Hi hope you're well. My name is Shane I'm 29 and my girlfriend Tiffany is 27 we both work full time 6 days a week in port Melbourne so the location is really appealing. We're quite the bubbly couple and always on outdoor adventures. I'm heavily into my sports and gym so I wouldn't Ben much of a burden. We love to socialise but are not party animals and we have a little stuffy dog by the name of boof. Would be great to hear from you or a meet and greet :) thanks
I'm an English backpacker and for the past 4 months has been travelling SE Asia. It was absolutely amazing but sadly the endless lazy beach days and spontaneous nights out had to end. I've recently come to Melbourne to help out my bank balance, meet new people, explore the areas around the city and generally experience living in a a new country. I'm easy going, sociable and respectful, and would like to live with like minded people! Ideally I want to find a private room, renting for approx 5/6 months.
Myself and long term housemate are needing a place to move into as soon as possible as our house is being sadly demolished so forced to abandon our beloved abode. Both work full time digital marketing hairdressing, aged 24 and over.
I'm extremely friendly, outgoing, respectful, clean and I love to do sports. I'm here with a Working Holiday Visa, I'm working and i would like to study to improve my English too. I'm searching forba private room in a shared flat, if you have one free in your flat let me know! :)
Hi! Me and my boyfriend are looking for a place\room anywhere near easily accessible public transport. I am currently working part time at a cafe and he is studying a cert 3 in visual arts at southbank tafe. We are looking for a place with easy going people. When we are home we prefer to keep to ourselves and like our own privacy.
I'm a 27 year old Brazilian who moved to Melbourne to study and work part-time as a Chef. Very chilled, down to earth who always looks after myself. I don't like watching TV but loooove having some Netflix time, keeping up with the latest movies and series and defo am going to love to have someone to share that time together. Very social, but not a party animal, I love cooking and having wine once in a while. I'm talkative and love laughing but I know the right time to shut up and respect other people's introspective time. I'm not lazy at all and sometimes I wake up with a "cleaning mood" which will be very funny to see me cleaning all the house while listening to music and singing. I love all kinds of pets and I wishe I could have a cat to name it a food name. I am very organized when it comes to bills and the common areas and I have previous experience in house sharing. I'm fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish, so language is not going to be a barrier. Besides that, I intend to become fit in Oz during my one year stay, so you are going to me hitting the gym everyday, doing yoga and cooking yummy healthy food.
hi there, I am Lisa, 26 years old and I am from Germany . I am easy-going, people describe me as warm-hearted, open-minded and reliable. I am going to arrive in Melbourne on the 15th of February (so excited!) and am going to work at the Goethe Institute. Therefore, I am looking for a cozy little room in which I can feel at home. Furnished would be perfect (a bed is pretty much all I need :)). I love meeting new people so living in a shared apartment would be awesome. Currently, I live in a shared apartment with two other girls. We really enjoy cooking together, drinking a cup of coffee, watching movies on Netflix together – simply spending time together.
Hi everyone, My names Kelly, I'm 26, work full time with the government. I am currently living in Geelong with a friend after relocating back to Melbourne from having 7 years in Adelaide. But the commute to work each day is too much so looking to relocate back to Melbourne. I'm pretty quiet, like to stay active both during the week and the weekends. I'm not really a party girl but I don't mind the odd glass of wine. I respect other people's privacy and like to keep a house neat, tidy and clean as I go - no one wants to spend a whole day cleaning right :) I've lived out of home since I was 18 and in sharehouses before. Sharing with people who don't mind hanging out every now and then would be a bonus. I don't like drama so you can be assured that you wouldn't be getting any from me :) I currently do have a car so somewhere that has on street parking would be great. If there's anything else you would like to know please let me know. Move in date is completely flexible. Thanks :) xx
My name is Joseph (25) and here on a second working holiday visa, just returned from the farms. Originally, I am from the Netherlands. I have lived in Melbourne for nine months before and I would like to stay here for another couple of months! I am not shy for quiet nights, but if there is a good party somewhere in the weekend I will be keen!
Hi Future flatmate, I'm Varun and I just turned 26. I'm super easy going, understanding and social. Loves cooking (at least i try) and cleaning is something is my top most priority. I'd like to move in or teamup with the people who are responsible, reliable and keeps the house clean. i respect privacy and expect the same from my flatmates. Not a party boy but occasional outing is always on the calendar. I would never say no to Wine, cheese and a friendly banter. I think about food half of the time. Apart from paying rent and bills on time, i am house trained (been sharing apartments since 5 years) . See yas !
I'm a neat, reliable and great to live with. I work full time at ABC radio in Melbourne, love my work but also enjoying socialising and having fun. I'm mature, considerate and will respect your space.
I'm here from Canada for the trimester on exchange at the Deakin Burwood campus and am looking for a private room in a great furnished place to live! I'm open to meeting new people while we try to keep up with all of the Aussie slang. I can’t promise I won’t say “sorry” or “eh” every other sentence, but I can promise to be a fun housemate! I'm 21 years old in a Communication Studies program. I'd like to think that I'm easy to get along with as I'm a pretty social person but can keep to myself, especially while doing homework and I like to keep the house clean. I'm passionate about wine and cheese nights and do enjoy going out for drinks. While I'm definitely not a gourmet chef, I'll try my best to make a house dinner every now and then. I’ve heard that Melbourne is the hotspot for festivals and cool things to do, and can’t wait to see what the city has to offer. I'm planning to remember the “study” aspect of studying abroad, but I am adventurous and hoping to make the most of my time in Australia. I'm really looking forward to escaping the Canadian winter and cannot wait to make the beach my second home, once I find my first home before the trimester starts. I'll be arriving in the middle of Feb and staying until the middle/end of June. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions!
Hi I'm Lisa! I'm looking to live in the St Kilda with a fun person or people. You'll find me off for a jog, exploring the city, travelling, hanging out with my boyfriend, or being social. I'm tidy, have lived with people before, & am easygoing.

Friendly, respectful and very tidy. I'm studying a Bachelor of Graphic Design. I'm from regional Victoria and moving down to Melbourne for uni. I'll be studying full time and have a part time job. If I'm not at school or work I love to hang out on the weekend.
Easy going. Mature. Pick up after myself. Quiet and friendly. Respectful of others and their space. Gym way more often than I go out, but can definitely tend to dance around the house sober more often than not haha, feel free to join in :) but just looking ultimately to get into a place closer to work as I work full time for Life fitness in Mulgrave so rent is guaranteed! Cheers The lease time on my account says one year or more, but dependant on your lease agreement I'm happy with short term or long term stay :)
A couple of young and ambitious mates looking to get ideally an entire house of 3+ bedrooms. We enjoy cooking, entertaining, socialising, the ever too occasional glass of wine, going out for meals, good company, very much into health & fitness and on the other hand definitely know how to have a good time. Both of us are fairly laid back so you could be loud & outgoing or can be quiet and fairly reserved, the only thing we know for sure is that our place is going to have plenty of culture and we will be enjoying the finer things in life. BBQ's might be a regularity and meeting new people is what its all about. Both are working full time, seeking a female or male in their 20's who has a good life balance! Send a message, we're friendly I promise. Looking to move out ASAP Ellie & Dave
Hey future roomies! We are two respectful Canadians here in Melbourne working for event promotion agencies. Chris and I are very clean and organized people with outgoing personalities, we are fun and love making new people! We are both determined to work as much as possible here in Melbourne and take advantage of the busy summer months in our field of work. We will be sure to respect our future roommates privacy and rules to make it an enjoyable experience for everyone!
Hi there I am a 23 yr old Canadian male whose mates are heading back to the home land, therefore I am on the hunt for another spot to live. I work full time at a venue in the CBD, majority are weekend shifts, however I work once or twice during the week as well. I am a friendly, clean and sociable individual who also respects and enjoys my own privacy.
Hi, I'm a full time hairdresser originally from Brisbane. I'm friendly, easy going, tidy, shy, respectful of others privacy, love to have fun, go on adventures and explore Melbourne. In my free time I like to relax, read, watch movies, play games and go to the gym. Hope to make lots of new friends :) Thank you! xx
I am looking for a home for myself and my (outdoor) cat Scout. Currently studying urban planning at rmit so somewhere not too far from the city would be ideal. I work as a swim instructor and a lifeguard to fund life's necessities. I consider myself down to earth and respectable. Looking for a place not just to live but a home where I can share a meal/drink with my housemates. If I sound like a good fit for your home shoot me a message :)
I'm basically the best house mate ever 💁🏻 I am moving to Melbourne in the next few weeks and am looking for a room (ideally furnished - fine if not) in a house/apartment for 6 months until my friends arrive. I am a positive, honest and reliable person. I will be working a lot and I'm generally out and about all of the time. A garage would be ideal as I'm shipping my car over toooooo. Shoot me an email 🍑
Hi, I am Clean & Tidy, respectful of other people's property & items, friendly & easy to get along with; not loud or a party animal. I Enjoy cooking, watching Tv series, walking, tennis & catching up with friends and family. I work full time
Hi there lovely people! TL;DR: I'm reliable, responsible, and looking for a place to call home. Clarence here. *waves* I’m currently a second year degree student studying communication design (graphic design, really) at RMIT. I work part time in the city at a photography equipment hire company so...guess that means I'm good on rent? (: A 29yo, responsible, easy-going, sociable person who has a good sense of humour; likes the random joke; cooks every now and then (not a great cook but I try, also I’m a student, so it's cheaper, right?); watch way too much TV shows than I should (Game of Thrones, The Walking Dead, Brooklyn Nine-nine, etc.); enjoys the occasional drink (I’m a light drinker/asian flush); not big on parties (you can host your own if you want, I don't mind); loves to cycle (cheaper than getting fines from tram hopping); would love a chat at the end of the day yet am respectful of your personal space and a problem solver (not that you would have any, but that's a good to know); loves coffee (and a secret tea drinker). A nice person to hang around with (or at least no one has told me otherwise). For the rest of my time, I like to keep myself active by going for bicycle rides, runs and cafe hopping (not necessary in that order). I love photography and all things creative. My main mode of transport is by bicycle which takes me to most places. Oh, and I am tidy, non-smoker, and dislike leaving mess about the house and am very respectful of your personal space and belongings. A clean as I go kind of person. So don't you worry. Currently out of town and will be back in the first week of Feb. Feel free to chat/text me If I fit the profile you're looking for. Hear from you soon! Thanks and have a good one! :D
Im pretty easy going and down to earth, very work and study orientated and am pretty mature for my age. I come from New Zealand and moved out of home when I moved here just after I turned 16 and have been flatting/boarding ever since. I know I'm a bit young but I'm desperately in need for a new place to live in as I have to move out of the current house I'm in by March/April. Im also transgender just thought I'd put that out there because I know some people may have a problem with that. I'm very tidy and clean and am very good at cooking (perks of growing up with a chef for a step mum). I'm also about to study exercise and sports science full time at uni and I work part time at grilld (usually nights). My hobbies include going to the beach, bike riding, fishing, anything water related, writing, playing guitar and dance. I also like having my own space but can also be very social and im alway down to chat and chill out. I also turn 18 in may if that helps.
Life-long Melbournian here, avid coffee drinker and movie buff. When I'm not working full time in the city I'm probably doing casual exercise, lying on a beach, reading, visiting galleries or out on the town with a few friends. I will point out every dog I see while doing any of this. Valentin is moving back to Melbourne from France to study a BA and work full time. He was previously on a working holiday visa but loved the place so much he had to come back! He is passionate about languages, foreign cultures, novels by Jack London, Korean films and Thai food. Aspiring teacher/writer/actor. Always down to catch up over some quiet beers, on the town or in the backyard, watch some movies, and teach you some French if you're keen. Bonus points if you have a cat or dog. Of course we are both clean, respectful, reliable housemates and anything else you could hope for. Let me know if there's anything else I can tell you :)
My name is Jamie, I'm 25, from Ireland and work full time. I am a clean, tidy and respectful person. I have lived in numerous share houses so I respect people's privacy and I am always on time with rent/bills and not afraid to pull my weight with household chores. I enjoy going to the gym, working out and going out for dinner and some drinks at the weekends.
I am a professional family man originally from the UK and now duel Ozy/Brit. My family lives in Brisbane and I am working down in Melbourne. I am a quiet considerate person. I would be traveling back up to my family every 2-3 weeks. If you fancy a chat in the evenings over a glass of wine/beer that would be great. I enjoy running and cycling and meeting up periodically with friends in town.
Hi, my Name is Sima (w) and I will start studying at Monash University from February 25th to June 24th as an exchange student. I was born and raised in Berlin and I am also studying at the Freie Universität Berlin German Philolgy and History to become a teacher. Apart from that I work part-time at the IT-Department of Freie Universität. I am a very open and happy person and I love to have interesting conversations. At the same time I respect your privacy. And I love to cook and do my regular workout. I am looking for a place where I can study peacefully and safe. Apart from that I am looking for a clean appartment because I am a tidy person myself. I hope to meet nice people and have a peaceful environment. Feel free to ask me any question you have (:
Due to a recent change in circumstances, I am looking to move into a share house in the next month. I work p/t but nearly f/t hours. I am in the process of selling my unit full of furniture to make it more feasible to move into a share house, but will need some storage space. I have a piano and occasionally practice at home. My preference would be for somewhere with an ensuite bathroom, and with all bills included to simplify things. I'm also saving for a house so don't want to go overboard with the rent but flexible if the right place is found. My party days are over so I prefer flatmates that are mature and sensible. i am a clean and tidy creative, and whilst i no longer have pets, I am happy to share with someone who does. I am respectful of my flatmates and value the importance of communication. I work in the eastern suburbs at the moment but spend a lot of time commuting to the coast for equestrian activities so would be keen to either live close to work, or in the middle of both. Would love to hear from you if you are also looking at starting a share house in the aforementioned (or surrounding) suburbs, or if you have something to rent which fits the description.
I will be moving to Melbourne to start a new full time job in early February - but am looking to move at the end of January. I'm friendly, respectful and tidy. I also enjoy the occasional red wine with friends. I lead a relatively healthy and active lifestyle, currently loving barre! Would love to find a friendly household that are young professionals and ideally not a party house.
Hi, I work full time Mon - Fri in real estate In Toorak. I'm very clean and respectful of others. I enjoy Pilates, walks, movies and dining out! I'm not the best cook however originally coming from the UK, I know how to make a mean roast! I'm a keen traveller and a very social person. I would love to find someone similar and who isn't shy to have a chat here and there over a wine or 2 ;)
Hey I'm Curt, 22 from England. Very fun, easy going Englishman working in Richmond in a sales job. Have been living over this side of the world for a couple of years now and would love to settle down in or around the Melbourne area. I enjoy socialising, chilling out after work with a few beers, playing pool, cards, paragliding, mountain biking, going to festivals and events! I'm always up for trying new things and I love meeting new people.
Hi Everyone, I am currently working full time in the CBD area and looking to team up with one or two people to find an existing share house around the CBD area. Hello! We are looking to relocate from Brisbane to Melbourne for a bit of an adventure! We are both students and will work part-time. Nick is a student studying sports management at Deakin University. He is laid back, polite and very easy to get along with. Nick is originally from Cairns and has wanted to move to Melbourne for a while now. I (Katie) am a student studying human services and justice, majoring in criminology. Whilst in Brisbane I was working at juvenile (youth) justice as a caseworker. I am passionate about working with disadvantaged youth and hope to find a job in this area when I move. We are easy going, very tidy and enjoy spending our days outside exploring new places (when we are not drowning in uni work). We love movies, good food, and good company. We mostly keep to ourselves, but also enjoy socialising with others.

Otherwise I like the arts - going to the theatre/comedy/music shows and sports, love a bit of footy etc. Also a massive foodie - can cook and bake and like coffee/brunch on the weekends. I like a drink but I'm not a party animal.

Hi I'm mehrdad and I'm 26 years old. I am currently a full time student of masters of teaching in Monash university. I love pineapple and music. Deep house and techno are my favourites. I value privacy, honesty, friendship and respect. I am clean, organised, social, positive, happy, badass and fun. Through the year I'm mostly busy with the uni, placement and assignments and in my free time I enjoy going out and socialising with my amazing friends, playing Xbox or engaging with music on decks. Im clean and tidy around the house and always up for socialising and new adventures, but all round chilled out and easy going! Hi! We are Pavi and Manon (English and French) and we are both 20yo. We are exchange students at Monash University. We have been in Melbourne since last July and we lived in halls on campus (Clayton) during our first semester here. However we would like to live closer to the city so we are looking for a place to stay near Melbourne CBD for the next coming months. We enjoy eating (a lot!) so we are always looking for new places to go and eat. We also like to cook ourselves so it would be nice to have flatmates who do too! We are also always up for a drink (or two) with our friends. We are gym buddies so we are going on a regular basis to the gym. Sometimes we also enjoy staying home with a good movies/series to watch. And finally we love travelling and exploring new places around Melbourne! We are easy-going, tidy and clean. We are looking forward to meeting you! Pavi and Manon
