I have been doing share accommodation for the past 15 years, so I am well used to living and sharing with other people. The owner of the house I am currently staying at has got a new job in Canberra, so he wants to rent out the entire house while living and working in Canberra, so I need to find a new home as soon as possible. I am a non-smoker, so I do not want to live with any smokers. Just need an unfurnished bedroom and space to set up my computer desk and TV + I also need additional storage space outside of the house for all of my other belongings, being my fridge, washing machine, bike + a few boxes, so a garage or water-proof shed is required for everything that I do not need inside my room and the house, being restricted to only my queen size bed and my 55" TV and TV stand, which I do not want in my bedroom. My computer desk can stay in my room if it is big enough to also fit my queen size bed. I do not require a furnished bedroom, due to already owning everything that goes into my room. I am a courier / delivery driver, but after doing this job for more than 13 years now, I would like to change into a different industry. I only have a station wagon, so no van or truck, so I do not require much space to park my car, preferably off-street. I'm a pretty quite living guy, so no loud playing of music etc.. and I go elsewhere to visit friends / family, they will not visit me at your place. I would prefer to live with only one other flatmate, so being with the owner of the house such as I am doing currently would be preferable than being in a mass share house that is being rented. I will look after your property very well and will always keep everything neat and tidy and I always clean up after myself. If everything is good for both of us I would like to move in immediately as the owner of my current residence starts his new interstate job very soon, so I need to find a new home urgently. I currently pay a total of $150 pw incl of all bills, so my total rent budget incl all bills is max $150 per week only. So give me a phone call or send me a message here so we can arrange a time to meet and get to know each other. I look forward to hearing from you.
Hi there, I'm Emma, I'm 23 and hoping to move out of the family home for the first time in the next few months. I have just finished my Bachelor of Arts where I majored in creative writing and literature and am now taking a break from study, working part time as a medical receptionist in Kilsyth, until I return to do a Masters of Teaching next year. I'm not much of a partier but enjoy a casual drink or two on the weekends and love a good chat. I also enjoy watching netflix, playing guitar, craft and DIY, writing, reading and going out exploring. I am a quiet and tidy person, and am pet friendly. Looking to live in the eastern suburbs, Ringwood area would be ideal, preferably with female housemates in their 20s. Hope to hear from you!
I'm Sam and I'm very easy going, relaxed and always up for a beer. I've been working full time in real estate sales over the last 5 years in outer east Melbourne. Generally I'll work 50-70 hours per week so I'm barely ever home. I spend most of my spare time out and about with friends enjoying a drink or a nice meal. When at home I'll usually be watching netflix or reading a book but always love to have a chat!
Hi potential flatmate. I'm Erin and I am 33. I have a creative design background and have studied many things including photography, marketing and fashion design. I like to do little projects to keep active. My interests are in sustainable fashion & design, art, history, photography, current affairs and various TV shows and movies. Currently unemployed due to health reasons, but I am on the disability support pension, so I have a very reliable income. I live independently and do not need any assistance. I always prioritise paying rent and bills on time. I also have a rental history. I am always working on improving my health and have a pretty clean lifestyle. I am a clean person and contain any mess I have to my bedroom. I am a sociable, friendly and bubbly and generally happy person. Always up for a chat over a cuppa; D&M, current affairs or just something funny or silly. But do respect personal space and the need for down time and recharging too. I have recently been exploring meditation and Buddhist principles to improving health and well-being. I do have little quirks like my obsessive nature of stacking a dishwasher, and collecting and recycling soft plastics (Redcycle) and composting kitchen scraps. I do like to be a conscious consumer where I can. I'm looking for a home not just a place to sleep or exist. I would love to meet people to make a great flatmate family and be an environment of growth and harmony. Interested in team ups too.
I'm a working professional, working in both the heritage (archaeology) and film industries. I'm pretty laid back, friendly and easy going. I do like my peace and quiet but am definitely up for the occasional drink/hang out. Looking to share with like minded people.
I am looking for a large size room in a share accommodation, 1BR flat or S/C Granny flat. I work full time for NBN Co., usually 10hrs a day, which means I come home only to spend the night, excluding weekends. I am 60 years old, non smoker, easy going, I like to respect someone else's space and I expect the same treatment towards me, keep to myself, clean, organised and do not like partying. If you have accommodation as per above, please feel free to contact me via this site. Thanks.
Hi there. I'm Dave and I'm a part time student with part time work. I'm easy going and generally a quiet and tidy person. I'm really into sport and I do athletics locally. My budget would be about $140 for rent. Looking to move in at any time.
I’m going to be super busy with work so I won’t be home a lot! I’m a super social person but I also love my own space and I fully respect others space too. Weekends while I’m not working I plan to be exploring Melbourne city!
My children and I are easy to get along with, friendly and mostly easy-going. We like keeping a tidy house & even the kids like cleaning! Our dog is very friendly and both the cat and the dog are house-trained. I a remarkably clean and tidy. Despite having children, I take pride in having a clean house a majority of the time (there are times where I must force myself not to clean & have a break to relax). I must have a dishwasher as dishes are the one thing I'll never do. We love swimming; being outdoors; collecting litter from streets to place in the bins; exploring our neighbourhood; visiting parks and playgrounds; attending the library & toy library and relaxing at home, usually in the yard/garden. We'll be moving from Sale, Victoria to the Bayswater area where I'm looking to commence study. We spend a lot of time outdoors in nice weather and enjoy exploring our neighbourhood. We're looking for another female to share a house with so the cost of living in Bayswater area is more easy to manage.
Im from Canada, and Im working full time as a hair stylist. I am very laid back, tidy, and you might get some free hair cuts ;) I probably wont be home often but when I am we can hang out and have a drink and I can make some below average food.
A full-time Master student at Deakin Uni and a part-time bathroom singer. Love to agree to and explore different opinions. A lifelong lover of backpacking. Love cooking especially south east asian barbecue if given the equipment (Spicy smoked lamb shoulder is my fav!!) :p Genuinely busy routine due to studies and part-time jobs. Also looking for a part-time job on the weekends. Business Grad from Pakistan. Yup Pakistan. So we will have so so much to talk about on friday nights! Clean independent and minding his own business kind of a guy. If i like the accommodation, might end up living more and more! Peace, Moiz
Looking for a fresh start. I am very neat and tidy. Enjoy a clean house! Working part time to full time hours in retail. Originally from Geelong, moved to Melbourne about 2 years ago. Am a home body but still enjoy a night out. Very respectful and responsible. Anything else you’d like to know, feel free to ask!
Hello! I am a 23yo university student looking for a new home, as I'm just finishing up 5 months overseas. I'm at uni 3 days a week (Monash Clayton), and work 20-30 hours (a pub in Ringwood) on top of that, so I'm pretty in-and-out of the house. I'm looking for a place in between these two locations, so please don't message me if you're in Dandenong, Templestowe etc! When I am home, I generally spend my time sleeping, watching Netflix, and cooking. Whilst I do like a bit of space and quiet to do assignments, I also want a place where housemates socialise and get along. I prefer a clean up after yourself approach to living, but am open to roster systems if they're established and working. I've lived in sharehouses for 4 years now so am pretty used to how things flow. I have a pet reptile (which means he is in a tank 24/7 so no risk of house damage) named Koda, he is 4yo, super friendly, and loves an occasional cuddle. I arrive back in Melbourne on the 11th July, and am looking to move ASAP after that. Max budget is $600/mth excluding bills, or around $700 inclusive. If it sounds like I could be a good fit, send me a message and we can go from there!
