I am a full time student at Sydney University studying social work. I am clean and tidy. I am quiet (not a party person), and respectful of other people's space/privacy.
Hi My name is Ryan, 24. My first preference is teaming up with 1-2 people to start a share house as I have fair bit of furniture, fridge, washing machine...... So if you are teaming up with me, you don't have to worry about spending money on all that stuff. I am very easy going, clean and tidy, respectful of other's privacy/personal space and expect same. but i would love to find someone who likes to share a meal, watch movies/tv series together. I do understand that everyone is busy and everyone is different, so I'm cool if you like to spend most of your free time in your room. I work at Woolies as well as Myer City store, so working like 6 days a week at the moment. Would like to move ASAP. Message me if i sound like someone you would like to share a house with. No room share, I want my own good sized bedroom. Thanks
I am a 32 year old female. I work full time from Monday - Friday. I am easy to get along with. I enjoy a good laugh with friends and also enjoy my privacy. I am very reliable with rent. I am very organised and will keep the house very neat and clean. Prefer to live with females. I actually have a routine of when I cook so I don't hog the kitchen at any time. Also would prefer a place with my own bathroom and don't wanna live with someone who nags me all the time. I would like to live with someone who respects my space and gives me ample notice when having visitors over. I am kind of reserved and would like to live with someone who understands that and does not take advantage of my calm nature. I hate conflict. I would prefer a granny flat but will be open to moving in a flat with just another flatmate. I love cats so if you have a cat that may be a huge plus :) I could say I'm an ideal housemate..if only someone would appreciate that ..haha.. I will have to give notice to my current housemate so can only move out in 3 weeks - 1 month time...
Tidy, willing to chip in social and can keep to myself easy to get along with
Me and my partner both are International Students. We are very friendly, trouble-free, organised and helpful persons. We won't mind helping you in your household chores if you need it. We both belong from financially stable families and will be working part-time, so there won't be any hassle in paying the rent on time.
Hello ! I'm a 28 y/o Filo and I'll be starting a job in Information Technology mid May 2018. I'm looking for a place to rent which is clean, secure and accessible to public transport. I will mainly be out on 8-5 on weekdays As a flatmate: I'm clean, tidy, a non smoker. Easygoing and respectful and sensitive to others' preferences. I enjoy personal time on the weekends and occasional mingling with housemates over food. I enjoy the simple things in life such as travelling, cooking, reading a new book, watching series, exploring new hobbies! What I'm looking for places to rent: - furnished - budget inclusive of bills and internet - near the city or accessible to public transport, ideally ~30 mins or less to get to the city - 1-2 housemates max (preferrably females) - ensuite / own bathroom - can accommodate occasional visits from my partner :) (usually he only just visits on a 1-2 month duration in a year. I'm willing to pay more during the times of his visit to cover for additional usage on common spaces and utilities!)
Hey , my name is Grace, I am 20 years old and currently working 5 days a week as an environmental/bushland regenerator in the south sydney area. I am an outgoing and fun person, and am really easygoing. I am always down for a chat and making new friends, but can respect people’s personal space. I enjoy being outdoors, going to music gigs and exploring sydney in my spare time. I would like to think I’m a pretty tidy person who keeps their living space clean and organised. I am currently looking for a private room with ensuite or own bathroom in a sharehouse , preferably ready to move in sometime after may. Cheers
I am making the big move from the Gold Coast to Sydney in a week. I have temporary accomodation for the first few weeks however do not want to overstay my welcome. Whilst I am only 21 years of age, I am well beyond my years. I have moved from Darwin to the Gold Coast to attend university at Griffith University where I completed a Bachelor of Journalism majoring in Sport Management and Public Relations. I have recently finished a 12 month stint with the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games. This journey has led me to securing a full time job with NSW Touch Football, hence the move to Sydney. I am not huge into the party scene however enjoy a nice beer or wine in front of the footy on a Friday night. I am very respectful, clean and tidy. Please feel free to contact me :)
Hey guys, my name is Sara I’m 26 years old working full time for the Government, it’s shift work so will be working irregular hours. I am very respectful and friendly, not a party animal although do like the occasional beer. I’m super easygoing always down for a chat and a laugh. I am a very clean person and enjoy having a clean house. I do own a dog her name is sugar and she’s a French mastiff ! She is a gentle giant and would love nothing more than a cuddle and a sleep. Shoot me a message if you’d like to meet up and have a coffee or beer :) I’m quite open to any locations.
Im originally from Melbourne. I clean up after myself, I make sure i do my part in cleaning the house, I respect other people’s belongings, I love to have a chat/wine at the end of a work day. Im currently in Melbourne, will be in Sydney from 25th April.
I am a fun-study loving guy. I like to meet new people. I am coming from India for an Internship of 6 weeks at the USyd. I love to cook and live neat and clean. I am always in for hanging out and exploring new places.
Myself and my cat Lucy are looking for a private guest house, apartment or room to rent $80-$150. I the inner parts of Sydney preferably, but open to anywhere in Sydney depending on price. Happy to clean, do chores and run errands for the house owner, for either cheaper rent or an hourly pay. I will be moving overseas in 6 months and need a house owner who will be willing to take over caring for my cat Lucy, once I'm gone. Lucy is old and quiet. She's healthy and had all major vet expenses taken care of and out of the way. She just needs somewhere peaceful she can live out her final years. We're both friendly and warm with others. I love helping and connecting with people, I'm genuine and just looking for the right home. Please contact me if you have somewhere suitable.
I am a compliant, mindful and hygienic person. I work full time (Mon-Fri) as a Medical Secretary in Camperdown. I like to consider myself unique/different in good ways I suppose but some would say I’m odd...I sometimes am awkward though lol so you’ll often find me keeping to myself most of the time. I’m a very spiritual person (not religious, spiritual) i study Metaphysics and have a high interest in beyond what the eye can see. So I just hope whoever I live with can respect that and not make fun of me, you know? So id like to live with like minded people. I know how to give space and privacy. I am all about being fair, respectful and responsible. I’m a quiet introvert to people I haven’t met and barely know, but tend to loosen up abit if we start to have a good relationship :) for the most part really I’m open minded, kind and only require minimal to get by. P.s. but in saying that I don’t take sh*t from no one, I need reliable responsible flatmates and will not accept any rude, offensive and harmful behaviour. Just an FYI. =D Also worth noting I prefer females / couples that don’t mind my boyfriend to stay over as he wishes to some nights/weekends.
Hi Guys, So i'm fairly new to Sydney. Moved here to begin my career as a Project Manager in the construction industry. As such, I am usually pretty quiet during the week, working full time. I have been living in Dulwich Hill pretty much since I moved. Love the area (though keen to test the waters of the east provided it's near a train line) and the place I'm at but I am wanting to move to be around younger flatmates (say under 30) who are a bit more fun and who help try keep the place clean. Basically after flatmates that I can socialise with in and outside the home, yet I'm also mindful and respectful of one's quiet and alone time as I also like to sometimes just chill out too. Ideally someone into trance, edm, house music so we can crank some tunes on the weekend! I'm over living in a quiet unsociable house. Also a garage of some kind would be ideal as I'd like to build a racecar at some point ;) If you're into cars too, then awesome. I'm also into going out for a few drinks and finding people to explore/hike with. Used to be real into my gym/MMA too so it would be great to have a potential training partner as a housemate. Don't mind male or female flatmates. Ideally, both would be preferable. I like a bit of balance :) Currently paying $280pw all bills except electricity included. This is for a nice modern apartment in a great location with underground secure garage parking. So my budget will be according to that. If I could get something with all bills included that would be great too.
I am quiet, friendly and stable, and neat and tidy. I respect your time and space but am also happy to have a coffee and a chat. I am out and about a lot and cook simply when home. I am a keen swimmer and go to the beach most days. I am active and also into yoga. I have travelled overseas and have had a variety of roles in my working life so get along with a variety of people. I am looking for a homely environment with interesting mature people. Females only.

I am clean, tidy, precise and respectful. Very social, young look, dynamic and same time very discrete. I don't spend much time at home, I need internet and going to move overseas soon so I just need a quite space to get myself organized. Also I don't like to waste energy or water.
Easy going, quiet, professional. Very approachable and friendly. Clean and tidy, puts away after myself. Enjoys meals at home with a glass of wine.... or two! Not up for parties at home - needs a quiet, relaxing place to call home, after a long day at work. I’m a high school teacher so during term time I’m often at school quiet late. I consider myself very low maintenance and easy to get along with, I'm looking for someone similar!
