Hey guys! I just moved from Melbourne and I'm studying Engineering/Business Management at UQ, so I want to move into a share house in Brisbane. Ill be studying a lot and i know how to keep to myself at times, but i also love socialising and making heaps of new friends. I love going out for hikes or getting breakfast at cute cafes in my spare time, and maybe go out for some drinks at night! I always clean up after myself and keep my things organised so I hope I would be an easy flat mate for you :)
I'm a Masters student at UQ looking to share a house with convenient location (easy public transport access, close to shops and cafes) with like-minded people around the same age. I enjoy music, dancing, outdoor activities, and socializing, always up for drinks. Looking to join an open, sociable and mature household (with own room) that is more of a family instead of a flatmate atmosphere.
Hola, i'm Fluke, working and studying full time in CBD, friendly and accommodating and very sociable. Love traveling, social drink. I'm super reliable with rent and bills so that will never be an issue at all. My move date actually flexible just want to find somewhere good.
Currently living in auchenflower and paying $490 a week for a two bedroom apartment. Current lease ends 19th march and will be looking to move out. Working fulltime in toowong as a civil designer. Looking for others interested in renting a large apartment in toowong, milton or auchenflower by 19th march. I'm pretty quiet/tidy and keep busy with work / sport.
Hello!! I'm Eliza, I'm 21 years old. I'll pretty well say what everyone else does, but it is true. I am a super respectful and tidy person (no really, I'll do your dishes if you leave them out but I don't mind - as long as you tidy up sometimes). I'm a very sarcastic person and most of the time I'm laughing. I work full time in Indooroopilly, and I would like to be within a fifteen minute drive to work. My current 45 minute+ commute is literally driving me nuts. Pun intended. I would genuinely like to hang with my future 'roomies' - however I do like my own time as well. I'm not too much of a partier, so if it's a party household then we won't suit. However I would partake in the occasion drink of a night time with my room mates. My max budget is $250 p/w including bills. I can move in April, however that can be moved forward a little. I would like more of a long term lease as well. This will be my first time moving out but I'm very independent so there won't be any dramas. Please feel free to message me if my little novel above didn't cover anything. :)
Hi I'm Belle - I'm friendly, but not in your face. I'm quiet, but not shy. I'm clean and organised, I keep plants alive, I make an impeccable cup of tea, I bake, I gift handmade presents and I will give you as much or as little space as you'd like. I am a young semi-professional (I work in special ed.), working full-time and looking for a place closer to work. I also work for a youth-led not-for-profit in gender education and advocacy. I keep myself pretty busy so I won't be in your hair, but enjoy catching up over a good bite and a few drinks.
I am clean and tidy and respectful of other housemates. I don't do drugs and I am not a party person. I don't mind socialising but I also enjoy my own time. I play sport so it will take up most of my time. I am good with animals but I am allergic to cats. Please DONT contact me if its a share room with other people I won't respond. I like my privacy.
I am friendly, easy-going and always clean up after myself! I enjoy meeting new people so I am looking to move into a house with some lovely people who share similar traits. I'm currently undertaking my PhD at UQ while working casually at Biome Eco Stores. In my spare time, I like to go to local farmers markets, drink coffee, pat dogs and chill out with friends. I'm also a vegetarian but I am happy to live with carnivores! I'm looking to move around the beginning of April but this date is negotiable :)
I am a female who works in the heart of Brisbane City for company called first mac. I am an easy, fun outgoing person who likes to relax during the week and save my weekends for the social side.
Hey there! I'm 20 years old and I'm looking to relocate from Sunshine Coast to Toowong, Brisbane. Full time work. Very friendly outgoing person, living an active life style, looking for fun flatmates to become a friendly family not just a room to live in. Enjoy adventures, traveling, the beach and a social drink. Minimum 6 month-2 Year stay
I'm 22 years old, working full time in the professional sporting industry while studying my masters degree. I love everything to do with sport and physical activity. I'm pretty easy going, don't mind the occasional afternoon beer with my mates while watching the footy. My spare time mostly revolves around going on adventures with my partner and/or mates or going to the rugby on a Saturday afternoon.
Very clean and tidy. Keen to find a balance of chat and personal space. Non-smoker, over parties. Quiet drink occasionally is more me. Employed professional working in the CBD. Studying 1 day a week at UQ. Will spend time away from home occasionally with family, work etc. Have my own social group of friends. Happy to share the jobs around the house.
Hi, My name is Ella and my boyfriend Dan and I are looking for a room in Brisbane within a reasonable distance to UQ (Saint Lucia Campus). We are both 24 and are up from the South Coast of NSW to study the Graduate Diploma of Education. A little bit about us; Dan likes to skate, surf, swim, and play the guitar. He is friendly and outgoing. I like to walk, swim, shop and watch a good movie, I am kind and considerate. We are both responsible and have experience renting and living with others, having done so for the past three years. If you have a room you think is suitable/you want to meet us please feel free to contact me :) Thank you Ella
I work full time in the city in corporate banking. I am originally from Victoria and I will sometimes have friends/family visiting me so I'm looking for a place that would be ok with that. I would like to move into a social household who enjoying dinner together and maybe the odd activity. I enjoy cooking and I am happy to bake for the house. I keep the place neat (apart from my room!).

I´m very clean and tidy, I´m very used to share apartment, I like to have social life with my flatmates, movies night, have a drink... I´m looking for a single room, utilities included would be great!
Heya! I'm Niamh. I'm currently in Melbourne and looking to move up at the start of June to get back into study starting in July. I'm 19, 20 in August (but wildly mature in a fun but still respectful way haha). You definitely won't regret taking me on because I always clean up after myself and love having a drink or 10 with housemates.
We have just been on a roadtrip exploring Australia and are looking settle to Brisbane for better work and generally better opertunities. Originally from a small costal town ( Agnes Water) we both harp a friendly, laid back vibe. Enjoying surfing and skating in our spare time. We love a good adventure or fun weekend away.
Outgoing, loves to socialize, but also digs downtime. I enjoy hitting the beach, travel and watching flicks. Always love a good chat at the kitchen bench with a roomie, or a BBQ, but also happy to have solo time too. Clean, healthy and lovely.
I'm a marketing professional working on the Northside while studying graphic design on the side. I am respectful of others space and easy going. Not a huge party animal but also not a stick in the mud. Want to head out for a coffee or see a live band i'm your girl! Need a place before May, shoot me a message :)
I'm pretty self sufficient and laid back, but I'm happy to have a drink or play Worms WMD or Catan or whatever if other housemates are up for company. I miss living in a big friendly sharehouse and would love to find somewhere like that. My dog is staying with my partner in Sydney for now, but I'd like to bring him up. I'd also love to get back into some form of wildlife rescue, so definitely prefer an animal friendly lease even if there are no pets currently. I should be moving up mid-March, flexible with length of stay. I'm working FT now, will be starting my Masters of conservation biology mid year at UQ.
Hello there, I am going to be pursuing my PhD in Creative Industries at QUT beginning this February. Coming from India, I am looking forward to explore Brisbane and meeting new people. I am independent, clean, great cook and social in nature. Loves the beach, travel, exploring new places, food joints and people. Searching for a quiet place that lets me do my research and is comfortable with basic necessities..
Hi there! I have just relocated here from Sydney. I work full time at Suncorp in sales. I'm super clean and quiet to live with! I don't know many people here so looking to make new friends along the way! I don't mind a drink every now and then 😊 I'm super into fitness as well! Preferably looking for someone to get a new unit with just myself in the inner city suburbs! I'm looking for something modern and unfurnished.
I mostly keep to myself and me and my cat are house trained and clean. I am happy to join in and happy to chat with others. ask me anything I have my own bedroom furniture and will be using this. I prefer a ensuite or own bathroom
Relaxed, easygoing 34 year old guy working in tech and design. Clean, respectful of people's space, sociable. Looking for a relaxing, clean, modern place with cool housemates, not a party house.
Dont miss out on two great tennants!!!! now that we have your attention ;) :) My partner and I are looking for a granny flat or self contained studio with rent under $400 including all bills.if bills arent included then it mustn't be more then $400 week we will pay in TOTAl. It must also have somewhere for car parking. It does not matter to us how small the accomodation is as long as it has private cooking facilities, bathroom, onstreet or offstreet parking, washing machine and a fridge already supplied. If there is air conditioning that would be a plus too! :) we are looking to move at the start of July or end of june, and would like to be in a flexible contract as we are not sure how many years we need to stay .We are both responsible, reliable and quiet tenants. My partner is a vet nurse and will be working full time while ,I will be studying law/creative industries at QUT as well as having a parttime job. We are both christians and have good morals such as not going out drinking and partying or smoking so you dont have to worry about noise complaints. the reason we are moving is to shorten the commute to work and uni . If you think your place is similiar or even marginally close to what we are looking for ,please send me a messsage or a text:) thankyou so much for your time and hope to hear from you soon!
Hi, I'm Cameron. I'm a musician, writer, long-time Woolworths employee, devoted cat dad and Phil Collins enthusiast. I'm looking for a vibrant sharehouse scenario to socialise, drink, and practice my banter in. What can I bring to the house? Well, I'm glad you asked. Firstly, I'm a converted minimalist so I will not bring any tacky furniture to affect your homes interior design/ feng shui. The only things I bring are a bed, computer, my musical instruments, a whole heap of records, and a cat named Ariel (yes, after the little mermaid. She's my princess). Secondly, I have both a huge ute and a motorbike. So if you see something down the road on curbside collection you simply can't live without, or just want to feel the wind in your face and a roaring two-stroke between your legs, I have both covered. Thirdly, a penchant for social drinking that you didn't know you needed in your life. But don't worry, I don't get messy at home. Whether its half a bottle of bourbon or the cheapest moscato on sale at BWS, I just turn into a 19 year old school girl on her opening Double Black. (btw, I also get 5% discount at BWS and Woolworths as an employee if sharing around that little plastic diamond sweetens the deal.) Finally, I'm just a guy who works a fair bit and likes to have a chat about whatever interesting is happening in your life. Whether its music, art, sports, relationships, your latest existential crisis, whatever, I want to hear about it. Ideally looking for a mixed or predominantly female house. My cat's also a mate. Two-year old domestic medium hair girl, entirely an inside cat so she doesn't pick fights with native wildlife. She's a cuddle muffin who doesn't bite or scratch unless its play time. has never lived with another cat and has cat flu so possibly not ok with other cats, but can take on dogs like no ones business.
Hi! I'm Daniel, 33 yrs old. For 10 years I travelled the world as a Principal Performer with Disney On Ice. Since returning to Australia I have been working in retail and am currently at Hugo Boss. I am trying to figure out whats next in life and looking to share with someone from a performance/ entertainment background. I am laid back but a little OCD at the same time. I like to keep things neat a tidy and am respectful of personal space. I don't mind the occasional night out and wine at home. Mutual respect is a must. Happy to have a kitty for the essentials and cleaning products. Open to sharing the occasional meal every once in a while....and glass of wine :)
Hey ! I'm 23 years of age and working full time, currently on the Gold Coast however am looking to transfer to Brisbane :) I have rented rooms previously and feel I settle in easy as I am friendly and respectful, whilst also clean and tidy. My weekends are spent on the Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast mostly and I will respect you, your home and your privacy. I look forward to speaking with you !
I have a beautiful border collie x kelpie who is 3 years old and the best dog! She is mostly an outside dog but comes inside at night.. im a fairly relaxed person to live with.. im friendly and like to have a chat or a few drinks, but defintely respectful of privacy and personal space! I clean up after myself and my dog.. just looking for a relaxed peaceful place to live. Not keen for a party house. Im a beauty and massage therapist, i love music, art and travelling :)
I am 26, employed full time and come with my dog, Jasper the Border Collie. I enjoy a good wine and cheese night but am good at keeping to myself when needed. I would say I am considerate, like tidy communal areas and I am a terrible cook. Jasper enjoys people, pats, grooming himself and chasing tennis balls. He is an outside pet but somehow makes his way into my room at night. We are happy to live anywhere fully fenced, pet friendly and within a 20 minute commute to the city.
We're Erik and Monica a Mexican marriage. We have student visa, Monica studies a general English course and I work as a painter. We're tidy, organized, we cook and friendly. We're here to try to set up in Australia, no to live in the party. And we love to know new people so, we're perfect roommates.
Hi, My name is Mai and I am currently in the process of re-repatriating back to Australia from an overseas work assignment. I'm looking for short term accommodation as I will be working towards another overseas assignment. I work full time in the city Monday to Friday 0800 - 1700. However my role requires frequent travel and I enjoy travelling personally so there may be times I will not be in the country from a few days to a few weeks at a time. I like to keep a busy life between work and getting out and about. I enjoy the odd wine with dinner or after work with friends, but by no means a 'party animal'. I do enjoy the odd chat / catch up with friends and like minded people but am also conscious of other peoples space and I am very comfortable with being in my own company. The space I am looking for would be preferably; - furnished - bills shared (if not already included in the rent) - internet access - parking space (off street is fine) I consider myself 'house proud'. I'd like to ensure the home is neat, clean and comfortable. If you have questions, please feel free to reach out! Looking forward to hearing from you! Mai
Have lived with lots of people and have been told I'm an great housemate. Clean, reliable, honest, respectful, fun.
Hi, I'm Stacey, 23 and working full-time and studying part-time in the city. I am pretty quiet to live with and will mostly keep to myself. Looking for something close to the city, preferably close to public transport. I don't have any pets (although would love to get one so let me know if that's an option), don't smoke and go out if I want to party. I have a car so some sort of parking is necessary (even if it is street). Flexible with move-in timing. Ideally looking for own bathroom and a smaller number of roommates. If there is anything you want to know, please don't hesitate to contact me. Please don't call, I check this site each night so if you message I will see your listing. Thanks :)
I'm a working professional who is Quiet, Clean and Tidy, a Good Cook and non-smoker. Sounds like a dating site spiel! Haha. Anyhoo, I'm moving to Brisbane for work and want to share for 4 months while I source a house for myself. My new work is in Toowong, so ideally a 10-20 min drive max from there please.
Hello, my name's Helen, I'm an Aussie girl in my 20's. I'm friendly, considerate, tidy, easy-going and quiet. Enjoy chatting but also am aware of personal boundaries. I don't smoke, own any pets or eat meat - but I am not phased at all if my housemates do :) I enjoy going to movies, nature walks, drawing, markets, learning about nutrition and playing my keyboard every now and then (with headphones ;) ) I have my own bedroom furniture and am hoping to find a harmonious household that I can call home for at least 6 months. Thanks for reading! :)
Full-time UQ student doing Education, night owl, not a party person, but board games and beer any day. Ok with pets and smokers, not ok with kids and people who don't know headphones exist. I have been living in share houses for the past three or so years so I know how to manage a bathroom cleaning roster and how to not accidentally eat housemates' food :)
I have loads of share house experience and I am always respectful of other people's space, privacy and belongings. I'm clean, tidy and easy to live with/get along with. I am also friendly, sociable and approachable. I work in the city Monday to Friday and also work quite a few weekends as well. My job also requires me to do some travel to regional QLD - so sometimes I'm out of the house more than I am home. When I'm not working I like to get out and about socialising with friends and keeping active outdoors. Always happy to have a chat/catch up when home but I am also mindful of giving people their space. Looking for a place with off street parking or a place where street parking is never a problem and would prefer a place where internet is available. Preferably looking for a place without animals. While I do love animals unfortunately my allergies don't (I am particularly allergic to cats).
I'm Safaa, studying at UQ master's degree. Looking for a private furnished room in a female house. It should be closed to UQ saint lucia. l'm friendly and quiet , I have a positive mind and I respect personal space. I'm busy with my studies but I want to share people.
I generally keep to myself, more of an introvert personality wise, though I do know how to be social, and enjoy having conversations with other people. I enjoy doing various things, from personal hobbies, to something sports/exercise related, to going to the beach, reading, staring up at the sky, etc. There's a lot more to say but you'll get a better idea of who I am if you meet me :) The maximum I'd be willing to pay per week is around $250. Would generally prefer to share with one other person. Mainly looking for inner city area.
Hi, I'm 34 work part time, clean and tidy, pretty laid back easy to get along with. Have my own car, washing machine, fridge if needed. I enjoy the occasional craft beer, keeping fit, chats, movies, gaming. I have an awesome cat called pickles who unlike most cats is actually friendly and even comes when i call (most of the time, she is a cat). Happy to hang out whenever, but good at entertaining/ keeping to myself. looking for like minded people for potentially long term if suitable.
Hi guys, I work in Milton so I'm looking for a place as close as possible under the $200/per week mark. need to find a place asap.
I'm a Canadian from Ottawa, and Tristan is a Kiwi and we're both VERY TIDY. Summer time has made us get into surfing, which I try do on my days off. We both have jobs in the city which we love, and enjoy coming home to chill out, or get creative. However, we also enjoy the occasional drink. If you're interested, we would be keen to meet up in person and spin a yarn!
Hi! I'm Araminta (Minty) 23, easy going, love animals, music (so many gigs, so little time) and food! (Food-based adventures also good). I love cooking for people too! I'm fairly laid back, respectful and love a casual drink/chat with just about anyone. I work 3 days a week doing PR/events in the CBD so access to a city bus is a priority. I also love walking, swimming and rock climbing so adventure buddies would be good! I do have metal plates in my legs which means I get around on crutches a bit, but am fully independent and don't need no man (or woman or child, really) to help me with most things. Just figure upfront is best 😊 I'd like to find a place ASAP so please message me if you think I'd suit yours 😊 Anyway, I hope to find some new housemates and look forward to meeting you!
A writing student nearing the end of his poor life choice of getting a writing degree. Extraordinarily quiet for the most part, you could probably go the entire day without seeing me if you check your corners correctly. But that's most likely the result of me trying to be considerate and not cause any fuss. If you need to talk to me about anything, I'm almost definitely going to be happy to do so. I love my computer like most people love their limbs. I take him everywhere, and he is unfortunately forced to come with me everywhere even though he could almost definitely do better. I'm not sure what else to say here, honestly. Last two housemates I've had have had pretty much no bad experiences with me. You can talk to them if you really want. I mean, I won't leave their numbers here in this box, but if you want them you can totally have them. I know I have at least one of them still. I like video games sometimes. Movies are pretty cool, I guess. These are very general mediums that everyone likes, so I don't know why I'm mentioning them. Just gonna stop talking now. You have yourself a super good day. Additional comments regarding the profile picture: I'm a writer, not a photographer.
Student and part-time worker. I'm easy going, tidy and social - will bring good vibes :) Looking for a room for 150 or slightly more if bills included.

I don't do BS or drama! Very easy to get along with & needing to cut costs while working part time & building my digital marketing business. Hi, my name is Madi and I'm 18. I moved here from Adelaide about 6 months ago. I am a student and I work as a bartender. I am a fun, easy goingand clean person. I do work and study all week and weekends but I still like to find the time to hang out and have a few drinks. :)
