Easy going, likes to socialize, likes to keep things clean and organized, likes going out for a drink or to grab a bite. Will be working full-time for eight months as part of a traineeship. Will be arriving in Sydney on the 27th of February
I'm a 32 year old professional working in the cbd. I'm out and about a lot, enjoy pilates, the gym and checking out new bars (although not necessarily in that order!). I work pretty long hours but it would be nice to have a chat over a glass of wine every now and again.
Hi, my name is Leonardo, I'm from Brazil and I'm here working and studying. I'm lawyer in Brazil, so I am studying to be lawyer in Australia as well. I have visa until August 2020, so I 'm looking for a nice people, it doesn't matter wherever are from, to rent and share a house together. I am very responsible and tidy and easy going, so I'm looking people with the same vibe. Can be men or women. I like to go outside, sports, hikes, play music (I'm musician) and stay with friends.
Hi! I'm a third year Biology student in University of Sydney, currently looking for a private room to stay from 26th Feb onward. Why am I great to live with? I've been in boarding school for 5 years since 13yo and been living in a share room for about two years in Sydney. Now I'm planning to find my own room and enjoy my life here in Sydney before going back to Malaysia. I am a tidy person, but not such a freak so don't worry about that haha. I'm an INFP, quiet but don't mind chatting and discussing about things and having few drinks now and then. I don't mind having pets in the house too, even though I don't have one. Do contact me on snapchat: izzafina or just message me here (psst I may look like Chinese but I'm not, I'm Malay) Looking forward to be your housemate! :D
I am a friendly student studying at the University of Sydney looking for somewhere close by to live. I tidy up after myself, am social and respect your personal space
Currently a student studying at King's College London, but moving to Sydney for one semester as part of a study-abroad programme. I'm a clean and respectful housemate, easy going and no hassle to live with. I'm looking forward to getting to know the city, and find a great place to do that. My interests include music, sport, socialising and reading.
I'm a student from the UK working full time in Sydney as a biochemistry researcher at USYD. I'd love to meet new people and get to know the city! I love to cook and hang out but completely respect people need their personal space. While in Sydney I want to visit galleries, try out some new sports and travel to see some more of Australia! I wouldn't describe myself as a party animal but I do love a good bar with good beer.
I am an international male student (26). My campus is in city Sydney. I am looking for a FURNISHED house, which is CLOSE TO CITY, to share with ONLY one tenant who is clean, tidy and respectful. I need a quiet and silent house in which there is SEPARATE ROOM and BATHROOM for me with shared kitchen and hall. I am studying, working part time, and exercising every day. I usually come back from uni or working in the evening and then go to do some exercise. Also, I need to move in on February any date and my preferred length of stay is at least 6 months. Lastly, my budget is $280/w (INCLUDING EVERYTHING).
My name is Shane and I work full-time in the marketing team of a video game publisher in Ultimo - dream job! ;) I love playing games, watching movies, chilling out and listening to music, going on hikes and hitting the beach. I enjoy keeping to myself but am always up to hang out or share a drink/meal. I like to keep my living spaces clean and am happy to get my hands dirty to maintain a place. I love meeting new people and going on adventures on the weekend :)
I am a 20 yr old male who is easy going. I am looking for a house that is friendly , clean and tidy. I am happy to have a chat and meal but also respectful of peoples own space. I am neat and tidy and clean up after myself. I am a chef so I do work long hours and shift work but I am mindful of that when I come home late in terms of noise. It means I will not always be around on weekends having days off usually during the week.
I am semi-retired, relaxed and easygoing. LGBT+ friendly. I love sailing and cycIing. I have eclectic tastes in food, music and movies. I am quiet but not shy, inclusive and supportive. I respect the privacy of others and won't annoy you when you need quiet time. p.s. I don’t have a dog anymore so if you do that is a bonus
Hey there! I'm Kim, I'm currently working full time in Architecture and I'm looking for a private room around Chippendale, Ultimo or anywhere in close vicinity to Broadway or Central Park! I'm really clean and tidy, I definitely enjoy the company of others but I still maintain the respect for other's privacies. I'm an avid fan of traveling, so if you're up for road trips and such, I'm so down for it. Hehe! I plan to move out of my current place in North Sydney by early March but I can push moving into the new place by late February. My tentative stay duration is at least 3 months and I'll even consider extending if I really like the place :) Hit me up if you'd like a new super fun room mate!
We pride ourselves on our sense of humour, our cleanliness, our active lifestyle, dedicated work ethic. Ben's into video games and horror movies, both of us like romantic comedies and bro comedies, and both of us love swimming, picnics and trips to the beach.
Hello, I'm a clean, friendly and quiet person who is moving from New Zealand to Sydney for full time work. I love spending time just listening to music, binge watching way too many tv shows and exploring new places - especially for food! I'm the type of person who mostly keeps to herself but once you get to know me I am a pretty open person. I know how to respect people's privacy, and like to keep things clean and tidy, but would like to live in an environment where we can become friends.
Hi, This is Kamer looking for a room around CBD, Rose Bay, Edge Cliff, Redfern, Enmore, Newtown area. Being a very easy-going and considerate, respectful and calm person, I have been very well-adjusted with professionals and students in sharing a place. Cleaning, taking care of the place, behaving positively and always fixing problems with a calm attitude is how I act around the house environment. I work full time. I always try to follow a healthy lifestyle and prepare my own food. I also try gym 3-4 days a week. I am not a good drinker and drink only at social occasions, birthdays and parties. I am not a smoker and would prefer a house in which smoking is banned. I am looking a single/private room. My move-in date is flexible as I can also move in in 2 weeks. Please do not hesitate to contact me or ask questions. Please feel free to text or send a message. Sincerely and Thanks, Kamer
I am reasonably quiet, enjoying "me-time" while reading, playing video or board games, and doing crafts. I can also be sociable, although I prefer dinner and small parties to going out clubbing and large events. I do enjoy cooking and baking :) I am moving to Sydney from Brisbane, although I am originally from France.
I'm super chilled out, I basically get along with everyone. I'm tidy. Like a chat, also like my downtime and respect peoples space. I'm from Fremantle originally, grew up travelling with my family through Asia. I later ended up moving to Melbourne where I did bartending for two years on and off whilst working on photography exhibitions. I've recently relocated to get back to the beaches and am again bartending. I'd love to check out a room if you have one on offer and come over for a chat :)
Career focused public servant and studying masters part time. Recently single with some great friends. Enjoy a coffee and the Economist on Sunday mornings, good dining at home or out, and the occasional film or show. Travel interstate every couple of months and try to get overseas in July or August. Jewish - observant but not strict. I'm cool with bacon in the house. Celebrate Shabbat on Friday nights and festival meals (Passover etc) with dinner either at home or with friends. Happy to include others.
I'm Gabriele, 26 years old male student from Rome, Italy. I'll move to Sydney at the beginning of March to study at UTS for a PhD in Pharmacy. I'm looking for a place to stay for a few months just to settle up in Sydney, and if the place is good it could become my definitive place! I'm an easy going and tidy guy, I love to live in a quiet place and to cooperate with my flatmates in order to keep it clean. But I also enjoy to have fun with good company, especially during the weekends. I'm a really good cook, therefore great meals are included with my company! ;)
Hi I'm Oli. I'm tidy, clean and friendly and like to get out and about at the weekends! Currently working full-time for an events/photography company in Chatswood. Looking for a place to move in with my girlfriend at the end of February. She’s very outgoing and great to live with!
My name is Andrea. I'm 29 years old from Manila, Philippines, and I just recently moved Sydney to start a new full-time job in The Rocks area (I work in Finance in a Big 4 accounting firm). As my first time living in a new country, I'm looking for a welcoming, homey place (fully-furnished private room) with good location (near a train station and bus stops as alternative mode of transport) and easy-going flatmates. I initially just had one week to look for a semi-permanent place to stay before my work started so I just took the most decent one I could find that was available right away and I was not really able to take my time and look for somewhere I can settle. I would prefer an initial minimum stay of 3 months, but will hopefully extend if it's the right fit. I'm pretty easy going myself, loves to travel (when I get the time), enjoys bonding over good food and drinks. I value privacy but I prefer if my flatmates can be my friends as well and won't act like complete strangers. Growing up in a family-oriented environment, it will also be nice if the flatmates won't mind a very occasional (read: once or twice a year) visit from a friend or a family member.
Looking for a place ASAP. Our budget is $350 - $400 but we can definitely be increased for the right place if we love it. We can be very flexible with how long we rent for... Either short term rental for a week or two OR we can also look at renting for up to 3-6 months. We may be open to extending beyond 6 months but initially we need to see how it goes with our visas as currently we can only stay in Australia until the end of October. We: Are a married couple from the UK Friendly Can be as sociable or as in sociable as our flatmates want Can easily adapt to new living situations Are reliable Are clean, tidy, organised Will both working in the week (HR Manager and Engineer turned Carpenter) Love to go out in the week to events e.g. comedy nights, live music, breweries etc Enjoy exploring at weekends in our 4WD- hiking, beaches, camping etc. We will need somewhere to park our car (on street is fine) and ideally internet and bills to be included in the overall rent. Thanks for looking at our profile 😊 (we are on facebook so you can check out our profiles and learn a bit more about us)
