Hi! I'm Mitch. I'm looking for a relatively longer arrangement. 6-12 months or longer. I'm single, non smoker, and have no pets. I work 9-5 for a small private health insurance company. My interests outside of work include seeing live music, enjoying a beverage or two with friends and family, taking iPhone photos of other people's doggos, scrolling through the movies and tv shows on Netflix and not watching a thing, and buying pot plants. I spend a fair few weekends hanging out with my family in country Vic too. I keep my living spaces clean and tidy. I'm chill with cooking my own food or sharing meals with people. I do sometimes go for the convenience of eating out or getting lite and easy delivered weekly. I'm really sociable but also like my own space. I'm all about home being free of confrontation and stress. That's what work is for! I've lived in a really big apartment for 5 years, so I'd like to live in a similar place. Somewhere new/renovated and clean with lots of light and lots of space. Looking for 2 or 3 bedroom apartments/houses/townhouses. I don't have a preference as to living with males or females. I'm also open to getting together a group of 3 or so, and looking at some apartments/houses/townhouses. Send me a message if you're interested! Cheers, Mitch :)
Looking to create a new share or join an existing share with other positive, balanced, responsible flatmates who can cook a little, garden a little, are clean and dont take themselves too seriously. Cashed up as I work five days a week and also have a scholarship which funds my postgrad studies. Enjoy living in a decent home environment where everyone has their own lives and interests, and sharing an occasional meal together. This time around I'd like to live with people who are interested in creating a home environment and who also have a community outside of the home. I want to live somewhere with people who have their act together and expect a pleasant home environment together with mutual respect. After a larger unfurnished bedroom for QS Bed, plus a desk OR to bring furnishings into the living spaces if creating a NEW SHARE. Fridge washer microwave etc- most of the basics. Alternatively could look at storage if joining an existing share. Cat owner so after a place with an enclosed yard, not in a busy street and would prefer some room to grow us all veggies or at least a few potted herbs. Both myself and The Furry One would need a long term standard lease agreement. Bond and references available. Fitzroy North, Clifton Hill, Carlton North, Northcote, Ivanhoe East, Elwood, Elsternwick, Bentleigh, Brighton, Hampton preferably, but within about 20mins of the CBD.
I am a language teacher who is employed by a kindergarten. I'm a mature polite considerate person who is quiet tidy and does not party nor I do drugs. I'm into healthy clean eating and exercise but I do enjoy wine and chocolate I don't play music loud and I am not a party animal, I enjoy watching documentaries, art house films but I am also happy to watch comedies and shows like Seinfeld There are benefits to have me as a flatmate as I am a certified personal trainer and massage therapist so in case you would like expand on your knowledge of health and fitness I will be able to assist you plus I can teach Spanish in case you may feel like learning a new language As well I am an animal lover so if you have pets , I will be happy to feed them , care for them and walk them Thank you for taking the time to read my profile Enrique
i am a kenyan, know when to mind my own business and also know how to have fun. i am a student and also work at cabrini ashwood.
Two young professionals about to start their careers in healthcare! Both friendly, outgoing and most importantly clean housemates. Like to play netball, hockey and go to the gym. Both originally from country Victoria so we head back there every few weekends to catch up with family and friends. We enjoy catching up with friends on the weekends.
Hello! My partner and i are looking for another housemate to team up with and share a 3 bedroom place. We are looking to find a place by the middle of January 2017 and you will have to be willing to go on a year lease. We are looking to spend a max of $150 each per person for a house plus bills. I will be in my last year at Deakin doing a bachelor of commerce and Riarnne is finishing her primary teaching degree. We are both relaxed, neat and tidy people who enjoy being active. We will both be working part time. It would be nice to share a house with someone who enjoys socialising and having a few drinks every now and then. ideally someone who is finishing there Uni degree or working full time. We have both lived in share houses before. Please message us if you think you will fit in.
I'm a secondary school teacher, looking to move closer in to the city to avoid a 2 hour commute to work in 2017! I'm also finishing my degree at uni as well as working. I'm generally pretty quiet and keep to myself, and would sooner choose a night in with wine and Netflix over a party :)
I am a PhD student who would love to have a clean, organised and quite place to study. Don't watch much TV but don't mind having movie nights, also enjoy a glass of wine and a nice dinner once in a while. I like socializing but at the same time, need my privacy and time alone. Love brunching on weekends. I'm into healthy lifestyle and would like to live with people who have the similar mindset! Just recently started meditation and very new to it. I prefer no dogs in the house. :)
Clean and quiet. Works full time. Not at home most of the time.
I'm a 20 year old medical student looking for a place near the city. I'm generally kept pretty busy with study, but I like touristing around Melbourne or going out for lunch, and try to drag myself to the gym at least once a week. Next year I'm more likely to stay in for some Netflix and tea, but I do enjoy going out to bars or having a couple of friends over for drinks. Looking for a small sharehouse or unit to call home for at least a year. Ideal flatmates are easy going people around the same age, happy to share meals (I hope you like spaghetti!), and will keep up their half of the housework.
I grew up living in rural Victoria, currently at boarding school in Ballarat. Wanting to move to Melbourne for 6-7 months before my Uni course in Adelaide starts in July 2017. Living in a boarding house has allowed me to grow respect for other's belongings, space and needs, so I feel I would be a valuable asset in a prospective share house. I enjoy cooking, reading, watching movies, hockey, netball and swimming.
I'm a great sociable housemate. I can have a high energy or a very calming influence! A hairdresser by trade. Love to explore place I am living, or also relax and soak up the vibe. Clean and caring, i want to live in a nice environment !
Hello future housemate(s)! I am looking for a room, or hoping to start a new team-up in the South East suburbs of Melbourne at the start of the year. My days are pretty busy with full-time work, gym etc so I am not around the house too much. I am laid back and respect of peoples space and privacy, but like staying in a house/apartment that is social, clean and caring. I enjoy having a beer or bourbon over the weekends, but not into house parties anymore, unless they are at someone else's place ;) I am a globe trotter, having lived in too many places to count, but am calling Melbourne home for the near future. I love my work and hope to keep improving in my field. I kick-box for self care and try to scuba dive as often as I can (not enough). I enjoy all kinds of pets, but dont think I can be responsible for one just yet. I am LGBTQ friendly. I really enjoy cooking (and cooking for others), travelling and staying fit. I am quite an active person and usually try to do something fun over the weekends. I like people who are independent, but also enjoy adventuring and communal activities with housemates. I have a car and almost always willing to go for a drive/give a ride if I am not at work. I love a good coffee and hope to get to know you better over one. Any questions, let me know.
Hi there I'm Kirsty, a budding writer. Being a drug and alcohol worker pays my rent/bills but I'm making space in my life to spend more time writing and pursuing creative goals. Single, never married, no kids. I'm healthy, balanced, friendly, clean and responsible. I'm funny too. Well, I think I'm funny. I'm into exercise, meditation, writing, animals, cooking, TV series', socialising. I love down time too though and have been known to binge watch and not leave my bedroom for awhile. I don't drink or use drugs. I like to travel and get away for the weekend sometimes. I'm friendly and open but I also like as much space and privacy as the average person and offer the same to others. I earn enough to be fully self supporting and pay my rent/bills.

Hi - I'm Glenn. I have a long history working in the helping type fields such as nursing and psychology with multiple undergraduate and post graduate degrees. I am very caring, empathic, considerate and have always been compassionate towards others, regardless of who they are or where they've been. I guess humility, acceptance and openness are some of my key values/traits and although my path is not the same as others, I love to hear about other people's past experiences and their hopes and visions for the future. More recently, I have been focusing on my music composing and looking at how I can use my skills to generate an additional income whilst doing something that I have always loved. Initially, I have created alliances with video game developers to provide background music, but I have always wanted the music I write to be more uplifting than to purely motivate people to slay the purple dragon and find the blessed magic brussel sprout (Clearly with that description, I don't play video games - but hey... that is a great idea for a game yeah??) I'm currently liaising with wedding planners and wedding celebrants to provide personalized music that couples can use as part of their wedding day. Songs that not only express how they feel about each other but promote this love and excitement in others. But, the desire to make people feel special goes much deeper than this. Last year, a friend was suicidal and in a very bad way. She had several admissions to hospital, and some very intense treatment. It was heartbreaking that she was unable to see just how beautiful and special she is and just how much she is love by those around her. I wrote her a song titled "We love you" which tried to remind her of that fact. (You are welcome to listen to it). So, I feel passionate about reminding people when they just cant see it - through music - just how important they really are - I hope I can do that more. I'd love to set up some kind of not for profit organisation where I can write individual, personalized music for people purely to help remind them that they are important. I'm leaning towards the name 'Every Note' because when it comes to music, each note works together to create an overall piece of musical truth and beauty. I think that is just as applicable to people. Every person is inherently important and an integral part of the world. Plus, I think music in its various forms, is so influential on people individually, yet at the same time joins our collective souls. I also LOVE animals - and I have two adorable cats. You don't have to love them - but I could never live with a cat hater. I am their carer, protector, food giver (most importantly) - and they rely on me. Having them is a gift and I don't take that lightly. I need somewhere that they would feel comfortable. I also enjoy doing woodwork as a hobby - although I'm pretty bloody useless at it - but it doesn't seem to have lessened my enthusiasm for some reason. Not sure why that is. I pretty much get on with anyone and seem to be able to find something to talk about. I make a point of making people feel comfortable and welcome without being over the top. I'm probably more mature now and settled and stuff and enjoy more quieter times - but I still tend to get excited over someone saying "Hey.... why don't we....." which usually results in a "*#@^ yeah! That is brilliant" I'm very respectful, considerate, empathic and compassionate, and a great listener. But, I'm also sensitive to other people's needs and respect my own and others personal space. Oh and I also make a point of trying to do volunteer work where I can - that has previously included cleaning out, washing dog yards at the RSPCA, being a welcomer/cuppa person for people attending the Salvation Army who are experiencing difficult times, to try and make them feel at ease, Hon secretary for community support group and I am currently volunteering as Treasurer for a not for profit, community support group. As a bonus I also come with an unlimited supply of lame jokes and am the person to have on your trivia team if the subject "Hits of the 80's"ever comes up. Probably crapped on enough. Cheers Glenn
We just arrived Melbourne. 27 old engineers. Now, no work as engineer but hope to find soon. We r social, talkative persons and from Turkey. We can hang out together some nights out side.
Annie, 20 years old, first time moving out. Hoping to relocate in order to find more suited work experience for my uni course. Also keen to make a change and gain a little more independence. I am pretty easy going and really do value being clean. I would love to meet some friendly housemates who don't mind having a laugh and a chat from time to time but of course I understand the importance of having your own space.
Hi! I will be moving to Melbourne early next year to start a full time job. I'm a reasonably neat person with terribly average cooking skills. I'm pretty easy going and love to try new things. Would love to find a friendly household with some flatmates who can help me settle in to Melbourne. I've put down to stay 3 months but am definitely open to a longer stay. Also a bit flexible with move in date :)

Both Haydn and myself are from Perth moving to Melbourne in pursuit of study and work experience. I, Mitch, am studying outdoor recreation full time and Haydn is a qualified chef so both of us are very outdoors and motivated people to stay with. We are very respectful towards our other house mates and easy to live with as our schedules allow only to be home night hours as our days will be filled with work or studying.
Moving to Melbourne from Country Victoria in Mid January for work until the end of June. Teacher who has secured work in St Kilda East/Caulfield during term 2 2017, this will be supplemented with regular emergency work in term 1. I have an impeccable rental history with favourable references from all previous housemates. Looking for a quiet sociable house/flat with professionals. I am a healthy active person, I will be working through the week and try to keep active on weekends with riding, camping and football taking up most of my days. I am social but am well past the party stage of life. I hope to hear back. Ben
Im 20 I work to jobs at a pub in Richmond and hogs breath in chadstone. Next year I'll be studying at William Anglos so between studying and working you'll hardly see me. I can also cook and love to cook for big groups.

I'm into outdoor stuff, camping, exploring and clubbing. I'm a half decent cook and I'm obsessed with cheese. 🤗

I love my basketball/soccer and my films! (especially sci-fi) I consider myself a neat and respectful person and am always ready to lend a hand when needed! If you have a place next year, I am your man! Regards, Jai
Apart from having traits you want in a housemate like being clean and tidy, washing up their dishes and making sure food in the fridge doesn't go mouldy etc, I've lived with lots of people before so i can adapt to different personality types and the different ways we all live ☺️ I'm a super busy person which means I'm not home a lot, I work both morning and night times, but I love to go out and relax with friends or unwind at home with a glass of wine and tv (food network is always a winner). I love to cook, but I'm from a big family so I believe home cooked meals are to be enjoyed together and time should be spent together.
I am Sherica 26 years old from Philippines, i am taking up nursing in ACU. I am a fun and God fearing person who respects other people's properties. Clean and tidy at all times. I am currently living in Kew area and need to move out soon. I work most of the times. I am very friendly and outgoing 😊

Hi! My name is Yoseph. I'm indonesian and I'm 25 years old. At the moment, I'm studying Master of Biotechnology in Melbourne University. I'm cheerful, easy-going, and mature =) I enjoy playing badminton, table tennis, and volleyball. I love sushi =)
Hi there, I'm a 32 year old professional looking for a new place to stay! I work long hours but when I'm home I enjoy socialising but also enjoy the quiet times too. I like to hang out with friends, bars and pubs with some tunes, AFL (massive hawks fan) and go to the gym, cycle etc. I am a respectful, clean and considerate person and come from a 3 bedroom home, so have all furniture to utilise! I'm looking for someone who is similar in having a chat and a laugh, but also likes their downtime too. I have children, but they don't live with me. They generally stay one weekend per fortnight/month. Most of the time we aren't home and really come home to sleep and then up and about the next day. Can make alternate arrangements if required, but this has generally not been a problem in the past with housemates If you'd like to know any more, then let me know and I'll be happy to share!
Hello potential roommate! My name is Kyran, I've lived in Geelong for the last four years. I finished my bachelor in Architectural Technology this week and I'm looking to move back up to Melbourne now that I am done. Though I loathe the term, I am best defined as an entrepreneur. I'm starting up a retail power company. Other than that I fancy myself a bit of a chef. I'm into eating and living healthy. I practise martial arts, meditate and read. Comes fully house trained. I enjoy living in a clean house. That translates to things like; washing dishes nightly, packing up after finished, and general organisation. Other than that I've run a share house for the past 3 years. I am looking for a room big enough for a queen sized bed. I also use a fair bit of freezer space. I've got a few goodies that I would be bringing, all of which I'm happy to be communal. Things like a push button coffee machine, sous vide cooker, Olympic weights, fitness gear, and other bits and bobs. My ideal house mates are future friends. That tends to be people who are ambitious, enjoy a healthy lifestyle, and love a deep conversation.
Hi future flatmates! I'm from the Netherlands and looking for a place to stay during my exchange at Monash University. I'm always up for a shared meal, a nice chat or a glass of wine. :)
Hello future housemates, Originally from Ocean Grove I am moving to Melbourne for work and listed the 10th of Jan as a potential move in date, however I am flexible. I like to think I'm a good all rounder. I love sport, particularly AFL but am hardly a mans man. I am pretty active but am easily convinced into eating whole family pizza, washed down with a few beers. I love the outdoors (am passionate about the environment) but am equally at home reading the paper (on my phone) in a cafe. I'm not very fussy and prefer to be accommodating rather than quarrelsome. I'm conscious and respectful of others, clean and tidy and definitely eager to make a positive contribution to a new household family. Most of all I am looking forward to meeting my new housemates!
Hi, I am looking for a share house with friendly people as I need a new place to live from January on. I am working full time at a University in IT and like spending my spare time with friends and playing sports but also like to have a good chat with my flatmates. Beside of that I'm a clean, tidy and easy going person. The preferred length of stay is flexible, I am happy to discuss longer or shorter, the move in date is also not fixed, basically looking to move in January. I have a lovely miniature schnauzer together with my ex-partner so I would welcome the option to have the dog living with me full or part time.
I like to keep to myself but enjoy socialising also. I'm borderline OCD so i love to be clean and in a clean environment. I work full time. Love animals, would love to have a pet one day. I'm bad at writing bios also :)
I'll be in Europe in January/February and am looking for a place for when I get back to Melbourne at the end of February. I've spent nearly 2 years out of home so I know how to survive by myself. I love going out and being social but I also like to have some quiet time occasionally. I'm studying Commerce/Journalism at Monash and work part-time so I lead a pretty busy life but I still need people to be able to relax and destress with. I'm clean, organised and will always pay my bills on time. I'd love to find a great bunch of people to live with so get in touch.
I'm 21 years of age and work full time in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. I'm a fun bubbly person who loves to catch up with friends regularly and be productive on weekends. I study part time through work so I tend to be a bit of a hermit from time to time. I'm a very clean person, making sure all communal areas of the house are clean all the time. I like to interact with my housemates but I also love to be on my own and enjoy the peace and quiet. If you think I'd make a good housemate, give me a message. Looking to move out in January!
Hi, my name is Jess and I am looking for a place where my cats and I would be welcomed. If you have a garage and would prefer the cats not to be in the house then I'd be happy to set them up out there. I am a smoker but smoke outside. I am looking for a place to stay from 4 months to year. I am friendly and easy going, punctual with payments. Ideally looking for a bungalow but if my cats are welcome then I am happy with anything
We are a quiet, respectful English couple who have a passion for adventure, outdoors, travel, sports and great at cooking. We are clean, tidy and easy to get along with. We are social and love sharing our stories but also enjoy our own time. We look forward to hearing from you!
Hi there, I'm moving to Melbourne Feb next year to study and take casual work whenever I can. It will be busy so you might not see much of me, but I am easygoing, reliable and clean :-)
I'm a shy, retiring type who enjoys staying busy through out the week. Enjoy staying active and my qualities include looking out for others. I work during the week and volunteer during the weekends, and like to work around the house during my downtime. I am a person who has a hard time sitting still ... my work colleagues say it's a gift, but my family say it's a curse ; depends who you ask! I am honest and reliable, and respect other people's property and privacy. If you require any further information about me, please do not hesitate to contact me. Referees provided upon request.
I am currently busy studying and working casually in Camberwell. I'm also a film critic so chatting about media is my favourite. Looking to move into a shared environment. I'm not much of a party animal but I love watching Netflix and chatting. I also love to cook (and bake) and am both neat and considerate. I also have furniture to contribute if needed (fridge, couch, bookshelves, dining table).
Professional female working in the communications and marketing, looking to find a cheaper place than my current unit. I have a great sense of humour (quirky), fairly neat and tidy sort of person, good with money and enjoy films, books, and art and culture around Melbourne. Can also cook! Would like to share with a similar sort of professional female/s, not really into the party scene any more but wouldn't pass on a good night of wine etc. every now and again, and am dog friendly too (allergic to cats unfortunately). Like my own space, including cooking etc., but also would like to share with someone friendly to catch up on the week/day :-) I have a large-ish queen sized bed and matching sides and tallboy so would need slightly larger room rather than smaller. Possibly 3m x 3.5m ish. Would also need broadband internet or availability at least for computing, Tv etc.
Hi there, Its Azam (Aaaaaa-zam), a simple, tidy, empathetic and an international student who happens to be a technology and snooker enthusiast, came all the way from Pakistan in order to pursue master's degree majoring in ''Information Systems'' at Deakin's buwood campus. It has been 10 months now since i got here and recently finished my 2nd semester. I am looking for a ROOM either in a shared house or apartment with friendly, laid-back and tidy housemates but it would be highly considered if the place is furnished and close to Uni. Feel free to contact me and help me find a best and reasonable option, Cheers.
Hi, I am a busy and active 23yo nurse. I am looking for a house around balwyn, kew, hawthorn, richmond and surrounding suburb areas. Am easy going, laid back person who loves to keep busy and be out and about being social and keeping active when I am not working. I do however like to have some down time when I can fit it in. I do come with a beautiful small sized golden retriever dog who has a very kind nature, is very well behaved and just loves to always be around people. I do take full responsibility of her. I would just ask you treat her kindly :) I am looking for a like minded house mate who wouldn't mind having a nice chat and sharing a meal on occasion but are also happy to go on about our day to day activities and be comfortable in each others space. Looking for a room from around the start-mid January.
