I am currently studying at the University of Nottingham in the UK and have lived here most my life but we are originally from South Africa, Pretoria. My friends would describe me as a chill easy going dude that's way to nice, maybe to tidy and way way to good at baking. Really easy to talk to and spill your guts and (maybe) a little crazy (in a good way -the kind that makes you laugh :) My family would describe me as the go-to-guy for any tech, building, plumbing, woodwork, electronics etc. fix all guy. Or well, that what they use me for anyway... :) I'd describe myself as an animal lover, a scientist, a world traveller and a guy that loves the company of others and doing nice things with them. I'm not so much the party/alcohol type, for me, that's going out for moves, events, food, cafes, binge watching Netflix and talking. ~Seb :)
I have been a student for almost a year now and Rhea just started last month at school we both has part-time jobs. Ideally, we choose to live apparently near the CBD as work and school is near. Previously, we stayed in the farther suburbs, specifically, the northern suburbs which would consume our time travelling long. Fortunately, we didn’t have any rental issues. We pay bills on time, tidy and easy to deal with. As part of our student journey, we are very open to meeting new friends along the way. We are happy and out-going people. Very easy to deal with. We cook most of the times as part of our bonding. 😁 Looking forward 😃
Hello Everyone, I'm a soon to be international student in Melbourne looking for a private room around North Melbourne. I generally have a healthy life style, good food, exercise, ... when comes the weekend, I'm less strict to make sure I enjoy my weekends. I'm a funny, bubbly, chatty character always with a smile on my face. careful, my positive look at life is contagious! I'm not looking for a party house; but a social house where people talk together, share here and there some meals and where we meet each others' friends. I know it can be tricky to find the right person to share a place, please ask me all the questions you want :-) I shared house previously with girls and I confirm it's often much better than guys because ladies are more tidy, less messy and more respectful. However if you are a respectful, tidy, .... guy, drop me a line :-) 2 irritating things about living with me : #1 : I take a lot of room in the fridge because I eat a awful lot (for sport reasons). #2 : I have terrible tastes in movies (Hollywood blockbusters) and in music for some people (Country, blues, jazz). 2 amazing things about living with me ? I'm the entertainment of the house when I start dancing when I'm cooking. (hate cooking, so making it more fun looking forward to talking with you. Manuel
I'll graduate in engineering in Jun, and I'll work full-time in Melbourne.I am hard working, clean, tidy and respectful. I have lived in shared accommodation for many years so I understand the intricacies of having to accommodate and enjoy others and their personalities.I am looking for a roommate who are tidy and easygoing.
Well, I'm really easy going and hassle free to live with. Don't like to get into other people's space much and like my own privacy too. But love to kick back once in a while with some beer/wine and good food! I spend most of the week at Uni/work, or engrossed in my laptop at home. You will find me spending weekends watching sports or getting some good food. Or watching a movie. Interests: Sports (F1, Soccer), Food, Sci-fi, Rock n Roll! PS: If you like star wars too, this was a match made in heaven.
Hey! So I'm currently a full time student at Uni Melbourne studying Biochem and Molecular Biology. I'm crazy organized and a lil ocd about messes , though I'd like to think I'm a pretty good cook! I am friendly and at times a little socially awkward. Looking for a place to stay till my undergrad degree is done!
Hi all, I have recently graduated from University in Sydney and moved to Melbourne to complete a 3-month internship in Marketing while working part-time. I am originally from Hong Kong but have lived in Sydney for the past 8 years. It will be very likely that I will stay in Melbourne after the internship as I look for a full-time job. I am easy-going and clean. I will make sure the kitchen is spotless as I enjoy cooking a lot. I respect other's private space while you respect mine. I don't mind having a chat with housemates from time to time. I normally do keep things to myself, however. I enjoy party and a drink occasionally but would not like to live in a party house. I expect the house to be quiet after 12.
Hey hey hey! I (ash) am a psych student at Swinburne by day and bartender by night. I am sociable, easy going, clean, and an adventurous 22 year old looking for a new abode. I enjoy a beer or bev after work (or uni) and exploring all the pubs, bars and restaurants over melbourne! Bush Doof enthusiast. I am also an aspiring actress and will often be off auditioning or taking workshops! I have all the essential furniture (bed, fridge, microwave, washing machine etc if needed) with the added bonus of a lemon tree and a herb garden!! xxx
I am turning 21 this year in August and I am new to Melbourne! I am neat, funny (I'd like to think so), and also very sociable, if you are. I think I'd be able to get along with mostly anyone! oh! and I'm from Singapore, I'll be studying in the RMIT City Campus for 4 years so I hope I meet fun and nice people! Cheers!
Hi I'm moving to Melbourne from Brisbane in mid May to start a new job and I'm looking to move into a sharehouse or apartment near the city. I'm living with 3 guys and 2 girls at the moment, so I like the idea of moving into another big house but I'm open to smaller groups too. I'm used to music/instruments being played around the clock and having people come through the house a lot so I'm looking for similarly laid back people. Like to spend my spare time hanging out with friends, listening to music, playing sport, reading. Generally neat person but I don’t stress too hard if other people don’t clean their shit. Social smoker. Looking for people of a similar age but no preference about anything like that really- just open, honest people who don’t take life too seriously. Feel free to shoot me a message if you think I fit the bill for your house
I am studying mechanical engineering in France. I will do a 4-month internship in Port Melbourne, beginning in the end of May. I am very friendly and I look forward to meeting new people to have a drink or to explore parts of Australia! I like cooking, jogging, shopping ...
Hi I'm Rose! I'm from New Zealand and have been living in Melbourne for just over a year now. I work full time at a high school with at-risk teens, and I'm hoping to move a bit closer to work. In my spare time I enjoy getting outdoors, reading, photography, gardening, having a few wines, and going to gigs :) I'm pretty quiet during the week and during the weekends I'm out and about quite a bit. I'm friendly, kind, tidy and respectful and always pay bills on time.
I am a 31 year-old Aussie girl, originally from Albury, NSW. I work 9-5 for the government and in my spare time do lots of yoga, read, socialise and spend the occasional weekend in the country! I have been in Melbourne for 18 months and have also lived in Asia, Sydney and London. I’m vegetarian but don’t mind others consuming meat! I’m looking for a relaxed, welcoming home where we can all be friends and hang out occasionally, but also be independent and live our own lives. I am clean, tidy, non-smoking, have no pets or dependents, and will bring only my bedroom furniture and a few small kitchen items!
Hi All ;) I'm born in South Africa, raised in Perth. Studying full time for Master Degree. Love animals, going out and exploring new places, chilling at the beach, listening to music, watching tv and movies, cooking and enjoying food and watching and playing sport. I'm also respectful, clean, neat, sociable, responsible and fun. Puppy in the profile photo already has a choice home and isn't coming with me ;-)
I'm an engineer from Newcastle. I like the outdoors and I'm generally quite active during the week with a variety of sports usually followed by a nice meal or craft beer :) At home I like to occasionally cook something new, play a bit of guitar or just have a chat. I like to think that I'm trustworthy, easy going and tend to equal other people's efforts. Looking to share with similar people who are active and sociable, but also respect each other's space and privacy.
Hi everybody, My name is Jonathan and I'm someone very friendly. I need to live somewhere where it's tidy and clean. I think to be someone pretty discreet and easygoing. I'm a Physical Trainer and I have a sport life style, I will be happy to share that with my new housemates :) I am impatient to meet you.
Hello! My husband and I are a Filipino couple moving to Australia just before June. We're looking for a temporary home until such time that we are eligible to rent on our own. We're migrating and he will be starting his job soon after. I do online work and am probably going to cook everyday to prepare our own meals--I would love to learn other dishes and cuisines from our future flatmates. That said, we love our privacy (introverts!) but we don't mind sharing meals with you every now and then. We love pets but prefer not to live with them at this time. My husband is an engineer, and we basically spend downtime at home with an occasional glass of wine (or four).
Hey, I’m Luke. Looking for a dog friendly place and or to meet to chilled housemates who are looking for same. Please don’t message if your place isn’t pet/dog friendly thanks. Bit about me. I have a dog Zoe (kelpie x who I run regularly). She loves a grass yard, being active and other dogs. I work f/t in the city in community work and I love my job. I keep pretty busy working, studying, taking my dog out for runs and adventures and keeping fit. I’m looking for chilled people who are lgbt friendly. I don’t mind a social drink and chat. Had a share house before in. Am reliable, clean and happy to do my bit, respectful of others, share bills all that. If sounds good flick me a msg. I’m currently applying for per friendly places.
