Hi. I'm a Brit working full time as a teacher in the Ku-ring-gai area and I need a place to stay for term three of the NSW school year. I'm looking in the North Shore (preferably lower). My budget would be around 220 for a private or 150 for shared (so lower end) A social life is important. I want to live with sociable, chilled out people who like to spend time together. I like to go out and have fun but I'm also respectful of noise / cleanness. The only absolute requirement is that there must be somewhere to park. If the building has a gym / pool or the house has a piano that's a massive bonus. Cheers, Mark
Hi, my name is Saskia and I am from the Netherlands! I will be working in Sydney (trainee) for a year and therefore looking for a nice room! I am very clean, calm and friendly. In my spare time I like to go out for dinner, going to the cinema or visit museums and parks! My move date will be the end of July (28 July), but I am willing to pay two weeks rent extra to ensure a room (after my arrival)! Let me know if you are interested to know more!
I'm a really easy-going, respectful person. I'm really clean, but not anal retentive! like a peaceful house, but I love socialising as well. I work full time for an ethical investment company and study Chinese Medicine part time at UTS. I'm very busy during the week and out a couple nights a week as well. I have an awesome cat named Tails, who is more like a dog! He goes for walks with me and is super chilled. I've got enough furniture for a 1 bedroom flat and I'm looking for either a flat of my own, or to team up with one other person to get a 2 bedroom.
My name is Maddy, I'm 20 and looking for a house to share with two rooms for rent for myself and a close friend. I'm currently a student in North Sydney and work part time as a Swimming and ESL teacher. I have prior experience to living in share houses both in Australia and overseas. We are both tidy housemates who are friendly, kind and outgoing We both enjoy others company, but I also enjoy our own space. Both enjoy being outdoors, travelling & catching up with friends. I can also cook!
Hi, I have relocated from sunny Qld to Sydney for a new job in an investment company. I am easy going, love a good chat, but also respectful of other's privacy. Likes to keep things tidy but not OCD. Most of all would like to find a place I can call home and relax after work. As I will be working in the CBD (near Circular Quay), Im looking for a place preferably close to public transport so I can commute to and from easily (train, buses or ferries). Looking for like-minded professionals to share their home.
Heya My Name-o is Sean, i'm a 32 year young professional who works for a adveristing/media company. Not much of a homebody - most of the times i'll be out and about or just cruising somewhere near the waters edge whether it's surfing, bodyboarding or just straight up swimming. Work 5 days a week and usually home late most week nights. I'd say i'm pretty laid back and easy to get along with. Nothing better than kicking back on a summers arvo, having a beer and listening to some good tunes with pals. Looking forward to finding the perfect abode!
Easy going accountant, clean and tidy. I spend most of my time at work (city), out with friends and at the beach. I never party at home as I don't like to clean all the mess the next day. I also love to spend some time in the kitchen. Mexican, Peruvian and Asian food are my favourite.
Hi my name is Maddi and I'm an American who moved here in February and am working full time in the CBD. I am going through the process of being sponsored at the moment so I will be here for atleast a year. My current lease is up July 18th so I am looking for a place I can stay 6 months or more, ideally a year. I am laid back, like clean common areas, am responsible but also like to go out for drinks on the weekends! Looking for a place near the beach with good public transport options and housemates I can get along with :)
I am a easy going person, and i'm a student of master of marketing in UTS. And i am looking for a new place to live, with a fun and kind roomie, we have a chat on the spare time or drink some tea together. I will be busy with my study but free in the holiday :)
Hi! My name is Rhedyn, I am a 24 year old Bar Manager! I am very easygoing, respectful, approachable, and tidy. I enjoy drawing, BBQs, quiet nights in, flatmate family time, board games and nights out too on the rare occasion. I am happy to cook or clean as a group but I am self sufficient as well! I look forward to hearing from you soon! Rhedyn
My name is Howard I am from Ireland I am working full time in IT for health direct. I am tidy, very easy to get on with and like to keep fit - surf, run. I am also quite and reliable. I am looking for somewhere relaxed and modern and hope to find friendly flat mate. I am a permanent resident so looking for something long term. I have put $380 a week for rent and that is the top of my budget. Always respect your own privacy but hope we can do the odd thing together :) Let me know if you think I would be suitable?
Hi. I am looking for a place in the Northern Suburbs/Beaches closer to work. I study part-time and work full time. I am looking for mature house mates who are respectful, punctual and clean. I am a professional who is still studying part-time. I am fairly busy throughout the week and I love to catch up with family and friends on the weekends. I love checking out new restaurants, a glass of wine and good conversation. I love travel, exercising, healthy eating, being creative and the water.
I'm super laid back, friendly and I know how to clean up after myself! During the week I hit the gym, work full time then come home and relax. Definitely love to be social and would like to find housemates to enjoy a glass of wine with! :)
Young married couple; have lived in London and Dublin while studying / working. We are relocating to Sydney, both on working employee sponsored Visas (457). We love nature, sports, cooking, movies and are looking to make friends.
My name's Nilson and I'm from Portugal. I'm moving to Australia for a new life experience and I plan on staying for at least 1 year while working at a International Health & Medical Services company. You would enjoy living with me because I'm neat and tidy and I enjoy cooking (Mediterranean-style). Also, I'm told that I'm a fun person to be around. I enjoy working out daily (playing tennis), I love music (Adele, Sam Smith and Ed Sheeran are among the artists I enjoy currently) and enjoy singing. I consider myself an open-minded and down-to-earth person as my multicultural upbringing has allowed me to live in many countries from Angola to the USA.
Hey everyone. I'm am relocating to the northern beaches for work, plus i love it out there!! In short, I will be moving away from my family and friends and wish to be welcomed to or create a home environment rather than a house just for sleeping. I wish to live with people who I can socialise on the couch with over dinner and TV (and wines :P), though are not offended if some days I just want to go into my room and relax after a big day :) Would love to pair up or find someone in the same situation, or perhaps has a network of friends around the Northern beaches and would be happy to consider me a friend :) not fussed on either male or female housemates.. I can/do come with big appliances like a fridge, washing machine, dryer, lounge etc if that helps :) (can also store them at my mums if not needed). I am extremely easy going, love a laugh, make friends easily, optimistic, into meditation, yoga, fitness and sports. If you think we match, send me a message :)
I'm a friendly, easy going and tidy female who enjoys outdoors sports. I'm not after a party house. I'm on a 6 month contract for work in sydney with the possibility of extension and I'm keen to rent first to check out the area. I enjoy cycling, mountain biking and skiing.
Hello guys! We are a couple from Brasil living here in sydney have been 7 months. We're very relaxed, easy going and clean people. We like to have our own space and respect the space of others, but we also would like to meet nice people, enjoy and chill. Both of us work part-time and study. We would like to live close to the beach and have easy access to bus stop, markets, shopping... Cheers!
I am a super bubbly and friendly person who works two full time jobs. I love to cook and bake so my roommate/mates will always have treats around. I am looking to live with people around my general age who are friendly and social too. I'm Australian but have been living in Canada and just recently moved back to Sydney so I don't know many people so having nice room mates would be great.
