Just shoot me a message. Hope to hear back from you soon! Cheers Jia
