Hi my name is Marshall I'm 41 male. I am a country boy at heart, hard working and reliable. Recently separated with 2 children (living with there mother) I also have a dog that will be coming with me. I enjoy camping up the beach any chance I get and im not a bad cook so ive been told. Thanks
Originally from Melbourne, I've just moved up to the Sunshine Coast after securing an engineering job. I generally keep to myself, but I'm always keen to enjoy a couple of drinks after a long work week.
My name is Maximilian and I am a 23-year old student from Germany. I am going to study for one semester at the University of the Sunshinecoast, semester 1 2018. I will be arriving in Mid-February 2018. I am looking for a room until the end of June 2018, so for around 5 months. It would be great to live in a place that welcomes international students. I like to play volleyball and skateboarding. I am a beginner in surfing and I can imagine to go on with surfing at the beaches of the Sunshine Coast. During the week-ends, it would be great to explore the Sunshine coast and its surrounding places. Looking for shared rooms with local Australians, internationals and open for Homestay. Personally, I would love to live in the neighbourhood of the university because I would like to take the chance to live together with local Australians. If you are interest to welcome an international student, I am looking forward to hearing from you. Maximilian
I won't be home a great deal at this point I travel a lot between sunshine and Gold Coast for work and I sleep super heavy so you'll never wake me. I dont get mad when people eat my leftovers and I can't keep up with my own business I won't get in yours. I'm pretty flexible with most things, furnishings, house rules, chores etc. I'd prefer my own bathroom but not essential, most important factor for me is who not where. Ideally we will get along well as I don't fake laugh well and I suck at small talk, or we don't see each other often enough to have an opinion. No in between I couldn't imagine living in hostility.
Im moving up to the Sunshine Coast to study in 2018 and am looking for a room to rent, as close to the beach as possible. I love to keep fit, surf and I play soccer. I’m a very tidy, respectful and organised person. I’m looking at moving early February.
g'day guys. I have recently relocated south from Port Douglas. I am currently studying 3 diplomas and i work part time as well. i'm looking for a place to share for a little while whilst i get my bearings. i enjoy anything outside, i would like to start surfing, kite boarding and paragliding in the next year so i plan to be fairly active. i have spent 5 years overseas and i enjoy meeting new people in new locations. i'm fairly easy going and love a fire on the beach.. (not sure if we can do that down here yet ) anyway if i sound like someone you would like to share a house with let me know cheers.
I am a professional person, quiet, domesticated, very outgoing. seeking accommodation close to the beach (I love the outdoors). Seeking to relocate January 2018. I moved from Kings Beach two weeks ago after spending 12 months renting solo. The lady I am now sharing a house with has way too many drama's n told me several porky pies lol. So I need to relocate as I work from home, have references from real estate agencies, have a blue card (test of my honesty & integrity)!! Hope to hear from you Cheers Tony :)
Hello, I'm Aimee I'm 20 years old I'm a full time childhood educator at a Childcare centre. I am looking to move out I either want to have my own house/ unit/ flat or share with someone fun. I'm always happy and funny. I like to keep to myself most of the time but always up for a chat. If you have a place that you think we might for in together give me a message :)
Myself and my partner are currently seeking a low cost place to live in order to save money for a bond to acquire our own rented property. My partner works 5 days a week (7.5 hrs a day) while I work most afternoons (1-2 hrs) and currently receiving benefit payments for medical reasons. We are responsible and respectful, mainly choosing to keep to ourselves and always try to keep our surroundings neat and tidy. We both smoke and are more than happy to find alternate areas to do so. If you would like to meet us before any decisions are made, we are both available after 5pm weekdays Regards, Ethan
38, no kids, and working full time on the Sunshine Coast. Enjoy the gym, dancing, cooking and hanging on the beach with my dog - 30kg 2yo female, housetrained, very playful and friendly. I do prefer to have her sleep inside (in her crate) at night - had some issues in the past with unsavoury neighbours. I'm clean, tidy and respectful of others; generally pretty quiet, but enjoy being social. I'm keen to either find a room in a dog-friendly house, or team up with someone to find a new house. Not super urgent, but ideally it'd be great to move by the holidays.
I am a single male who works full time, plus other work as well. Very rarely at home other than to sleep and eat. Looking for my own space to be able to come back to. Preferred closer to Caloundra end of coast, but pretty cruisey. Not at home a lot and very quiet and clean.
I'm looking for a place to stay. I currently live at home but am looking to escape into the real world. I lived out of home at the beginning of this year but was forced to move back as the person I was renting a room at gave me little notice to find another place. I work late nights and do between 20-30 hours a week. Possibly getting a second job at the start of the new year
HI Marcus here, I'm from the Gold Coast and looking to move to the Sunshine Coast or maybe Hinterland area. I am in my late 40's quiet vegetarian -vegan studying alternative health and medicine. Also Buddhism and yoga. Unemployed at the moment for the shift north from the gold coast, but able to pay the rent no problem. looking for accommodation from Beerwah, Caloundra to Noosa, Nambour. Some past hobbies interests hiking, kayaking, cycling, skiing and a lot of study at moment. Spent the last ten years caring for my sick parents and before that a self employed electrician contracting.
I work at B-fresh cafe love a good time, mostly keep to myself at home and real easy to get along with. I play music, i meet up with mates at duporth tavern every week and have a couple scooey and a jam. love animals of all kinds.
Hi all I'm neat tidy n love to cook , I live a healthy life n train most days, I'm easy to get along with n have a good soh . I enjoy a drink on the occasion n a chat. I'm outgoing n respect others n their privacy . I work full time and study online. Regards Dennis
Hi :) My name is Maxi Fisher. I was born in NSW but have lived on the coast since 2005 and graduated from PLC in 2015. I studied engineering for a year at UQ in 2016, but decided it wasn’t for me so have returned to the coast to work full time and I have done so for the past year. I am currently saving to do a huge overseas trip starting in July next year and need a place relatively close to my work to do so. I am friendly, outgoing and love making new friends. I consider myself super easy to get along with and would find it pretty hard not to get along well with a group of like-minded flatmates. I work hard through my working weeks, but enjoy nothing more than kicking back on my weekends. I work as a Barista full time at a cafe very close to the Kawana hospital development and a house near here would be ideal. My selected move in date is December 11th but that date is very flexible.
A friendly, quiet couple who both work 5 days a week as well as study. We are always cleaning up after ourselves and love living in a clean house. We don’t party and we prefer to have quiet weekends in or we love to be at the beach.
I keep (and prefer) a clean, quiet and tidy environment at home. I work a lot from home generally, as most of my work is done online, so like it fairly low-key. Not in to party houses but enjoy a few drinks, and love good healthy food... I'm fairly active, but spend plenty of time relaxing at home too... do a lot of... working, reading, mountain biking.... a little surfing.
I'm a 32 year young health/wellness business owner and relocating from Sydney to QLD for business. I'll be working in Brisbane every fortnight or so for a few days. I'll be in Brisbane for a few weeks from 19 December. I'm looking to move to Sunshine Coast for a more quiet lifestyle and a home like yours that gives me my own space to focus on my work. I love to get up early for yoga, go for beach walks, I don't drink, love travel and spend most of my time on my businesses. I'm looking for a long term place from early/mid January.
Both busy working, love the beach, being outdoors, being fit and eating great food. Hayley is Personal Trainer located in Caloundra and Daniel is a Dance instructor. We are clean, tidy and easy going. Not big drinkers, like to be social but keep it low key most of the time.
I'm a 25 year old doctor, moving to the sunshine coast from Alice Springs in January 2018 to work at the new hospital. I will be working full time with a year long contract. I am quite social outside my home, l but like my own space and am looking to either live on my own or with someone who is interested in renting a larger property with me. I would require unfurnished, but am also open to short term accomodation for 4-6 weeks when I arrive in January, while I find a permanent place to live for the year.
