Please only contact me if: - you are ok with a move in date between 26-28 July 2017 - your place is within 5-10 min walk from a TRAIN station (or within walking distance to the CBD) - the place has a total of 3 people or less (including myself) - the room is queen size and has a built in robe - the bathroom and kitchen are modern-ish - shared areas are relatively clean and tidy
Hello, I'm Minh, young mature busy individual looking for a decent size unfurnished room ideally with my own bathroom for a long term.. I've lived in a number of share houses/apts and always stay longer than 12 months as the idea of moving in and out frustrates me.. At this stage, i'm doing software development degree at CSU and working long hours in Japanese fine dining and also doing internship for an I.T firm in Bondi few days per week. Yes, it's quite full on. i'm mature minded, independent, organised, reliable and especially considerate about others and the sharing environment. I have a huge passion in cooking//baking and i enjoy music as well as aged rum. However, my schedule is very very tight so i barely have free time to cook up a storm. If you like a classic risotto and freshly baked croissants, you've just found your new flatmate! and there is still half bottle of Sauvignon Blanc after making the risotto! Ideally, I prefer to live with mature individual which is not based on age as it is just a number. i've shared house with people in their late 20's and my current flatmate is in his late 40's. I'm very sociable yet totally respect privacy. I'm really open-minded, bit flirty and always up for a good time while living together. At this stage, i get caught up with lots of work and study so i'm out a lots and barely have day off but I like to keep myself busy with lots of activities anyway. I go cycling and going out and about with friends for brunch and some beverage when having some spare time. There are way too many places to live, lots of apartments that is available to share in Sydney but for me, i'm looking for a place that i can call "home" not just some random AirBnb room so it will come down to the people i'm going to live with. Like minded people are great but sometimes being different is fascinating too Text and call me anytime. if i am occupied, I will get back as soon as i can. Cheers.
Hello Potential Flatmate Thanks for stopping to read my ad. I'm a chartered accountant originally from South Africa. Recently migrated to Sydney after having lived in London for almost a decade. I'm looking for a spacious, clean and modern room in a furnished: - studio, - one bed apartment, or - apartment shared with one other good-natured, professional flatmate. I'm looking to stay specifically in Bondi or Bondi Junction and for a period of at least 3 months. Like everyone else on this website, I don't have a criminal history and haven't yet travelled to the moon. But I'm communicative, honest, reliable, clean, considerate, and appropriately social. I enjoy sleeping, exercising in the fresh outdoors, listening to a broad spectrum of music, playing classical guitar and cooking. Based on the above, if you think I may fit what you're looking for, it would be great to hear from you. Thanks, James

I am 26 years old and when I am not working I love to play sports and surf. Hello, I am looking for shared accommodation for 2 people. Both of us are students and would be joining UTS in July. We are 2 male students from India. We are friendly and chilled out and would be busy most of the time with our classes and assignments. Caste, ethnicity and gender would not be an issue as long you are friendly, clean and fun to live with and most importantly, respect others' privacy. We are not party animals but yes, we do drink and smoke. But that would be very rare and occasional. Thanks, Aditya
Hello! Originally from Melbourne, I've been in Sydney for three years now. I work as an editor for a digital publisher during the week, and like to go on small adventures to national parks, galleries, gigs, the beach, out to lunch, or just catching up with friends on the weekend. I'm pretty down to earth and creative and am looking for similar housemates. I'm 28 and have lived in a number of sharehouses - I'm tidy and drama free 🙂 Amy
Hey all, I'll be moving to Sydney in early August with work and holiday visa, but my boyfriend will be out there on July 20th. We're on lookout for a shared house for my bf for three to four weeks until I come in. After I arrive in Sydney, we'll be also looking for a shared house that will accept us as a couple. I've been working in editorial business for the past two years and my bf has just walked off a marketing post at an fmcg multinational. We're both well educated, open-minded young people looking for flatmates who respect each other. Look forward to hearing back from you. Cheers
I'm a part time student at the Australian Film, TV & Radio school in Moore Park and work full time in TV production. Love the beach, running and cycle everywhere! Other interests are technology, entrepreneurship and coffee!

About me.. I’m a 28 year old female who moved back to Australia in 2016 after living in London for 5 years and travelling for 8 months. I’m from the Sunshine Coast originally and moved to Sydney for work. By profession, I'm a Recruitment Business Partner - I work full time and enjoy what I do. I’m quite a friendly and sociable person however, I also enjoy spending time alone. I like to keep fit, discover new places and eat well. I’ve been living in Mosman and I’m looking for a change of scenery.
Hi there! My name is Myriam, I'm 26 yo and French, I can cook crepes so don't miss out!! I've been in Australia for about 2 years now and looking to stay much longer :) I'm working full time as an accountant for a French company in the CBD. Don't worry though, I think I'm funnier than the accountant stereotype! I would describe myself as social and friendly, though clean and respectful of my housemates. I have experience in flatshare/houseshare, and like having a casual chat with my housemates, share a dinner, glass of wine or watch a movie together. However, I also like my own space, especially during the week, as I also need to study from time to time towards my professional qualifications (CPA). A bit more about me: I like watching footie, gymnastics, and I practice flying trapeze as a hobby. I won't be home too much during the weekends, as I like to go out, visit my friends and boyfriend. In a nutshell... I hope we can be great housemates!
