LOOKING TO TEAMUP AND RENT OUT A TOWNHOUSE OR UNIT WITH A FEMALE! Happy to move out around May onwards. I'm a fun bubbly outgoing young gal. Love my own space but then again company and banter is great! I currently live at home with my mother and it's time for me to adventure out there. I am working part time in childcare and studying my diploma. In my spare time I enjoy getting outdoors and exploring our beautiful country , the beach hanging with mates and enjoying life. I'm very much a people person so I gel with majority of people!
Hi there, My name is Ryan and I am looking for a new place to call home. Currently I have been living in a big modern house on the north side of Brisbane for the last 5 years. I have been the head tenant with most of the responsibility, and own most of the furniture. Our lease is coming up shortly, and I would like to move somewhere more central, whilst not paying an incredible amount of rent. Hoping to pay less than $220/week including bills. I am open to teaming up with someone to move into a town house or finding a nice granny flat etc too. I am looking to live with either 1, or max 2 other people. I can also provide furniture and appliances (couches, fridge, washing machine, microwave, plates, bowls, pots and pans, cutlery, dining table, chairs, desk, Balinese furniture, outdoor table, other appliances etc), but if not that's ok too as I can simply sell or store them elsewhere. I have a very well trained, friendly 10 year old male maine coon cat who I would love to bring with me. He is mostly a lazy indoor cat, likes his sleep and doesn't mind other furry friends. We are best of buddies and have been through a lot together, and it would be great to live with people who would also enjoy the company of a mini tiger :) I have recently been working as a warehouse assistant, and also study business and IT on the side. I also receive government help as I do have a disability, which would not affect my ability to live with someone else independently. I am hoping to find something relaxed with little to no dramas, judgements or arguments. A place with a decent sized room, air conditioning (just for the hot periods, and not necessarily in the room itself). My cat is used to wandering outside for the odd walk around the yard so I would also prefer to live somewhere that has a backyard/courtyard. I am the kind of guy who is social with his housemate/s, but can also as easily keep to myself. I would prefer to live with friendly, supportive people who don't take living situations too seriously. I am indeed responsible, respectful, caring, open, very clean (dislike mess), honest, and reliable. What I am not into is drinking copious amounts of alcohol (the odd glass of spirits is ok), smoking (but do not mind if you do smoke), or constant partying. These days I am more into social events, lots of exercise and the gym, self development, watching a good movie, meditation, reading, gardening, nature or heading to the beach. I am also vegan. If you like the sound of me, please send me a message as I am keen to find my next long-term house mate/s and home to be. I have not provided my mobile number as I would prefer to build rapport over message first, and then chat on the phone :) Thanks for your time and hope to hear from you, Ryan
Hi guys! My girlfriend and I are looking to move out around the north of Brisbane, preferably closer to Toombul/Nundah area as it is super convenient for my girlfriend to go to ACU. She is from France and will be finishing her Bachelor degree at ACU and I work for a mechanical engineering place. We also have a young border collie puppy with us so we will require some yard/courtyard! We are super tidy and respectful. When we are home we like to spend our time by watching Netflix or cooking some delicious food. But we try to go out as much as possible to the beach or somewhere nice to chill out. We love chatting to other people but also know how to give people privacy. We don't smoke and don't drink (that much), maybe just a drink or two now and then. Please don't hesitate to message me if you are interested!
Hi guys I work full time in the valley. I’m quite a socialble guy, I don’t mind having a chat but still can respect your space also. I’m into sports (mainly basketball), beach and video games. My ideal roommate would have to be tidy and respectful of privacy. I’m looking to move out ASAP so feel free to flick me a message.
Outgoing down to earth English guy with a 9 month old house trained puppy! Work full time and go to the boxing gym after work most nights, out and about on the weekends exploring, hiking or going to the beach! Clean & tidy.
I'm a full-time academic with Charles Sturt Uni and I'm also completing my PhD with QUT. I work and write from home and am prepared to cover additional costs associated with that. NBN is a requirement and a deal breaker if it's not available at your address. My partner visits overnight once a fortnight and brings our happy & friendly little dog for a sleepover. About me: I'm trustworthy and thoughtful. While I love a coffee/tea & a good yarn, I'm very independent. I will respect your space and expect you do mine. Around the house I'm clean and tidy and when things are fair and respectful I'm a very happy soul. When I'm not working, writing or reading, then I'll be walking, yoga stretching, thinking in the garden, sharing food with friends or watching a B grade movie. If you see a fit with your share house or apartment, please text my mobile or message me on flatmates. Cheers Susan

I enjoy exercising and maintaining a creative lifestyle as well as spending time outdoors.

Love horror movies, keeping active and having a good laugh 😊 I will admit I do swear a bit..thought I'd add that in so I don't offend anyone! Love the footy and UFC 😊I'm not the best at cooking but happy to learn and become the next Gordon Ramsay! I love watching sport and love the footy! What else? As a nurse I'm tied to the shift work life (damn night shifts!!) but I have got the art of the tip toe down pat! I also love animals so no probs if u already have any at ur place 😊
Hello, my name is Brittany! I'm looking for somewhere to live that is fairly quiet, clean and close to public transport and an all female place or almost all female place. I just finished Year 12 so I don't work at the moment but I am looking for a job and I'm looking into tafe. I enjoy reading, watching movies, art and animals. I am shy so I tend to keep to myself and I'm definitely not a party person. At the moment the most I can afford is $150 including all bills.
I’m Bek, I’m working part-time, but do full time hours as a manager. I am laid back, sociable and like to have a few drinks on some weekends, but do enjoy just relaxing by myself after shifts. I like to have things clean and tidy. I usually spend my days off with friends & if not just relaxing. I love making new friends & meeting people. I am happy to move into an already shared home, but have also been looking at properties to rent starting a new share house. If that interests anyone let me know! I always have my rent & bills paid on time. :)
I’m clean & tidy, respectful of people’s personal space! I do enjoy a family social dinner with housemates and a wine or 2 on the weekends but also like my time on my own! Looking for a fun and creative household to join! I have two Boston Terriers who are inside/outside dogs and love being social
Hi I’m Mitch, I’m an 18 year old looking to find my feet in Brisbane. I finished studying at nudgee college last year as a boarder from Toowoomba. So now I’m currently trying to make the move from Toowoomba back to brisbane. I enjoy living a healthy active lifestyle. Many of my interests and hobbies are sports such as cricket rugby league and basketball. I consider myself to be chilled out and a good bloke. I am very respectful of others property and of others privacy. So if any of you guys can help me out I’d love for you to help me find my feet. Thanks a lot
Hi future housemates! I am moving to Brisbane in February. I'm a physiotherapy student studying my 4th and final year! I will be working as a physiotherapist in hospitals around Brisbane finishing my uni clinical placements, as well as a gymnastics coach. I am a friendly, upbeat person, always up for a chat, a Neflix/Friends/Grey's Anatomy sesh, a casual glass or two of wine and maybe a fun night out, but I also like my personal space. I like going to the gym, cooking, shopping, exploring, or going to the beach. I am always respectful, mindful of my fellow housemates, clean and tidy. Nonsmoker, no children, no pets (but I love dogs) I have a great previous rental history and have done the whole house share thing so the do's and don'ts. Looking somewhere to live somewhere $200-250 close to the CBD/North of the River with a nice homely feel. I would prefer a housemate/s to be of similar age, female or co-ed. I will be moving to a new city so and don't know anyone so being able to build a friendship and a home not just somewhere to sleep would be an added bonus! Furniture wise I have a fridge, some bedroom furniture, TV and a heap of kitchen stuff. The ideal place would be a nice apartment/house, with my own room big enough to fit a Queen bed and own bathroom, AC, parking, close to public transport, a balcony perfect for drinking wine on and a supermarket nearby.
I'm the perfect housemate as I'm never home. I'm always doing something to keep myself busy. I work full-time as a physiotherapist Mon-Fri, I love keeping fit so Ill either be at the gym in the morning or afternoon. I enjoy surfing so I head up the coast most weekends and I don't mind the odd social drink. Additionally I have an unconditional love for coffee so I'm constantly trying new cafes around Brisbane. All in all but I'm a genuine and down to earth guy who is very approachable and always keen for a chat.
I am 28 yo male, living on me own and after a shared accommodation relatively nearer to city. I am full time working professional (engineer in constructions) and moved in Brisbane 5 months ago but settled in Northern suburbs because my work place is also in north. Now, I want move nearer to city as now has my own car. So distance now no more an issue. Even if your room is not furnished, I have my own stuff for room and even some common utilities stuff, like TV, fridge, washing machine etc.. and wont mind sharing with my flatmates. My preference is to have own room but hopes, will find an very friendly atmosphere in a place I could feel home. After work, I am usually up for chat and love too cook food (occasionally not regularly). Food I cook tastes more if cooked on gas stove. Place with a garage or reserved parking would be an additional plus. Place somewhere nearer to expressway that can get me to northern suburbs easily. Yes afterall, need a good night sleep, so a relatively quieter place in working days. Weekday, I don't mind noisy nights. I don't smoke at all, so would prefer a non-smoking place. In short, after a place, where we can meet friends and experience the life of this very cultural city. If you think we can group up for leasing a place or can fit me in, please get in touch...... We can get to talk further details from there. Thanks Shojat
I'm a 21 year old female studying a Bachelor of Education at QUT KG, while also working full time at St Pius OSHC, Banyo. I keep a clean kitchen, and bathroom but don't mind if you're a little messy. I love fun nights out or easy Netflix nights in. I'm a fun loving friendly person who is looking for nice, friendly people to move in with :)
I recently started my full-time job as a radiographer at a hospital in Chermside (I graduated from QUT at the end of 2017). I'm 21 and from Toowoomba originally (but have rented in Brisbane for the last 4 years). I'm looking for a 2-3 bedroom place with friendly housemates, that’s easy to maintain and keep tidy (probably preferably a townhouse or apartment). I will be doing a lot of shift work (late nights, weekends and on call) throughout the year and so would like a place with 1-2 girls/boys who are also are studying/working, would be keen to occasionally chill/ have a drink but also enjoy time alone to unwind and are cool with me being out of the house a lot. I'd be keen to move into an existing sharehouse or find somewhere new with you (I have a fridge, couches, dryer, etc I could bring to the place). Feel free to shoot me a message if you're interested (my current lease ends 30 Jan, hoping to find somewhere before then). Thanks!
